They are not considerate! The lady in the entrance i asked for help for an item ordered online wondering if we can pick it up on an earlier time since im here already which we drove 45mins time from my place but no help. Explained that i cannot do the afternoon pick up since there is an urgent matter i need to attend to.
Worst experience I have ever had with any type of customer support. Would give 0 stars if possible. Do not come here. Was told by a tech to walk in and I would have my phone replaced since I have insurance on the phone. I had already talked to Apple and they ran their diagnostic and said the phone needed to be replaced. So I walk in and was immediately told I needed an Appt because they were busy that day. Understandable. Then I get scheduled for an appt three days later. I arrive at the time of my appt to find the store empty with a sign saying they are closed until further notice. Now 4 days without a phone. I call apple again and explain the situation. The tech on the phone is telling me that he can’t even find THIS LOCATION on their site?? He told me that they closed early that day because it was a holiday. Okay then why schedule me for a time when the store is closed?? The tech on the phone tells me that the store isn’t taking appointments and only doing walk in’s since it wasn’t on their site. So he tells me to go in the next day and explain that i had an appointment the day before but the store was closed when i got there. So i go in the next day and explain the situation. Then they tell me they ARENT doing walk ins and are only taking appointments. I explained everything AGAIN and said i had an appt the day prior but the store was closed, expecting they would help me. Only to be told they aren’t gonna help me and that i had to make an appointment and he said they were booked out at least a week. All while being extremely rude and acting like I’m doing them a disservice. Only time i have ever regretted having an iPhone. Biggest waste of time do not come here. No help whatsoever. This is literally the only review i have ever left so that should tell you how awful/unprofessional they were.
I went here because my iPhone wasnt working and I booked my appointment went and the employees were very rude and didnt explain what was wrong with the phone. Multiple times I asked for an explanation on the issue and they just kept giving me the run around saying it was the software which leads me to believe it was completely on their end.
If you know how to chat with support, don’t even bother coming here.I made an appointment to service my MacBook Pro’s display panel for dead pixels. I arrived half an hour before the appointment time and waited patiently at the Genius Bar.Well, anyways. I sat there for an hour doing some photo editing on my main workhorse and waiting to see if any “geniuses” would get a clue that maybe I needed something. They never even said a word to me. Amused, I took out my phone, opened a chat line with Apple support, processed a send-in repair request, and left.I’m not sure why I bothered coming here.
A whole week I have been trying to get a appointment scheduled, but nothing everyday I go on the website or call and nothing available to bring my iPad in for a rrepair. How is there nothing available its been a week man dissapointments whats the point of having Apple care if you camt even get into the store to get it looked at????!!!!!
Visited here last week to get my sons iPhone speakers fixed as it was producing weird noise. Sorry to say, experienced a very unwelcome situation. One of staff members was very rude. She literally stopped me for no reason when I walked in to check if my sons appointment is done. Instead of apologizing, she started blaming me of being rude. I was thinking of complaining this officially but then did not wanted someone to get in trouble and hoping she reads this comment and improves. For such an Esteemed company store, Apple should consider soft skills training for their staff members...
The store is closed. They are only taking appointment pick ups only, no walk-ins.With the exception of Larry, those people handling the front aka “the face of the Apple store”, should be retrained in customer service and should probably learn some empathy. But I also understand people have their bad days, so I’ll just chalk it up to a bad day today.
If you can AVOID this place and take the drive to Sacramento. I recently purchased a iPhone 13 and it started to have some malfunctions with the screen. The first time, I went to complain about it and asked for an exchange they stated they couldn’t due to their “policy”. At first I was like ok cool, just fix it. Same problem happened about 3 days and I went again, still didn’t want to exchange; so they the fixed the back of the phone. Two days later after that, it malfunctioned again. I live about 1-2 hours away from Modesto depending on traffic and to keep calling off of work this is extremely unprofessional. I told them, if the phone was still under the 1 year limited warranty and they stated yes. I stated, according to the policy under 1 year limited warranty that there are 3 options which is a iphone exchange, repair, or full refund. They looked at me frightened and bluntly told me you have two options send it to repair center or restart the phone like new. Including to that, they stated “that they don’t follow the policy.” Overall, they have terrible customer service and do not follow the legal terms. READ THE POLICY of your situation and you’ll notice the same experience even after being told by multiple managers (Jenna and Blake) that if the phone didn’t work they would exchanged for a new one.
Nicky was extremely helpful and kind!You guys should really show more kindness to these workers, their job is hard enough. Theyre only trying to help, it isnt their fault if the wait is long. Every single time I come here the customers are so demanding & rude. My experience is always 10/10 when I come to this Apple. Please be patient.
