I was not happy with my Audi. Problem after problem, and I was just done with it. After having a few rentals with bmw, I knew that was the way to go. From start to finish, Roman at bmw was very helpful, and down to earth. I loved the x3. He made the process quick and smooth. Very happy with my experience at bmw fresno, and with Roman.

There was no pressure what so ever. He listened to me as far as what my needs and limits were. The final price was exactly what was negotiated... No surprises. I recently took my 2004 330CI in to fix an oil leak and had a great experience with the staff and service at BMW Fresno. My 330CI was originally from the very same building, back when it was BMW Fresno Weber . . .so im happy knowing that it will be going back to being repaired by the same place it came from. Overall should you want a new car that is so much more then the typical Toyota and Subaru, or if you need a repair for a Bimmer . . . This is the place to go to.-Nicholas J (Nick Hyde)
This was a great experience to get my first SUV from BMW of Fresno. Gaven helped me and my husband find the perfect fit for us, and we are in love with our X5! We had an idea of how we wanted our vehicle to be and Gaven made it happen. Selling is one thing, but understanding and knowing your customer and cars is another level. Dont trust the service center! I took my car in for previously recommended service, service engine soon light for brake fluid, and a parking lamp malfunction. This was all told on phone when scheduling appointment but after drop off I was called and asked why I was bringing it in so I repeated the above and asked if notes were in computer regarding the previous recommended service. Call back stated the previously recommended service was not needed and he didnt know why that was placed but they would take care of other stuff. No communication during the day. I finally called back to ensure it would be ready later in day. When I showed up the service tech runs my papers to me at the payment area says everything was fixed and stated there was an oil leak which is recommended I get fixed for next visit, gives me his business card to call/text him directly, and sends me on my way. I notice two days later the service engine soon light and all problems still exist. I text the same guy and no response. So then I call and tells me those are different and need a diagnostic check and that they didnt do that last time??? Seriously, that is what I took it in for! So now I am wondering if they did anything that day on my car. I will not be returning for service at Fresno BMW. I just took my car to a local foreign car mechanic and he laughed at how much the dealer charged for service listed on my bill and I received way more personal service with explanation of services with him. It is a shame what customer service has become with big corporations and it was just an expensive reminder how valuable old mom and pop businesses really are.
BMW at this dealership stands for:Bad Maintenance Work.I’ve been coming to Fresno BMW for several years to have my leased vehicle(s) serviced for routine maintenance. If there were other options available in Fresno, believe me, I would take my vehicle elsewhere. The service here is usually lackluster. I would usually laugh to myself when the service advisors would say “Please rate us nothing less than a five star…”. I had never taken the time to rate them before. But, if I had, they would never rate above a 3 star (those would actually be “good” service days for them).The reason for low rating is the culmination of the years of mediocre service + the recent service I had a few days ago. No communication and slow service. What good is an advisor if the client has to ask for updates? And, what good is an appointment if they’re going to keep your vehicle all day? It shouldn’t take 6 hours to do an oil change and basic inspection. Also, don’t think I didn’t notice that you did not wash my vehicle when walking me over to my car and handing me they keys. That pathetic attempt to distract didn’t work. Such a poor ending to an already poor service.
I currently purchased my first car at BMW in Fresno.I was a bit nervous about the whole process being a first time buyer, however when I got to BMW Fresno, Radford was the salesman that approached us and helped me with the whole process. He made sure that we felt welcomed and made sure I got the car I wanted. If you do go to BMW Fresno, I would highly recommend you ask for Radford. He is a wonderful salesman the car is in outstanding shape, its exactly what I wanted! Every time I visit BMW Fresno I get treated like family. My most recent visit was no exception when I was helped out by Robert Gonzalez and Manager Mike Ghalambor. They both took care of me from the moment I walked in the showroom. Robert made the process extremely simple and made sure to answer every question I had about the car. I will always come back to get my cars from the wonderful staff at BMW Fresno.

Definitely one of the best experiences Ive ever had at any dealership by far and its all thanks to Rana at BMW! She is always attentive to what the customer is looking for and will go above and beyond to make sure you find the right car at the right price. I was working with Rana for about 2 weeks since Im picky with the car I wanted to get and she would update me on a daily basis on which cars came in and even after updating me so many times she still had the same professionalism and family type care she gave us since day 1. I will do more business with Rana in the future because I know what I buy is from a highly trustworthy person. Overall everyone at the dealership is nice and I couldnt be happier with my car!
I had a great experience here. I called in advance to test drive a car. Roman had the keys waiting and was very patient while I test drove the car and had it checked out by a third party. It was a used vehicle. The loan process was great, and the gentleman that went through the documents with me was kind and made that whole experience smooth. Overall I am very happy and am enjoying my new to me car.
Gaven Sindhu my client advisor was very helpful and courteous when I purchased my vehicle. He was prompt when we had an appointment, he ensured that I was getting what I wanted and didn’t let me settle on anything that I didn’t want. He was knowledge about the brand and the certain specifications of all the vehicles I inquired about. In addition Ahmed the finance manager was very polite and helped me save even more money when he realized that my status at a veteran could save me more. How many dealerships would go out of their way to help you SAVE money and get a better deal than probably agreed upon. I have always had a love for BMW’s. After 20 years of drivability various models, I started thinking of trying something new. But then, I thought about everyone who I would miss at Fresno BMW who had taken such good care of me over all these years. Every time I drive in.. I feel like I just came home to my adopted family. Our salesman, Roman, was amazing! So knowledgable and friendly, not pushy and overbearing. I have never been on a test drive that really felt like I got a true feel for the car until now. Financing was easy and flawless, all digital signing made it that much quicker. We will definitely be back for another one.
