Not a big fan of bar bowling where drinking overshadows the game but theres not a lot of choices here in LA for lanes that cater to people who take bowling seriously; good lane conditions, not having a giant screen over the pins distracting you, pro shop etc. I live in the neighborhood and dont understand why there isnt any deals during the day on weekdays. Ive been in several times to see only two lanes being used during that time. Just cant bring myself to pay $9 a game for that type of atmosphere but I guess its popular with the drinking crowd after work and on the weekends which is probably how they make most of their money. The price is consistent whether its a Tuesday at 1pm or Saturday at 8pm.
Wow!! Had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday here with a few of my closest friends and I couldnt have asked for a better experience! We had the Kingpin Package for 10 with Premium Bar Service and it was everything i wanted and more.Nestor was our Manager on Duty for the night and he was so helpful with everything! Our party got there a little bit late and he still gave us our full time on the lanes and drink packages. Kept checking in with us throughout the night and made sure we were taken care of.Our Server/Hostess Nayelli was absolutely Phenomenal! Nayelli if youre reading this Im so glad you were the one to take care of us, you were on it all night with the drinks, and food. There was never a time somebody needed anything throughout the night because you stayed 3 steps ahead! You were absolutely Phenomenal and I cant praise you enough!Management please take this as a direct request, Give Nayelli & Nestor some sort of a reward because thanks to them you know have a lifelong customer! Both of them made my Birthday so much better than it already was and for that I cant thank you enough! Nestor & Nayelli deserve all the praise in the world! Thank you, Genuinely! I hope the next time I come back you 2 are still around!
Super fun! Update screens allow you to have a great experience. Sunday deal is awesome! Monday is all you can bowl, it is a little bit busy but still worth it. Food is reasonably priced maybe not the most tasty but big portions. Cocktails are cheap and too sweet and most of them is ice. STILL with all that being said is a lot of fun, good prices, 100% recommended.
Nice place. They let you open a tab and play as many games as you want without having to decide ahead of time how many you will play. Plus you can order and pay for drinks from your lane and theyre brought to you. I went on a sunday because I happened to be near and the prices were discounted.
The place is nice! Its been over 10 years since I was last here. And when I showed up a few days to get a bowl I was pleasantly surprised with the remodel and decor. And I was very excited to know I could now order food and drinks right at the lane. Yep its been that long since I last bowled anywhere.
Very clean and good service from the workers, the bad thing is the waiting time, it is very long, they must put a time limit on those who have already played to give the opportunity to those who are arriving... my children stayed with the win to play we were waiting for more than 2 hours and we were not given a turn...
Can we talk about security here for a moment? Because this is the first impression offered by the place. I felt as though I was immediately introduced to the Kyle Rittenhouse Fanboy Association -- meaning, too many undertrained, up-armored, and gun-toting law enforcement wannabes asserting authority they dont truly have as employees of a private company. All of it unnecessary for the venue and the area. All of it off-putting. All of it contributing to a vibe that precluded fun. And, unsurprisingly, the people of color seemed to endure the brunt of it. I played along with the little man big gun charade, but so much of me wanted to pull out my military ID and have a little chat about reality versus some Larper fantasy -- with live rounds and short fuses. We left before our lane was ready. Im sorry, but the idea that this creates a family friendly environment simply contradicts reason. For the same rationale that people like Kyle Rittenhouse are not folk heroes. Wont be brining my friends and family back to a place that feels the need to replicate a Berlin ghetto in the 50s, patrolled by a poor mans Schutzstaffel.
I happened to stop by at 11:00am because the restaurant I normally go to wasnt open till 12:00 so I sat at the bar and had a bloody Mary served by a very pleasant girl. It was good! The place was great, so many lights, it was like being in Las Vegas! I will go back again at another time.🤗💙
Its your standard modern bowling alley only everything here is really expensive its $12 a game and $6 for shoes..The food is average bar food.. tasty but nothing special and the drinks are expensive and not very strong..And people should be aware head of time that they are on board with the Governor to turn us into communist China because starting next week youre going to have to show a Covid card just to go bowl..Enjoy!
The family wanted to go bowling. To be honest I wasnt looking forward to it. I had just played 18 holes at Westchester golf course with a buddy. But, turns out bowling is a blast. They have tons of games for the kids, beer for the adults and lots of competition. The staff was super friendly, the music was good and the vibe was very positive. Everywhere you looked there were smiles. Im looking forward to going back.
