The guy who attended my family and I was kind of rude. He made comments that were questionable and came off as offensive. He kind of ruined the tone of our night. The kids ended up having fun. Weird experience. Nevertheless, its a bowling alley. Kids had fun.

This is a very cool and chill place to go with friends and family! The ambient, music, drinks and their food are the perfect combination to have a fun night while bowling. Its such a great way for entertainment and its not too pricey, the people that work there are very friendly and helpful! No way to go wrong in having a nice time at AMF Beverly bowling!

Chris the manager at Bowlero is absolutely the worst human being. we weren’t given the right information and he belittled me and told Me I didn’t listen correctly and everyone gets the same information. He is so rude, exhibits zero customer service skills, and really should not be in the position he is in.This place would not let me post this review if it was one star so I had to change it to two. This place is criminal. BEWARE.

Always a great time here. The staff was amazing, especially Nicolette. She really is the best. I didnt get the managers name but she has blue hair and is very helpful and nice as well. The place is always clean, the food and drinks are delicious.
Waited an hour for a beer and forgot to give it to me after letting the waitress know I still haven’t received my beer. Another 2+ hour wait after being told I was next in line after he showed me a tablet w my name. I’m still in line waiting as I type this. It’s now near midnight and I can see 5 lanes vacated, no exaggeration. We really tried being patient and tried to make the best of the situation but this was uncalled for. Whatever
Tried to keep the 2 lane game going with large crowd but the ladies at at the counter wanted us to downsize to one lane. I dont see an issue since were still paying for food games and all other stuff. Im just going to go to Gage Bowling.
8 dollars a game per person on a weekend is not bad at all in my opinion. There is a bar, a small arcade, food is good and its a very clean place.

Me and my colleagues held a Project Team outing at AMF Beverly. The place is huge and very spacious and has approximately 20+ bowling lanes.In addition to this they have pool tables as well.A nice to place to chill out with friends on Friday after work 👍There is a small bar and kitchen for ordering food. We order pizza and wings and they were Ok.Parking is not an issue as the place has its own dedicated parking around the building.Worth for money especially if you’re buying coupons from Groupon.
I come here every Friday. Newly remodeled. Great new drinks and food. New arcades for the kids. Billiard section. Pro bowl shop is hands down the best Ive been to.

My bud and I stopped in after lunch to play pool and check the place out.The bar area where the pool tables (7 tables) are located was empty except for a couple sitting at the bar. The bar is clean with low lighting. A mug of Bud was $7.50 and the pool table was $20.00 per hour. Way too expensive. We drank 2 mugs and ordered a pitcher to share with our friends.Over all this is a place to bring family and friends to have a great time. Just bring lots of money.

I was having some fun with my friends for a while. Our time seemed to run out on our section so one of us went to pay for more. But in-between the time he went and came back, one of the female employees working there started moving our stuff onto another table on the side without asking. When addressed about it, she said that they needed to clear up the line for another costumer, to the which we responded saying we were still going to stay for more games. After this she just turned around and left without at least saying sorry or helping bring our stuff back

It was nice time, quick easy checking with reservations made online. Staff very accommodating and safe. Only thing was the bowling balls were not close by to choose so I used what was left by previous players. Arcade is great too. No tokens needed!
Very Fun and safe. Had a blast at my daughters friends Birthday Party. Food was good and beer on tap was great. Have new video games and pool tables. A must go when your in town !

Had fun with my family. We had a great time when the lanes were working. They kept malfunctioning. And it was like that for an hour and then they eventually moved us.. i didnt like that when i looked for help all the staff was ignoring me while I was clearly talking to them, not until i had to get in someones face because no one was attending me. Another thing was that they didnt explain that each round was extra and we ended up paying about 250. So we were upset about that, they didnt explain to us correctly and they made it seem it was unlimited game plays. Overall, they need to properly train their staff to explain to their customers correctly and to always ask if we need help because I felt like I was bothering them.

Wonderful time. They have a party limit of 12, 6 people each lane, and any more would have to be a reservation. Front desk employee was very understanding and cooperative even though it was a bit hectic on a Friday night. The music was bumping, food service was quick and complete. Felt like the good old days, pre-covid. Will be coming back again.

Went for a birthday party and we had three lanes with free food and drinks. Went to get shoes and was totally ignored for a few minutes before someone attended me. Ordered a couple of pitchers of beer and we almost finished a complete game before we got them. They seemed understaffed. The girl was trying her best though. Ordered some fries and they also took a long time and were cold by the time we got them. Hope they hire more help.
Well it nice, but we had a party of 14 mostly kids, it cost $300.oo for only 2 games. The drinks another $100.00 or more plus games and another $100.00But we had fun

I am rating it a three because the area where the bowling ball falls kept getting stuck. Another reason I rated it a three was because the service was slow. But overall the experience is good.

