Bought 2 burritos from this place and found metal fragments in them. Still have some of the burrito. Going to have someone take a look. Hoping this doesn’t effect my health in anyway.

The food is good but the service is bad, the cashier woman attended 10/21/2021 at 4 pm is not kind. I have been customer for a long time and I always order by phone, to pick up at the time they indicate, because of time and return to my work quickly but this time, the woman at the counter was very rude, I do not want to have that experience with this type of person again, what a pity the staff from before they were all very kind, but no more (Armandos at Laselle, Moreno Valley)

Armandos. Sounds like one of the various Albertos type places that are good enough in a pinch. But I think this place is different. Their carne asada fries. Get those. Get a small unless youre super hungry or want to share. No soda fountain (but they do sell juices that seem to be popular though my wife didnt like the horchata). Had their menudo last time. Was tasty but a bit small (considering how massive the fries were and how generally large a serving you get at other places). Give it a try!
I have never experienced poor customer service in my life. They had given me the wrong burrito 🌯 I called to complain and they told me to bring to burrito back so they can make me a new one. Almost half the burrito was already eaten when I realized it had fries on it. That’s not what I ordered. When I arrived they told me since I ate half the burrito they were going to make me half a burrito, not a whole one. Then I ask for my money back and they told me they will only give me half my money back. Not even considering I had to drive back. Never heard of this before. And this was their mistake. Burrito was also cold. I had to warm it in the microwave right after ordering. I will never eat here again.

Ordered the special, four rolled tacos, she even asked what kind of meat, and a coke in a bottle, she read back to me jarritos i said no, coke in a bottle.. I paid cash and waited for my order she gets me the drink Again asks what kind of jarritos I said no, I ordered the coke in a bottle, she said oh you changed your mind.. she gave me the coke.anyways. Then when my order was ready she gave it to me, when I got home and took it out. it was a burrito. I was so hungry by this time I just started eating thinking ok maybe she misunderstood, at least it will be beef of some sort… nope it was shrimp and crab meat with rice and pico de Gallo… I’m sure they gave me some one else’s order… maybe being disappointed left a bad taste in my mouth.. I couldn’t enjoy the food even though I do like shrimp and crab meat..
This is my absolute favorite place to go to for Carne Asada Fries. They make them perfect every single time. The customer service is always exceptional and the employees truly do go Above and Beyond what is already expected of them. Aside from their food being perfect every time I order from there and their employees being extremely friendly, empathetic and polite they have nearly no wait times at all (But I do usually order ahead; that way theyre ready when I arrive)(& They are Always ready when I arrive.!). If I had to recommend any Mexican Food Restaurant in Moreno Valley it would be the Armandos Mexican Food on Iris Ave.

I love this place. Ive been coming here for years. I remember when it had first open. They had the best carne asada fries, well they still do. And overall their food is really good. The taquitos are really good too. Great customer service. Staff is very nice and friendly, Ive never had a problem here. I like that it is always clean. If not they come and clean it real fast. It wont stay dirty long. They sell beer and have a TV playing in the background. Great place to just chill and eat your food with your friends or family. And they have pick up as well.

Quick premium Mexican food at a very reasonable price. from the machaca burrito to even their crispy roll taquitos which will surprise you and how delicious they are prepared. Busy throughout the day but more so during the lunch hour and the dinner hour. They have refreshing drinks as well as bottled beer. Great family place.

Their quality is below poor and prices have risen.A friend recommended this place for their Carne asada fries and low prices upon trying it out I was happy to have great tasting food and low prices. They used to have a line out the door over a year ago. Then little by little they raised their prices and lowered their cooking standards. I used to come here to get a veggie burrito and it was always decent and fast. This time I ordered a breakfast burrito without bacon and a side of fries. The potatoes tasted old, there was hardly any egg, cheese was all hard and they still put a few pieces of bacon. Pretty sure they just microwaved old leftovers. Disgusting. Also fries were soggy with oil and flavorless. I really regret trying something new here.
Very delicious authentic Mexican food. They get your meal to you pretty fast. Their is a salsa bar where u can get as much as u want for your meal. You can ask for a small cup to put your salsa in. I recommend the carne asada fries, very good. The tortillas have gotten better, tastes home made. Gets busy at dinner time especially on weekends.
Even though their prices have gone up Id say hands down this is literally the best breakfast burrito I have ever had. Im not sure how they make it soo good but the ratios are just right and the meat and food is fantastic with their salsa! Ive been to a lot of breakfast burrito places and this place takes the cake!

There are so many things that are right about this place. 1) excellent customer service, the young lady working the front counter is amazing 2)fresh ingredients, it really shows in the tortillas, pico de gallo and guac, 3) i am not a native speaker of Spanish, but I love that the young lady spoke in Spanish and English, it really makes the customer feel good and valued 4) the agua fresca is fantastic. Overall a great hole in the wall restaurant with excellent food and atmosphere. I dined in and will visit again.

We tried this Armando’s location for the first time and it was just ok. We were’t fans of the salsa bar or the salsa. I usually love all green salsas, but this was the worst Ive had. I put half of a small portion cup of salsa on my food and it was inedible because it was so spicy! This place was also more pricey than Alberto’s.