I took the desk staff a long time to recognize me. I had to say something to them about getting the manager before they would attend to me. A lot of times the staff are just standing around laughing and talking to each other. Ive also noticed that the security guards are rude and assertive. There was one Indecent where my female friend a d I were walking from out of the bowling alley after just finish bowling league. While exiting the building the security guard was standing in the middle of the door on the outside between the door and the handicap ramp. I said excuse me to him, he turned around and looked at me, turned back around and didnt move. The female friend I was with which is handicap had to go around him an go off the curb Instead of the handicap ramp. It was as if he was trying to cause an altercation. There is, but Ill leave it at that. These things were at bowlero Torrance.
The wait was def a lot longer than expected, was told one time over the phone and another in person. The bartender was very nice, can’t say the same for her coworkers. Servers with attitudes and front desk with zero patients when it comes to answering questions. They have a bar tho, so there’s that.
Nice clean family-friendly place to go charity is there to orchestrate and protect they do a pretty good job of that the whole setup is very nice a lot of variety of different arcade games the bowling alley is spacious nice lighting a lot of TVs the place is very clean the staff is very friendly and its an all-around good place to go where the year doing an adult night or a family family very cost-effective and prices are very reasonable
On a Tuesday night, understaffed behind the bar and then I get under-poured on my dirty martini. The bartender not only claims that my martini looks under-poured because of the glassware they use, but then recites “a martini is made with 1.5 ounces of alcohol.”Haha. Not one bar in existence makes a martini with 1.5 ounce pour. Ya might wanna google that. They also use “perfect-pour” spouts on their bottles so the drinks are regulated to exact pours of 1 ounce. That’s great for inexperience bartenders, but bad experience for customers because making “snow cones” to compensate for the lack of pours is just... old school and outdated when it comes to customer appreciation. I get it though, cost control. Just make sure you don’t have a laundry list of other issues, and that one can go overlooked. But being understaffed, under-educated, and unhappy... makes for a bad experience.
I had a good time bowling yesterday afternoon. The bowling rates are reasonable. I was disappointed that Bowlero was not enforcing mask wearing. I saw several people not wearing a mask at all just walking around the facility. The arcade seemed very overpriced. I didnt order any food so I cant report on that aspect.
Unfortunately Im a regular here... I had all my employees meeting every Monday night to play bowling.I went over to the desk and happened to have one of the front desk guys selling me 2 summer memberships... he said they were good all summer except Friday Saturday and Sundays...which I was fine with the rest of the days... I came after a month to play and finally I was going to use the passes... the whole thing was a complete joke... the girl told me to wait for my lane to be ready... when it was rrady then she said my membership was good ONLY before 8 pm...I got there at before 7pm as I know the lanes get pretty occupied... I told her she has said to wait till my lane was clear to then checked me in...Anyhow, I was mislead and definitely ripped off by the whole membership team... worst part was looking at one short dark hair girl behind the counter who kept trying to over talk while I was discussing the issue with another associate... pretty rude and truly uncaring for the situation...Sad they are loosing touch of reality and business quality!
Had alot of fun here..only because I was with loved ones who I hadnt seen in years. There were a few things I didnt like...1. They arent practicing social distancing. They should have had every other lane open so that people who werent in your group would be 6ft away. We bowled right next to a group of people who werent even wearing their masks.2. The ball return is shared so the people next to us kept using the balls that we were using. 33. Definitely a COVID hot spot if your not well versed on how to stay safe when you venture out during this plandemic..lots of cross contamination going on.and 4....The bar tender was EXTREMELY RUDE when I asked for a pitcher of ice water. She acted like it was gonna kill her to fill it up with water and a little bit of ice.
First and last time here really bad service, the lane that we got was not working right, not counting right we went 3 times at the front desk to let them know and they just restart it and the last just moving us to another lane for that one not working either not giving the medium balls back! cheaper bowlings are better than here
Torn between 4 and 5 stars. Couple issues, like balls werent returning properly (fixed in 10 minutes after reporting it), missed an order of fries (which they immediately brought out a new side). So, basically the idea is that had great service taking care of things, but there were little glitches.Things happen, so I dont mind as long as taken care of, so thats why torn. But since there were 2 things, I figure 4 is about right.