Beverly Lanes, this place is well known in the East Side Communities. It is well kept, staff is friendly and willing to help you out. You can reserve a table or tables. You can have a birthday celebration. I believe they offer like a package deal for your celebration needs. They also have a bar. Not sure if they have entertainment in the bar. But bowling is fun. Enjoy.

This place is okay again because the kids love it.From a moms point of view, a bit scary I would not let my kids go alone to the restroom. Since they do serve alcohol is one of those places which is kid friendly but its really not. Only my opinion. The service was great and friendly.

The lanes and arcade are pretty nice. The food prices are decent. But sadly the customer service leaves you hoping for more. Very crowded for a Monday night. Had to wait 45 minutes to get a lane. Table was dirty and asked for someone to clean it, never came. The restrooms (at least the mens), were filthy... It smelled like if they hadnt been cleaned for days. They crowd all family groups with children to one corner and leave them to forget them (meaning no table service). The only reason I would go back is for the really good value groupon discount you can get.

Was here for a company party, was happy with the fun we had but after the service we got when we ordered food and got it literally almost an hour and a half later I was very deeply disappointed. I will be giving my boss the feedback. Brought my family, we are a party of 8 but we got cold food and was embarrassed for them to even have had to try to eat it. So disappointed. Only party we liked was playing and bowling. Food service was terrible. When we finally were feed up we had to go look for our server and did not even apologize, all she did was say her excuse was she had lots of orders, but the ppl next to use got there later than us and had received food a long time before us. I’m not sure what the deal was but deeply embarrassed and disappointed with this place.😒😡😠😪

The service was horrible. We ordered nachos with steak and quesadillas with lemonades. It took them 40 minutes to bring us our order. And the food was wasnt very appetizing. We had to wait another 10 minutes for the drinks after we asked them AGAIN for them. Drinks that probably came from a soda fountain so I couldnt understand the hold up. Aside from that the bowling prices are reasonable as well the game playing.
Love to go bowl here they have an arcade and have pool tables they are usually busy but there usually isn’t usually a large wait time. I have gone multiple times and they have pretty clean bowling booths. I live near by and have gone many times. They are kid friendly and have many activities for them to do in the arcade.

We went on a Tuesday night, during their 2-2-2 deal. This deal is $2.22 per game, pair of shoes, slice of pizza, can of cheep beer, and some game discounts.For 2 games, 2 people each, and 2 pairs of shoes it came to a total of about $19. 4 slices of a one-topping pizza with the deal, one order of fries ($5.50), and two drinks came to around $20. Admittedly the food was pretty decent but the cost and grease didnt really make it worth it. $40+ for a 1.5 hour date is not awful. Small kitchen so slow to cook.The lanes were positioned for you to be right up against other people, awkwardly sitting and ignoring each other. They had generic animations from the 80s (why is it hard to get new stuff?)The urinals in the bathroom had no little dividers so you are exposed and is cause for losing another star. Soon as they fix that, they can get a star back.
They were open on New Years Eve! Up until 1 am. We had a bowling lane for a couple hours, then played some pool and arcade games in their little arcade room. At midnight they gave us a complimentary champagne. Really good vibe and the place was very nice, clean and organized. Also serve beer and food. Good stuff.
This is a great bowling alley. parking lot is huge and open on both sides. the place was pretty empty for a sunday and the TV screens above the pins is great! youre able to watch sports games at the same time as you bowl. counter staff was nice and helpful too

The bowling sessions are fun. Apparently its cheaper to buy a summer pass this time of year. The only thing that kind of sucked was waiting on drinks. IT TOOK TWO ROUNDS FOR OUR DRINKS TO ARRIVE! Being it was a Saturday they out of pretty much all the good beverages

Walked in at 12 PM, was greeted and helped immediately and efficiently at the check out counter. We were a group of 12 adults and we decided to use our groupon deal that we had bought 24 hours ago . The AMF STAFF took it without hesitation and with no problem ; 35 bucks 4 adults w/ shoe rental for 2 hours, pretty good deal to me ! Thanks for the great customer service will be coming back soon !
The guy at the entrance was really nice and waived my shoe fee as I didn’t have enough money on me and asked for a student discount. The tap water served there tastes DISGUSTING though, reminds me of plasticy sewage.

Great Happy Hour prices. Came here on Groupon which helped us. There is plenty of parking. Busy for a Friday night but did not have to wait long for a lane. Customer service was good. The arcade and pool tables at the bar kept the non bowling peeps entertained. They use a card system which made the kids think it was free but at least the tickets are rewarded on the card so there is no paper trail. The only issue is that we waited for our food for almost an hour. We ordered mixed appetizers. I think they wait for multiple lanes good orders to be done. Bathrooms need lighting and an upgrade. They did play good music and did glow in the dark night.

