This is the ABSOLUTE worst limo company in Bakersfield! Older fleet with dingy/banged up vehicles. The management is extremely rude and unprofessional….but I mean, as the old saying goes, “like dingy/banged up vehicles, like dingy/banged up owner (Chrissi Tessaro)” I wouldn’t doubt it if this business she is running is just a front for something else….
We booked a wine tasting trip, for our out-of-town adult kids and two friends. The only positive thing I can say is the driver arrived 15 minutes early. Other than that, the entire trip was a disaster. I emailed the company on July 6 with a complete run-down and never heard back. I called them today and re-sent my email which did prompt a return call. I wont post the multiple problems we had (which I did share with the company on the phone) but trust me I wish Id saved $1,100 and Uberd our group over and back. Utterly regrettable.
Thank you Bakersfield Limousine for making my grand daughters double digit 10 birthday so memorable! She loved her limo ride as did all the other kiddos!
We had a couple of issues. Ill explain.I booked their largest limo/bus about 2 months out. This was a wine trip to Paso Robles. The lady on the phone sounded very helpful but she dropped the ball on two different incidences. I asked whats the largest limousine and how many people can it hold. She said they have a bus that hold 26 people. I booked 23-24 people for this trip and decided not to fill it up so we would have a little extra room. Thankfully we had about 6 people cancel the day of. Because the bus can only hold 19-20 people and that would have been shoulder to shoulder. This would have been a huge issue if everyone came, due to there wouldnt be a way we would all fit. What a mess that would have been!The other issue was, she agreed to book all our wineries and stops when I paid for the bus in full, which was over a month out. I had people asking for the itinerary and wanted to know what to expect. Two weeks out I ask her if she found any wineries. She said she is still working on it. So I gave her more time.. Called the Monday before we leave, she said she is still working on it. Tuesday.. She said she is still working on it. Wednesday, she asks who is the again? I couldnt believe it. I gave her until Friday the day before we leave and asked one more time. She said she called two places. This means she wasnt working on it at all and waited until the last minute. Unfortunately this is very unprofessional. Dont rely on her doing anything. She gave us misinformation and didnt do her job.The Limo/bus driver was amazing. his name was Jacob and was as nice as could be. He was on time and always asked us where and what we wanted to do.The day ended up being a pretty good trip. Just take note, if they say it will fit 26, maybe 26 kids.. no way 26 adults.
This was the worst company. We were a party of 16 ladies going to LA to our studio venue on a party bus from Bakersfield. The bus was an hour late. The bus then breaks down on the grapevine before Gorman. Stranded on the side of the road with promises from the company that another vehicle was on the way. Fast forward 4.5 hours later, they never showed up. We had to find our own way home!!!Their own employee stranded and left with the broken vehicle. Bakersfield Limousine and Transportation has no integrity. Their word and contract are only for show. They want the money without the contract fulfillment. I will never use this company again! Be careful with choosing your transportation services. We learned the hard way.BTW, we also found out after the fact that they left another party stranded in SLO the weekend prior. Same situation. Same promises.
I rented a limo for my daughters formal. This is the first time I have rented a limo from anyone. From the first time I contacted Bakersfield Limousine on the phone I was treated amazing. I received emails about my rental and was contacted more than once to make sure the limo was stocked with snacks and waters for the riders. My daughters driver was Richard. He was the best. Knowing that he was now responsible for my world ( Teenage Daughter ) he stayed in constant contact with me via text every step of the way. I will never rent for anyone else. I felt 100% comfortable with my daughter in their care. And the Limo was super nice inside and out.
I wanted to give these guys a great rating. On a last minute booking I booked a WHITE Chrysler Limousin @$580 for 4 hours. When the Limousin arrived for pickup it was a black Limousin. Not such a huge deal... we continue to the Limousin and get ready to head to our event. While in the limo we were greeted with crickets. NO MUSIC NO BLUETOOTH NO SOUND... all of our energy and being pumped to party... was totally shot down. The driver was amazing and did everything but magic tricks to try to satisfy. Being a damper on the evening we decided to ditch the Limousin an hour early and proceeded with our evening. Yes I still tipped my driver!I then emailed the next day explaining our experience and they never even looked at the email. Come Monday afternoon I had to go in person to find out if there was a key found in the limousine that wed lost. Promptly they went to check for the key and didnt find anything. I thanked them and turned to leave. As I turned to leave they asked about our experience.... I gave them the same rant... I was told Christy would reach out to me regarding our poor experience and I have yet to hear anything. I will not recommend this company simply because the lack of communication and empathy for poor services.
My sons driver was fabulous! It was the first time we had rented a vehicle for a formal, and he was great with the kids. Our son said hes keeping his card encase he does this again.. he will request the same driver!!! He was on time (actually early) and I loved receiving an update that he had arrived to pick them up from the dance. Thank you all very much for the wonderful service!!!😊😊
In all honesty, this company is amazing! They were wonderful from the time we booked all the way til the very end! They were amazing at helping out with my nieces birthday party. She was absolutely so happy. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and the wonderful time we had!
This company is wonderful- I had two rides in the setting of 2 days and my ride from the airport with Rick was fantastic. He told me all about the history of Bakersfield and set me up for a great visit.The next day, I had the pleasure of working with Starla- she drove me all the way from Bakersfield to Modesto and we had an incredible conversation. What an amazing woman! I would definitely recommend Starla to anyone!! So professional, so kind, and so lovely!
I used this company for my wedding and they did a great job. The driver was friendly and made us feel like VIPs. We ended up being delayed from the ceremony, but that did not phase them and they got us to the reception with no problem. I talked to a couple of other limo companies and Bakersfield Vintage Limousine stood out from the rest. They were super friendly and helpful from start to finish. I will be calling them again if I need a limousine in the future.
We had such a great time in the limo for my sons birthday. Jerry was a great driver and was great to deal with. We had 18 kids in the limo and they were all being crazy, so thank you for putting up with all of that! I compared a lot of prices and what value you get and Bakersfield Limo was the best, not to mention they were really nice and quick to get back to me when I had a question. Thanks again!!
I highly recommend this company for all your limo needs! My daughter was literally left stranded on her 16th Birthday by Crown Limousines three hours before her birthday event. Left in tears, and without our deposit, I called other limo companies in desperation! After speaking to Chrissy, from Bakersfield Limousine and Transport, she had compassion on our situation and had Charity at our home within a couple of hours with a brand new beautiful limo for our daughters special night. We could not be more thankful for such kindness and professionalism from this company. We dont often use limos, but I can say with 100% assurance that they will be getting any and all of our business in the future. Please, make them your first call for any limo needs!

