This place is awesome! I used to always bring my car to the dealer for repairs. I figured they would know my car better than anyone. Instead I was constantly over paying for incompetence. And then I found Baileys. The owner, Julian, is so nice and thorough. He is involved in all of the repairs. He called me multiple times while my car was there to keep me updated. It was the best experience Ive ever had with a mechanic. And to top it off, they washed my car! That may not be a big deal for some but it really sealed the deal for me. Ill never go anywhere else.
Would give them ten stars and more the guys in my family love the great work they do, the honesty and integrity. Julian is the guy to consult with based on their enthusiasm whenever a problem arises. It is refreshing to have faith knowing that customer service is paramount having confidence knowing they take pride in their work.

Baileys is now a Big Ripoff.. they now try to get every dime that you have.. it is less expensive than the dealership, but whose comparing. First, make the correct diagnosis, complete the repair, and charge the hourly rate plus parts... No Science here.. Julian is a good mechanic, but its all about money now.Ridiculous...!!!!
Highly recommend this auto repair shop for all your European auto needs. The staff is so amazing. Honest, knowledgeable, and so friendly and personable. I can not say enough good things about everyone I worked with there. If I could give them more stars I would!
These guys work really hard. Julian is a great guy. They were honest enough to tell us to let go of an old car we had instead of continuing to work on a car that was on its last leg. We appreciate the honesty.
I really wish I got the same amount of amazing customer service as rest of the reviewers. Typical shop I guess, you take your car in and they hand it back worse than it was before. My Benz had no issues whatsoever except needing reassurance that my catalytic converters needed replacing or not, they kept my car for 3 days and upon return, my speakers no longer worked after they ran tests on my vehicle. (I know this because my steering wheel was in Entrance Position and clock had been reset and showed pixelation). Owner Julian had a look and refused to honor that his shop had damaged them and insisted that they had nothing to do with it and would not continue working on my car unless I PAID them. Contacted Automotive Bureau and am still waiting for my refund, whatever happened to customer satisfaction? Clearly they dont care and I would rather dig out an extra $$ and take it elsewhere, unfortunate experience and wish the best for the rest.
Mr. Julian and his team are the best at what they do. I will never take my car anywhere else. Greatest customer service in the valley. These are my guys.
Bailey European is one of the best shops I have ever taken my 2005 BMW X5 to. Julian Bailey the owner himself greeted me and made sure every one of my questions was answered. His service writer Joe was fantastic too. Always communicated with me about what was going on and kept me in the loop at all times.If you have a BMW or Mercedes I highly without reservations recommend Bailey European for service or any other mechanical work. The handled my extended warranty with no problems and even set up my rental car. My car came back to me fully washed and vacuumed.Thank you for your fantastic service. I look forward to my next visit.

Had transmission problems explain to them the issues. They said they could figure out whats wrong because they have the software for bmws. ..so they cared me a $105 dollars just to say that cant do nothing about it and that I need a new transmission. ..wow no diagnostic paper was given to me or explaining the issue...this place basically robbed my money..the owner is just a fake..save your money go to a real transmission place not a repair shop people cuz they dont know
Straight and to the point. Julian is no-nonsense. He found and fixed the problem with my VW Jetta TDI. My vehicle he was repaired quickly. Julian is inexpensive. I see mostly Mercedes and BMWs at his shop. I would take the VW back to Baileys European. NOTE: For you sensitive customers, Julian may seem rude, but hes not. Hes extremely busy and attends to every customer as fast as humanly possible. His mechanics dont have time to, chit-chat with the customers as they are working to get the customer(s) fast and efficient repairs.
I have message them to see if they can do a valve stem job on my my audi and never got a respond back only been put on seen. Guess theyre not up for the job knowing my audi is a European car
Good Work a bit pricey but if you want it done right the first time come here Julian is a God send goimg out his way to get the job done.
I know it says European but my 89 yr-old mother-in-law got her Buick in with smiling service and less than $1000.00 bucks and that is better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick!

Been taking all my benzs to Julian for several years now. Tried all the other european shops around and Julian is definitely head and shoulders above the rest. Even when i owned a CL600 or our current GL450 which are not as common, Julian gets has teh answers and provides clear and concise information.
They talk to us about the problems and they when over service to fix and get a solution they gave us excellent service and customer care I will recommend them to my family and friends. Thank Jillian and Chris

2022-05-25Our car (2004 Mercedes) broke down in Yosemite. We got the car towed to Baileys and the day later everything was fixed 👌👌. Our cars radiator broke down and they were able to get the right parts overnight and fix/replace everything for a reasonable price. Thanks again for the fast and qualitative service!

2022-03-31Looking around Fresno and I found most places wouldnt touch a European import car considering it had electrical problems. My regular mechanic recommended this place as they specialize in European imports. not only did they fix the problem they did so without charging an arm and a leg. All through the process they communicated what they found and were doing. Every time Ive come here has been a pleasure to work with them. Its nice to see they are continuing great service. Recent update I got when I visited last time was they will be moving in the future to Blackstone and Sierra area.

2021-03-14Julian is one of the nicest most honest auto repair techs Ive ever come across. His hourly is completely fair for the service you get and he will always try to let you know exactly the issue with your car instead of fish for more money from you. Any euro car should be taken here. Ive been here 3 times in the last few years and its always Outstanding service.

2021-12-09I had an oil leak my coolant flange was crack. I took my adui to mr Julian and his crew at Bailey european and they had me back on the road in 24 hour they do great work and everybodys thats bringing your foreign car just to let you guys know its in good hands

2020-09-24I brought my car in to have the fuel tank seals replaced due to a strong fuel odor. The job was completed quickly and efficiently, and at a fair price. The car’s engine light came on shortly after I picked it up. I took the car back and they worked on the car to fix the problem at no extra cost. There was no engine light on when I initially brought it in and they worked hard to return it to me the same way I brought it in. They were super busy, but still took the time to work on my car. They are professional and honest which is a rare combination these days. I will definitely use them again.

2019-06-15We always take our car here, they make a very good job, always on time, very nice staff, and they dont charge an arm and leg to get the car fixed.The first time my husband took our car, he told them that we just had one car and he needed to get to work that he might have to schedule an appointment for the following week even when the car needed the service done and they offered him a ride to work and picked him up after work.They totally take care of their customers, that why whenever our car needs service we just go with them.
