So much fun. Loved how the lanes with kids had rails pop up only when it was the kids turn & for the really little ones they had a metal slide to guide the ball. Nice disco like environment. Food available.

Where should I begin... We arrived, and the guy at the register was so rude! Made us feel like we were wasting his time by trying to figure out which bowling package to choose from. Ok, what ever, no biggie up until I paid with my debit card. He asked if I was going to leave a tip on the credit card terminal. I ignored him, but he must of asked 3 times! Found out he is the manager too! Lol! Next, we received shoes. It was obvious they were not clean. My daughters had food on hers. Next, our lane broke down, and we had to wait for someone for about 20 min to come fix it, which took into our bowling time frame of 1 1/2 hours that they would not give us back with that time we missed. Basically, the 5 of us only got 1 and 1/2 games, and it shut off. We went to get some beers, and then bar wasnt open. It opens at 5. We waited another 20 min to then have the rude bartender tell us that one of our Ids wouldnt work because it was a passport! Ok, but then he wouldnt serve any of us, for fear we would give the one with a passport some alcohol! Crazy! Ordered food, that was absolutely disgusting, soggy chicken strips??? Food took forever, and it is very expensive! Manager was completely useless! We didnt complain because it was obvious he didnt care. Everyone he talked to as I stood there in line was basically afraid of him! Lol, bottom line, dont waste your time going here. Overall it was horrible, and extremely expensive to bowl. I would have paid the same if I would have just gone to Bowlero. 👍

If you are here to just bowl, then I would definitely recommend this place. The atmosphere of this place is awesome. Its chill, family friendly, and the staff are so helpful and attentive. They do also have a little arcade, however I dont recommend playing at it. There is limited games, the pricing of the games are definitely not worth it and neither are the prices.
Great bowling alley, lovely old school character to the place. Feels like the bowling alley the Jetsons might have gone to. Tasty snacks and, yeah, decent bowling. They have some great deals if you go off peak times like Sunday morning too.
Staff very nice and respectful, wear mask during purchase of rental shoes and game. You can remove your mask if you want when you are in your lane with your group.Other than that very good environment to have a game or two on a Friday/Saturday night. The have food available and drinks as well.

This place is great because I loved bowling even though I bowled there with my mom three years ago (ACTUALLY the last time we bowled before losing our interest...might considering our comeback within two years). Still enjoyable and having fun!

It was a really fun place to bowl. It was really clean the staff was friendly and there were plenty of open lanes. Around 6pm they started their blacklight bowling with forgers, blacklights, and laser lights. It took me back to the good old days of galactic bowling.
Hours are usually 3 to 11. But call ahead to confirm. Fun place. bowling is $60.00 per hour. Machines are easy to use. Place is clean with a small arcade area. Ok bar as well.

Bowling was a little expensive, but the workers made the experience! the Latina bartender with an accent made me feel loved as she made my drinks. kinda wish Id have asked for her number because she was gorgeous. Pizza was cool & wings werent bad (a tiny bit too much pepper but nothing too bad) loved the experience.
It was cool.. service was great. Manager is super cool. Food is bomb!!!! Need better music and need cosmic bowl every night.. they should have karaoke in the bar.. We go every week. Super cool environment.
Second time I wait and they arent open in time.Edit to this review, so there was like 5 people or so waiting for the place to open, we waited till about 20 mins past opening and eventually we got tired, I was the last to pull out as I had my son and needed to be placed in his car seat. As Im pulling out I see that some guy who had been waiting in his car the entire time gets out and goes to open the door once we are all pretty much gone.He literally just watched us all wait and didnt care, he waited for every customer to leave before he opened up. What a horrible employee.

We made reservations on their website a few days before and they had the lane ready for us when we got there.We appreciate that they keep their restrooms very clean.We cant wait to come back to Bowlium Lanes.
I had not been here in some time, my husband, kids and I were there, bowling, having fun. I really like the place, the lady at the register was not too friendly though. We had pizza, fries and soda, it was good.

