My wife and I just purchased a 2022 X5 45e from BMW of Fremont. In this tough time of finding a car, ordering a car, receiving a car - Winnie made the entire process wonderful. We even originally went to a closer dealer to our home at first but their awful customer assistance was so bad, we then drove out further to Fremont. And this was the right decision. This was a great transaction from start to finish and I highly recommend everyone reaching out directly to her!

I was very upset with the way we treated by the sales manager at this dealership. The behavior of this guy (I think his name is pal or something) is very disturbed. Came here to buy X3. I don’t know what is his opinion, maybe he think that we can’t afford? he is keep on saying it’s expensive, think about it before buying. And they are not even showing options, simply saying we don’t have any cars available in the lot.
BMW of Fremont has exceptional customer service, especially my advisor Nick Lal. I brought my X6M to multiple shops, and none of them could figure out the unpleasant noise coming from my wheels. Luckily I found Nick because he and his team fixed the problem. They were determined to finding the solution and fixing it. I can tell that their priority is to help the customer by any means necessary. They are very organized, and they will keep you updated. Great experience.
4/9/2022 - 3 Star Rating: Never had a problem at Fremont bmw before, but as of my last visit Ive had a big issue. My vehicle needed to be fixed and the communication was there throughout the process, but when I finally picked up my vehicle and drive it to work, 5 miles later the same problem killed my engine. Spent another day waiting for tow trucks on the side of the road only to hear that they would do a better job this time. I dont think thats how business is supposed to be ran. If the same problem persists, why did they keep my car for 3 days already and what did they work on?5/3/2022 UPDATE:Ever since that first visit on 4/9, my car was in and out of BMW Fremont service garage. Many issues arose from this visit ultimately ending up with a whole engine replacement.Matthew Richardson and the Director of Service Dana Caldwell helped me through the whole process of the replacement. I was even given a loaner vehicle during a time where loaner vehicles are sparse due to the pandemic and chip shortages. They both were very perceptive of my feelings and situation having my vehicle breakdown. They helped me with warranty redemption and advocated for me with BMW NA in getting a new engine for my vehicle.Hands down the best customer service from Matthew, Dana. And team. 5/5 stars
While other dealers told me the order will take over 6 months, BMW Fremont only takes 1month and get my car delivered. My sales manager Jorge stayed up till midnight and detailed explained everything of my new car, very smooth toturials. Definitely a truth worthy dealership.
Recently had my vehicle serviced at BMW of Fremont and the experience was great. The facility is nice and clean. The staffs are friendly and knowledgeable going thru the service items with me and ensure having my permission to proceed. The service advisor offered me on service option to help me save on the cost and the vehicle completed on time. I highly recommend service the vehicle at BMW of Fremont.
My wife and I took our BMW X1 for a service recall and oil change. We were assigned to Matthew Richardson as our service advisor. He is extremely knowledgeable and the entire experience was very smooth and no stress. We could not recommend him enough to anyone that needs to service their BMW!
Over the holidays, a metal piece flew to my car wheel, while driving on 880, and ripped my tires leaving the rim damaged as well. It happened very close to the BMW dealer, and I brought my car in. From start to end, they took a good care of my vehicle dealing with insurance. Despite of short staff, Matthew took a good care, and my car is fresh as if there was no damage at the first place :)

In this competitive environment of car buying it can be quite the experience at car dealerships. At BMW of Fremont they treated me with respect and dignity. I can appreciate that as an active duty combat veteran. I was pleased with Ms. Chen and her counterparts. I got the car Ive wanted for quite some time. Kudos to the BMW of Fremont team.
Started with internet shopping. Decided on the car, changed the model later, discussed financing all online with the sales guy who supported my choices well... never pushy.When we finally decided on the car, mode of payments, delivery day - all went so smooth, in and out of the dealership in less than 45min... cannot beat that. Best service Ive ever had at a dealership. I came in for an oil change and was helped by John DePalma. Im very particular about my car and John was extremely patient and attentive to this. I waited at the dealership, which was very clean, and the service was performed immediately. My can came back without a scratch on it, just as I delivered it. This is great and I will definitely take my car there again.
I went to service my BMW on Saturday. After arriving the service department lobby, a staff welcomed me and asked me to wait at the waiting area. I am not sure if service department was short of staffs or have some other reasons. I waited for 45 minutes until my advisor call me. Other than the waiting time, everything with the service was perfect.
Sent for a recall fix. Ryan G was very helpful, polite and informative. Told me in stuffs in detail and soft recommendations. Offered me ride back home if I wanted, I had not chosen it earlier. The BMW of Mountain View tire center person was pushy, Fremont guys were awesome!! Will come back here again.
I was not expecting a breakdown/malfunction in the drivetrain in a 2 month old 2022 X5 xdrive40i. It makes me wonder if i will have more issues down the road when i have more miles on the vehicle. I have a 2011 328i which has been more than perfect for 90k miles, so I am used to very high quality products and service from BMW. The Fremont service center is extremely busy and took a week to order parts and get the car fixed and returned. A week without a car can be harsh. Having said that the service was thorough and the service representative went above and beyond to provide updates and guarantee a great experience. The pandemic seems to be a tough time for everyone and I am grateful for the engineering team and the service technicians who worked to resolve the malfunction and test the vehicle after replacing the parts. I will count my blessings and the car drives beautifully for now.
I had a great experience in buying my new 330E at BMW Fremont.This is the best BMW in bay area.Edward Molina who is the sales associate is a great guy who went above and beyond in helping me to get the car faster by 3 months in this present time of chip shortage and supply chain issues.Also he helped me design the car in most stylish way possible . whenever i asked him for an update he was very prompt in getting back to me quickly and kept me in the loop.I was able to get my new Customized BMW in 2 months which is very quick.I would highly recommend Edward Molina and BMW Fremont in getting your new or used carCheers !!
Our experience with Ed and Marco at BMW Fremont was great! We were first time BMW buyers and they walked us through the process, answered all our questions, and remained patient as we made the decision to purchase. We shopped around quite a bit and were in communication with a lot of other dealerships in the Bay Area, and one thing that stood out to me about Ed at BMW Fremont was his responsiveness via email and text message throughout the process. Other dealers would not return emails or would not answer my specific questions but send unrelated and unsolicited communications that obviously were not with my needs in mind - not these guys. Excellent customer service during the test drive, offer conversations and with the financial department! We are very happy with our new BMW and appreciate all the attention we received at this dealership. The financial representative even went above and found rebates on service agreements to bring down our costs a bit.Only thing we wished had happened was when BMW of Fremont readied our car to be driven off the lot, they forgot to check the air on the tires. We got an alert when we got home that they were all low and spent all this time trying to figure out how much to fill the tires and where to fill them. Would have been appreciated if this had been taken care of for us before we left. Especially for a brand new car