We rented the 300 for my daughters XV. I was very impressed with the drivers prompt arrival, to the point of arriving 15 min early. He took my daughter to the picture location, the mall and had her at the venue on time!! I would recommend Bakersfield Limousine to anyone. I give them 5 ⭐️

We needed a classy reliable company to take care of the travel needs of a world class high profile athlete we flew in from Hawaii. Where do I begin??? What an amazing ride we had with our limo bus. We rode from bakersfield to Las Vegas with Jerry, the best driver we have ever had. The limo bus was so clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed inside. T.Vs, a great working audio system, USB PORT, 2 sections for ice and drinks, drink holders, comfortable seating, and an EXCELLENT working a/c, heating, and ventilation system. The drive was smooth, thanks to our driver Jerry. We had precious cargo (our kids) on the bus and he was such a cautious driver. He was so polite, patient, and friendly. He always had a smile on his face every time we spoke to him (no matter how many times we bugged him to turn the a/c up then down, and up then down) and seems like he truly enjoys what he does. From the booking of the bus to the end of the trip, everyone at Bakersfield Limo snd transport was amazing. Special Thank you To Caitlyn for all of your help and the easy booking process. We will definitely use them again.
I rented a Limo 300 Chrysler on 5-21-2021 for my son, the driver was on time and very sweet and professional and the Limo was perfect..Thank you so much.
Unable to even rate their service since they lacked in even providing any. We called to book, gave two dates, rep said yes they are available, however I will need to call you back. They never did. We called again, they asked if they could call us right back, never did. Called for a third time, different day, now they are not available to accommodate the days we previously provided them.Is this their way of picking & choosing who they wish to book or simply unprofessional, unorganized service?
I rented from them last year for my son high school graduation they picked up his friends from their school to the restaurant and back home every kid got home safe. The driver was Very friendly and patience with all of the teenagers. Im going to used them again next year for my daughter graduation....
ANGRY Grandma!!! This company kept the CASH Downpayment (200 plus dollars) of my Granddaughters saved Birthday monies as well as another teens for an upcoming Formal 2 weeks away!! These 2 typical 15 year old-teens had their 3 other friends flake out on them sticking them with this deposit fee which the Company would NOT refund or even partially refund!! NOT a place to do business!