Ordered a torta, thinking it was gonna be a basic one (chicken, lettuce, tomato, salsa), but to my surprise they had pico inside their torta which i did not like one bit. I think it ruined it. However the size of the torta was nice and the flavoring that i was tasted from how much i ate was good.
The portions are generous and the people were nice but thats about it. I got the pollo asado fries and the chicken was lack luster and was not well done. The seasoning was poor. Unfortunately the chicken makes the dish and I was not pleased.
They played ya boy on the carne asada nachos, all I said was guac on the side and they done just gave me chips,carne and cheese....yo fam. I’m disappointed, won’t be going back at all. Peace

I always go here every time I want to eat a Mexican food,and today I ordered carne asada fries and all I’ve got is a bunch of not even melted cheese and little amount of meat and it’s liked they just dump it on a container and a little amount of fries! They need to take those two kids out on the kitchen., it happened twice. I’m not going to buy anything on this Place again.

The food was horrendous. That was NOT mexican food. I couldnt even eat it. I ordered the two cheese enchilada plate. The cheese was barely melted and drowned in store bought enchilada sauce with no flavor. The spanish rice was subpar and left me wanting a whole lot more. This will definitely be my last visit here.

I ordered the Carne Asada burrito and 3 rolled tacos with guacamole. I had been getting this same meal at Albertos and was not happy with what they were calling Carne Asada. I am happy to report that Carne Asada in this burrito was the real deal. I found my new spot to get my favorite food.

Dec. 21st. 2018. Stopped for quick bite as I drove thru area.. I got the Carne asada plate (asada, rice, beans, shredded lettuce, guacamole and 2 big flour tortillas) and large horchata approximately $13.00, filled me up and Im a chow hound. Made two monster burritos with fixins. Chile sauce bar had enough choices.

Breakfast burritos are really good, and pretty big. The street tacos are delicious all 3 meats, you can get chicken, pastor, or carnitas.
I never walked in this restaurant but a buddy of mine got me a couple of different burritos. I said this is the best Ive had. I dont know if Im spelling it correctly but it was a Chile releno burrito. All I have to say is WOW! :)

The Surf and Turf buritto was the first thing I had when I arrived for my stay last Wednesday. I will be stopping there again today and again on Thursday before I head back to Baltimore. Now we can take food on the plane. I am going to break out a Carne Asada Buritto as soon as we reach cruising altitude. When they ask where I got it, Ill tell them to check Google. Lol

Today I spent 25 minutes waiting for my order and when I asked why it was taking so long, they asked the cooks about my order and they forgot about it... again. Gave this restaurant another chance and they failed again. Food is very bland and have of my order was burnt. I would be careful eating here obviously the cooks does not know what they are doing and most likely not handling food properly. Its a shame this place used to be good.

I have been going to armandos from L.A. since 2007 use to love it from the food to excellent costumer serv. but today i got surprise seen its mostly family members working in there talking to much, were going in and out of the place taking for ever with the food , and my surprice was one of the girl at around 3: pm took 3 little kids ages aprox.6,4,2, waiting for thier mom to finish her shift, they were running, yelling, getting up and down the chairs, no letting thier mom to concentrate in taking orders by kip calling her MOM,MOM,MOM!!!!!, then mom will stop doing was she suppise yo do and taking them sodas, food, and taking them to bathroom, i felt was very unconfortable, was not a pleasure to finish my food, the kids were dutty, the olders one took of his shoes had dutty and ripe sucks, the little one had no sucks, no shoes and was running oround the place.

How do you mess up a chicken enchilada? Armandos has figured it out and excelled at it. They put dried up chunks of chicken into a bunch of nasty red sauce and callm it edible. Never again. No flavor at all.

2022-04-16I ordered the Chile Relleno plate and it was delicious. It came with two Chile Rellenos, rice and beans with your choice of flour or corn tortillas. I chose the flour and they give you two burrito size tortillas that look and taste homemade. I was really craving Mexican food and I made a good choice by ordering here. I definitely will go back.

2022-07-18Great food!Although modifying the food can be tricky at times. If they get it wrong they always blame the customer. I get it it is family ran.I suggest find some dishes you like and stick with them.I still go back bc the taste is great as is.

2022-06-03I ordered, carna sada fries no queso & guac on side with a large cucumber drink, over the phone to eliminate wait time. I get there I get charged for just the food the price I believe already had drink included, she adds 4$ more. 16$ and some change. Thank God I checked right at counter before leaving because it was melted queso all over. So they take food back & now I have to wait 10more minutes when I am in a rush. Once food is finally done correct. I ask for a refill of my drink. Considering the wait nd order mix up, should of been a free refill, but you know she Wanted to charge me again. So I left. Food is good but service can definitely be better. Front counter needs to pay attention and listen when taking orders. Because now I am late to my event and not satisfied because I have no drink to go with food. 😤

2022-05-19It’s so sad to me that every time the girl with the light brown hair takes my order it’s wrong. Then she always treats those who aren’t Hispanic different . It’s crazy because I tell my whole family to go to this restaurant but every time I see her I am skeptical and she never fails to mess up and be mad when I say something. She corrects your Spanish with English but acts as if she can’t speak English when there’s a problem. Every time !

2022-04-08Most of the time I have the carne asada nachos with everything added beans and Pico. Usually quick and the food is addicting especially the nachos. The carne asada burrito is my second favorite. They all know me and calls me by name.
