This place is over run with all sorts of insects mainly huge water bugs that look like very large roaches to the point they would be crawling on your bed. Also not the best area a lot of theft from vehicles and apartments. They also were not maintained very well. The only thing that was lpful is if you had a lower credit rating or bankrupcies they were pretty flexible.
Dont now how everyone else got in touch with the office. ive called multiple times and left voicemails to try an JUST get an application sent to me since you cant do it online without a link. dont put a rental ad up if youre not going to return calls
I’m not gonna email nobody to have a portfolio manager speak to me!!Fix the parking issue at Bridle Path place apartments in Stockton!!Assign parking so everyone can have a spot!I pay the same rent as my neighbors! I deserve to park my car near my apartment building and not outside the complex.
I really recommend living here. The environment is nice and quiet. The management is friendly and the maintenance workers pay special attention to quick help. Very peaceful and calm.
Been living here for close to 3 years now .And honestly can say its a great place to call home.The renters in bridal path community are peaceful and considerate to one another.Scarlett Perez (property manager) is very professional and always makes herself available whenever I have questions or I am in need of assistance.maintenance is very punctual and repairs or replacements are done same day as I put in request.
Horrible insect problems . I have never seen so many kinds of insects you name it they got them. My daughter woke up to a huge water bug walking accross the top of her bed. Strongly suggest noone rent there
Great management and maintenance team . All service requests are resolved on time. Chris is very polite and efficient, Scarleth is friendly and co operative ...Awesome location to stay.
Full of all kind of bugs and insects...no assigned parking for residents...rude and corrupt management.Never refund you deposit..make false moving out bill that u cant understand or fight against..Its very expensive and worst place to live...

2021-04-12I moved out a couple months ago cause needed a bigger place. I lived at Bridle Path for 7 years. Service is good and professional. No complaints during my tenancy and more importantly the manager only deducted my final utilities charges from my deposit. I received practically my whole deposit back. I was surprised and grateful for that. Hence 5 stars.

2021-03-25I have been living here for 2 years and it is a really nice and quiet environment! The property manager Scarleth Pérez is very friendly and welcoming. I love the renovations that they continue to add to the apartments as well as the facilities. It is located in a convenient area around a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, and fitness centers. It is a gated community and can only be accessed with codes which makes me feel safer knowing that only residents and family/friends are the ones coming onto the property. I would definitely recommend living here.

2021-05-10Bridle Path Apartment Just Like Home ....So I have moved here recently 2 months ago. Oh my what can I say it is so peaceful, friendly, & beautiful the environment is so nice. It feels good to be here it is like a home a cozy home. The management is awsome. Scarleth the office manager is super great & she has always helped and answered all my calls when I had any questions. Regarding the maintence guy who works for the apartment he is very good on being on time and finishing his task for maintence when needed he is a hard worker. I am very blessed too be in Bridle Path Apartments. Thank You once again Bridle Path Apartments :).

2021-02-12Recently move in and all I gotta say is that this apartment is nice and quiet, love my renovated apartment especially all new stainless steel appliances. Management is professional and detail oriented.. Gift bag was given as a new move in tenant. Can’t wait til the summer; to jump into the pool and try out the spa!..

2019-05-29These apartments are very good comparing them with others around the area. Private entry, very quiet, gated community, clean, and the pest control service is free all you have to do it’s to communicate with the manager letting her know that your apartment needs treatment. I have a downstairs one bedroom apartment and I always tell the manager to send the pest control man every two months to prevent the water bugs come inside my apartment specially when the sprinklers are on at night and high temperatures. That is a common issue you might have everywhere you go if you are downstairs like me. I love my renovated apartment I have for a very good price. I truly recommend these apartments.

2020-08-27I highly recommend living here at bridle path place apartments. Everyone here is nice and friendly. The environment here is quiet though out the day and night. I love how its a smoke free complex so you dont have to worry about opening your windows and enjoy the fresh air. This complex is clean . Cozy. And it just feels like home. Not to mention management is always making sure our work orders are taken care of that very day. As for maintenance he always here to fix what is broken the very same day ..sometime 5 to 10 minutes after I call in for a workorder. These were the qualities i was searching for when looking for an apartment and here at bridle path is where I found my home

2019-09-20My family and I feel blessed to be able to return at Bridle Path. We used to live here many many years ago. We decided to come back after we sold our house. We like this community because it is very quiet and safe. Our remodelled apartment is nice for the price. I would give a five stars if they would allow us to have a dog bigger than 25 pounds. Well recommended. Before I forget, the lady at the office is very helpful and professional.

2021-02-22Highly recommend living here. Really convenient as there are stores and restaurants nearby. A really clean environment, management really nice, maintenance always come in for work orders, etc! The pool view is amazing! Security guarding always, really safe!

2018-08-24Love this place. I am currently renting a remodeled unit and I love it so far,very peaceful and quiet. I am down stairs and have had issues with bugs but if you COMMUNICATE with the onsite manager she will have pest control spray outside and inside your unit as well as the rest of the complex which helps a lot. The manager is so sweet and is quick to resolve any issue you may have as well as maintenance. The only problem is parking, they are not assigned YET, and it fills up quickly and some may have to park outside the gate or across the complex. I am currently satisfied living here and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. The price is worth it if you have a remodeled unit. This is a great place to call home! You have to see it for yourself. Security patrols every night, and always clean environment.

2020-08-14My stove was broke for several weeks it felt like months i had to use a small plug in stove. And first the manager said they wont give me a new stove until i shampoo the carpet, then because i didnt have no where else to go at the time i had to just leave it at that. And then i asked again if they can replace the stove and they did after over a month with not having a stove. This place is not a good place to live at. They are constantly trying to go into the apartment to inspect it but after they inspect they dont fix anything. I just dont understand how i get several inspections but everything is still how it was. This is not a place to go if u want to save money the air conditioning doesnt work right so u have to leave it on from the morning till noon to get some cool air or be warm in the winter. In the summer it was so hot in the apartment my pgne bill was so high because the air didnt blow enough cool air or hot air. I never had a parking here it was first come basis and that was very stressful. This was not a good comfortable place to live in at all. I think in a apartment you are suppose to feel at home and comfortable and a place where u can relax and call home because u are paying rent . but all i felt was stress living here they do not make u feel like its your home . your basically paying rent to add more stress to your life. Its not quiet people break into cars here at night. Yes i understand that apartments have to have rules and order to make a complex run great, but not showing dignity and empathy to people that are calling this place home is unproffessional at its finest. People come here to have a place to live not to be taken advantage of. If u are looking for a peaceful place to live at it is not here. Dont let the trees full you. It is not what it seems. And i dont wish any of the experiences i went through at bridle path on anyone.