Though, my service was covered by warranty, the service manager and the technician were helpful in understanding and keeping in touch with me while the issue was being addressed. I was provided with a loaner for few days while my car was being repaired. Service perks included one way drop off to home.
Hello,I brought my car in for service to BMW to address a manufacturers vehicle recall issue.I had last serviced my car back in Nov/Dec of 2021. Since the last service date, I have added less than a few thousand miles on my car.I was told that the recall issue will be addressed by a firmware update. I made it clear to the service advisor that I only wanted the recall issue to be resolved.To my surprise, when I arrived to pick up the car a few hours later, I noticed that the entire steering column switches (menu, phone, voice command, cruise control, volume control etc.) had stopped working!!Ever since I have also been getting a notification that states that the Driver Restraint system malfunctions. I also noticed that the Cruise control malfunction and the airbag indicator light was ON too!The quoted cost was $250/- to diagnose a problem that did NOT exist when I dropped off the car!Need some clarification on how this could have happened? Could it be related to the recall firmware update? Is this covered under vehicle warranty?Expected better clarity on this from the service advisor, rather than me speculating, but did not get that!This has left me with a bad impression about your service team. I am thoroughly disappointed! Did not expect this from BMW!While I am doing due diligence to address the issue in a cost effective manner, I would appreciate a clear, candid response from the BMW service team on this.Thanks,
I went to BMW at Fremont for service last week. Service advisor Nick Lal is so nice and takes care the issue for my car. He gave me the suggestion and fix the problem very fast. I am so happy for the experience and definitely I will recommend Nick to my friends and colleagues.
The staff here are awesome! After the purchase they gave my car a thorough detail and a tank of gas. I normally would have to negotiate that for the sale but, they offered it as a complimentary service. My i8 and I received superstar service and would love to do business with them again!
Great place to get your BMW serviced. They were able to provide the best In class detailed service to my vehicle and suggested the right things to change with proper reasons to it. Very happy with the services and the agent is so responsive and provide detailed answers to any questions.
BMW of Fremont is by far one of the best dealerships that I’ve worked with both sales and service. Unlike the other BMW dealerships that are available in the peninsula, BMW of Fremont sales department is very straightforward if they can make a deal with certain down payment and getting your monthly payment, of course right now inventory is very scarce and demand is high so I understand that, at the same time I was able to return my car have lease protection and not pay over $2200 worth in repairs so I’ve opted out of buying/leasing another vehicle. I will say as a avid BMW fan, if you’re a consumer get the lease protection, the only thing I’ve got to pay now is $350 lease disposition fee instead of $2550, so the lease inspection Terrance inspected the whole vehicle and saw a chip on my bottom side of windshield and that was like $1200 of course some other dings and scratches the penalty charges went up. Again I can’t stress enough that if you’re going to lease a BMW you need to get lease protection so you’re not going to be surprised 😮 paying those penalties, I would lease another car maybe when there’s more inventory and near 4th quarter as there will be more incentive from the manufacturer, this gives me some time to save up. So if anybody is reading this get lease protection and tell them Eddie K sent you!!!
Our lease term was up so we refinance with BMW. We made an appointment to come in and sign paperwork’s. The salesperson sent us an offer of getting a smog check , detailing and free gas if we came in. We thought it was a great deal. However,we did not received the detailing or free gas. We were told the service staff did not know how to drive a stick that day and to come back the next day. That was concerning to us so we did not return. Pretty disappointed BMW.
I bought my first BMW x5 M package here with Mohamed Kamal!! I had the most wonderful experience after going to Mercedes, Cadillac, Audi, Toyota, etc..... Mohamed really helped with his honesty and straight forward approach. I stopped by the dealership at 5:30pm and he showed me exactly what I wanted after asking what I am looking for... I scheduled to come back the next day but my car was stuck in the shop so he offered to Uber me so I could make it to my appointment. Got there, and like magic, he made the purchase process smooth and effortless. He even made sure I got the financial manager/sales manager that would be kinder to me. I really appreciate the experience here and they definitely have a new loyal customer for life.
As soon as I got there, Ryan was super helpful with any questions I got for him. I was even provided a free ride back to my destination while I left my car there. Ryan’s customer service was outstanding!!! 10/10. He kept me well updated on every steps of the way and most importantly, I was able to communicate with him through text easily and his reply was immediate.

One extremely unprofessional dealership. Had the worst experience coming to buy the 2017 Corolla here. I usually never write reviews and have a tendency to take bad experiences as my mistake but this situation made me have to speak up. Please avoid this dealership they will do and say whatever to make you buy a car, run your credit, take your personal info, and then sell it while the car is on hold for you within 24 hours. Do not trust this dealer theyre shady. I came in Sunday afternoon to test drive this car and the vehicle had to be jumped not once but TWICE!!! Saleslady promised to charge overnight for me and if not fixed will replace the battery which is good. The upsetting part is i live 1 hour away from this dealer. My credit union was closed Sunday anyways so they PROMISED to hold the car for me until tomorrow morning while I bring cashier check from my credit union. I signed their credit app, gave my driver license, and agree on purchasing Sunday afternoon. I wouldve bought the car that instant but my credit union offer 2.9% financing while their rate was their rate was 6.9% for a 850 credit score and credit unions are closed Sunday. Was told to bring a cashier check Monday morning...Fast forward its Monday morning and I get a cashier check from my credit union and Im on my way to the dealer for me to be told the car is ACCIDENTELY SOLD by some miscommunication while Im 15 minutes away from the dealer. Mind you again this is after running my credit PULLING OUT A LOAN and obtaining a cashiers check from my credit union the next morning to be told its SOLD after I agree to purchase it? All the sale lady did was cry over the phone apologizing it was a mistake by dealer and she didnt sell it. WHY DOES IT MATTER IF YOU SOLD IT OR NOT?? MY CREDIT WAS RAN, I HAVE A PULLED OUT LOAN , SPENT MY WHOLE MORNING THERE, AND ALL YOU OFFER IS A SORRY??? I am still in shock today. I now have a pulled out loan, no car, and a sour taste in my mouth. Will never NEVER NEVER trust this store, and make sure to spread awareness among my peers for this sour situation.

Porters are always great. Super helpful and friendly. I was able to get an uber roundtrip since I work less than 10 miles from the location. I have always had a great experience here.. except this time around I had a service advisor deny my round trip.. he stated policy had changed and they were only offering one-way. I disclosed that this had never happened to me before and he stated I will approve this only this time . I did not understand why this was an issue. However, I will be returning , but this time making sure I do not get the same advisor as I did not appreciate his tone nor service.