There was a really rude male blonde worker with short spiky hair working on a Sunday night at 10pmFirst of all when we get there he over charged us one person extra in our group and didnt say anything and then when we realised we told him and he admitted he knew but didnt ever say anything and not only that but then he later went up to my 12 yr old little brother and told him to be quiet just because he was cheering too loud and everyone else in the room was cheering for their groups as well. My little brother was just so sad after the worker told him that and I was upset because he should have talked to one of his 4 siblings that are all adults instead of him first. He didnt apologise and made us leave by turning off our game. I asked for his name and he wouldnt give it to Me, and I was about to grab a business card and he ripped the tray out of the counter and walked to the back and took a couple mins to walk back out and then told me his supervisors name but he still wouldnt tell me his name. I took a picture of him and I am definitely going to call his supervisor tomorrow because that is not okay that he ruined a 12 yr Olds night when he was just trying to have a good time with his family, and kicked us out without a valid reason. Apparently you can only bowl here if you dont make any noise and they will overcharge you on purpose!

Understandably with Covid affecting hours of operation- deals/specials are not in service- it was a great treat to experience our last hour with gratuitous Cosmic Bowling; my family had a blast this evening. Thank you dinner staff for providing quick service as well!

Was a typical bowling alley. The reason Im only giving it 4 stars is because the arcade is a joke. They should either just get rid of the arcade or they need to replace the games. Half didnt work, some ate our money. Just a sad arcade.

Purpose of my trip was to buy pins, so I cant comment on the lanes or bowling related services. Arcade looked clean, games newer. Theres a Diner inside. Shoe rental is ~$4.Bought a case of used pins. $7/ea, $35/set. I was hoping 1 or 2 would be intact, but all were. Super surprised by quality of pins. Yes, obviously damaged, no good for play. Damage was mostly cracked or chipped plastic at head, couple broken pin bases, no deep gouges or missing chunks.
Dont let the outside surprise you. The inside is very nice. The bar area is beautiful and the cafe is so clean. Employees are so very nice as well.
I loved this bowling place. Ive gone to many and by far this one had the best affirdable prices, good customer service and it felt like a really comfortable place to be in.
Looked awful on the outside but nice on the inside. The service was good and the sandwiches in the diner were delicious. We had a little trouble with the lane during our bowling but had fun nonetheless. They have little bars for kids to roll the ball on which was super helpful since my 3 and 4 year old was bowling with us. They have a little arcade area and also a lounge. We will return.
Great bowling alley from top to bottom...BUT...it is NOT for league bowlers. Intact theres NO league bowling at Westchester Bowlium. That being said... its a Great Bowling experience. Bowlium Lanes only got 4 ☆s because its pricy.

Definitely dont be filled by the outside. Its a bit rundown looking, but the inside is nice and well maintained. The lanes are in great shape, and everything inside was nice an clean. We had a great time with the Sunday early bird special. We will certainly go again.
Al is the best manager ever. I had a situation and he totally solved my problem without any frustration or negativity. My family goes here weekly and this place is awesome!
Went here at 11pm on Thursday. The place was really clean with a helpful attendant. The machines and lanes worked fully and efficiently. There was a good variety of ball weights. The bathrooms were nice & clean. And the bartender helped us out with ice waters even after closing. A lot of us cal poly students will return.
Nice and pretty much clean. The balls were pretty beat up and had quite a few gouges in them. More extra small balls than anything else... I usually bowl with a 10 lb ball with large or extra large holes... There was only 6 ten lb balls in the entire alley... Um... Why? I guess more people have their own ball and just use the alleys as backup, who knows. Cant complain

We went here for New years Eve and we had a blast. Its been a while since weve been here. This place has been completely renovated. The drinks where really good and not overly priced. We will definitely be coming back again.
Very chill and clean. Feels very retro. Prices are great and the pro shop is very helpful. The arcade is more old fashioned so you can pay with quarters. They have a dipping dots vending machine and there is also a restaurant. Bathrooms are also very clean. Dont let the old facade keep you away. This place is really nice.
Great place. Craft beers are as much as going to to hockey game at the stadium 12.50. Total Rip off. Bowling alleys are known for reasonably priced drinks. Thats the only reason I didnt give them 5 stars.