Had a great time with friends and family at our Staff Christmas party. Bowlero had a great and exciting atmosphere. Our food was delicious and there was a wide variety. Young ladies who were serving us were awesome. They really made our annual Christmas party a success. Always a pleasure to go there.
I loved the atmosphere in general. Nice clean and maintained spot. However the food was not great, and the games were expensive. They charge per person, per game! What the hell? Ive never been to a place that charges each game to each player. Four of us had to pay $7 each per game. Crazy. Makes no sense.
The wait was a little long but it was a Saturday night, so it was a given. The great thing is they have an arcade to pass the time. They start you off with 6 credits which isnt the biggest amount but it still a nice gesture on their part. They also have a bar and food. The atmosphere was great and the animations on the screen were a fun addition. Overall the experience was a great one. I will definitely come back.
I really like this bowling alley! Ive been bringing my kids here for at least 10 years, every year for their birthdays and they love it, too! My kids are now 21, 21(twins), and 24! The food prices are kinda high but you get what you pay for 💁🏾♀️. The atmosphere is also great. Well keep coming until we cant bowl no more!!
My experience at Bowlero is based on a wrap party that I went to for my husbands work. It was fun, they have a couple game/arcade sections, a bar and a huge bowling alley. People were having fun. I had a couple of drinks that were delicious but neither of us were able to see food that we could eat. The fare was mostly bar food and I have food sensitivities and he is a vegetarian. HOWEVER, they have Halo: Fireteam Raven! I have been wanting to play this game. We sat at this machine and played it to the very end. This has made me a very happy girl.
My husband and I had the best time here. It was our first time at that location (we usually go to Santa Monica or Venice), but we liked this one so much more. Its more spacious and the bar area is really nice. Well be making a switch for our regular bowling spot from here on out!
Attended my twin nieces 6th birthday party. The children really enjoyed themselves. The food was good and the facilities were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Their mom ordered chicken strips, pizza, fresh fruit and hotdogs. The set-up was nice and colorful and the staff was attentive. The party was a huge success!
I spent a few hours at this place with my adult children and we had a blast. My son was just passing through town on his way back to his military base. He had a long layover at LAX what work perfectly to pick him up and hop over to this establishment for a few hours. We did not eat here but there is a bar and food available. The bowling was very modern and completely automated, they have a small but Fun Arcade and there was absolutely no pressure on us to rush us from a casual seating area where we could just visit. They also had super friendly employees.
Nice bowling alley. Decent prices for bowling and feels modern. This bowling alley has TVs, a nice bar and an arcade for kids and adults. Good for a date night, family outing or friends get together. Drinks and food are a definitely overpriced but hey, youre in Westchester. Food is good for a bowling alley and I have no complaints about the service. I have been here a few times and will definitely return.
Its really nice there but after bowling for just 2 hours with a family of four and my bill was like around 125 including shoes, excluding food and beverages. At 10 an hour per person is just too expensive for me. But, other then that the staff was friendly and they served really nice drinks. The place was clean and the midnight bowling with the tv screens was awesome.
The lanes were in pretty good condition the service staff was good. Lots of different things on lots of different TV sets to watch. The scoring machines were easy to use. And the game area has some nice stuff in it. I bought the special online for the summer and it is an amazing deal.
Solid spot to roll as well as catch some drinks and food. I would tell you the service is not great at the lanes as everything is automated. However the staff itself is very friendly and ready to help.Price point youre definitely spending a pretty penny to roll there no matter what the day or time.
My first time going and everything was going well until the head security guard showed me racism and discrimination. Simply telling me that I couldn’t bring food or drinks inside. Totally understandable!!! But when I asked could I leave my drink on the side until I left he told me I couldn’t. Oh but 2 min later a couple comes in with food “Hispanic like him” and of course he holds their food for them until they leave. I felt so disrespected. The manager was alright but he didn’t handle the situation how I thought it should’ve been handled, btw the prices were ridiculously high. I do not recommend this location
Had a great time at the bowling alley with the misses. we ordered the fried cauliflower as well as the hot wings and they were both really good. I was definitely having some trouble on the lanes. I probably bowled my worst games ever! I dont know if they were loyal to well or what the problem was but my hooks wouldnt catch. it is possible that it was because I was very inebriated as well. But all in all I had an amazing time highly recommended this bowling alley.