Everyone was very helpful as soon as I walked in. I worked with Aleks and he made sure everything I needed help with was done as soon as possible. It happened once again and my service was seamlessly completed. BMW of Fresno possibly has the best service department. The service manager must be doing a great job training his crew. When I arrived for my appointment at the BMW service department I was greeted and smiled at genuinely. After walking inside and while enjoying my cup of coffee a gentleman I had never met before approached me and mentioned my last name; he was kind and easy to talk to. His name was Andrew; he had fantastic communication skills and advised me of everything my car required for service. The experience he provided was excellent and I had to ask him how long he had been at BMW. I was more impressed when he told me since March this year. I immediately told him he was a very good fit for the company. When I received my vehicle back he walked around my car to show me how clean it was as if he was the one who washed it. He also recapped on what was done to my car during my service appointment. This behaviour promotes pride of accomplishment for great service. I had been to BMW Fresno and received an unbelievable experience before and it was duplicated once more with this visit. This time it felt more personalized. Thank you Andrew Hernandez for this outstanding experience, I couldnt ask for more.
Paid an extra $2000 for my car’s service warranty. The only reason I bought it was to get my brakes done and never got any type of notifications or anything before it ended so I basically paid an extra $1200 for no reason. They were really pushy with this service and it feels like I got fooled into giving more money away. I called to see if I could just get them done or at least get some type of discount and all they said was that they can’t do anything. I definitely won’t ever be buying a BMW again.
We have been loyal and happy clients of BMW Fresno for several years now. My first BMW was a 320i and now I have the x3 and am absolutely in love with it. This dealership is the kind of establishment that treats you like family. They provide excellent customer service. Many of our friends and family members are also clients of BMW Fresno and they all agree that what keeps us all coming back is the overall experience we get every time we step foot into the dealership. The people at BMW Fresno are beyond wonderful. They all work together so professionally. I went in for an airbag recall on my X5 and I was out of there in a little less than two hours. We had a great experience here. Radford Puahi and Rana Al Awa combined for an awesome team. We had all the info to make an informed buying decision and after a few hours left with our first BMW. We had frequent communication with both our Client Advisors every step of the way and they made sure we had all of our questions answered. Post signing Radford walked us through all the details of our new X5 and left us with the comfort that we could contact him even days after with questions that may come up with using our new techy vehicle. I recently bought a pre-owned M3 from BMW of Fresno. The process was great end to end. I am usually pretty busy during work hours. It is more convenient for me to do car shopping online and discuss everything over email. The dealership was very accommodating to my needs. I found the car listed for sale online, requested more information and received a quick reply from the sales manager Mike. Few days and a dozen emails later I got all my questions answered and we negotiated the terms that worked for both parties. The negotiation included changing some parts on the car, adjusting the price and agreeing on the trade-in value for my previous car. On the day that worked for both of us I drove to BMW of Fresno, dropped off the trade-in vehicle, picked up the new car and went home. Everything in under two hours. Everyone was extremely professional and did their best to help me. Great experience overall. Highly recommend this place.
My guy Radford Puahi (pardon me if I mispelled) has been the most polite and helpful salesman Ive ever experienced when it comes to cars, not once have I ever felt pressured. Years ago I came in with my mother as a cosigner to my first bmw, and I remember how welcome and warmly we were treated. Fast forward a few years, the car is now paid off, and Im looking to turn it in for something bigger for work. I stop by the lot to see what they have in store, and here comes Radford with a smile and a handshake asking how Ive been, and how my parents were doing. I ended up buying another vehicle from him and it could not have been smoother. It felt great to purchase it myself this time, and he really made me feel deserving of this truck and congratulated me for my recent engagement and home acquirement. The lack of communication on the service providers side is disheartening. This is my first experience with Bmw Fresno and I can say from the moment I dropped the car off it was an undesirable experience . If you choose to use them for service ask all the questions don’t assume they will have your best interest. No stars
I leased my X3 about 2.5 years ago and had a great experience at BMW Fresno. Danny Mejia was the sales rep that took care of me then. I never had any trouble scheduling the recommended service/oil changes and they always provided a nice loaner. Because of the great service and the way they took care of me, I got an X2 M35i yesterday, again greatly helped by Danny, and Hovsep Sargisyan (the finance manager) was great. I got a great deal and the X2 M35i is AMAZING!!! Thanks Danny and Hosvep, you guys truly understand customer service!!!

Very Disappointed on the service. For such a luxury brand I grew to love, the service I received from Fresno BMW was poor. My daughters car came out of service with more problems than when it when in and the fact they let my drive away like that without advice made it all worse. Car was pouring motor oils all the way home. Brought it back and it’s just so unfortunate my service advisor and his manager had no time to talk to me. It’s just horrible.
My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of having Radford as our salesman. We absolutely love our 5 series. We have been talking with Radford over the past few months as we needed to trade in one of our cars and were looking for an upgrade. Every time we went in to BMW to have our other car serviced he always took the time to talk with us and touch bases about our situation. We finally decided to upgrade and trade in our 2013 5 series model for a new one. Both my boyfriend and I had total opposite and separate concerns and he made sure to address and take care of every single one of them. He really made things happen for us. You can feel that he is genuine and has his clients best interest at heart. We definitely would not have upgraded if it wasnt for him. I would definitely recommend him and suggest to ask for him if you are going in to BMW to find a car.