Apple store call themselves Community store but it aren’t community store. I was in desperate need of phone because I accidentally broke my older one. I went in to buy new one. I exactly know what i want, I didn’t need any assistance, neither set up. But the denied to help me out because they don’t have time to sell me one. I went at 3:30pm and store closes at 9pm. Still didn’t help me.
Wouldn’t let me 10 feet into the store to look at a product before spending $3000. I drove an hour and a half to LOOK at something and was denied to even be able to look at an apple product. Life long Mac user debating swapping to windows after that. Was told I need to spend $3000 before being able to see a product is absolutely absurd. Get off your high horse.
This place sucks ! And thats being nice . When I arrived my girlfriend was given an appointment 3 hours later , well now its 4 hours and 15 minutes later and were still waiting .if youre looking for Crappy service , crappy products , poorly trained technicians , and a complete lack of integrity , then look no further ..... This is your place .
Crazy how you can walk in and find employees standing around freelancing with each other yet they still ask you to make an appointment for what I needed. They asked me to come a little bit earlier than my appointment to ensure I would be helped. When I arrived and “checked in” the guy told me sometimes appointments get cancelled due to how busy it is but that he would help me meanwhile. Then that guy passed me off to another girl, who then proceeded to talk with her manager (I’m assuming) about the overall rate at their facility. Then another guy hopped in on the conversation, stating that there was about three more appointments & that hopefully they just wouldn’t come in. The girl who was helping me also stated that she was off in less than five minutes, WHILE HELPING ME. The guy who was originally helping me, I noticed was having a good ol’ NON-work related conversation with another associate. I have never felt so uncomfortable… seems like you guys have a bunch of kids working here, and I’d rather travel to Fresno than to deal with such unprofessionalism again.
Went to the Apple store today to pick up my new iPhone and the two employees that helped me were awesome! Esteban and Michael were so helpful and knowledgeable. Its so nice to be helped with Apples efficient staff. Thank goodness we have a store in Modesto. Look forward to future visits to the Modesto store.
I have purchased on apple in roseville, sacramento and walnut creek and they have shown exceptional professionalism and organization when it comes to dealing with order pickups but apple in vintage fair modesto is unfortunately the worst. One is frequently encouraged to purchase online and pick up in store for a faster service but with this store you’d have to wait in line for 45min with the staff roaming and guessing if you are an online pick up or instore purchase, total disarray inside. There is a line for pick up but staff keep asking elsewhere if there is anyone for online pickup furthermore once they have established that you are a pick up order you would be processed but still have to wait another 20min for your item to be released. I get that the season is busy but look to other apple stores as an example where I have purchased in a busy season as well yet was still attended to in a timely and professional manner.
I was order online and got email and txet ready for pick up. I was driving 2 hours but the employee told me my order was canceled because out of stock. I never got any email or text notified about my order was canceled. After 3 hours, I check online, it shows available at this Apple store and I call them to make sure available. Never back! Foolish employee.
I went in to get an iPad Pro and was told I needed a shopping appointment to buy one. I understand if the product needs some sort of preparation or activation in the store but it’s a boxed good that’s ready for sale. How hard could it be? Apple needs to restructure their appointment system. It’s lazy.Went to Best Buy and purchased one there right off the shelf instead.
To be honest during pandemic I don’t expect customer service from anywhere but being professional and truthful is important. Today I had an appointment to have my iPhone 12 max repair. But the Associate Elma that helped me was very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Just because the store is closing does not mean you have to be untruthful of services that is covered under apple care+. How is my fault that the store close in so many minute when I made it to my appointments early and waited until to get help while you guys were finishing your personal conversation in the lobby. Either she did not want to helped me, uneducated of the services offered by apple care+ or because I was dressed very causal she discriminated. But overall very bad and awful service.
We went in today and actually had a really solid experience. Audrey was super friendly and took the time needed to get our purchase done and completely set up. Store was clean, a bit busy but the system with the appointments seemed to work ( a little behind but it was still moving).

Was told last night (10/4) it was ok to come down at 8:03, arrived at 8:23, 35 mile drive each way. We were immediately met with hostility by Chelly?, only to be mocked REPEATEDLY by another employee (Elo?) who had a new-hire shadowing her!She starred at me as I struggled to keep my mouth shut; all while getting out a 13 pro max to use my Goldman Sachs CC to pay in full $1300 for another iPhone, brick, case, and apple care + theft (which I had to ask for). We are the ideal apple customers, we have pretty much every apple product ever made - since the 90’s. (why don’t apple employees wear name tags anymore?)When you give someone bad service, it often does not effect only them, it has a cascade effect. We run the entire business with apple products. After last night’s experience I am left trying to figure out which Microsoft line will give us the customer service you used to get at apple. I guess when you’re at the top of the mountain customer service doesn’t matter.Before becoming a business owner myself I worked front line for 12 years and can say this was one of the worst transactions I have ever experienced. I have a business account and have no less than $20,000+ worth of apple products, and replace the products annually when new ones come out. We hemorrhage money on apple because we love it; but it doesn’t matter how good the products you make are, you won’t survive forever if your service sucks.
