Always first rate service by Henry Perez and the mechanic, Daniel Rivas. My 20l5 Audi Q5 continues to run like brand new thanks to the Rusnak Audi Staff and in particular Henry Perez who oversees everything. Daniel Rivas shares a valuable video about the car. Thank you all
They are the only dealer that doesn’t provide a loaner car or car rental when the vehicle is expected to be there for more than a day. Good luck getting someone in the phone or for them to return your phone call. You have to call constantly and leave multiple messages and even then it takes days to get a return phone call. No follow through on promises that are made. I would go elsewhere!
That is my favorite Audi service center in the whole LA county. Always friendly staff and courteous attitude. They always do their best to take care of your vehicle in the best possible way. The new facility is huge. It is super convenient and hospitable.Service advisor Christian is young, but he already is a real professional.Mr Ramzi is very responsive and knows almost every customer in person.I feel that I have found right place for my Audi cars.Audi service center in Pasadena / Rusnak is like a second family for my cars. Thank you 🙏
Cesar was very competent and nice to work with .I was disappointed that I had to wait five hours for the service supervisor to fix the problem of recalibrating the suspension on my car…. I guess the other service staff did not have special training when there was an issue with this
I came in with a lingering problem and they stepped up to assist. Never once did they treat me any differently or with less respect because my vehicle has a ton of miles on it. They jumped in with the info I was able to provide and ran with it. I highly recommend them 100%.
Car alerted me that coolant was low and to immediately pull over. Brought the car to Audi Pasadena to have the water pump inspected for possible fault/malfunction. Was told the water pump repair would be covered under warranty if it’s broken. In the end the dealership could not find a fault with my water pump however charged me $250 to inspect the car and that there was nothing they could do.
Ian de los Reyes service advisor was very professional and prompt , video of car service was super informative and gives you confidence that your car and their recommendations are necessaryExcellent 10/10 overall experienceFYI I clicked on the Excellent star above but did not light up
Took car in for service in October 2021 and it was returned in February 2022.The 2007 Audi A4 needed the pistons replaced and apparently took over 3 months for the parts to come from Germany. It took about a month for the repairs to be made after the parts arrived in the US.The final bill which came close to $9k said that the car got a car wash and a license plate holder free of charge, but the car got neither when I picked it up.Ian and the other employees at Audi were great and did the best they could under the circumstances.
I worked with Henry who was professional and courteous the entire time. After receiving another check engine issue with my car (I have had many), I was very frustrated. And on top of that, I was going to have to pay due to the issue potentially being out of warranty. Henry assured me that he would do what he could to help me out. A few days later he reported that he was able to get the entire repair covered under warranty. I was so happy and relieved. Honestly, I had lost faith in car dealerships due to a terrible experience at a different Audi dealership a few years ago. However, Henry and this branch in particular have continually restored my faith in how business is done with Audi.Cars are a pain, and can be expensive. But Henry and Audi Rusnak in Pasadena, are patient, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and complete professionals the whole way through. Thank you Henry.
I needed brake pads and rotors on my front and pads only on my rear brakes. This was not communicated to me at my major service a month earlier, apparently due to a problem with the system used by the technicians. My big complaint is the discrepancies between what the service advisor told me and what was in the written estimates. Lots of going around in circles and trying to clarify…very frustrating. The work was completed on time and was done properly and the service advisor was very apologetic about the miscommunications.
Huge shout out to James M! He is brilliant and asks questions, keeps you informed during the journey of your repair, he goes the extra mile to make sure his work is correct and always better then when I dropped off my car. Thank you James and Team in Audi Service Pasadena.
Convenient, well-kept location. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone there who were friendly, efficient and professional. Christian helped me resolve the issue with my android auto (turns out it was my phone which needed updating). Each time I brought my car in I received it back in perfect condition, they even sent me a video of a full inspection of my car to make sure everything else was working correctly. Christian also arranged transport for me since they had to keep it for 2 days. I would highly recommend this service center to anyone.
Great service. I arrived late but I was accommodated and was treated so well. Everybody there was very considerate of my time. Henry was so helpful, I sure appreciated it. This will be where I go for my Audi services. I felt very comfortable and I am confident my car will be very well taken care of. Thank you!
Every time I come in there, I’m Helped by Christian pompa. Excellent customer service and very friendly. Keeps you up to date on everything that’s going on with the car & provides excellent assistance with any other matters brought to his attention. Only place I take my Audi for service. Thank you Audi Rusnak Pasadena
New facilities are impressive. It was quite busy when I showed up for general service. The customer lounge was not yet open so ended up standing around for about 20 min. They did have loaner car ready for the day and got the work done within hours. Henry the service manager is really great.
Another poor customer service experience from Rusnak. A place that is supposed to be the top end of dealerships continues to fail at what it is supposed to do best. Came in for a recall repair of our Q5, and although we scheduled the work ahead, they didnt have all the parts and needed to keep the car for a few days. When we first arrived nobody greeted us for quite some time, and the service lane was not busy at the time. Our purchase experience was poor when we bought the car here, and service is the same. You are an icon in Pasadena and should do better!
Christian could not have been more professional and courteous, my frustration is with the maintenance experience itself. I just purchased my A6 two months ago and it was pulling noticeably to the right, so I made an appointment for 9:30 on a Saturday morning to have the alignment checked. I was given a wait time of approx two hours. Three hours later I finally inquired as to the status and I was told they would check so I returned to the waiting room. A few minutes later I received the courtesy “text” that my vehicle did in fact need an alignment adjustment and would be ready in 30 minutes. More than an hour later I inquired again and was told my car was being washed and Christian did his best to retrieve my car as quickly as he could because I was about to miss my second vaccination appointment and I never expected that I would still be waiting more than four hours for this work to be done, nor was I given an accurate timeframe to begin with. I’m pretty certain no one had even looked at my car or started any work until I inquired after three hours of waiting. I’m a loyal Rusnak customer but this experience was very disappointing.