I frequent this bowlero a lot. Gets pretty crowded on the weekends as it is close to 2 colleges. Lots of arcade games, lanes play music, gives it a party vibe. Great beer and alcohol selection. Food is also very good. Walking distance to 2 other greats bars that all serve delicious food and drinks.
Came here with my wife and kids recently. Service was satisfactory although prices are sometimes high. Shot out to one of the managers (dont remember their name) accommodated us when our lane broke down, Destiny and Celeste at the reception desk were friendly and also thanks to the game guy Andreson for playing with our kids while we got a drink at their amazing bar. Will definitely come again
Went there last Tuesday night with few friends and place was a little busy but have few available lanes. Went to the counter and immediately assisted by Sergio. He told us the price options and rented out a lane and shoes. Luis then assisted us with our drinks and food orders. In a short amount of time Kendra delivered our drinks and food. Wow! what a fast and friendly service! Food and drinks are great! Try their Watermelon Margarita if it available. Nachos, garlic fries and sweet potato tots are the best.
My niece had her 7th birthday here and it was really fun. The party was organized well, and the staff was great and very helpful. Everyone (kids and adults) loved the food. The bowling lanes were nice and the kids enjoyed taking their photos and the cartoons that played on the monitors using their photos as they bowled The kids all received arcade cards as well to play with after the party. It was a lot of fun. Everyone at the party wants to come back!
Recently this bowling alley went through the major renovation. It is now a very attractive and appealing location to visit. The downside is the cost per game during certain peak times. We went on a Friday night and each game per person cost over 10 dollars. With the shoes, two people bowling two games cost over $60.
Service was really great!!! I would give the Hosts 5 star. The only thing thats holding me back for the additional 1 star was the price. We have the bowling package for 15 people 3 lanes I believe it was 2 hours for $540.00. Thats freaking expensive. They we’re late setting us up but the Hostess was really nice, she gave us some free beverages.
Bowlero is my go to on Sunday nights !!! The food USED to be amazing! Great bowling place plus great food but these past couple of time I have been going the food has been uncooked. Everything from the wings to burgers and pizza !! They need to start taking their time cooking the food instead of trying to get it out fast. I have been so disappointed. Makes me not want to go no more.
Lots of lanes to fill with family and friends. Luckily responsive staff that was great at assisting issues. Unfortunately there were issues. The lane jammed 5 or 6 times. After a few drinks some cleared away our margaritas when we went to take our turn. Overall it was bowling but only an average experience
FALSE ADVERTISING This place scammed me and my friends for Bowling Night. We were told wed have unlimited bowling but were stopped after 2 hours. Also you cannot add friends onto it when they come a few minutes later. The man at the desk charged some of my later friends 20 dollars each to bowl which was honestly ridiculous. We had a horrible experience and we do not recommend this place at all
Very clean and EXTREMELY great service from all the staff EXCEPT the bartender. I wouldve loved to give this review 5 stars but the bartender was just that bad. Didnt greet guests as they first arrived to the bar and after waiting a few minutes of standing at an empty bar n were there 6/9/18 from 6 - 9 pm
Cute lil bowling alley. Family oriented, bar-maid friendly, bar area could use more lighting; a bit dark, hard to see the menu and....I like to see what Im eating. Salad was good, a bit dry, but I got an extra lil serving of the Asian dressing and it was pretty good. Id like to suggest that you let the customer put their own dressing on, at the counter, put it in a serving bottle, or something! That would be better, because the Asian Chicken Salad w/toast (and I added a side of fries just to kinda make it like Zaxbys) was filling and tasty. Thanks Ms. Cass for the great service!!
Adult fun and filled with games and enough lanes. Good alcohol, I wouldnt recommend the chicken tenders, I had them and had the sh-ts when I got home and the next day. Horrible! Aside from that, I have a great time, everytime and the music rotation is definitely bound to get the party started
People are amazing here. The place is great also.Since we are from Europe, we didnt know the USA shoes size, and they found it out online quickly. The lane we are playing at were mallfunction, and they transfered us to another one.We spilled coffee - they brought another one FREE!Sincere recommendation for this nice place!