Haven’t bowled there yet but went inside to check it out and get a few price quotes. It was clean. restrooms clean. upbeat music playing with lots of neat party style lights everywhere.and they offered the LOWEST LOWEST LOWEST prices( certain days and times, but that’s with all low prices or sales offers anywhere right). I plan on taking my family as many times as I can this summer.Can’t wait.

I come for the karaoke on Thursdays and Fridays. The KJ does an amazing job and makes College nights and the beginning of the weekend feel like a party! Aside from one strict bartender who is a stickler for the rules, the other bartenders are amazing and will make you feel right at home at Bowlium!
I love to bowl! We got there and I was hungry. The restaurant was closing but the woman who was in there was sooooo nice, she offered to cook me whatever I wanted! You couldnt ask for more than that!! Awesome chicky!! The only problem we had was that the automatic score board kept malfunctioning and my friend, being the serious bowler he is, got upset. But, I had a great time !!

Bowlium Lanes provided the perfect birthday party setting for my daughters eighth. The food and ambiance were excellent, but even better was the staff. They went over the top to make sure we were not just satisfied, but thrilled. Top notch all around, Bowlium!
It was very nice and clean, the staff was friendly. Bowling was a little pricey ($21.95 for 2 kids to bowl 1 game). Some of the arcade games didnt work properly. Overall was satisfied. Will be going back.
Went there for moms birthday for a second time. First time with boyfriend and brother. Can be a little expensive on a Sunday night ($65 roughly for 5 people for one 1.5 hours). Otherwise, great environment. Really fun!

We bowled our mid-season sweeps today, I made the house shot look tough. The bathrooms were clean though and the snack bar had decent food. I recommend the carne asada street tacos, the salsa wasnt too hot and had a nice flavor.
Been coming here for years and never had a complaint. The staff is great and so is the new management. They have great direction as far as reinventing the center and work tirelessly to accommodate each individual and remedy any situation that might occur. They have an awesome pro shop as well that is open every day and will get you prepared for any type of bowling you do.
It is a classic and comfortable bowling setting, everything was in place and functional. Very nice for a date or a family outing. The staff is very nice, friendly, and informative on bowling, as some of them are actual bowlers themselves personally. Me and my girlfriend go each week and have alot of fun.

Super friendly staff. There was a slight mix up, they sent us to the wrong lane 17 instead of 19, and because of that they offered to give a free game! We declined because there is just so much bowling one can do in one night, right? Great price, had not been upgraded in some time.

It wasnt packed with alot of people. The floors in the entry were under construction. Looking pretty nice. Almost done. Like the idea of Kids Free, All Summer Long. Good seats and liked the tables with chairs in the middle for more seating. Bathrooms well stocked and clean. Handicap acessible.

First time here. Nice lanes, etc. POed that we paid $72 for 12 games total on Saturday afternoon. We should have said, forget it, and gone to Brunswick Upland. Lady at desk didnt offer hourly rate, would have been $48. Our fault for not checking rate first and for not getting lower rate; not sure if they would have allowed us to get our charge back after we started, but wont return here.
I hadnt been here in a few years, but our bowling league moved here during the summer and I was pleasantly surprised! Newly remodeled, clean, ac works very good, I love it here!
It was so much fun bowling until we were rudely kicked off of our table because League Bowlers needed to set up.
The lanes are well maintained. The bartender makes delicious mix drinks. Karaoke happens in the lounge. The food place is mediocre and that is why I give 4 stars.. Pizza, wings and hot dogs.
Took the kids for my daughters birthday, kids had a great time. They usually have specials going on so it doesnt cost an arm and a leg to go out with the family and have a good time.
Would be a 5, but I can only thank my company for that. The person who set us up with a lane charged the 2 of us 40 for 1 hour, and didnt even tell us our lane. Later when said lane started malfunctioning, they were very upset to be helping us. Weird vibe when you have 40 of my last dollars lol.

