Amazingly fast process in my opinion. Very welcoming staff and with a smile. Compared to other places I have donated at in the past, this places is light years better in all aspects! Providing something that could be used to save anothers life is a good feeling! Along with that $100!

I have been coming for over a year and have never had any bad experience. The place is always clean. Very friendly and professional staff. I have been going to Fresno Biomat USA for 7 months and they have all been so kind and helpful throughout the entire donation process. All of their employees are very professional and make sure you are okay and comfortable throughout the entire donation. Staff is great the place is really nice and clean and they are super fast. This place is very inconvenient you have to keep calling the place to get an appointment to walk in it’s 2:34 and they close at 7:30 but i can’t come in to donate. The other place you’ll get seen eventually and also they have no app or nothing like the Clovis spot
On my first visit I was a bit nervous about the whole process because I didn’t know if I was going to be able to donate. Luckily all went well and the staff was super awesome. I was there a little over 3 hours which I expected for my first visit but thankfully you only have to go through lengthy process once a year. Overall I give the staff 5+ STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I give another review and 4 stars because of the fact that every time I come to donate I have to listen to other peoples loud and ridiculous conversations on their phones or with other donors (or to talking to themselves). This morning I overheard a guy talking about how a lot of people have gotten shot and killed throughout his lifetime. It was uncomfortable and annoying that I have to sit and listen to weird conversations when I wish we all can just sit in peace and quiet. The workers are great and donating is great but that is the only flaw that had always bugged me! Someone should speak up and take initiative to tell donors to have the phone calls outside of the building and to manage the donors that are speaking annoyingly loud before the donation process.
Came in after a long time donating. They got ne back into the system the whole staff were very kind and informing. Everybody seemed to have a great attitude too. Will be back to finish.
Been to another center which wasnt so welcoming. Today has been a good Experience as a new donor. so far, so good. attentive staff, extensive exam to ensure safety.
I must have come at the wrong time because there was a shortage of staff n the waiting area n Microwave including bathrooms need cleaning.However I will give the staff that did show up Super Thumbs up. My first visit took 4 hours n I have to see my Dr to be cleared made me real sad.maybe the Physical portion should be first instead at end.

Super hard to get into to donate if youre honest about everything. Even common antidepressants make them give you the side eye. Theres a weird, suspicious, accusatory vibe. Employee attitudes range from helpful, to miserable, to hateful. Its clean though.
It was a bit of a longer process because it was my first time, but I was out the door in about 3 hours, most of which was screening. I think it took maybe 30 minutes for the draw itself, so I expect subsequent visits will be shorter. Everyone was kind and professional. Ill be going back.
This place has gone downhill. You make a appointment they never keep it. You wait 30 to 60 mins just to get get to screening and another 30 to mins to get stuck. Most of the staff is friendly you do have occasional rude workers. All the good people that use to really take of the donor has left and your left with slow people who don’t fully comprehend the job. There is lack of training they are under staff. They do have good compensation and bonuses but the wait is starting to not be worth it. What use to be 1hr and 20mins has now become 3-4 hour.
I was nervous the 1st time but the Helpful staff made sure I was fine ,The facilities are clean and comfortable. Staff is Great and the place is cool .
Why do we have to make appointments ..make no sense we have to wait like a 30 min to 1 hr And I though there no more walkins they also people coming late still get seen n makes a longer wait time for the people that showed up on time smh then you guys drop down how much money we get smh the make 200 or way more the plasma I’ll still coming because I need the money because gas and are so Much
The staff dont communicate the best sometimes and changed new donor payments from $100 for the first 8 donation to only $100 for the first 5 donation so im missing out on $300 now due to this....my 4th time donating will be my last at this location considering the change of payment I signed up during the 8 donation for $100 and it got changed on me and they wont even honor my last few new donor payments at the original payment rate which is not right
Sorry were not taking any new donors is what youll get from these people at biomat usa. Hell I walked over 5 miles without a dollar in my pocket, my lips were chapped from thirst and the heat. And yes, I called before I came and told them Id be coming. You wont be taking any plasma or blood from me Id rather die of thirst.
It was my first time donating I was so scared n anxious but the nurses at the place ensure me I was gunna be okay n eveything went smoothly n I had an great experience and the eveybody was really nice 😊

This place was great to come and make extra money. But now due to management taking so many people in the wait to donate is 3+ hours. Today people are waiting close to 2 hours to check in. The staff is great.

Biomat is run by a very friendly and professional staff. The environment is clean and spacious. Make an appointment prior to arrival to get in and out quicker. You can do a life saving deed and grab some extra funds for your deeds. The need for plasma never stops, so drop in and help someone today. 😊
98% of the staff are very pleasant. The intake process for a new donor was more extensive than my previous center. I appreciate that, second visit took a little longer than Id liked but its understandable being were are still effected by COVID. LOVE ARICELLIE💕

I came in as a new donor . I read the safety book watched their safety video then give them my personal information.. as soon as the questions about my tattoos came up these people wanted to know what year I got each of my tattoos.. Im like are you joking I dont even remember. Anyways I didnt get to donate and to me it was just a waste of 2 hours. Ill never go back to this plasma center ever again.