I never went in but I went by there everyday cause I worked near and I can say it was always clean never elheqrd of any problems or saw any. Staff members where friendly NOT all but the majority its always a rotten aoole I guess. Cool place, plus the beach is near get your bowl on then after wards get your stroll on
We went for my daughters friends birthday party and she had fun. The kids enjoyed bowling and playing games on the arcade. My husband was disappointed that the lanes werent level but the kids couldnt have cared less. Vegans shouldnt go there hungry because there werent many options for us to eat on the menu. They didnt have any vegan desserts so when the other kids at the party ate cake they offered to bring my vegan kids plain fried sweet potatoes, I guess they usually have butter and other animals products on the. It was at least appreciated that they did to try to find something even if it was not great and took a really long time. My kids were satisfied.
Loved this bowling alley! We came here while waiting for our flight at LAX. The decorations were great, the food was good, and we had a lot of fun at the arcade. There are sceeen projectors above each lane to watch tv (would be fun on game day). There was only one employee at the desk when we were there and she seemed a little overwhelmed but we didnt have any delays. It is a little on the pricier side which is a downer but we still had lots of fun!
This place plays awesome music. Lots of bowling lanes and fun themed nights. The arcade is really fun. The games are paid for on a card that you can purchase with cash or credit card at a kiosk within the game area. The games are paid for and points on this card and each game cost about $3 to $5. Give or take a little depending on the point package you initially purchase.Good for families good for date night good for friends to come out to this place. The entire place is very well kept and clean. There is security keeping the Riff Raff at Bay. The prizes that you can turn in from the games are anything from generic to Awesomo... like I signed Christopher Lloyd Michael J. Fox outatime California license plate from Back to the Future. Yours for only a 145,000 ticket points. The bar is cash only and the food is very expensive for what it is. Bar food shouldnt cost as much as they charge. They do have a couple of specialty items that are the gigantic versions of the originals, such as a big burger for like $30 Etc. So if you like a challenge and youre hungry you might want to consider this place. Or possibly better if you just shared it.I rocked the skill cranes like a champ. I highly recommend, if you have the means, theyre so choice.
Worst mistake I made was buying lanes in advance....you can show up and just get a lane. I lost almost $200 for nothing. The waiter was not just our waiter he was the only waiter.....I will say though that it is a nice place to bowl...good music n plan for happy hour time because otherwise youre wasting your money....I wont ever do that again. ...
I stayed at the hotel next door came to do a little bowling and drink a pitcher or too. We and my companion bought our bowling pass and rental shoes went to the bar told us they didnt sell alcohol after 10pm. Asked them for a refund since that was our whole purpose drink and bowl. We didnt get no refund and the bowling place closed at 12pm. There was no support into trying to help accommodate us in anyway.
Ive been to the Bowlero in Torrance and both places were awesome. The lanes are a little oily for my league bowling taste but I still had fun. No league bowling at the Westchester location which sucks. Hopefully they will reconsider. At least get a summer league. Okay, thats my$.02. 😉
I have not been here since they remodeled a few years back finally decided to come back and check it out with some friends from San Fernando Valley we like the they liked it the places wave much bigger a whole lot of space for arcades pool kick back area... The service was great only down for prices are a little high for everything and clothing arcade area prefer rather to go to Dave and busters but otherwise very beautiful place To enjoy yourself
I love El Dorado Lanes. The staff is very friendly, the equipment rarely breaks down and the prices are reasonable. Last night we went there for the first time in over a year and had a great time. I plan on returning in the near future for some more bowling, beer and food.
Aaron you have amazing service above and beyond and recommend all that visit L. A to come to the Bowlero bowl and have fun along with great service. My lane slowed down and Aaron came through with A pitcher of beer and pizza!! That’s Quality and I am blown away by Aaron and his staff. Thank you Bowlero bowl in Westchester Ca for going above service...
My experience - A few months ago I started bowling in leagues here and have come a handful of times to bowl for fun.Customer service - is universally bad here. The guy who usually runs the front desk (middle-aged white guy, bald, glasses occasionally) is unnecessarily rude and condescending regardless of the situation, both to league and non-league bowlers. Ive seen him publicly try to call out people over the PA system, and he very openly become annoyed and rude when we tried to use the discounts on games given out by the league. The bar - pretty good prices all around, and they serve draft pints for $6
What bowling alley has bouncers out front? This place used to be extremely popular and family friendly, with people coming in droves to bowl and the place filling up every friday and saturday night. They even had an awesome restraurant KJ diners inside along with a bar. It shut down and underwent new management last year and wow has this place gone downhill. They clearly dont know who their core customers are, so expect condescending staff and overpriced food and drink. Overpricing is likely going to make up for their lack of customers until they sell and run. Avoid.