BMW Fremont has the BEST customer service. Charles Way is absolutely amazing. Last minute I noticed there was something wrong with my tires and he accommodated me the day after. Apparently there was a nail in my tire and he was able to get it replaced on the same day. While this was all happening, since our appt was at 8am and we had to wait a few hours, he scheduled us an uber so we can grab breakfast and lent us a loaner as we had some final Christmas errands to do. My husband was so impressed by the service and he is sold on BMW! The cost of the tire was unexpected but thank you so much for making this a great experience.
From start to finish we had a seamless experience in purchasing a vehicle from Fremont BMW. Alexis Gonzalez was our sales representative who responded to our online inquiry about a newly listed slightly used vehicle. He was professional, responsive and amazing to deal with. Living 4 hours away from the dealership meant we needed to a lot of the transaction without being in person, Alexis promised me it would be the easiest auto purchase we have ever done. All went smoothly, as promised. I highly recommend Alexis.We also went through finance, dealt with Shadi. I dropped off my vehicle for routine maintenance and was told there are a few repairs needed, no big deal, when I came in to pick up my car I told my adviser that I was sold a parts service contract at time of purchase of the vehicle and that the repairs needed should be covered... the adviser proceeds to tell me he has no idea what that is and that I would need to call myself. I asked if he could get me the info to call and he said that he doesnt have access to any of that and that I should call the finance person who sold me the car. I would have understood if he said he was busy or didnt have anyone to reach out to, but this guy, Ryan, didnt even bother asking anyone, even though there were at least 4 other guys in the service department just hanging out and chatting and laughing. I was the only customer there! I have called on my service contract and thankfully I do not have to return my business to this place. I will not be bringing my X3 to this place for any other service needs.
This was a follow-up visit to BMW of Fremont after the first visit was not satisfactory. I had some issue with the paint touch up work and needed to get it re-done. This time Dana and Charles took time to understand the problem and made sure the work was completed to the expected level. As requested I was provided with a loaner vehicle during the time and my vehicle was ready couple of days ahead of the estimate. They were present and explained to me regarding the work done.Cheers!
I reached out to the dealership to sell my 2018 BMW convertible and was connected with Ali Bayat. Ali shared honest opinion around pricing and was prompt with follow ups. I sold the car to this dealership, though I had similar offers from other dealerships and marketplaces for selling cars. Why? Because Ali sets expectations right, is transparent about the process, and you will get the check on the same day though not within the time they would let you know.The dealership is dependent on some centralized system for processing paper work, so that does exceed the quoted timeline. So if you dont mind the extra wait, you can bring the car, the title and keys and leave with the check on the same day.
My car needed service and tired changed I knew that was probably gonna take the whole day. With the cars shortage there wasn’t any loaner cars available. Last Thursday visited the BMW of Fremont to check availability of X3 AWD. I was lucky that they had a car in the inventory which matches my requirements (White Color + Black Interior). Started discussion with sale team on price, they didn’t charge a penny as mark up which all other showrooms in the same street was charging minimum of 1,000$. Also they offered me a discount of 750$ on request even though I don’t qualify for any available promotion. Immediately booked the car, started paperwork for loan, registration etc. Took delivery the next day.Special thanks Jorge P and Yashpal for their kind gesture in offering me discount and hassle free purchase experience. The recent buying experience with BMW of Fremont was very pleasant. The sales representative, Mr. Dilip Khare, continued to look for possible vehicles in the market to meet our needs and budget. When this opportunity appeared, he assisted with all the follow-ups. The Customer Financial Service Manager, Mr. Vincent Espiritu, also dutifully helped out with the process. The overall experience with BMW of Fremont has been quite enjoyable and I would recommend it to others.
We recently leased a new BMW 330I 2022 model. You need to definitely ask for Alexis gonzalez and Shadi Saod. We loved the entire experience. Our sales guy Alexis Gonzalez was so friendly, nice and did a great job at showing us the cars and we got such a great deal and such a great colour and interior for the car for the best price.The finance team Shadi Saod was very knowledgeable and is so great in securing the best lease protection and insurance deals. He definitely helped us to get the best protection for the car and saved us money. The manager also was so sweet in fetching us great offers and discounts.Definitely one of the best customer experience!
Ok so, I haven’t done any business with BMW before, but their cars’ reputation is clear: excellent. Now I can confirm that experience of shopping for and buying a BMW is no different! Dilip from sales at the Fremont location held me down as we identified and located (and waited for) my dreamy black on black 330e. The location, the energy of the sales team, the generosity and transparency of the finance team, and the establishment all speak volumes to the people experience you’ll likely have driving your new beemer 🤩
Overall, my experience was mixed. With the supply shortage, there werent too many vehicles to choose from, but they happened to have one left that I was interested in (an X3). Working with the sales advisor, Mohamed, was straight-forward and I appreciated not getting the hard sales pitch. It did take a while longer than I would have expected for a sales advisor to help me (werent many other customers in the store and lots of employees), so I stood around awkwardly in the lobby for several minutes before Mohamed agreed to assist. Still, overall the sales process was smooth. Where I encountered frustration was when I entered the finance room, where there was a rather pushy sales pitch for add-ons that I didnt think I needed. I ended up adding services that I now regret (my faulty not theirs...finance was just doing what they are trained to do). Then, two weeks after purchasing and trading in my previous vehicle, my trade-in is still not paid off and I have no indication as to when it will be.
The only good things about this BMW dealer are the car itself and Winnie, the sales person who is kind and doesnt do a hard sell. However, theres not much assistance from the finance people . They will discourage you from paying cash but none of the fees, price, interest rate of 4.9%etc are negotiable. They will say that everything is dictated by BMW and there nothing they can do . Oh well. At least i was able to haggle for a gift thats not a key chain.!
I called Winnie on A Sunday morning to enquire about a 540i. She had one on the lot. As I drove from Palo Alto to Fremont I dreading the thought of spending my entire day off doing paperwork. I arrived at 11:45 and left with my new 540i at 1:15.The service is impeccable, professional and classy. This is what sets BMW apart from others. Its not just an automobile, its an experience where you know your business and time is appreciated.
I had a gread experience with BMW of Fremont. Sales and financial staff is very friendly and help me out at every step of car buying process. Great Communication and customer service. The buying experience with Edward was more of a casual conversation than a high pressured sales push. Not rushed at all. Finance side of the story was the same. The show room actually had a calm, friendly atmosphere. We drove from Livermore, saying to ourselves BMW of Fremont would be the only relatively long-distance dealer we would try. I am glad we did. We bought a pre-owned Infiniti QX70. If we look at a BMW in the future, this is the place we will go.

Called me once to say he’d call me with info on my vehicle, when he didn’t call at time he stated I called 2 x and never returned call, next day I called and left message in the morning he never returned call. Called dealership later and was told he was with customer, I did not want VM box asked for someone else they told me he went to lunch, he found paperwork and said that my car had been ready since previous day. When I showed up was told no problems found with AC however it was not cold and told it was cold enough🤬. The passenger side was warm air with it set to max. I was told adaptive headlight was fixed by resetting programming. As soon as I turned on high beams 3 failures appeared!!! I am so disgusted with the customer service here. I’ve had same AC issues since car was purchased and find them to be dismissive to my issues.
I had a wonderful experience here. I found them through AutoNation. I was helped by Mohamed Kamal. He was very polite, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He treated me with the utmost kindness and care. I had to come back to test drive and pick up the car due to COVID regulations. It was detailed and sanitized when I returned as promised. There was another part that had to be replaced and Mohamed took care of getting that done. along with including an Uber to get me home and back to the shop. Everyone in the organization that I interacted with showed me the same respect, care and kindness; from the people at the the front desk, the repair department, Marky in the finance division and the manager Max. If I could give 10 stars I would. It is said that team work makes the dream work and that has been proven here at BMW of Fremont. If you are looking to buy a car and enjoy the experience go to BMW of Fremont and ask for Mr. Mohamed Kamal. Youll be glad you did!

