The people here are so nice and considerate. I arrived with a bike and they had the foresight to help me make sure it fit in the car before they handed me the keys. Then I had to change my plans and they accommodated me in a jiffy. Great experience, I look forward to coming back here and renting from them again.

Great location, with great customer service. If you need a rental car in the general vicinity of Pasadena, do yourself a favor and come here first and foremost. The inventory is solid and the people who work here are friendly and accommodating.

My fiancé & I were helped by Andrew and he was really helpful! Our original rental was on hold for another family so he was Very understanding and he helped us into a very similar vehicle that may have been a little better! He even washed the inside & outside of our car again before we took it off the lot! Thanks A TON Andrew!

The people who actually work at this location are excellent! The only problem is that when you try to call the local phone # to ask them a simple question - you end up at some corporate call center. At the corporate level you end up with the most common employee today - the ones that tell you that they cant do anything that you request - not even connect you to your desired location or contact that location to ask them to call you. Its pretty disgusting when my only option is to drive down to the location to ask them a question.

Very happy with this Costco/Budget rental car experience. The Budget Pasadena Lake Ave branch manager is very friendly, provided a lot of helpful travel information. The cars selections are good and the Costco/Budget rental deal is very good, I got it for a great price. Overall a great rental experience. Definitely will rent again and recommend to others for this place.

Would give -10 stars if I could, they gave me the wrong registration for my car which led to many other complications down the road, and was no help at solving the problem. Budget Customer Service is no help either.
