Great service. Joel (Owner), he is very nice and helpful on my car rent. I rent from this location 2 times while i was in the state. Everything is perfect, car was in good condition. I will rent with him again in the future.

One star is too much! The worst experience at an Avis car rental. I rent cars for work travel very often.Customer service here is at zero.I rented a car today from this location for one month. While there I asked if I can get some help obtaining invoices for a rental I had from another office for the month of Nov and Dec. I explained I was having trouble receiving when calling Avis corporate. The Avis employee told me I will have to wait. He explained, he will first need to help the two people behind me. Puzzled, I said ok. I not only waited for the two customers but also let one guy behind me return a car. I walked up to the counter again, and reminded him he offered to help me get the invoices. Another customer just walked ins the employee told me, I will need to wait again. I said, no I already waited not just two but three customers after already renting a car. He refused to help me insisted I should go to the other location where I rented the car I’m requesting and invoice for. They had my account. After nearly and hour of this nonsense, I canceled my car rental at zero cost and left. I first made sure the other location had a car for us.

I had the displeasure to have to use Avis customer support.I spent 4 hours on the phone with the Avis call center, who directed me to this location.Onsite, the 2 staff members absolutely didnt care about the issue. Didnt look past the first page of the lease agreement. Simply told me to call back customer services or go to another location. Even as I insisted, they just sent me back with my car.

Be cautious of high mileage rental cars at this Avis location, operated by JVNL transportation!We booked a full-size sedan from Costco. When we got there, we were given a Toyota Camry, with 58,000+ miles. The worst thing was that the front balding tires with little treads. It is absolutely unsafe to drive this vehicle on the road.The only star is given to the gentleman who helped us to get another vehicle. He found out a Hyundai Kona for us. Its an intermediate car, with 31,000+ miles. However, he was unable to refund us the difference from the vehicle downgrade.

The guy in the store is a worst guy ever met, does not know how to speak to customers. Just returning car after 2 hours of delay due to traffic charged more than 200 $ and on top of that he was rude talking. There is 0 star option for this shop, otherwise I would have 0 and I do not recommend this shop at all.

Honestly, I dont know where to start with this. Our business recently transitioned from Enterprise/National to Avis, and Ive been extremely disappointed so far. Today was the worst yet, though.We had a rental booking, and the car brought out by the rep was awful. The outside of the car was covered in dirt, and looked like it hadnt been washed in months. It was also completely covered in scratches. When the rep asked if we saw any scratches or dings, we basically saw massive scratches on every surface. The rep passive-aggresively responded by telling us theyd mark the whole car as scratched then.Because of poor experiences in the past, we also generally sit in the car for a few seconds to make sure it doesnt smell like smoke. During that, we noticed there were lots of seeds underneath the front seats that clearly hadnt been cleaned. The rep offered to vacuum the car, and seemed really upset that we asked for a different car. The replacement car, while clean on the inside and only having minor dings on the door handle, was still filthy on the outside (I mean, not great, but thats fine).Honestly, the rep was just rude. And, Ive never seen a rental car that dinged up before. Sometimes, as a corporate customer (where the liability insurance is covered by the business), it feels like Avis hands us the most dinged up car, so they can charge the business back for the pre-existing damage, because the employees picking up the car are less likely to note all the damage beforehand (because theyre not going to have pay for it).

Opening hours are very inconvenient and no after hour car return. AND, worse, official opening hours were 9am on Sunday but nobody showed up until 9.10am. Unacceptable!