This place is too expensive and not worth it! You pay per person and not by the lane. Paid $120.00 for 3 games and The event check-in staff was very rude. Next time I will be going to Lucky Strike where the reputation is great, the food is awesome, the music is a little more diverse and the staff is well-mannered!!!!!
A touch of Hollywood in Westchester! Huh??The place is poorly run by kids who have no concept of how to deal with customers who arent in their age demographic. Allow me to explain:Imagine calling in advance wanting to reserve a lane and being told that you cant because its first come, first served. Fine, I can respect that. Then you get there and youre told that theres a wait list as the place is seemingly busy. Again, I respect that. You wait and wait and then you notice there are NUMEROUS lanes that are empty, yet were still waiting for a while now. You speak to the kids who are controlling the list and you point at the empty lanes and they tell you with a bit of attitude, mind you: Dude, there are a LOT of people ahead of you! This as they completely ignore your comment that there are NUMEROUS empty lanes. One kid quips back at me with Where? as I point for the 5th time to a couple of lanes that are straight ahead of her!Really?? You huff and puff and then youre finally told by someone who isnt a teenager that when the place gets busy, our lanes breakdown, thats why theyre empty! Wow, imagine that. Things breakdown when its busy! Why didnt I think of that?In the meantime, youre kindly encouraged to grab a drink or some food, or better yet play some arcade games while you wait for your turn to bowl while 7 lanes are broken down ... By the time you start bowling, you would have already spent a good chunk of cash. Hmmm. Genius business model. So yeah, if you live in Westchester and youre really craving some of that Hollywood attitude and bull because you miss going to Catch LA or some other hyped up spot, then this is your joint! Grab something to drink at the bar while teenagers run the host stand and make you salivate for that coveted empty table. You get the idea. Enjoy!
Had several lanes open and said we were on a waiting list and no one showed up to any of the lanes waited for about 40 minutes and no one showed up to get the lanes that they claimed were taken more lanes became available and they still did not seem to do nothing about the lanes that were available around 8 lanes were open.

2022-04-27Fun place for adults, kids, and families. Seems safe for teen hangouts with friends. Great date night or day. Food looks good, fun drinks. More than bowling there is arcade activities as well. Good music throughout. Entrance is in back with loads of parking and a Ralphs next door. I highly recommend!

2022-01-17Good times in a non-fancy old school bowling alley. The COViD protocols are a pain, but it’s CA so it’s to be expected. Staff did not get the balls from the unoccupied lanes back into the racks so finding a ball was a bit of a pain. Big well stocked bar.VictorB

2022-04-12I dont understand why finding their prices is so hard🙄 It isnt listed on their website and its not listed on here. Dont think about calling them either, they wont answer no matter the time of day.😒 But besides all that, we had a great time. They sell socks for $3 too if you need them like I did. Very accommodating, we were a group of 16, they let us have 2 lanes with 8 people at each lane. Tons of parking out back too. 10/10 would recommend.

2021-10-26I couldnt imagine it would be this good.I was impressed with the customer service, from the entrance and the waitress.Very good price on Sunday, they were charging per game, 66$. The pizza was very tasty. Excellent playlist. I recommend.

2022-06-24You pay per person per game. For two ppl and one hr play was quite expensive. And still have to pay for the shoes.

2022-04-12All you can bowl here is proper. It gets too hot though. Balls don’t spin that much too or maybe that’s me being awful.

2022-07-04Cool atmosphere, drinks were perfect! Pricing was pretty decent for the weekend. Customer service clerk that helped us was cool. My girls and I had a blast.

2022-03-20Very lively place especially on the weekend! Bright lights and music jamming...playing all of the hits! I recommend planning ahead and not just walking in. If not you will be waiting for a few hours but there is plenty to do while you wait for your lane...Arcade, drinks and music!

2022-06-18Went for unlimited bowling night and ended up on a very extensive waiting list. They had numerous lanes unused or broke down. Only got notified of a lane 40 minures before closing.