Wish theyd turn away people that show up late to their appointments-it sucks to show up on time(everytime!)and have to wait to check in-but watch people come in and get to check in when their appointment was scheduled for times already past-other then that things are pretty smooth 😉👍
Not only is the wait forever, some people discussing they had been there for 1-2 hours and someone patiently waiting 4 hours!, the first time I came in the “phlebotomist” happen to mess up and infiltrated my left side vein, the second “phlebotomist” then happen to strike nothing on my right side so there was no flow, finally a third phlebotomist got me all squared away. Lastly there was no aftercare other than add ice, fast forward to today where I’m turned away because the bruise they caused in my left vein makes me unsuitable. Word of advice that would help improve customer and staff relations, if you mess up let them know how it’ll impact future donations and how they can properly treat it at home to help speed up their next donation.
No good deed should go unpunished should be the motto of this business. I had a minor dental procedure and when i told them about it got deferrred for a week. It would be nice when someone gets deferred, then Grifols would give them an extra bonus between $10 - 25 dollars extra on their next visit to show their graditude for the donors loyalty.
Been here about 8 times. The place is clean. Very friendly and professional staff. They make you feel comfortable and informed of all the steps of the donation process. They follow all the guidelines and are consistent in their work. I feel good coming here to relax and donate, knowing Im helping out and not to mention you are compensated for your time. Excellent staff, clean location, great new member payouts and fun promos during the year!Update: came for my 2nd donation and told since I get a small bruise where they poke me, I cant donate. My veins are on the surface so I always get a tiny bruise. I donated at Octapharmacy for a year without an issue, I just switch arms every time. I was told were just more strict. I guess I wont be back anymore. Photo on left is the arm they poked 2 days ago. On the right is my other arm.

I got to donate a few times before their poor management and logistics caught up with them. They took more than two weeks to get my blood sample tested and then told me I couldn’t donate until they got the results. For a company making money off these donations you’d think they’d actually care about finding out if they could actually use the donations given. Never had this happen at the other plasma donation center in town.

I transferred to this location from Bakersfield which had TV,s for us to watch also did not take over 20 min once in the back to get hooked up to donate thought that is the whole purpose of appointments. Only reason giving 3 stars is because of the staff being so friendly other then that takes way to long to get stuff started even when lobby is not full. We make appointments so that it works around our schedule not have to be here for more then 1.5 hours all due to just getting set up.

2022-07-18First time here I felt welcomed as I walked-in. The staff here are very professional and proud about there job, and such cool amazing people to be around. Very clean and comfortable environment in and out. Staff constantly making sure there hands are clean, new gloves, always having there face masks up. Ive recommended family and friends to come here and theyve experienced the same. Definitely a satisfied customer. Also LOVE Jamie, shes always in such an happy upbeat mood.

2022-05-01I have been donating for about 2 months. Facility is clean, sanitized, and welcoming. Process is smooth not much of a wait. All staff is courteous, engaging, attentive, and reassuring by making you feel safe and answer all your questions. I have a great experience every time. I would recommend to anyone wishing to come in to donate.

2022-07-04First time experience donating at Grifols Biomat plasma center was great and I will be returning for future donations. The location was easy to find, it’s clean, there’s adequate seating inside, it wasn’t overcrowded, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. First time physical and donation process went very smoothly and only took 2hours 45minutes. As of July 2022 Grifols is using an app to book appointments which worked out great for me. Other plasma centers in the Fresno area don’t offer appointments, which makes waiting times unpredictable and donation time way longer than anticipated. I appreciate the appointment system Grifols is implementing. It makes the experience much more efficient and less stressful on the donor.Pros: easy to use app for appointments, timely experience, helpful and knowledgeable staff.Cons: can only answer pre screening questions through the kiosk at the donation center. No referral perks.Suggestions: would allow pre screening questions to be answered on app within the day of scheduled appointment.

2022-06-22Today is my first time here and I can honestly say it’s been so far the best experience I had and all the staff are very nice and friendly. The lady that took me back for my physical is very kind sweet nice and she does such very good at her job & the lady that poked me in the back to do my plasma she is also really good, nice abd friendly. I can honestly say this place has the best staff🤍🤍

2022-04-03I have been donating off and on for over a year. Ive only had one bad experience and it was due to me not properly hydrating. The staff is friendly and very professional. Bee always makes me laugh, shes so full of personality!! John is pretty awesome too!! Its actually a very relaxing experience. The promos and incentives are pretty cool too!!