My wife purchased a BMW 3 series from this dealer about a month ago and we have had multiple terrible customer service experiences with them ever since. First one was when they said the car had an oil change recently, to then receive a car-fax notification that it was over due by a few thousand miles (apparently the dealerships use it to keep track of the service). So thinking maybe it was a slip up we tried calling them multiple times and always either got transferred to a voicemail machine or just no answer at all. After close to a week of this they never once called us back. Then a few weeks after purchasing it we received a notification from them that our credit was 1 point too low to qualify for the 1.9 percent financing that was clearly labeled on our contract. In the notification they told us it was going up another 1 percent. Now we have been playing phone tag with them for 3 days trying to work on this issue. They transferred her once and the guy hung up on her, then after that her multiple calls seemed to be getting ignored. So she used my phone and they then answered. This dealership does not care about the customer at all beyond the moment that contract is signed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE A CAR FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We had a great experience with the recent lease of our vehicle.The staff from sales to financing were great.We had an awesome experience with our salesman, Pargev. He is knowledgeable about the car and explained or showed us how certain features of the car worked. He kept us informed throughout our experience be it trying to find a particular vehicle we wanted to getting through the finance after we made the deal.He is very easy to talk to; we didn’t feel any pressure from him about making a decision on a car. He is respectful and friendly.Overall, we are happy and glad to have worked with Pargev. Plus, he came through with adding a big, red bow on the car when we came to pick it up!

I’ve read a large number of the review for this dealership. While I recognize it’s a really nice dealership, I did want to post my experience recently which was not what I had hoped it would be. I have owned 4 BMW’s, a Mercedes, a Lexus and numerous other cars to boot. A couple of weeks ago, I saw an automobile they had posted on their website so I stopped in for a test drive. It was an older BMW 535i, high mileage but appeared to be in really nice condition with a clean CarFax. After my test drive, I asked the sales rep to pop the hood which he did. Keep in mind, I’m not a mechanic, I’m a businessman. I know nothing about what’s under the hood of an automobile, other than a few of the basics. I spotted an obvious oil leak that had bubbles and oil seeping out of the top of the engine. The automobile had been presented to me as one that was in mint condition and had passed through the service department with flying colors. The poor sales rep didn’t know what to say, or didn’t really care, one or the other. So a couple of days later, I sent a couple of emails with no response. After my 2nd email, he informed me that they had sold the car to one of their employees. I find this really odd. I express an interest in buying an automobile from this dealership, they try to sell me an automobile with a massive oil leak, I detect the leak and ask them what they are going to do and they turn around and sell the car to an employee? Again, not the experience I had hoped for. No problem.........I flew to Dallas and bought a BMW from a Dallas dealership!

Service department is absolutely phenomenal with everything they do. Never once have I had a bad experience at this place... it’s like one big family at BMW FRESNO. I appreciate everything they do for me. I highly recommend sales department as well.. they really help in getting the car you want with no hassle. I bought my 1st BMW in June 2019 from Radford at BMW Fresno. Radford is a wonderful salesman and a really nice person. If you want a BMW I recommend you go see him. I love my X3!! It drives like a dream.I have taken my X3 to the service department a few times for an oil change and a squeaky fan. Drago in the service department is very nice to work with. Wow!!!!Weve been driving BMW vehicles for the past 15 years and have lived in three different states. This BMW dealership is horrible! Unfortunately its the only one in Fresno. We have considered switching to another make because of them.My husband took his car for warranty work there twice. The service is the worst. Keith, the service advisor is rude and I think has anger management issues.My husbands appointment was at 7:30 in the morning. He was told that they had 35 loaner vehicles. After waiting for 30 minutes past 7:30 he was told that they ran out of loaners. They told him that they would return the car that afternoon. Nobody called him until 6pm. He called and asked for Keith and was told that Kieth was on the other line and that he would call back. An hour later my husband called back and was told that the service department was already closed. He had to be at work next morning and didnt have a car. The next day he calls again and was told that Keith would call him back. Keith calls back a few hours later and says that they need to order the part and tells him to go there and pay. He didnt even pay attention that the car was under manufacturer warranty. After telling him that the car is covered by the warranty, he told him to go pick up the car and they would order the part. We went there to pick up the car and our car was still inside the shop with the hood open and the mechanics just standing next to it. Keith told us to come back in 45 minutes. We did and waited another 45 minutes for them to give us our car. We were told that we would be contacted when the part arrives. A week later my husband decides to call and they tell him that the part has been there since last week. Unbelievable!!!This is just one of our experiences with them. We had another similar situation.I dont know who the owners are, but you need to pay attention to your employees and customer service.
I absolutely love my BMW 5 series. And I love all the service that comes with owning the car. BMW Fresno always makes a remarkable impression. Everyone is so courteous and helpful. The coffee machine is awesome. Thank you for treating me like family!!!! Definitely recommend them if you are looking to buy or lease a car!
Ive only had great service at BMW Fresno. I recently had to take my car in for maintenance but had to travel out of town soon after, so I needed the work done quickly. Drago got me in right at 8am and helped me get in and out of there in an incredibly efficient manner, all with a great attitude. All around great experience!