Audi of Pasadena was great! Christian my Service Advisor was very nice and courteous with keeping me updated on my car’s status while I was waiting. The Team also gave my car a small inspection while I was there. Christian made my experience very smooth and even gave me a pricing quote for service my Audi R8. The simplicity of just checking in at arrival to the waiting timeline was flawless not only because of how the Team was welcoming, but also the dealership was clean and impressive. The waiting area was nice and this dealer going forward will receive all my business.
Ian always goes above and beyond to accommodate client’s needs. My son’s car had a power malfunction but Ian got me a last minute appointment for the next day to rectify the issue. While I was there, he recommended the front breaks to be replaced and it was done in no times. I also love the new building compare to the old location.
Professional and attentive service. Their new facility is clean and has an open view of the service bay. I opted to wait at the dealer while my car was serviced. My service advisor visited me several times to provide updates while I was waited, and answered all my questions.
I was on a road trip and my car had multiple check engine lights come on. Christian prioritized the diagnostic for the vehicle to ensure I didn’t have to extend my trip. The service team was able to quickly adjust a hose and get the car working perfectly. It was such a relief. Definitely recommend this department and specifically Christian.
I was interested in Q5 and called in to schedule an appointment, the front desk was able to fit me in an hour later to meet with the brand specialist. I walked in and greeted by Rick with a smile. He showed me several different Q5 options with patience and great knowledge. He was able to show me the financial breakdown of the cars and I am very happy with his services. I highly recommended Rick and Audi Pasadena.
Uber was arranged and paid for to and from Audi Pasadena which surprised me due to the last dealership experience since I moved from NY to CA. The work was done in a timely manner even though it was a recall. The service was not lacking even though it was a recall. I’m pleased that Audi Pasadena takes pride in their workmanship and treats their clients with respect. My family has owned and leased Audis for a few generations. Audi Pasadena treats their customers much better than Riverside Audi. When I returned my last leased Audi to Riverside they would not make a simple trade for a trunk privacy cover for the sports rack on the new lease. They also leased a car that I could not mount a license plate to. I had to drive back an hour to Riverside to get them to put the proper mount on. I was not going to be responsible for putting holes in the front bumper. When I returned home to put the plates on the car, discovered, that I had to buy a whole plate mounting system because the holes didn’t line up with the plate without the cover plate. It was very frustrating that the service man probably knew that the front mount required the front frame to mount the plate but didn’t disclose this information. But frankly, I did not want to advertise Riverside on my car b/c of the poor treatment experienced after just leasing the car a few weeks earlier. Especially when my previous lease had the privacy trunk cover they could of swapped out. Well enough said. Pasadena is the Audi dealership to go to. Don’t bother with Riverside they are not customer service oriented once the car is signed for your on your own.
I recently moved to SoCal, so I was on the hunt for a good dealership where I could service my AUDI from time to time. After reading the reviews online, I decided to get my car for a recall service at Rusnak Pasadena. Everything went well until I dropped my car for the service and was told the car should be ready for pickup by 5:30 pm. In my past services, the advisor would call or text me to inform me on the status of the car and when I can come and pick it up. Since I was getting my car by the evening, I made some plans to go to the valley. By 5:30, I didn’t receive any communication from my service advisor, so I called and texted him to check on the status of the car so I could pick it up but he didn’t respond. I called the service department and they told me that they will call me back with the status of the car. After 30 minutes had passed, I decided to go to the dealership and check on the status. When I reached there, the service department was closed and the car was locked in the building and I couldnt get it. I didn’t receive any type of communication from my advisor at what time the service department would close or to let me know if my car was ready to pick up. It was very frustrating to cancel my plans and to take uber to different places that night, despite owning an AUDI. Will definitely go to other service centers for my future services.
Hands down is one of the best not only one of the best the only best service Ive been to and Ive been to Calabasas Ive been to Rusnak Westlake Ive been to keyes obviously for me is the worst and Rudy service advisor should actually be number one guy over there hes taking care of me anytime I need it he books me in gets me in and out and takes care of my issues. But the staff there including other services advisors are all top one Apeople they will help you
I leased my car from Rusnak over the summer. I now have two campaign codes for my car. I called on a Thursday to schedule maintenance. The guy I talked to didnt know what a campaign code was, I dont either, thats what the Audi email said. A campaign code is a recall, two minor issues, no big deal. Finally he got my info and said a service person would call to make an appointment. Monday afternoon I still had not heard from anyone so I called and asked for the service manager. The first person hung up on me. The second person gave me a bunch of attitude about which car I was calling about, I didnt even understand what she was asking let alone why she was yelling at me. I only asked to speak to the service manager. I called back asking for the general manager and left a voicemail. The service manager finally called me back a couple of hours later but I was busy. I called the next day and left a message, so this was on Tuesday. Today was Thursday, a solid week has gone by and I still dont even have a service appointment. Hello Keyes Audi, you are my new service provider!
Purchased a Certified Preowned (CPO) Audi with 10K miles from them a few months ago (Feb-2021). Before the purchase, I was told they did a full inspection, replaced everything that needed to be replaced, and everything checked out. Fast forward 2 months (and 600 miles later), my brake sensor lights come on. I take it in to another Audi dealership closer to my house thinking it was just a sensor issue. I was informed that not only did the brakes need replacing, I also needed 2 brand new tires. The Audi dealership told me that they were very surprised the Pasadena Audi didnt replace the brakes and the tires before selling the vehicle to me.In my eyes, thats as dishonest as it gets. My mistake was actually TRUSTING this dealership. I would highly NOT recommend anyone buying a CPO from this dealership.Update: Ive talked to the used car sales manager and hes told me to provide him with the invoice when the repair is done (repair done at another Audi dealership). Ill provide update on what happens.Update: spoke with Ramzi (service manager) and he sent out a check to reimburse us for the costs. Despite the initial hiccups, I’m glad they made it right for their customers.
Rusnak Audi Pasadena really cares about customers and puts excellence in service first. High quality vehicles require a high standard of care. You can trust your Audi to the Rusnak team, they will make sure it is in great running oder and treat you with kindness and respect.