No runaround or upselling for items I didnt need, something bothersome Ive ran into at other dealerships. I switched from another BMW dealership to BMW Fremont because of his outstanding service.
The experience of service on my BWM 440I was awesome seamlessly. I called and made an appointment over the phone. As I brought the car in and reaffirmed my entertainment display issue with the customer service in and out less 10 mins. BWM even offered the Uber to drop me back to my work in which less than 3 miles from the dealer. The CS contacted a few hours later for car pick up.The customer service by far as good as its slogans ultimate driving machine!
Your Review:the sales person Daniel Jordan though very young shows a maturity and product knowledge which far surpassed anyone i have met in the past. We are Subaru people and buying a gas BMW x3 was not our plan but we have two Subarus and wanted to try something different. We just hope the maintenance and post warrantee upkeep doesnt bury us like our Volvos did. The only part of the sale is the grueling the F&I people put you through trying to sell extended warrantees and maintenance plans. We seldom use dealers to service our vehicles after warrantee given a $125 DOLLAR AN HOUR LABOR COST OVER OUR SHOP. We take excellent care of our cars. I sold my Tacoma pickup for $20,000 which is $7000 more than the dealership offered me in trade. Something wrong with that low ball offer for trade. The only Person in the dealership we would do business with was Daniel Jordan. He truly is their best and brightest and so helpful.
I purchased a Certified pre-owned (CPO) BMW SUV car from BMW of Fremont. The dealership markets the CPO cars as having gone through a rigerous 250 point checklist and proudly claim that they test every single bit that needs to be checked to ensure proper customer satisfaction. Fine, I thought and went ahead and purchased the car. Since I was based in Mountain View, I asked about getting the car serviced in Mountain View. I had two services pre-paid. I was told - No Problem, As Mountain View and Fremont dealership are part of the same Autonation group it should be okay to take my car to Mountain View dealership when the time came for service.I was handed two car keys and took the car home. I kept one key for myself and my wife took the other key. Next morning she tried to unlock the car and noticed the key doesnt work. She panicked and called me. I went to the car and tried her key, it didnt work. I got mine and tried and that worked. So I called BMW of Fremont and spoke to the sales manager who sold me the car. I asked how could the dealership claim to have 250 point checklist and still miss out the basics?? Why was I given the second key from someone elses car. No answer!I then asked the sales manager to help me get the issue resolved at BMW of Mountain View which was closer to me. He promised to call me back but didnt respond the whole day. Next day I chase again, this time (a Friday) the sales manager responds that he is not working so I should wait for him to get back next week!?!How can a company in this day and age stop responding to customer issues when one individual has a day off- I was shocked by the response!Yet I waited and called again on Monday to resolve the issue. This time, the individual responded by saying I am not at work today, I will return on Wednesday and that someone will call me to resolve the issue. I was getting stone-walled and the dealership was showing no signs of addressing the issue. I was given two different names of people who would call me - yet there was nobody who reached out.When no one responded to me on Tuesday, I knew I was working with a very non professional organisation. Once they sold me the car, there was no interest in resolving any issues whatesover.I took Wednesday morning off work and drove all the way to the Fremont dealership to speak to customer services who after about an hour of excuses finally fixed the issue.It took me full 4 days from the purchase of a so called Certified pre-owned car and cost me half a day off work before I finally got the issue resolved.Frankly, I shudder to think what awaits next or if the car has any issues. I have already stopped a family member from buying a car from BMW of Fremont and will not recommend this dealership to anyone.
They took my lease in and resell for over 10k more. Do not buy it black with mocha interior 2020 m340i. Very bad car. In the service center more than i drive the car. They promised to give me the floor mats for my new car under 1 condition, give them 10/10 on Bmw Review. I did that, but now been over 2 months, they say the floor mat still on back order. Dont go to this dealership.
I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2020 BMW M2CS from Calvin and Harris. This was my second purchase from this dealership and their customer service standards never disappoint. I appreciate their no pressure sales approach while at the same time working out a great deal on the car. They didnt try to oversell, or undersell, me or the car. Instead, they are all about getting you in the vehicle you want. I was also able to be in and out of the dealership in a timely manner with a smooth transaction. Best of all, as a BMW fanatic, its great to see a team of sales professionals that are just as passionate about BMW car culture.
I purchased an Honda Accord fromBMW . My sales rep was Mohamed Kamal.He did not disclose the vehicle had after market modifications & I’ve reached out to him with a message— Hi kamal,This Jazmin , I’ve recently purchased a Honda Accord coupe from you in the past 3 weeks . Unfortunately I am not pleased with the purchase. The car has aftermarket modifications to it as if the previous own tried to make it faster which just makes it louder and not good on gas . I have not had the car for 30day and would like to know whom to speak with. Please get back to me when you have a moment . Prior to the purchase he was saying “I am an honest person , my managers know I am going to give it to my customers the most honest about the cars”. HE IS NOT AN HONEST SALESMAN. If you are in to purchasing a car DO NOT GO TO KAMAL MOHAMED ! He is dishonest and is only in to get your money .Update : the manager has called me stating they only have a 5 day return policy if you are displeased with your car . If you purchase a new car from them you do not get the 5 day return option . DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM. You are better off going to car max with a 30 day return option and superior customer service .Once again if you do come to this location STEER CLEAR OF “MOHAMED KAMAL” . He seems genuine and like he has your best interest but does not care once you’ve given your money . He will no longer respond.
I drove by this place today and I remember a funny story with this dealership. It was two year ago I was looking for a new car. Hesitating between F82 M4 and c63. I went to this dealership trying to get a quote and a test drive. There were about 10 sales in the hall and no one asked me if i needed any help. So i went to the frontdesk and asked. The person said they would not do test drive unless they were sure i was a dedicated buyer. After giving me this ridiculous answer, no one came to me to help. so I left and got a c63 and i love it.Excuse me? This is a performance car without testdriving it how would i know it is better for me? It is not some Toyota camry (it is a good car dont get me wrong). Or is it bmw fremont so proud that they want only customers obsessed with their cars and dont need test drive?Bmw cars are good but just dont choose this dealership.
I bought BMW X3 from Fremont BMW. The sales team here is really cooperative and answered all my questions patiently. This is my first car purchase in the USA, and hence I had many silly / not-usual doubts. Thanks to Winnie, she was patient with my questions and delivered the vehicle of my choice.
It is a very uncomfortable position I have been put in, and the majority of my grievance stems from the actions of employee Arian Askarian, whom I would like to lodge a formal complaint against. With no request or permission from me, he took it upon himself to tamper with and work on my car’s engine, despite the fact I only ever brought it in for an oil change and breaks check. Despite me requesting to speak directly to his manager about the matter, he has continued to inundate me with calls and messages threatening ultimatums in regard to my car and the loaner car which have been distressing and counter productive.Essentially, I brought my car in and consented to an oil change and breaks check up, and now my vehicle’s engine has been messed with.
Totally disappointed, just for a regular multipoint inspection of the vehicle they took more than 8 Hrs. Ive dropped the vehicle at around 07:45am on a weekday expecting the vehicle will get the inspection done in a short span of time and thats what the supervisor promised that it will be done in an hour, but that never happened. After multiple calls and waiting at the service station for almost an hour after 5:30pm I got my vehicle back.The service is not great, they didnt even properly clean the vehicle.Worst thing is that they no more offer a loaner vehicle and Ive to waste my time around with the Uber. I felt that I should have not taken my vehicle for the inspection.
I had a few hiccups, but my service rep was kind enough to fix it. The service department forgot to reset my odometer. It has been irritating to watch that light come on every time I start my car. I have to drive all the way back out there.3/25/2022- Had another service done and My rep Nick was great to take care of me. I felt like they kept my car a little too long, without a loaner to drive around, but all in all, I am pleased with the service I received.