We went for a birthday party this weekend. Luckily our mother who threw the party sanitized everything!! 🤢Bowling balls and all!! It was so gross!! Not to clean to go there or sanitized 🤷♀️
HORRIBLE, not kid friendly. They told us we could not bowl with our kids because their was a league playing. Apparently the only way we could play was if our kids did not play. They told us to tell our kids to sit while we play. Their was no sign that said no kids weren’t allowed. They let the league take up all the lanes because they “pay to play” and don’t like kids wandering around. If it was a private tournament I would understand but they had no sign, and no room for anyone else other than the league. On a Friday night. The rudest employees ever.

Not sure if many people know but this bowling alley is under new ownership and it shows. Staff is friendly, pro shop operators are great theyll take time to watch you bowl and recommended a ball that will work with your style. Lanes are challenging yet fun, they usually have a sport shot of some kind on a few lanes to practice. The new owners take the time to meet and greet anyone they pass by while in the center. If you have not been there I recommend it, and if u have been there with a bad experience more than 9 months ago come back and see the difference.
The staff here is Great! I bowl on two leagues here even though it is a 45 minute drive. A plus is a cafe and bar. Great place to bowl for recreation or league bowling!
Looks like they got busy with all their new promotions. But the lane and seating are that great. They took the center table out so you have to put your orders at the table on top. It was ok over all.
2 stars only because the price is worth it. $10 all you can bowl after 9 and $8 if you have a valid student ID.Besides that, the lanes are light to no oil at all, balls roll straight down no matter the revs I put in. The janitor that works there throw peoples belongings away and not ask if it is trash.My ball cleaner for. Bottle cap was on the table while I was cleaning my ball and I turned around for one bit and it was gone, found out later he just took the cap and assume trash.Same thing happened to y shammy cloth, assumed it was a rag and threw it. Dont bowl here if you have your own ball, its a wreck.
We came from a terrible house run by ridiculous management and were Welcomed at Bowlium with so much appreciation as patrons and felt very comfortable in this house. We are very excited to start a whole new chapter in bowling and will be very happy in this house. Thank you Billy!!

The young kid at the shoe counter was very rude. And the diner...b prepared to stand and wait even with no one else in there. They stopped r game right in the middle without notice to say we owed more money and didnt record my previous frames score

Great center to have a fun night of bowling. The pro shop is incredible to. Buddy who works it knows exactly what ball will work for you and how to drill them perfect for you.

This place is sooo cool!! Ive been here a few times and it reminded me of when I was a kid going to the bowling alley and watching my parents bowl with the league... As modern as the world is these days, the game of bowling is a True Classic!! I hope this place never goes away.
Not a single hand sanitizer station around. Got to walk yourself all the way to the bathroom between if you want to eat drink or play with your phone between bowling turns. Im not a crazy germaphobe but I thought hand sanitizing stations are a norm at bowling alleys??

A very good place to go with friends and family
Ive been bowling here for over a year and no one has ever been rude to me or overcharged me. This is a great place to bowl, learn how to bowl, bring the family or just hang out with great people. Dont believe Jessica or America Guzman, I was there that night an that kid was so out of control. No normal 12 year old WOO HOO at the top of his lungs 10,000 over and over to where people are going deaf. the family kept egging him on the whole time even though it was quite obvious his behavior was making the bowlers on that side of the alley very uncomfortable causing them to leave. If the family which was all adults other than the 12 year old had any decency they would have asked him to quiet down a little before the other customers made complaints forcing the staff to kindly ask him to keep it down. This type of customer are the ones you hope so not return because they dont have the common courtesy for the other customers. I could say a lot more about the night but the bottom line is: This is a family owned center for all types of bowlers. They have great specials, tournaments, leagues etc. Give it a shot because the owners and staff truly are amazing and go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome.
Really nice spot for bowling with 32 lanes. Their all you can play special on Thursday night is good where you pay one game and enjoy 3 hours of bowling (8-11pm)

Wednesday night after 8:00 is unlimited bowling for 10$ per person (+4$ shoe rental). Great deal, family friendly atmosphere, fun bowling.