My most recent experience with BMW Fresno will be my last. After 2 previously disappointing experiences, it has become apparent that this Dealership no longer prides itself on providing acceptable service, and a quality customer experience. I purchased my first (of four) M cars at Weber BMW in mid 90s. For years they could be relied on to act with integrity and courtesy. Unfortunately that atmosphere has been traded for substandard automobile service, and seeming disdain for the customer. They failed to properly execute a simple oil change. People make mistakes, shouldnt be a big deal, but the overfilled crankcase, combined with the failure to communicate ( ignoring messages inquiring about status of car, asking if I would like to utilize the shuttle service then leaving me waiting without one, twice), failure to advise about status of car, performing the wrong service, waiting until 6 plus hours after I dropped the car to tell me they couldnt do a service etc, makes it pretty obvious I am better off making the drive to an alternative dealership. Will be forwarding a detailed breakdown of this and my previous two experiences to BMWNA.......PS: I was offered a free detail service. I will not be utilizing this. Especially after reading the other reviews on their detail capabilities
We have leased 4 vehicles from BMW Fresno and we really appreciate the level of service and deals each time. They always have the highest level of care and that’s what keeps us coming back! In 2015, I leased a new BMW 4 series from Fresno BMW, and with my lease coming to an end, I decided to return to the dealership to see if I wanted to stay with BMW. I was certain that I would because I had been happy with not only the car itself, but also the level of service Ive received from Fresno. Theyve always taken great care of me in the service department, provided me a loaner when my car is in for maintenance, etc.,. During my visit in October, I was greeted by Jesse Caron. He was helpful and knowledgeable of the product line, and more importantly, extremely patient. I had no idea what I really wanted to do....I thought about leasing another 4; also considered an M4, but then also dabbled with the thought of an X5 for practicality. Jesse offered me a chance to drive all of the above, and even though I wasnt ready at that point, there was never any pressure. We stayed in touch over the next few months with him running various lease calculations for me via our text conversation as I weighed out what to do. In the end, a few days ago, I ended up going with a 440 Gran Coupe after several months of working with Jesse and Fresno BMW. I was very satisfied with the ease of the process and how they catered to my indecision with great patience and understanding....I would highly recommend Jesse Caron and Fresno BMW! Job well done, guys --- Ill be back for my next one in 36 months!
This is our 3rd BMW and definitely not our last. We look forward to coming in for our service appointments because of the fabulous treatment we get. From the initial greeting, to the updates, and of course our baby gets a nice car wash at the end. Its always a pleasure to see jazmine , as shes quite the go to person with most customers as weve noticed. This is the type of service that stands out from the rest of the dealerships. My car was brought in for 3 recalls to be done, first they told me it would be done a day after expected, then two days after expected. my service representative said he left my key fob with a cashier when I called to make sure that it was there as he stated the cashier told me she absolutely did not have it. I called back again and she decided to look for it and after being on hold for 5 minutes she found it. I got my car back and the only positive thing was they washed it but once inside I found my dash not fully assembled along with my unlock button permanently smashed down behind the dash. Very very very disappointed in BMW Fresno.

Shopping for a new car is always a bit stressful but, my first ever experience with BMW of Fresno was just like a dream. The sales associate was professional, had excellent product knowledge, and took the time to make sure I got exactly the car I wanted. The paperwork was minimal and painless, much less than any other dealership I have dealt with. There was great communication throughout the process and my car was delivered within just a few days as promised. I received a personal orientation of my new BMW 550i which brought me up to speed quickly on all the great features of this vehicle. After having driven this car now for a week, it is clearly the best car I have ever had and I am ever impressed with the driving experience this car delivers.Based on my experience, I would highly recommend anyone to do business with BMW of Fresno.
I had a great experience working with Danny Mejia at BMW Fresno when I was ordering my 2019 M2 Competition. I went with BMW Fresno based on a recommendation from a friend and I wasnt disappointed. Danny kept me in the loop with frequent updates about my cars status as it was going through the ordering process and took care of my special requests (front bumper not drilled for a plate holder, shipping wrap left intact) without any issues. He made the delivery day very special by even bringing a bow out when my friends wanted to snap a few pics of the car. Ill definitely be coming back for my next car.
I test drove a 3 series Bmw here in 2005 and the salesman then (Suky Chima ) made such a strong positive impression on me that I will never forget such a nice fellow! He was so honest and he let me truly experience the pure joy in a BMW. I just remembered him again today. This dealership must be a great place to buy a car.
I dropped my 528i at BMW Fresno for service on earlier this month. Service advisor Artem came to help me going through a detail check of the vehicle condition. While waiting, he kept me informed about the progress of the service. Not more than 2 hours, he took me to parking area where my car was there and gave me a detailed invoice with all the items performed. Perfect experience!
I recently completed lease arrangements for my second BMW through BMW of Fresno. Thanks to Radford, our sales associate, it was a pleasant experience, leaving me feeling that the lease terms were clearly presented, and reasonable. He made sure I knew about the technology available in my new car. You know you walked into the right dealership when everyone treats you like VIP.... I brought my 335i in for a recall notice. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by Jazmine, with a friendly smile and details of which service writer to speak with. She was prepared for my arrival and knew what service was needed. Definitely a nice touch and made me feel like they were rolling out the red carpet. My service writer, Drago, was extremely helpful and honest in setting expectations on when my car would be completed. They even upgraded me to a 540 loaner vehicle. My car was completed before the end of the day, ahead of schedule. I picked up my car with the same attention to customer care. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my car was crystal clean, even though it had been raining. Well done BMW of Fresno! Happy customer right here!