Classy, inviting dealership. Ask for Linda - friendly, smart, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I would go out of my way to look for a car there just because of her. She ran into an unexpected situation (not at all her fault) and she was not only unflappable but promptly hunted down the solution. Also appreciated that when we got home I had an email from the general manager asking about our experience. While we didnt buy a car there today, wed absolutely go there again without hesitation. Multiple thumbs up!
Overall good customer service considering it was the holidays in a pandemic, but still do not feel like I got the full experience or information needed for my car. Will try to go back and get a better runthrough on what my car offers and how to best care for it long term along with a walkthrough on service offerings. They didnt understand how to do an all cash deal at first and were not quick to get that organized, but once it was sorted out they completed the order properly and within the same day.
It took 3 days to get the car back instead of the same day promised. No updates on second day despite sending text messages and voicemail to service advisor. I requested to talk to service manager but no response. Finally, the issue is not fully fixed with the lighter in the rear still not working despite being documented in the initial ask. This sums up lack of follow up, quality of service and final review before returning the car back to customer.

Buying a car is a huge decision to make, specially in this time of pandemic, shortages and inflation. I have been window shopping for BMW X3 for quite sometime now but there has been shortage everywhere. I was torn between buying 2019-2020 model to save some money. But when I actually talked to Sohail, one of the sales person I realized that the small price difference wont make a difference compared to buying a brand new. There was only 1 unit of 2022 BMW X3 xDrive so I had no other option. But again this is due to the shortages brought by the pandemic. Nonetheless, the car is brand new and still has nice color and aesthetics to it. I was able to test drive but I hope I had the chance to learn more about the more complicated technologies that go with it. Luckily Sohail is very responsive in all my inquiries regarding the car. I ended up trading my old car and they were able to help me get a good price. It took us long time to decide but of course it is a huge decision to make. So I recommend going early so you can have all the time you want and not rush in to a huge decision like this. When we were outside talking to the sales person, I got a quote of my monthly payment for the car. I wish they could have said that was only base pay not including all the warranty. I jumped into conclusion that was my monthly payment. When I went inside with actual finance manager, my monthly went up because I had to purchase warranty services. But Shadi was able to explain and help me get a good deal for my warranty and look for other ways to lower my monthly payment. Tip For first time buyers like me, you wont know your actual monthly payment until you talk to the finance manager. I just wished the interest could have been a little more less. I am not good in bargaining but when I consulted some friends who also own BMW, they said I could have asked for even lower because theirs were lower. Its been 5 days since I purchased the car, I think checks and paper works are still being finalized. I am still waiting for all of those, the copy of my warranty, contract and all other paper works that I have signed for, and spare key. I emailed finance manager to confirm if he received everything and to see if everything is well with the transaction, but I still havent heard from him. This is my first car purchase and I totally trusted everyone in BMW Fremont because in this time of pandemic I hope they only want to provide honest and fair service/price to customers. I am also looking forward to getting some free BMW Merchandise as promised because having those items gives me sense of exclusivity. This makes me feel a true BMW owner

They were very through during courtesy and 18+ point inspection, detected an early issue w/ the differential and thankfully covered under current warranty, my 4 series continues to run well. Absolutely positive experience during my first visit to BMW of Fremont. I really appreciate the personal attention me and my family received with no feeling of pressure to arrive at a decision. Jorge absolutely knew what he was doing. He can anticipate the next question the customer may ask and provides that information in detail even without being asked. Truly professional. The finance team was excellent. I was expecting a sales pitch for various packages and was wondering about how to deal with it. There was certainly some push but it was very polite and gentle.The entire team at BMW of Fremont was extremely patient and respectful and their attitude remained unchanged till the very end despite us leaving the place with our new ride at 11:30 in the night. Came in today and nicely asked if they had a E92 m3 in stock. The guy at the front desk did not greet us back and just said “Definitely not” in a very rude manner. He then started chatting with his colleague and ignored us completely. We didnt even receive decent customer service and have never been treated so rudely.
BMW of Fremont has the best customer service/care in all of the Bay Area, I continue to buy and service my BMWs there, even though Stevens Creek BMW is next to my residence. I arrived at the BMW Of Fremont with a flat tyre past 9 PM, Max was kind enough to reopen the doors, took my car keys and made sure me and my car were taken care of. Rarely have I come across such exemplary customer service. To add on, the BMW Roadside Assistance was the best, so was Sal from the ALL ABOUT TOWING company. Thank You.
I dropped off my car on a Thursday morning for change of a flat tire. I was not greeted by any service advisor. I asked for a loaner, but said they were out. But did order Uber to take me home. All day Thursday I was waiting to hear from someone about the status of my car. By 2pm, I was calling, and leaving voicemails. Then I get a call late in the afternoon, around 5pm saying they were too busy to service my car today. Then Friday mornign around 11am, I got a call from a service advisor telling me they serviced my car and did the recall. But he was not sure if the flat tire had been changed. He asked if I wanted the alignment to be done. I said yes and he said he would call me right back and let me know when to expect the car to be done. Then all day, I did not hear from anyone. By 2pm, I was again frantically calling the dealership, no answer, had to leave several messages for someone to call back. Finally, the receptionist called and i explained my situtaion, she tried to get an advisor on the phone but said 2 of them had to go home sick and the director Charles was too busy to take my call. The thing is, my car had been in the dealership for 2 days, someone just needed to spend 2 minutes on the computer to see if my car was ready or not so I can plan to get myself there to pick up the car, if not, then I have to make alternative plans for the next day. I just needed an update, but with no luck all day long. Finally, by 4:30, I had to take Lyft there myself to see whats going hope hoping the car will be ready. Got there right before closing time of 6pm, the car was ready. When I got there, Charles was sitting there, there were no other customers. He said he had a lot of backed-up paperwork and will help as soon as possible, so I waited. I told him I had to take lyft there myself and asked if they would reimburse me. He said no. So I said, if someone had spent a couple of minutes to call me and let me know the car is ready, then you would have paid for my ride there? He said yes. Well all I wanted was for someone to call and let me know that was the case, but no, I waited all day and nothing. I understand that everyone is overwhelmed and short staffed. But for 2 days, I waited, and then had to show up on my own and to be greeted by someone that could careless about my situation because he was tied up with paperwork. He said the next time i return for service, I could remind them that I paid for Lyft and they can give me a discount. Why not just give me a discount this time? Needless to say, I will never return to this dealership again. It has been a very frustrating and infuriating experience.
My service advisor Charles was very polite and professional.But bad communication between the shop and the service desk caused me to wait 1.5 hours after arriving (at their communicated time) to pick up my car. Basically, the service desk committed a time that the shop wasnt able to meet, and there was practically no communication between the two so I had to nag them.
Daniel Jordan was very helpful in my search for an E92 M3! He was able to find various cars within the AutoNation network for me to purchase and look into, and followed up quickly with any questions I had. He also went out of his way to ensure I had a positive experience any time I visited the dealership or contacted him personally.
Charles was very helpful at the front desk. He went out of his way to get stuff done. However, I dont know which technician worked on it as my car came back with another problem that did not exist before the visit at the service center. I am hoping that they fix it, if they caused it during the diagnostics.
I had a wonderful experience working with Andy Larijani and Mohamed Kamal on purchasing a certified pre-owned car. Both of them were patiently available to explain me the car options, answer my questions, and guide me through the process. Recieved great service and help from the sales and finance teams. Mr. Molina was especially helpful in finding the right car for me given the shortage in the cars supply. Got a very good price too . While the sales customer service was great, the leasing took a very long time, finance department was backed up that day and we had to wait several hours . Once in. The process was very smooth.