Not a Taxi company. Vintage is a Limousine company. Great company to rent a limousine. Clean, nice cars and safe drivers. They have Sedan cars that go to LAX. Sorry to hear that Airport Bus Of Bakersfield went out of business and people are having a hard time getting to LAX. Call Vintage Limousine and book a Sedan one way or Round Trip.

I work for an Airline, and called looking for quotes for my Airline crews going to and from the Airport and a local hotel. Was hung up on twice, and when I called back a third time, the call went right into voicemail. Clearly, this company doesnt want daily, contracted business.
We called on very short notice for a 10 hour trip...they were very accommodating and affordable....great customer service......spotless car.....Best driver ever. Amanda you were awesome hope to travel with you again soon
Used this company to surprise my husband on his birthday and took him and others to Citywalk. The service was awesome. Lady who answered the phone was friendly and driver was great. I will use them again for sure.
Pick up was on time, even at LAX, which is a crazy place when trying to get picked up. The driver was very personable and she anticipated everything, including stops we needed. I highly recommend their services.

2022-05-18I booked Bakersfield Limousine & Transport for a girl’s night out and I was not disappointed! The driver Isidro was professional and gave excellent customer service! The limo was clean and well stocked, drinks were ice cold! Great communication booking with Juanita. Overall experience from start to finish was above and beyond. I forgot my cell phone in the limo and the owner called me and met me to return it. If you have an event and want to make it extra special, Bakersfield Limousine will help make it amazing!

From the start to finish everyone that I spoke to and handled my case did so with great care and positive energy. They communicated very clearly everything I needed and wanted to know. Very clean spacious and fun trip I booked. I most definitely recommend anyone looking for a party bus or any sort of transportation for the day or the weekend to book with BLT!!! Not only did we have a blast but the company provided everything we needed which made my experience so much better. 2022-05-23Just used Bakersfield Limousine for the first time this weekend for my nephews wedding and they were incredible! From making the reservation, Juanita helped me select which vehicles were right for our bridal shower and guests and also gave us the option of doing shuttle runs for the ones who couldn’t drive home. I’m so grateful for this company especially a specific driver named Isaac who knew which places were great for wedding photos and our other driver Monica who got our guests home safely! 2022-05-23I made a reservation back in March for my daughter’s prom this month and had amazing service! From looking at other reviews I’m sure Juanita is the one I spoke with and she was great at helping me choose which party bus to go with and even let me make an appt over the week to look at the bus! I decided to go with their 18 passenger bus since we had a party of 14. Let me tell you my daughter and her friends loved it! Our driver Hayley made the kids feel comfortable the whole time and gave her number to my daughter so she could pull up at the entrance of all locations instead of having the kids walk to the vehicle! We had the bus for about 8hrs where they took pics, got dropped off and picked up to eat, and picked back up after prom was over! Not only that she made sure each student was taken back home safely since us as parents decided to choose multiple drop offs back home. About to make another call soon to use this company again for her graduation! I was also informed by Hayley that I can request her! Thanks again Juanita and Hayley!!!

2022-07-05Used this company for a wine tour for a birthday and had a great time. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful in suggesting wineries and our driver was great! I had never been on a wine tour and wasnt sure how to go about planning one, but they made everything pretty easy. The Sprinter-party bus was comfortable, although it was a little tight with 18 of us, but overall I would definitely use this company again.

2022-05-11Worst experience…we booked this service for our wedding, they told us the only available vehicle left was a Mercedes van which is what we wanted. The DAY BEFORE our wedding they call us to confirm the vehicle saying it was a “ford bus”. We told them that was not the vehicle we booked and continued to tell us that’s all they have available for our day. The fact that they just blindsided us the day before the wedding is the reason why we will never use their service for them. Horrible at answering phone calls, so if you are planning to book with them, I would think twice.

2022-06-10The worst experience ever, I had request for pictures of the bus and I was send pictures of a beautiful bus inside and out but that wasn’t the case when the bus arrived. Bus had been side swipe and also rear bumper was bend and sticking out. Bus looked dirty from the inside. I spoke to who she said was the main supervisor incharge and the only thing she offered was to take the bus back. No other options at all, 17 kids were almost left behind, I do not recommend this bus rental at all. Very rude6/9 2022You’re 2 supervisor we’re very rude,I was offer 1 solution and that was you can keep the service or you can cancel the service and leave all 17 kids stranded. I was told we have people waiting for cancellation. Never offered a solution. I still stand with the 1 star service, very poor and rude service you guys provided me. Oh and if there’s was an option for a 0 star I would give you that.