I want to thank the service team for a wonderful first impression. I had to take my 09 335i for a warranty repair and they were exceptionally professional courteous and friendly. I bought a key holder and wallet from the store and was very impressed at their great selection. I will definitely be bringing my car back here.

I had my car serviced by BMW several times in the past and they are always so nice and professional. I used as my service advisor Drago Tsytsyn and he is so good; Ive always had a perfect experience with him. He is very knowledgeable about the cars. I cant recommend the dealership highly enough. The service bays are spotlessly clean and quiet. They always do first class work and even wash my car (even when it was raining!). Great dealership!

Better service than visalia but still too busy for an oil change. Update: Ive brought my car 3 times and 3 times they have kept it a few days. They dont call you back and they give you different prices over the phone from when you go pay and pick it up. Although still better than the Visalia dealer, I will not be bringing my car for service here anymore. I love BMWs, but the headaches with their service departments is making me reconsider being a BMW owner and not buy one ever again. Probably best car makers, but the service is just that bad.
Hayden Austin is a great salesman. He did an amazing job with helping me find the perfect car. He was really friendly and he answered all of my questions. He did not pressure me into buying the car and was completely honest with me. If you are shopping for a BMW request Hayden because he is the best.
Amazing Customer Service! My car recently broke down on a road trip, and Kevin Slaughter was a tremendous help. He consistently kept me updated and informed about the status of my repair, and worked very effectively to get it repaired ASAP. I really appreciate all the great service.

This might just be the best dealership I’ve encountered. I’ve always been more of a Mercedes type of gym but after my test drive I have have to say bmw provides the best experience. I couldn’t have gotten such an experience without such a knowledgeable sales consultant, Warren was professional, attentive and not pushy what’s so ever. Excited to come again!
Recently had my car serviced. Tow company brought it to Fresno BMW. My service Advisor was Drago and he was very courteous and went out of his way to ensure that I had a pleasant visit. I told him my light colored mats were left looking very black and oily. He had them cleaned for me immediately. I was also pleasantly surprised that he walked me out to my car at pick up and asked me if everything looked good. My old service advisor who I had for over 5 years use to do that and I loved it. He knew me and my cars very well. When he left, I also left because the service was nowhere near great. At this visit I got Drago and he was friendly and I got great customer service. I will ask for him the next time I need something done to my car.
My girlfriend and I had no intention on purchasing a BMW because of their service costs. However on this particular day we encountered a gentleman roaming the lot that introduced himself as Michael. He welcomed us and asked if he could help, but we told him we were just looking around. He offered us bottled water because it was hot out. (I thought free bottled water why not) We took him up on the offer and asked several questions about this decent looking white BMW. He claimed he was new and could answer most questions about it. One of our questions were the repair costs. He reassured us that the BMW was backed by a ceritified warranty and mentioned how his friend owned a honda and recently paid $130 for an oil change. We ended up going for a test drive and was blown away by the performance and handling this small BMW pushed out. We went to his office to discuss ownership options after we learned it only had 16k miles and was reasonably priced. Michael was going back and forth claiming he was working a deal for us, even though they didn’t discount used cars by big margins. I noticed my girlfriend was excited and really happy about this white 2 series BMW, which changed my perspective about the whole situation. Michael brought in his manager suke (I think his name was) and gave us a price we couldn’t refuse. My girlfriend and I not only found this car we never thought we would purchase, but also found that the service and empathy Michael provided was worthy and genuine. Our experience was indeed a pleasant one and my girlfriend can’t stop talking about her new BMW.
My experience with Fresno BMW, working primarily with Justin Loyear, was the best car buying experience Ive ever had. From the time I contacted Justin, through the delivery of my new car (M2), every detail was handled in a fair, transparent, and efficient way. I am extremely happy with Justin, Patrick Parks, the Finance team, and the rest of the delivery team at BMW Fresno. Ive been buying cars for many years and I cant say that Ive ever had a more pleasant experience than this. I would definitely purchase again from BMW Fresno, and would also recommend anyone considering the purchase of a BMW (new or used) to contact Fresno BMW as you will certainly be treated right!
Bad service! Took my BMW in for recall. When I picked it up. There was a problem with the door. They told me it could have happened over night but they didn’t use the door and conveniently they could “fix” it for $600 labor and $270 for the part. But it wasn’t a problem when I dropped it off. They wouldn’t listen to me because I was young and they just sent away. They wouldn’t let me talk to the GM or even give me his card. They told me his office was locked. This is BS!!
BMW Fresno is the best dealership in the valley, I’m always greeted with smiles and treated with respect. I needed to take a last minute trip to LA and my oil was low so I stopped by and Jazmine topped off my oil and I got one of the best cups of coffee for the road. This dealership is my go-to for any service, parts and purchasing of cars. Very prime example of why owning a BMW is so amazing :)

I took my car into bmw of Fresno to get services done and when I dropped my car off I was in and out within 20 mins, and within a day they had all my concerns addressed and my car was ready to be picked up. When I picked up my car my service advisor (Artem) went over everything they had done on the car and was super friendly about all my questions. Again within 20 mins I was already leaving with my car. I have had wonderful experiences here and I recommend if you ever need your car service, make sure to call Artem, he is truly the best!