2022-04-05Staff was professional and courteous, the facility is very nice, and I really liked the inspection walkthrough video they sent of my cars undercarriage - really helped me to understand what was going on and what needed to be fixed or looked into in the future. Price was lower than online third party estimates for the services performed (115k maintenance), which made me happy. Would definitely go back!

2022-04-06Dropped off vehicle at scheduled appointment time (9:45 am) for routine second annual maintenance. Basically visual inspection, checking fluid levels, brakes, tires etc. Was told service would probably take about 2+ hours. Received a text at 2:30 pm stating they were still working on the car. I informed the service advisor that we needed the vehicle before end of the day. By 5 pm they were still working on it.Had an identical experience last year for the initial annual service. Perhaps they are understaffed on technicians or overbooking service appointments.Staff is courteous and professional. Would like to rate the experience more highly.

2022-02-04Arnold, Perla, Rudy and the technician team behind the scene, thank you very much for following up on the repair matter and coordination to get the loaner car for me and more importantly - the engine issue has been well identified and fixed. 2022-03-29I took my 2006 Audi A8 to Pasadena Audi Rusneck to have it serviced to keep it in tip top condition. After paying their inflated price for the actual work being done, I attempted to drive home. To my surprise the car was not performing like it was, there was now some major issues, car felt like it was going to die when accelerating, couldnt go any faster than 25 to 30 mph. When applying brakes couldnt make complete stop, car kept rolling forward even when stepping on brakes. So I pulled over not far from the dealership, explained the story and was told if I were to bring it back there was no guaranty that I can drop it off because the service dept might have locked the gates. So I had little choice at this point. I very carefully drove it home at 15 to 25 mph and pulling over numerous times and made it home without incident. Waited a day because it was a Sunday and had no choice, also because I was told that I would be contacted by my original technician on Monday. Monday comes no callback so I call and had AAA tow my car there. Now working with another technician I was told I would have to wait because there were a lot of cars that day and wasnt too confident that it would be taken care of that day. Its been 3 days now Im without a car, and my income depends on me having transportation. No ones calling me back after leaving messages. Im still waiting for information about my vehicle. They said they would take a look at the problem but did not assure me of anything else. Hopefully everything goes good and my car is back to its condition before I brought it in for service.

2022-02-22The service was professional. Rudy was most courteous and helpful. There was a hiccup with Uber taking and dropping me off at a wrong location (the driver insisted that she could not take me to any other location and without regard to my personal safety), at a junction between two busy streets, about 12 blocks from my designated drop off location. The complimentary car washing this time didn’t vacuum the trunk: a little disappointing.

2022-02-26Every aspect of the service experience from initial greeting to completed send-off was a positive experience. The team at drive up, my new (to me) service writer Rudy Ramirez, the technicians video showing future problems to be dealt with, and expedient cashier conclusion were seamless.

2022-06-16Arnold is kind and understanding, and helped me figure out a problem with my coolant system, which has been having severe problems. He even went out of his way to coordinate with the warranty department. I have always had good experiences and couldnt recommend more. Thank you Audi Pasadena!