Staff was not friendly. I ordered a small pizza and the manager was yelling at everyone in the back. I ordered a soda at the bar and the person attending the bar skipped me even though I was clearly standing next to the bar and he tried to skip me again but I had to tell him I am nextI will NOT go back to this place

Went to shoot pool 1 night and it was hotter in the pool hall then it was outside plus pool tables keep taking your money and if you tell that bartender he always (everytime we have gone) says sorry management is not available
We had so much fun we enjoyed ourselves we drank beer we ate pizza we bowled and there was so many girls there that you never know what to do we was bowling till midnight and after that we still went out and got tacos and then we went back and we still bold for another 6 hours had a great time ...
Wow! What more could you ask for from a bowling alley like Bolium Lanes this is the spot to be when you just want to chill,have a after work brewski, meet new people, karaoke, ohhh! the best part....knock down some pins , make that Turkey gobble all night long.
Im not sure why I even gave this place a one star, This place is ridiculous wanted to charge us $25 to bring in a birthday cake for my daughter. There was no negotiating with the manager👎

Staff is excellent but the place is too lit up too many lights wish it was dimmed down a little and the bar really needs to be revamped to give it a more modern look
They raised their prices on bowling games because of minium wage hike .. Blaming it on the govener.. So now the owner wants his costumor base to pay for the cost of employees pay raise. Its just a bowling alley theres very little over head. Just because you have never paid your employees a proper wage and now you have to give them a little more your trying to put it on your custumors. I wont be back anytime soon and Im sure Im not the only one...

Pretty lonely on a Sunday night, however, it was cheap compared to other ones. Very few selections regarding sizes of balls. It was ok.

2022-03-29Great bowling alley. The seats at each lane were far more comfortable than Ive ever experienced. The facility was clean. There was a staff member who came and cleaned the outside of each ball and the finger holes. The balls were very well organized so it made it easy to find the size you were looking for. It was a fun time.

2022-03-20This place was just horrible from start to finish. We had a reservation, and right off the bat the guy at the front desk (possibly manager or owner) was seen fighting with customers, being extremely rude to other workers, etc. THEN, even though we reserved a lane for an hour and twenty minutes, they gave us an hour. THEN, the lane was messed up, had an incorrect number of pins repeatedly, leading us to waste time we paid for to have someone help us.THEN, when we asked for them to give us the correct amount of time (add 20 minutes), they said theyd only add 10.Lastly, we had four minutes left in our game and it shut off without even telling us our scores.Not worth the attitude, not worth the fight, not worth the price.Dont bother.

2021-04-30This place may look a little run down on the outside, but as soon as you walk in, the atmosphere changes. I love the style of the place and different things they have. The Diner was super cool looking on the inside and the food was just as good. The staff was really friendly and understanding.The only con I think is that they are bit on the pricier side. I payed $70 for me and my brother to bowl for 2 hours straight. Im not exactly sure how much other places might be, but we definitely payed less at Bowlero or Brunswick for 2 hours of Unlimited Bowling, back when we used to bowl there.Other than that the place was clean and we had a good time. I say it was worth it! ❤

2019-08-11Cool bowling alley... the building exterior has a great design but you can tell it is a bit dated. It is a basic bowling alley... customer service is ok... food takes some time to come out but is desent... less crowded than others in the area... the music could be updated a bit.

2021-12-07Great atmosphere and friendly staff. We had so much fun we ended up adding time for a total of 4 hrs. We couldnt bring in cupcakes but the staff was awesome enough to refrigerate them for us 🙏🏽Good food and great adult drinks from the bar. I will definitely return. Happy 16th Birthday to my Son ❤️ Omar!!

2021-12-21Great great fantastic time. A great place to bring your date and go Bowling, but the tater tot nachos, yuk!!! Dont order this. Thats the only bad think about this wonderful place. Bring your cash or credit card. Its not that costly.But bring you money!!!

2018-03-25This is a decent place for any casual get together or hangout. The prices are quite fair and the food is astoundingly tasty. The best food is by far the pizza, quite stringy and greasy but something about it just makes it amazing. The bowling itself is great and fun, with the balls being provided to you. They might be greasy but its really not hard to clean them. Overall, a great place for any event thats not professional or formal.