Sent my BMW 535i here for service & multi points inspection on 9/25/2019, 9.20am. The Service Advisor-Yordano is professional & polite. Very good & courtesy customer services provided by all front end personnel. The reason I rated 2 starts is because my car has got some scratches (at driver door and on both side mirrors) after the service, it seems that the car has been handled by careless peoples at the back.
Appointment was for 4 new tires and alignment. Appt was for 7am and they took me right in, no waiting. Best to make an appointment prior as they truly honor those with vs. without appts. Nick is always so courteous, thorough and responsive, just an all around great service advisor to work with. I’d highly recommend Nick, I also like how they now send you a link to review the video taken showing your vehicle on the hoist and your service technician explaining what’s going on and what he’s doing.
My car buying experience at Fremont BMW was a pleasant one. Mohamed our sales advisor was absolutely amazing. We never felt any sales pressure and he was GREAT throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond my expectation. I would definitely go back to this dealership for my next car.
Sold my car at BMW Fremont yesterday. Process was quick and painless. Got a quote online and then visited the dealership. After a quick visual inspection and test drive, we were able to settle on a price and the formalities were completed within an hour. No tricks or pushy tactics. Thanks for the great experience!
Sales team (Ray) are very good . But Post sales services are not Good.Post buy services team at BMW Fremont is mismanaged. You have to waste 45 minutes to even get Service Agent to check you in for services even if you have taken an appointment . Last time they charged me for services inspite of having all services warranty.Best was this gentleman was asking me to sell the car.Be careful on your next buy. You will have little options for services after that.
My experience buying a new car with BMW Fremont ended up being great. My salesman Mohamed helped me throughout the entire process of purchasing my car, making it a smooth and pleasant experience overall. Additionally, he was responsive (via email/text) whenever I had any questions or concerns and kept me in the loop about the status of my car since I had it special ordered. Peter from the finance team also provided great service and had me in and out of finance in 30 minutes! Glad it was a quick process and I was very happy with the purchase and service that I received.
As a customer when you take your vehicle to the authorized BMW Service center, the service advisor remains the face of the dealership and the brand of BMW overall. During my last car service service, it was an amazing communication and overall experience provided by the service advisor Matthew at Fremont dealership. This is my 3rd BMW purchased from BMW of Fremont over the last 10 years. From the quality of car to the sales experience, the complete experience has been nothing but great. Haven’t been to the dealer for a while as my car warrantee has expired. I needed to go back for a minor recall item. It was easy to make an appointment but when I arrived early I had to wait to see a certain service manager. He seemed to have to go through a lot bureaucracy to process my simple request so I stood there for a long time for me to sign a paper agreeing to zero charges.The car was done on time. It again took to long for him to give me paperwork informing me that I had. I charges. All the people were overly friendly and sympathetic that I had to wait around for no good reason. I’ll be returning to the small specialized shop for my next regular service.
I was dealing with a service guy who seemed too busy to help me, so I was referred to a salesman, Daniel Jordan that maybe he could help me out, Daniel said that he could not but would connect me with a person who would help me, with in 5 minutes or less, he intern forwarded my information to Nick Lal who contacted me and between Daniel & Nick, I can’t thank them enough, we’re able to ask me questions and get my car in to be serviced, with in the day I dropped off my car, and had it back, luckily it was nothing major, and was fixed promptly.You really couldn’t ask for anything better than that.Thank you so much Daniel Jordan and Nick Lal for your professionalism, and your ear to listen and understand and to control the situation and react to my needs.Thank you so much BMW for having These two to represent you.A superior car company should absolutely have superior people working for it.Michael
This review is for service. Loaner car is almost never available. The service reps also lack communication skills. When I dropped my car on a Saturday morning the rep told me it would be done by the end of the day but when I called him in the afternoon he says issues like the one I had always takes two days and ETA for my car to be ready wild be Tuesday. If this was true he should have communicated this to be in the morning. He didn’t give me a loaner at that time and instead had me dropped in a Uber. After expressing disappointment and complaining on Saturday afternoon, the rep arranged a loaner (said luckily I’ve customer just returned a loader) so I had to go back to just pick that up. Finally, on Tuesday when I went to pick up the car, it wasn’t washed or vacuumed at all. When I asked, he said there is a wait time but had it done quickly. I still had to wait. The whole experience was pretty bad.
I purchased a CPO here and the whole experience after the purchase was horrible and it has not yet ended. Their focus is just to sell a car to you and post-sales follow-up is nothing but their empty slogan. When an actual follow-up is needed, they all disappeared.I bought a car including all weather floor mats. On that day the sales person said the service department was closed and could not give me the mats. When I visited the next day (after informing her that I would be there), she said they don’t have it in stock and would let me know when it’s available.A few days later I found the wheel lock key was not in the car. There was only an empty box of wheel locks in the trunk. I contacted the same salesperson to inform her of the issue. Her response was basically “that’s too bad” and nothing more. They sold a car that the owner cannot remove the tires from. And it’s BMW Certified one!I contacted her supervisor who was better and willing to resolve the issues. Per his recommendation, I visited BMW of Fremont again after clearly stating my goals - floor mats and wheel lock key. Before going there I called their service department to confirm that they have multiple floor mats in stock because I had not heard anything back from the salesperson regarding the floor mats (it was about 10 days after the purchase).When I got there, the supervisor told me to pull up the car into the service department lanes with no additional instructions. So I did and waited there for about 20 min. Nobody came and I came up to him then one guy from service department came out after talking to him and saying he’s going to help. After another 20 min wait, another guy brought the all weather floor mats. One task cleared. What about the wheel lock key? I waited for additional 15 min and then came to the sales supervisor again. I was quite upset already then as I felt ignored and expressed my disappointment. Sometime later, he came out with a guy from the service carrying a set of multiple wheel lock keys. I told them about the box I found in the trunk with a wheel lock code on it. They said they still wanted to check to make sure, which is absolutely great. However, none of wheel lock keys they had fit to my wheel locks (they didn’t have one for the code) and they failed to identify. They said they would order one following the code on the box and ship it to me. They said they would get one within one day after they order and additional days to have it delivered to me. In total one week should be enough.Now it’s been more than a week since my last visit and I have not yet received even a tracking number of the shipment. Basically nothing was done after I left there. In the meantime, I received emails from multiple (4-5) people saying they would follow up without specifying what they’re going to follow up on. When I tried to be more specific in my email response, they’re either gone or tossing it to someone else.It’s very disappointing and even shocking that this is a level of service provided by a dealer selling one of the best brands in the world.I have already spent too much time but decided to spend some more to write this review to warn other customers. If you’re considering buying a BMW in the Bay Area, I would strongly recommend trying another dealer or at least beware what you can expect from this one.
Where do I start? I dont know what I like more the car or service I experienced?! Calvin is such a wonderful gentleman, not pushy or your typical car buying experience. BMW gave me top dollar for vehicle. This is my first BMW and I love it!!! If you are in the market for a new car/ BMW definitely check them out and please make sure you ask for Calvin he will treat you like one of his children. I was here looking for some help on vehicles. I went to the reception and the desk was empty. I was in the building for more than 15 minutes and no one showed up. I went to look for a rep to ask where the manager I was looking for was. The rep told me hes getting coffee and will be here to help me in 2 minutes. I decided to leave after no one showed up for more than 20 minutes. For BMW standards, this is not a professional BMW store..
I purchased a CPO vehicle from this dealership. I could not make the trip out to verify everything. But I had some extra assurance things were going to be in good condition because it was CPO. When I received the vehicle I took it to my local BMW dealership to have it inspected again; trust but verify. They told me the vehicles battery was low and needed to be replaced due to the age of the battery. I alerted the original dealership. I got a call from the sales manager telling me my dealership was just trying to scam me out of money and that they should have just charged the battery. I asked him for documentation from the CPO process showing me the statistics and level of the battery during their inspection. Then I got ghosted.Sorry, but when I am buying a $50k+ CPO vehicle I expect everything to be in tip top shape. And even if my BMW dealership was trying to scam me out of money, the proper response is not to berate me about the issue, tell me you have 30 years of experience selling cars and how it already cost extra to ship the car to me. Buying a $500 battery is obviously not the end of the world, but it diminishes the joy of buying a $50k luxury car; __certified pre-owned__ luxury car.On a positive note, nothing else was wrong with the car. General wear and tear for a used car, good condition. And the dealership coordinated shipping the vehicle for me in a very reasonable time.