This place has been revamped. The arcade was relatively new, and all the lanes had huge TV screens from wall-to-wall. They also have table service for at the lanes and bumper guards. I went during Friday night at peak hours for the highest price at 7.99. After 9 oclock it appears is the discount and everybody and their mom shows up. So honestly depending on the type of person you are, I actually enjoyed Less people and didnt mind paying a little extra. Menu options are your typical bar foods and drinks can be pricey when u do cocktails. Definitely will be back as my toddler has discovered his new passion

Went here for $2 Tuesdays. Place gets quite busy so its good to get there early. Hard to find balls of the right size and weight. The $2 beers are tiny mini cups, not even a real value.

Older facility, you can really tell the age of this place when you go to the restroom or stand outside the building. Pool table price is pretty expensive compared to other pool halls and the equipment is old/damaged. Will only come here when there is no other pool hall available. Bowling is dirt cheap on certain days and worth it, just bring your own shoes to save on the shoe rental.

I used to frequent this years ago in HS. Place is clean and overall kept up well though the return on lane I was on with my family kept freezing up. After 3 walk UPS to the counter and complaining (courteously) to the manager he put us on another. The icing on the cake was the pinkeye the balls gave me. My fault for not washing my hands and fighting allergy - based itchy eyes, but yeah. Thanks AMF.
I needed to get away for some fun and relaxation. I walked into the bowling and it felt like Disneyland (just cheaper). Had a great time. The pizza and wings were great.
Great food, great arcade games, it has a bar as well, and very good bowling customer satisfaction. The staff are very nice, and it’s pretty clean in there, the food is a bit expensive but, it’s delicious. You won’t be disappointed if you go here , it has very good service.

The location is the most eye-appealing from the outside, but it does get better inside.• AMF Bowling also has a few daily deals like $2.22 Tuesdays, but you might want to check with the staff because theres more fees and you will end up paying ~$7 per person.•Children and parents will be happy to know that there are also rails that can be put up if you ask an employee and there are a few bowling ball ramps where a kid can place the ball on and let it roll down to the lane.•There is also an arcade at far left corner from the cash register. The games there are pretty new and uses the Card - Pay to play system where you buy credits and swipe the card to play games (I strongly dislike this feature).•A bar is also located on the right side from the cash register; offering pizza, sandwhiches, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as appetizers. Though the food has good quality, I would not agree with the high pricing of it all. I strongly encourage any person with a big appetite (or just anyone who is hungry) to eat at the Burger King across the street (exiting the main door a few steps to the left should be a crosswalk if you need specifications).
The alleys were fine and clean. But the pins and sets up were slow. The bathrooms are old and rough. The front counter staff was either understaffed or overwhelmed (they were not that busy). Shoes EVERYWHERE. Noone cleaning or restocking them.

Simple bowling alley that didnt get crowded. Food is cheap and the beer flows. Had a birthday party there for 8-9 people there and we had two lanes reserved with no issues. People were rolling up at different times and we would just send them to the counter to pick up some shoes and jump in on some games. Only thing was the balls would get stuck in the ball retrieval machine if both lanes shot at once.

I had a good time with my family at AMF. Only reason I gave a 3 is because 1 of my prizes got stuck in the machine. I asked for assistance. They said the manager was paged. Wait 20mins. Then I asked for a manager again. They paid the paged the manager again. Waited another 20mins. No one never came. I got tired of waiting and just left. I shouldnt have had to wait that long. Who knows how long I would have still been there. Other than that. I did have a good time with my family.
Beverly Lanes is a bowling alley that can accomidate large parties. They take reservations for well planned events, as well last minute outings. Well maintained pool tables and a full bar make an eveing out more fun.

I seen a manager male who wears glasses yelling at one of his servers. For the server sitting down and talking to the customer with a customer asked Them to sit down. He made the employee feel so so bad like if they done something wrong . He yelled at Employee hurry up we need your help the server caught up with there head down.Servers eyes were watery server walked away sad.But other than that service was OK
If youre coming here to play pool it can be a little overpriced.... $20/hrAlso most of the sticks are messed up with little to no good ends so dont expect the best out of this place

Ive been going to the AMF Beverly Lanes for probably thirty years. Dang, I am OLD! While things have changed at this alley, it feels like not much has. Its still a bowling alley, and thats what youre looking for. If you want a drink and some food, theyve got that too, but if youre just looking to bowl, youre covered. Your best bet is to go on an off-peak time, they have specials throughout the week.
Gets packed quick on Tuesday. Bowling and shoes are only $2 each after 8. Service is good but not enough of them.
This is a good place to bowl. Im not used to the new upgrade, they added more machines to play and tickets to earn. They have good summer deals for the kids.