I started looking at cars in Bakersfield and I was not satisfied with how I was treated but once I called Nathan at BMW of Fresno, he listened to my needs and wants and within ten minutes he had found several options for me. Over the next week he emailed me the offers. We drove to Fresno and he was ready with both options for me to drive. I went with my dad and brother. We came home with my dream car and a car for my brother!! Thank you Nathan of BMW FRESNO for making us a BMW family!!
Wonderful place to purchase a vehicle. This is the second vehicle we have purchased here. Danny our salesperson has adapted with the times and even delivered the new car to us. Everything was done over the phone and he made it simple. We will be back for our next one too!

I was actually next door at the Audi dealership and decided to test drive a BMW, with no real intention of buying one. I literally fell in love with the X3 and had the easiest car buying experience ever. The paperwork took less than a half hour! The car is really technologically advanced, so there are things Im still learning, but the staff is so helpful when I have questions. And I love that maintenance is included for 4 years on my 3 year lease so Im totally covered! I know in the past theyve gotten a bad rap, but I think the new owners are really trying to turn it around.
Radford our car salesman from Fresno BMW gave us outstanding customer service. We told him exactly what we were looking for. He took his time on telling us all about the vehicles and also answered all of our questions. We test drove 2 vehicles all because he wanted us to make sure we loved our new car. Schedule a Appointment for monday morning, received a service reminder on Sunday evening day before actual appointment. Arrived at BMW 20 minutes before scheduled appointment time. Was greeted and seated until Service Advisor/Writer Kevin was available because he was wrapping up with another customer.In a few minutes Kevin greeted me. We went through all past services and looked up to see if there was any new TSBs (technical service Bulletins) Kevins professionalism and knowledge of the BMW X5 was masterful. He handled my service in expeditious manner that Im sure all customers of Fresno BMW are Accustomed to. Since I was a waiter he periodically kept me updated on the Progress of my service...
I truly must say... BMW Fresno is truly amazing. If there was a option to give more then 5 stars I truly would. From when you walk in the front door everyone is super helpful and go above and beyond to help you with any needs you may have. Jazmine was one who helped me and is truly a great employee. The whole facility is beautiful. Everyone working is genuinely happy to be there. I encountered with a young gal named Jazmine who was EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING and her smile can bright up any room....I came in for maintenance service and the courtesy of my advisor Artem Borsch was outstanding.. extremely professional.Sales department is extremely welcoming and not too aggressive like other dealerships in town.I love my 430i and i love the level of customer service that comes with it.
Associate Kevin, in service is the worst, I came in and was curious about my vehicles specifications and he guessed the information from his head instead of actually looking up the correct information and verify it. In specific, I asked what weight oil for my 2002 325ci BMW and he said, fluid is 10w40 with no hesitation. I then went to the correct side of the building in parts and they were able to help assist me with my inquiry.
This is the best car buying experience Ive ever had. It took 45 minutes from the time we entered the dealership until the time I was driving out of the car lot with my new BMW. Scott went out of his way to make the deal happen. I talked to him on the phone before even setting foot in the dealership. I told him want car I was looking for, he told me the inventory he had on the lot; and I told him the price I am willing to pay. After a few days he called me on the phone and said we have a deal and that he convinced his boss to give me the car at my asking price. I have looked everywhere for the price of my car and nobody beats the price that I got from BMW of Fresno. The financing person was also quick and painless. No BS straight business. No selling of options - just straight business and we were out of there driving our new BMW. I will for sure tell my friends about SCOTT and the dealership. I am coming back in 3 years for another BMW and rest assured that I will look for SCOTT!!!
After going to this dealer ship many time, I just have had enough. When I was shopping for a car, this was the first dealer that I went to. I had a pre-approval from BMW financial, so I was hoping this would help speed thing out. Once I arrived, I had no one try to help me. At the time I was interested in a 535d. after failing to drop the price from what they were asking, I decided to leave. I went to a BMW dealership in the bay area and all I can say is wow, what a difference. I purchased a CPO 535i.Within a month, I had an issue with a parking sensor. So I once again I brought it in to Fresno. Unfortunately, they stated that the sensor would not be covered under warranty. I called my sales rep from the bay area, he told me that it will be taken care of. As I drove up to the dealer I purchased my car from, they had my courtesy vehicle ready from the moment I drove up. Signed a few papers and off I went, all I can say is wow.Once again I called Fresno BMW to make an appointment to schedule my maintenance. They were 2 weeks out in order to use a courtesy vehicle. I told them that it was fine, but I would not use the enterprise rental cars due to the mileage restriction. When I drove up to the dealer, they stated they had no cars to anymore. Coming from Los Banos, this was an issue. His answer was he can reschedule. Wow, am coming from an hour away and he can reschedule. There seems to be a lack of attention to customers here. I will never buy or come here again.
I found a dozen BMWs in my time, so I know the brand well. But BMW Fresno doesnt quite provide the level of service that would be expected from a luxury vehicle dealer. My 11 month old Alpina sat in their shop for almost 2 weeks, and when I got it back they didnt even fix all of the issues that were outlined on the check-in sheet. So now I have to bring the car back in again, a total inconvenience, for more than just 1 forgotten item. Very frustrating and very disappointed. If I had another option, I would never return again. Unfortunately they dominate the market with only one dealership nearby and I have to put up with it. I gave two out of five stars because they actually resolve two of my five issues, so I have to give them at least a little credit.