Awesome experience! Upfront pricing and the deal was done before I arrived at the dealership. They blew away every BMW dealer in NorCal. The Finance Manager was thorough and had me on my way in record time. Gretchen, Andy, Eddie & Max went the extra mile for my family. If your looking to buy a BMW, buy it from BMW of FREMONT.
Nick Lal was a great host. The car was dealt with with great care. I was in a rush so the complimentary wash was not the greatest and also after a while my brake service lights came on on the dash, which I had to reset, so the team at the dealership did not reset them? Not sure what happened there. All in all great great dealership experience and definitely plan on coming again for all the work.
Shady attempts to sell you prepaid maintenance services, then making you believe youre getting a gift. Beware and look through your documents before signing. I contacted the GM, Gretchen by email to advise her of this incident but never heard back from her. Very disappointing!
The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable, and EVERYONE was great at making me feel at home. Big shout out to Winnie, Marc and Ryan Guerra.Disappointed at the fact I was charged 200$+ for a couple of services that are supposed to be focused on technical checkup to assure all systems of the car are working properly (my invoice was +1000$ total) and then as I was leaving the parking lot the tire air pressure warning came up ... this does not seem normal to me after a full afternoon waiting for the service to be completed.
I had two visits to this site recently. Neither of them was a pleasant experience for me.First time, I brought my car there to have the tire pumped and washer fluid filled. After I was told everything was done, I found that the washer level low warning was still on. Moreover, the next day, i found that one side of the engine hood was not completely closed!!!Second time there is for my cars first annual service. Initially, I was told that BMW only provides one way uber service. When I called them to complain my previous experience with the engine hood, they told me that they could provide two way uber if the pickup was within 7 miles to their facility. I dropped my at 9 am and was told they would provide me update. I called around noon to check on the progress. I need to know if i can get the car back today, since I need the car later in the evening to pick up kids and drop them to classes. No one answered. So I left a VM. I waited till 3 and called again. This time, the supervisor answered my call, and told me that he would check with the shop and get back to me. Not until 4, he called me and told me the car wont be ready today and he arranged a rental at enterprise on Stevenson blvd for me. No further info about what car I will get, how should i get there. I had to call Enterprise by myself to find out. I called Enterprise multiple times and finally was told that they were busy and couldnt provide shuttle bus to get me there. I had to call BMW again, this time with another supervisor since the previous one already left, to arrange a uber to drop me to enterprise. And when I finally got to enterprise, they told me that they only have a Dodge Minivan under the $45 daily budget requested by the dealer!!! I drove a X2. How am I going to handle a minivan in this dark evening and rush to pick up kids? Luckily, enterprise understood my situation and upgraded the car for me for free. In the end, I was stuck in the 880 traffic on my way back and messed up all the schedules afterwards.Overall, I dont feel this dealer even care for its customers and is lack of safety trainings for its engineers/technicians. Compared to Mercedes who not only provide a loaner but also drop off the loaner to your home, BMW or this BMW dealer caused me too much hassle. I will not go back to its facility in the future.
Excellent and caring service provided by Nick and the rest of the team. I recently moved to So Cal and dealt with multiple dealership service centers here, only to be turned away or blown off. I decided to drive back up to my original BMW and Im glad I made the 5 hour drive to do so. Nick was so kind, attentive and informative. He made sure to keep me in the loop on every service my car was receiving or needed. I cant recommend him and the rest of the team here enough.
Got my first BMW, x5 45e, with Jerry’s help at BMW Fremont. It was a custom build and I enjoyed the entire experience. The price negotiation was all done via email. The communications from Jerry and his managers are professional and crystal clear. I would buy from them again. By the way, the car is fantastic!
In April I purchased a 2018 CPO 530e and have been happy with it. After two months, the check engine light came on as well as the service light. The check engine light was caused by defective grill shutters. While in the shop they also took care of a second recall (something about the turbo wastegate). Since the car was in the shop for over a week, they were kind enough to provide me with a loaner which was a 2021 530i demo.No complaints about any of the above.My issue is the service light. I had just purchased the car less than two months prior and put less than 1,000 miles on it. The service tech said it needed an oil change! I purchased a CPO car and one would think they would have at least changed the oil. I was given some excuse that service is based on time/mileage so it was not done when the vehicle was traded in by the previous owner. Seems like they need to rethink their procedures. When one buys a CPO vehicle, there is a premium associated with the warranty and no one should be taking it in within 1,000 miles and getting hit with a routine service bill.
John provided too tier support. He was efficient during check in, had my loaner car arrangements worked out and set clear expectations on costs and timelines. Delivered exactly what I expected at the price quoted, great work. Car detailing is a great touch too and it always looks better than when I dropped it off.I used to work in Newark, now I’m mostly remote working from home in San Francisco but I’ll continue to drive to this dealership. Ever since I purchased my BMW, I chose to come to this particular for a reason — customer service — from the minute I walk in the door, I see everyone being helped and guided by the staff there. Saturday, 7/17/21 I was assigned to Matthew Richardson. All I needed was a general oil change, tune and check up. Well, like a doctor’s office, you get good news or bad news depending on the issue and health of your car. All I can say is that Matt was great from beginning to end and was very patient with me (although the service department was extremely busy that day) and helped me understand by explaining the issue and the importance of getting the repair done. I did not feel “get the service done now” type pressure and when I asked he gave me options to take my vehicle elsewhere, but he also explained the guarantee of BMW’s service and guarantee. He was an honest service advisor that knew his stuff. I made the decision to bring my car back in a couple days to get the repair done only because of his honesty and dedication to making sure I was “ok” with everything we had discussed. Hands down — kudos to BMW — because that’s great service advising there!!! Ask for Matt Richardson your next visit. You won’t regret it!
I highly recommend BMW of Fremont Service Department. They have been servicing our BMW 2009 X5 for many years. John our service representative keeps use inform on any additional services or repairs needed and cost. I continue to go back. Because of the excellent service and quality of work. Also, they wash and vacuum my car before returning back to use. That is greatly appreciated.
When it was time to trade in my first BMW 3 Series I purchased from BMW of Fremont, it was no question that I would return there to purchase my second (and certianly not my last!) BMW. Although I no longer live in the area, but two hours south in Carmel Valley, it was worth the drive to receive the Ritz Carlton level of service provided by BMW of Fremont. Not only did I hit it off with my Sales Advisior, Abdullah, from the start, he made the experience fun and easy. The needs that I expressed about my vehicle and finances were heard and respected. I left feeling like I had gotten a square deal from a fair dealership and a quality person.It was late, and Abdullah insisted we get the water spots buffed out of the brand new black X2 I was driving home. I didnt have time to stay, so he organized driving all the way down to Carmel on his own time to drop off a loaner, bring my new car back for a buff out, and then deliver it back to me. This is the kind of service I had hoped for when I became a BMW client from the beginning, and that will keep me coming back in the future.Even at a later time when there was some miscommuntcation about a service appointment, Basma went out of her way to find a solution to the problem and handle it with grace.Thank you to Abdullah, Basma, and the rest of the courteous staff at BMW of Fremont. I appreciate the ease and friendly staff of BMW of FREMONT. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else for services. My service advisor Matthew Richardson is the absolute best. He always has the answer and takes time and care of my service needs for my BMW as if it were his own.That’s awesome and the kind of caring service advice he always provides. If he’s not available I’m coming back when he’s there.
Get your windows tinted elsewhere. They offered a $500 tint job for $350. After four attempts (3 separate drop offs and pick ups) it looks like this. Is this a $500 tint job? Is it a $350 tint job? Kudos for being willing to try 4 times. But after four failures no refund was offered. Im going to have to pay someone to remove this and re-do it.To top it all off, two of the clips that hold the interior door panel on, were found sliding around in the bottom of the door.
My experience from the time I arrived to the time I left, Mohamed my sales rep was so nice and down to earth. Max the sales mgr was pretty cool too.Took a test drive and ended up deciding to make a purchase. The process was was smooth and I was out of there in no time. Thanks for my 2014 Honda Accord Sport I love it.

