Moreno Valley store #5564Customer service was outstanding. Ashley went above and beyond to assist me in identifying and locating a difficult to find fuel component part. Although, admittedly I was a little demanding, Ashley displayed the utmost patience and professionalism throughout the transaction.
Right when I walk in they were ready to help.3/3/21 About the 3rd time visiting this place to get parts for my truck. They were ready to help but. little did I know that lady that was help me was getting ready to take her lunch break. She was so much in a hurry she got me all the wrong parts for my vehicle.
Great customer service. I came in to purchase two batteries the person behind the counter took the time to search out the different battery options I had and help me pick out my best choices. This is what I look for in my auto parts store someone with some knowledge of the products that Im looking for and shows a little bit of initiative and what I should do and what would be best for my application
I have no choice but to leave a review because my experience today at Auto zone was AMAZING!!! I admit I was very frustrated when I arrived, but Johnnys professionalism and courtesy made my day. Great customer service is hard to find these days, but Johnny made me a believer!!! Thank you for replacing my battery in my car. You have customer for life.
Had one of the best experiences ever at Autozone tonight. I came in to get a new battery because my old one was extremely CORRODED and Shelton went above and beyond to put take out my old battery. Not once did he get irritated with as Ive experienced before with other employees. And he was very knowledgeable. Shelton needs to be promoted or given a raise he is the real MVP!
This AutoZone has turned itself completely! A couple years back I only went there to get something I couldnt find elsewhere because I was treated more like a nuisance than a customer. I went there the other day to pick up some anti freeze (its only a couple blocks away) and I was pleasantly surprised. The store was in really good order and the staff was great. Especially the young lady at the counter. What a difference!
I came here two months ago and the manager was very friendly and helpful! He topped off my car with what it needed because I was rushing to the airport and did not have time to wait in the queue for a full inspection and oil change. He went above and beyond what I expected!
Its unfortunate but the staffing here is always so low, that it affects service significantly. In commercials youre encouraged to go and have staff assist with questions and even some under the hood things like replacing car batteries. I have gone numerous times throughout the day, and there are only ever two or three individuals. Many times they do not have info to questions on products, and have even recommended me to call another local AutoZone, only to have a member on the phone explain they are understaffed too. The locations are always very clean, but they have such a wide variety of items they dont carry a big selection of each item stocked.
Im not sure if i just came at a bad time but i had a few questions and needed help, waited in line for about 15 minutes because everyone else was getting their questions answered but then a random dyke man chick opened up her cash register and already had an annoyed face at me, as soom as i started asking questions she rolled her eyes and just didnt want to help. So thanks autozone, making waste 20 minutes only to get treated badly and i couldnt even figure out what stuff i needed to buy.
My 3rd time going to this location. The 2ND time I needed a bulb for the front light of my car so once at the register I asked for assistance there were a total of 3 employees there I was advised by the young man behind the counter that they only help out of courtesy?? So I asked if he not have any courtesy in him ?? but instead of trying to assist he just let me take my business to Auto Zone on Alessandro who happily assist in replacing the bulb. So on Sunday I went to purchase oil and again I asked for assistance a chubby women by the name of Amber who was extremely smart mouth and rude with no customer service skills and another young man in the store. Amber told oh no honey we dont help here?? I asked why she rudely said when people started sueing Auto Zone for touching their cars?? Hmmm Ive never heard of that before so I proceeded to tell her that none of the other stores dont have any problems with assisting in minor things why is it only this store so she rudely interrupted me and said well you want to complain the number was in the window and pointed toward the door, I asked Amber what was up with her smart mouth she said well I was trying to be nice but the smacks from her lips and her body language spoke a different story. I advised Amber if I really didnt need the oil I would go purchased from some where else her reply was Im not forcing you to buy it??? Yeah at that point she took me out of character since she wasnt giving great Customer Service at all I did call her a few choice words so snatched up the oil from the counter and proceeded to walk away?? For all the years Ive shopped at Auto Zone I never heard of them NOT giving or being courtesy. So instead of going to the Alessandro store I ended up at Oreilys who was happy to assist me with putting the oil in for me.
Came couple days ago and was waiting in line and one of the employees said out loud to the rest of the workers Yall Mfs dont speak English or what?! but actually said the word, the customer that was next to me got upset and walked out the door while the rest of the emplyees just laughed never have i ever witnessed something soo unprofessional in my life.
Service is erratic, as with most auto parts stores. I typically stand at the register for 5+ minutes waiting to check out while two or three employees hustle to serve a long line at the parts counter.While I am sure battery testing and the occasional wiper install goes a long way for certain customers, there are several other customers who have to wait while this happens.Prices are still good for a brick and mortar, but I find myself ordering from Amazon more often to avoid the awkwardness of standing and waiting, if not for better prices.Self checkout would be really helpful here. Perhaps even a dedicated cashier.I drive a Taurus because I have given up on myself. Similarly, this store is the closest, so I go here.
I had a few bad experiences at this location. But today was the last time I go to this store.After I waited at the line for 15 minutes while 3 attendants were joking with 1 costumer, I decided to leave and never return to this location. Better go to the one at alessandro or at oreyli. Very bad customer service.

2022-04-074.5 stars for the great staff and all the good help I get from them all the time. Yesterday the guy spent extra time to find a special radiator hose for my BMW on Amazon and gave me the information so I could purchase it because auto zone doesn’t stock that particular part. That was cool thanks guys and girls.

2022-04-02As of now my favorite auto zone. I had an electrical fuse out that wasn’t allowing me to charge my phone for the longest time ever. I’ve been to other auto zones to try to get the right fuse but know one knew how to help me.Today I stopped by this auto zone, Sergio and Zach came out and struggled a little bit but long behold they were able to fix it. So grateful for these guys, they were super helpful, nice and really friendly.

2022-02-08Ive never met such a lazy worker like Carlos. We asked him if he could help us put the headlight socket on. He claimed that he was not a light guy. He did know how to do it because after a while he reluctantly went outside to tell me how to do it. The whole time being upset. Ive never had a problem with Autozone employees because theyre always so kind and helpful. But Carlos is by far the most lazy worker I have ever met at Autozone. Employees like him shouldnt be working there.

2021-11-29First and last time coming here. What shouldve been a simple battery replacement turned into a headache. We were sent to this autozone because the other location didnt have the battery to replace which was still under warranty. We come here and the girl at the front says our battery is out of warranty even though we just left another autozone that said it still was. After having to convince her, she gave us the wrong tools and told us to take out the old battery ourselves! When we told her we needed another tool to remove the battery she just said she didnt know and couldnt let us borrow any other tools. The other autozone in town is way more helpful, theyve taken out the replaced our cars batteries before with no complaints. We did not expect this horrible service at all.

2021-11-04The website says they have something in the store when they do not. The employee says I should call before going in. Whats the website for? And she still says youre welcome as I leave, as if I should be grateful she took time off from eating to talk to me. I didnt say thank you young lady.

2021-11-25I don’t know if you his name is Carlos or chris, but he’s short with a flame tattoo on his right arm and he was extremely rude to my brother. My brother drove 49 minutes to come to this Auto Zone and he was laughing about the situation with his other coworker. He also wears a grey shirt.