They were accommodating; they want to sell u their vehicles. The car sells itself. It is the most safest car I have ever been in. Its expensive but its worth it. The only problem I had is that the salesman indicates that running board would look great on the car. Im 5 foot. But there were no running boards for my X3. I told the salesman that I have a hx of back problems. Yes, it was a big problem and nobody even Corporate office could help. And will they contact me to give me an update..its been 5 months - no calls from BMW. They dont care - shame on them!!!
We recently worked with Mike and Radford on the purchase of another BMW, and just wanted to give them both a shout out for the great customer service we received from them both. They went out of their way to make sure that we got all that we wanted on the car and worked out the finances that was going to work for us. This is our second time we have worked with them and appreciate all they did to make it happen and we were able to drive home with the car that same day. They both have followed up after the purchase to make sure that everything was okay and if there was anything else they could help us with. We want to thank them both for the making the car buying process so easy and hassle free. If you are looking at purchasing a new BMW, I highly recommend asking for Radford or Mike. Thank you again!!
The guy in the parts department deserves a raise! Friendliest employee ever and he really knows his stuff. I brought in just a part and he was able to identify my vehicle from that without me even saying! Then when I gave him symptoms he was able to tell me what the possible problems are. Just awesome!
I leased a 2016 428 Gran Coupe a few days ago and worked with Jordan Torres. He was amazing. Very knowledgable about all the vehicles and their specifications. He also helped me get a great deal and lease payment. He was not pushy at all. I appreciate all the time he spent with me discussing the vehicles and test driving. He even came in to work the day after I purchased the car (on his day off!) to assist me in returning my previously leased car and making sure everything went smoothly. It was the most relaxed and easy car leasing experience Ive ever had. Everyone at Fresno BMW was friendly and excited to help, from Jordan, to the finance guy, to the GM Mike to the lease return guy JJ. Its truly a very customer focused, non-pushy car dealership. I can never imagine getting a car anywhere else now.
Where do I start with BMW? Ive had nothing but issues with you guys since I first purchased my 3 series with you 5 years ago. I guess all of my problems initially started when the salesman sold me an unnecessary extra warranty promising that I would eventually need new brakes and that the warranty would cover it. He added it into my financing so month after month I paid for this bogus service. Then the time came when I needed new brakes and when I took it into the service department they said my brakes would have to be paid for out of pocket. Wonderful.Recently, my ABS and other brake sensors started to repeatedly go off while I was driving. I took the car in the first time and you guys ran a diagnostic, said you could not find anything and gave the car back to me after I paid my bill. Immediately after the car was returned I had the same problem pop up. I took my car in again and that time, they said the problem was probably due to a steering wheel sensor defect, changed it out, charged me for it, and sent me on my way. Days later it started acting up AGAIN with the same problems. So I took it in the get serviced, 3 times in 3 weeks, for the SAME problem. I dropped the car off on a Wednesday and it was returned to me today, (Monday) with the service department saying they have no idea what is wrong with it, they had test driven it for 60 miles, didnt return any gas in it, and gave it to me saying they could not find anything wrong with it. Each time my car acted up, I took a picture of the sensors and the pictures have timestamps on them displaying the date the pictures were taken. I did this to show the service department that in 3 weeks my car was showing the same problem, and that I was not imagining the problem or making it up. BMW has been nothing but disappointing from me from day one. From the sneaking salesman, rude shuttle driver Leonel, and incompetent service department, Im beyond frustrated at this point. I understand that cars do not last forever, but at least tell me what is wrong with my car. You couldnt even provide me with that. Can you imagine me in the future, driving it on the highway, it acting up again, and God forbid, me getting into an accident or something? How do you think that would look to your company after I repeatedly tried getting my car fixed through you guys, have it act up, and have something bad happen to me while driving it? I do not feel safe in this car that you guys have returned to me 3 times, without the problem being fixed. It is still not fixed as we speak and you do not know what is wrong with it!Its time for a new car, and I had my heart set on an X3, but instead I will be heading over to Mercedes next door to purchase a GLK either today or tomorrow. Im done with BMW of Fresno and have turned many of my friends, coworkers from my casino, and family to Mercedes instead over the years, and none of them have yet to have problems with their sales and service departments. Im beyond frustrated with BMW and am disappointed in my track record with you guys. Its very disheartening to go through this. You have lost a customer forever from me and several of people I know. Please start to clean up your act, BMW of Fresno.
I have never bought a BMW before but I have always wanted one. I was referred to Justin Loyear by a friend and he made it the easiest buying experience I have ever had when buying a car. He treated me and my husband like family and his honesty and integrity were top notch.We also met Suky Chima the sales manager and he was fabulous as well. I look forward to doing business with them again and I highly recommend BMW Fresno.
I leased a 5 series from Fresno BMW last week. This is the 5th BMW I have either purchased or leased from Fresno BMW since 2003. The experience was great from the initial email and conversation with Suky to the actual leasing and financing of the car. Having done the majority of the deal beforehand, Patrick and Ahmed had me out of my old lease and into my new car in less than an hour. All three gentlemen I dealt with were extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend Fresno BMW.Two years later (April 2019)Just purchased my 6th BMW from BMW Fresno. Dealt with General Sales Manager, Suky Chima and Lease End Advisor, JJ Hagglund. 100% from the start to the finish of the transaction I was treated professionally and there was no pressure whatsoever. Got my M4 for a great price and would definitely recommend the aforementioned gentlemen and the dealership as a whole.