I asked around for the best BMW dealership in the Bay Area and BMW Fremont was the dealership that was recommended all the time. Which makes a lot sense once you go and experience it for yourself. Edward Molina was my BMW advisor and I would recommend to ask for him directly. Edward help me with all the questions I had and he truly showed me the quality of the ultimate driving machine BMW has to offer. Logan the manager was a great deal of help on getting me the best rate I saw in all the Bay Area and better than what I got direct from my own bank . In all I would strongly recommend you go to this dealership and ask for Edward Molina for any one looking into a BMW .

2022-01-20Amazing service from this dealership. The Stevens Creek dealership is way closer to me, but they tried to rip me off during one of my services, so I go out of my way to Fremont now. Nick came recommended from a friend, and he does not disappoint. Very professional and explains things really well. Highly recommend Fremont BMW and Nick!

Perks included one way drop off to home. I would recommend BMW Fremont is the best place for service..i felt the difference in my Car it was smooth and sanitized although it’s a general service.

The financial representative was very helpful throughout the process and he is willing to help/accommodate us. Really happy with the experience and highly recommend this dealership.

2022-06-29First time BMW owner as I have bought Lexus most of my life. Honestly, the buying experience for my three Lexus vehicles at two different dealerships was overall a better experience. Its hard to explain but you felt more catered to as a customer. However, my salesperson at Fremont BMW was helpful through the process and has quickly responded to my follow up questions even after we drove off the lot. I do wish we could have spent more time going over the tech of the car. There are so many features! I also know they offer free follow up sessions with a genius to go over the tech. That is nice. There was also some confusion over what I thought were missing items (first aid kit, tire pump) that I later found out on my own are are not on US spec models, but our Salesperson didnt seem to know that. Time will tell on the dealership when I bring it back for service in the years to come.

2022-01-26Not only are prices for some services inexplicably high ($350 for an oil change), and the work not always stellar (e.g. botched wheel alignment resulting in tires lasting 8,000 miles only), but when BMW of Fremont asked if they could reschedule my appointment, I agreed on the condition that I needed a loaner.So I left the dealership without service this morning, after being told I dont know who you spoke to...., since they didnt appear to have a loaner on hand.Note: Surprised at the higher-than-I-would-expect ratings of this dealership, I understood better after receiving an email from them promising a $100 gift card for my honest review.

2022-06-09Came here today for the Takata Airbag recall today for my BMW M5. The service manager John was not on par of what I expected a BMW service at all. They kept my car three hours and ended up give me a spare-sheet indicates my car is not affected by the recall. John let me go saying “everything is taken care of and we switched out your airbag” this obviously is a lie. Called BMW cooperative recall team and they still indicated my car still has the open 17v-047 Recall and I have to reschedule my recall appointment with another dealer!In the meantime this dealer don’t even bother to answer the BMW cooperates recall team’s phone trying to figure out what went wrong within normal business hours. Total waste of time and effort here. Please stay away from their service team, there are plenty individuals BMW specialists shop here at Bay Area can do much better service plus way less money than those guys. I’m a long time BMW fans and brand loyalists but this time they indeed let me down.

There was no pressure from anyone unlike other car dealerships I have been to. Ask for Dilip. He is one of most patient, friendly and easy going car salesman I have ever met.
