Very UNPROFESSIONAL when taking a live scan. Also advertises one price and then charges another after the service has been performed. BAIT AND SWITCH
Jig was awesome. I was a first time customer and look forward to becoming one permanently. I got my livescan and passport pictures for the lowest price in town. Had I known they also did notary I would have got it done here too. Every thing was taken care of at once it was quick and easy. I was done in less than 15 mins and parking is available as well. Thank you for everything.
Did my livescan fingerprinting here after having several very frustrating experiences at another place close by. I should have saved myself the trouble and just come here first. The man whi helped me was very kind and efficient, and he clearly had a good rapport with some of the regular customers coming in to buy lottery tickets and stuff. He was kind and patient with everybody. The fingerprinting services were also cheaper than they were at the other place. Great experience overall!!
I stopped in to get a document notarized. Great friendly service . I also . noticed by seeing people come into the shop that it seams to be a neighborhood favorite. I will definitely be stopping in again
Really friendly and professional service! The staff knows the requirements for all sorts of different visa or passport photos you might need and is very presice with it.
Not a friendly business experience at all. Not sure how they keep any customers with the employees attitude towards being asked simple questions about the services they offer.
Stop spraying, dropping chemicals and crushed dog/human feces at the door and inside the business. Do not do business with residue on your hands, from your pockets and clothes or bags, do not throw such into the soda refrigerator and do not put such on or in the boxes and shelves of the snack items and ice cream... This is a United States of America business ownership with its Federal Department services regulated by the State of California and United States of America Government.
Passport photo, fingerprints, convenience store, p.o. boxes, cute accessories and more. The guy there is really nice and down to earth.

2022-04-07I been to this place to get a passport picture….really cheap and very nice person…his name Jigs…this is a neighborhood place where you can get notary service. live scan. small convenient store…im definitely going back and support this establishment..

2021-11-19I go here cause its convenient across from home since you have to drive to everything in long beach. The owner is a nice person but the employee he has that comes to cover for him when he leaves town once year is a complete wacko. Very rude from the get go . I went in looking to purchase cause she was hurt by another customers reaction even though as an employee you should never step down to the customer level. So because of that she treated me the same way the customer before me and she refused to sell me anything . Im a very nice person but when your rude Ill be even more rude back. Ive been coming for years an never has such a terrible customer service. Even when reaching out to the owner seemed he didnt care much for her actions. Never will I come to this place again an id advise no one else should if thats how they do business with long time customers.

2021-12-21I went here because my job linked me to a site that had this place listed as a $20 live scan that does walk ins. None of that was true. I had to make an appointment and was told at the end that it was $69 cash only!! Plus the guy had me holding this hand wipe and didnt tell me where the trash was, I was looking all over for a trash can and he handed me the paperwork while I still had the wet wipe, which messed up my paperwork. Did not offer to reprint the paperwork. I left feeling frustrated and used.

2021-08-10Very nice. If youre going for fingerprints, call ahead to make an appointment if you can. Fit me in without one, but it took a little while. Also, they are cash only! Didnt used to be, but they are now! So heads up.

2020-01-10Good, friendly services. But the bus pass pictures cost $9.99 + tax, and even though the guy before I paid told me I would get four (4) pictures I ended up getting two 2×2 pictures and one 2×2 picture but with four little ones on it. Never explained that to me or even told me to turn around and read the poster behind me. At least from start to finish the process took less then 10 minutes.

2020-08-29Would not give me a receipt for a prepaid Amazon return package. I returned the package at this establishment after walking to Pine Ave and finding the UPS store there boarded up. The guy told me there is no receipt given when the customer drops a package off with a prepaid UPS label. But I know that is not true because UPS stores always give me a receipt when I turn in Amazon returns with UPS labels. Would not recommend this place for shipping.