Service dept is pure trash. Rushes us in and out as fast as possible with no communication to us about my car. Got home after having brake fluid flushed/filled and the recommended notes say that vehicle is unsafe to drive due to sever tire deterioration. Never was told to us verbally. Unacceptable that they A) would let us drive away knowing it was dangerous and B) wouldnt even attempt to make a sale.Got new tires installed at a tire shop and they call and say all 4 brakes are in need of replacement. We requested that BMW look at our brakes when doing the fluid and we were told were good Lazy, stupid and rude.
The experience at BMW Fresno was magnificent, when meeting with the technician Artem Borsch I felt as if he truly cared and knew what he was talking about, it is rare to find individuals as himself. In addition, he spoke to me about the services that were going to take place and made sure that I understood, he was very patient when answering my questions. I say with ease that he is by far the most effective and professional individual who has helped me with servicing my BMW. I believe that BMW Fresno should also give some recognition to Artem for displaying such experience, customer skills, and resourcefulness, skills that are crucial in the automotive industry. I say if this young man continues to grow and showcase such efficiency, knowledge, and professionalism he will be indispensable to BMW Fresno. It is individuals as Artem that make me believe I made the right decision in becoming part of the BMW family but also has made me look forward to getting my vehicle serviced.
The price is horrible. Since BMW Fresno is the only BMW dealer in Fresno, the deal charge a very high price and is unwilling to negotiate. I do not recommend this dealer for anyone who want a BMW for a fair market price. Fresno residents or the Central Valley people who need a BMW should go out of town to buy it from the Bay Area or down south in LA. You will love the saving you get when you buy from LA area or the Bay Area. BMW Fresno is not a good place to shop and its horrible price is a BIG TURN OFFFFFFFFFFFF.
I Love my BMW X6 Super quick and friendly service each and every time with my service advisor. Its a real pleasure having Jazmine work up front, being extremely attentive and helpful. Thats exactly what each dealership needs to keep people coming back. Thank you BMW!!!

2022-04-30I was looking for a new car for our family and spent months between dealerships comparing cars. I met with Roman at BMW Fresno and he was very informative and was not your average stereotypical car salesman. I test drove the X1, X3, and X5 with him and was never pushed by Roman to make a decision but rather he helped me compare each model and weigh my options for our needs. I would text him randomly throughout the weeks and he always responded promptly and was supportive in our search for a car whether it was with BMW or a different dealership. I ended up with the X5 and love it, I just wish Roman would have pushed me a little to buying the M-sport package! Would definitely recommend Roman at BMW Fresno and would buy again from him in the future.

2022-02-15My wife and I have owned BMWs in past and have always loved them. We decided to look into the SUV models. Honestly, we really weren’t looking to buy a vehicle. Nonetheless, we decided to visit Fresno BMW where we were greeted by an extremely polite and well mannered salesman named, Pargev Nazaryan. Pargev showed us a few vehicles. We fell in love with the X3M Competition and decided to make the purchase. Pargev made our experience extremely pleasant and stress free. He was open and honest from the beginning until the end of our purchase. If anyone is looking to purchase a BMW, I definitely recommend Pargev to be your point of contact. 2022-06-0310:00am appointment. What a joke! At 10:30am finally a service advisor serviced me. I needed two tires replaced, balanced, and aligned. I was told, 3 hours because it takes awhile to balance tires. Really! I agreed to the service. What choice did I have. They are special tires. I left and came back 1.25 hours later. The car had not been touched. It was parked outside. Service advisor lied to me. The car was finally done at 3:30pm. It took them 5 hours for 2 tires. My wife had the same problem with them last time she took the car in. We never ever had bad service at Stevens creek bmw in Cupertino.

2022-03-15What a huge disappointment on our very first experience with the service department. I had my wife take our daughters bmw to get it service after smelling the motor oil burning. The service advisor made us aware that the repairs would take up to a week which we were okay with. The service did not go weird or bad until the repairs were done. Now they had been reaching out to my wife for any needs as I was not available so the day that the vehicle was done the service advisor called and asked my wife if she would be okay with him taking the vehicle home for the night to make sure there was no other unseen issues that the mechanics and their diagnostic system did not find. My wife not thinking nor questioning said yes, that it would be fine and when asked if it was a normal practice to take clients vehicle home after a repair she was told yes it that it was normal practice on repairs that deals with some sort of oil leaks. Which I found very odd as I have never heard of it so it raised some red flags as to why? If the mechanics had done what they were suppose to do and had done it correctly then there was no need. By then it was too late and the service advisor had taken the vehicle home. Next day vehicle was brought back to shop and my wife picked it up. She was told by the advisor everything was good. I was definitely a little suspicious as to why a service advisor who is not a mechanic would ask to take the customers car home. I felt he took advantage of my wife because she knew nothing about the car and she trusted that he was looking out for our best interest. After getting the vehicle back 41 miles was used and our dash cam was unplugged, I notice a chip on the rear break caliper, the rear wheel lug nuts where not tight enough to torque spec and found scratches on the rear wheel that was never there before. When my wife asked why the dash cam was unplugged and 41 extra miles added the service advisor did not respond with any explanations. Since it has been done all I can advise future customers go somewhere else if you can and if not be aware, know the condition of your car interior and exterior, ask questions and never trust that they are looking out for your best interest even if they are a luxury well known dealership. Its a shame that they would take advantage of the situation at the cost of BMW, will not trust them again.