Well maintained and friendly staff. Had to wait for a lane due to league night but no need to wait around for they send you a text alert when your lane is ready.
Bowling is good , but ordering food is horrible. There set up is bad...no dinning area...makes it difficult to just eat a simple meal
Its fun but pricey. Dont get anything to drink there, over $4 for a medium soda

The staff here is really nice and understanding we had a farewell party and they let us stay ten minutes after closing. It really meant alot to us.

Realy a bad place to go ... the lines are ok wenesday after 4 pm but there is no servers o waitres and if you go to the bar there is 2 old ladies talking to each other and ignoring the costumers ooo no i will never return to this place

Sad to say the bowling alley has gone down in the last 5yrs. But this is my house for over 30yrs of bowling Ive seen alot of changes and hopefully good chamges are to come 🎳

Really bad services i wait 15min at the counter for someone to tell me my state id was not good enough for them and would server me. Where state law as of 2016 mandates that everywhere thats services bozz must have yet they dont and will not server anyone with a state temp id...

First time I bring my son here and itll be the last came in the morning to play a couple of games the first game before it was over they told us to move cuz they had a party coming in second went to go buy us water price is ridiculous $4 for a 20 oz bottle and the lady took forever she literally took 10 minutes to give me a bottle of water name was SoniaMy opinion I would not recommend anybody to come here go anywhere else

2022-05-27Just a fun family night 🌙 at Bolero bowling alley 🎳 🎳 in Montebello Ca. Price is HIGH $$$$ Each player is $9+ dollars Per 1 game 😐and shoe rentals are $6+ dollar 💵 Each person😳 however, it didnt stop anyone from going because it was packed it was a Saturday night though! No reservations on the weekend because of that reason so we opted to wait which the list was.long but I think being that it is pretty expensive people only played one game and went to there arcade or bar and the also have a pool 🎱 room! Which are crowded but again priced high so people dont play to many games, and wait time is typically 40 minutes plus not so bad when you can do other things! Beautiful bowling ally of course they have the music 🎶 jamming! Nice snack bar good prices $$ and choices typical bowling alley food and snacks and they also have vending machines 😋 so around $100 for 4 people not bad 😉

2022-05-15Lets talk about pros and cons on 5/14/2022 at this facility.PRO: This place has pool tables near the bar, giant connect four, large jenga blocks and beer pong tables on side. The other end of the build has fairly decent size arcade with ticket games. Bowling lanes have black lights, playing music with music videos showing towards end of the lanes. Very nice for all ages. We bowled and played pool. Bar back and bars attendees were nice.Cons: We order food and drinks once we arrived to our lanes, it partially came outabout 1 hour, our appetizers never made it until near 2 hours later. We had to ask it 3 times before getting it. Also both times when food came out:No plates, straws or napkins. Took about 4 request before it came out. Our service waitress Mistie didnt care to be at work today along current staff Manager. I would think this establishment would take care of customers that want to have a great night with their familys and spending their hard earn money to have memorable night out. We spent total of 700+ including tip.Overall my experience just had a bad taste because management and server was poor customer service. I guess its just hard to find good people these days.

2022-06-06At Bowlero, you have bowling, pool table, arcade games. Also, you have some decent fast food like pizza, burger, fried chicken etc.Not a bad place for a friend hangout or happy hour.

2022-06-20Had my daughters 12th birthday here staff was freaking on it with the food great customer service. The Mgr is a sweetheart, she should be proud of her staff and chef the food hit the SPOTTTT.. Truly appreciate it🙏🏾🙏🏾 more parties to come thank you again

2022-02-27Horrible establishment sat here for a good 3 hours git my drinks 2 hours in my women almost left me cause i brought her here and i refused to leave until i got what i paid for this place almost cost me my women good thing i deove here so she couldnt actually leave and she didnt make a scene for my daughters sake she was right next to me

2021-09-183 times or more the line was stopped and we need to call for some help they gave us some extra time but it was annoying, the service was ok but slow we need to be calling for drinks and wait and wait and wait and this was before 5 pm when we were only 2 lines open, food was ok, drinks very good and I liked the mule but they have very good other flavors

2022-03-10Gave this place a try. The staff was very nice at the bar and helpful at the front desk. Food selection was limited and not very good. Thought we would spend another $50 for the two of us to bowl. Not sure the last time these areas were cleaned. I don’t think it was this week. Good idea for this place poor execution.

2022-03-23Some of the staff are so rude. The balls wouldn’t return and the people next to us kept throwing balls anyway but one of the workers was getting mad at us saying we need to “wait 5 seconds” between the people next to us when we were already waiting over 10 seconds. They tried to take bowling balls away from us without even asking which ones we were using or saying anything at all to us. Assuming it’s an excuse because there was a party next to us that shared a ball return together and we’re literally bowling at the same exact time and their balls weren’t getting stuck. On top of that we’ve been served raw chicken before with no refund, discount or anything. Definitely don’t recommend if you want to avoid salmonella/food poisoning.