Iphone 12 broke with in a day, brought it back and asked if they would replace the screen protector I just bought because their a 1400 phone should not be breaking in a day. The manager Blake refused. From someone who has trained managers, this store is way below the curve on customer service. If I was the district or store manager I would be embarrassed of the customer interaction I had today.
I came to them with a decently simple inquiry. I had just purchased the new M1 Mac Mini and spent well over $1000 with them. I own an older Thunderbolt Cinema Display to which I planned on using with the new Mac. I asked 3 different associates what dongle I would need to make this work and every single one gave me the cop out answer by saying its impossible to do after a short bit of research I found that a Thunderbolt 2 to 3 dongle does the job while leaving the MagSafe attachment alone. Somebody there should have known this or at least been able to check and see for me. I damn near trusted them and bought a new monitor
The online web site says “Shop by walking in, reserving a one on one shopping experience with a specialist, or shop online. I tried walking in at 6:30pm when they close at 9 pm and was told, “We don’t have any more appointments tonight.” I don’t call that being able to “walk in.” I REALLY hope Apple discontinues this BS appointment policy of theirs when the pandemic ends. Decided to try to make a one on one appointment with a shopping specialist. Today is Monday. I won’t be free to go to the Apple store until Friday afternoon. I try to make an appointment but they web site only offers appointments up to three days in advance, so I have to wait until Wednesday to MAKE a stink’in appointment for Friday. Going to the Apple store is worse than trying to go to the DMV.
Made an appointment through apple.com for a screen replacement on my iPhone 12 pro. Appointment was made at an authorized Best Buy location. Best Buy didn’t even have part in stock to provide that service. Drove to the Apple store at Vintage Faire mall and explained to the manager, Luis, what was going on and how I went out of my way an entire hour to get phone fixed. He acknowledged that they had the parts to provide the service, but refused to take my phone in for service. I then asked what phones they had available in order for me to purchase another one, and he said I would have to wait 5 hours to find out, also adding in that this wouldn’t happen since they closed in a couple hours. Extremely frustrated that this manager did absolutely nothing in his power to try and make a bad experience, into a positive one. I felt like I was turned away because of my identity. Get your ego out of the way and try to assist your customers rather than just standing in line being an observer. Extremely dissatisfied.
My MacBook Pro’s screen needed to be repaired. I made an appointment online. It was easy to make and a fast response from the Apple team. They followed up with me multiple times updating me about everything.They sent my Laptop to be repaired and it took less than a week to be repaired. It’s currently being sent back to me. I will try to update how long that takes.Update: it came the day it was meant to. I sent it in on a Monday and came back on that same week on Friday. I am not sure how that time frame was possible, but it was.10/10!
Was a victim of @Apples Bait and Switch routine at this store. Was told I could go to the store and return a lemon watch that never worked correctly since I bought it- said they would just swap it out and then they tried to charge me for a repair at the store. Saying that they would have to send it in and charge me. The watch never worked correctly since purchased and because of covid and them shutting down never was able to get the help I needed. This has been three weeks waste of my time dealing with the Modesto store and with the staff at apple. To keep this short… I’ll never buy an apple product again. The sour taste they left in my mouth will forever linger… the Modesto California store needs to be shut down. If you read all the reviews it’s consistently bad with no attempt of fixing it. Customer service was nice on the phone they said they weren’t charging me because I had apple care and that they would exchange the watch- but this location told me as soon as I finally got to speak with someone that they would be charging me to send it for repairs. I don’t get it- it was a lemon watch to begin with. I’m 100% sure it’s against the law to bait and switch someone like that. I’ll be looking into that on Monday. Save your money ABSOLUTELY DONOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. #BuyGoogle
The Sephora store only allows very few customers in the store. Totally ridiculous!Line takes forever. Waiting and waiting for at least 1 person to walk out.Were standing there in the heat.Aweful. This store is not worth it.I left along with other customers standing in line.
I have been an apple user for many years and after a recant visit just left a really bad impresson on a long time loyal customer. I visited the store recently trying to buy a new macbook charger and I was informed I needed an apointment to make a purchase which is absolutely rediculus. Having a macbook you cant use or chage is worthless ended up buying another laptop at another location. This is the worst reviewed apple store around and its very apperant why. I got in contact with apple corprate ehich will be addressing the issue soon.
Ill never go there again the guy didnt even know what he was talking about and the service was terrible I was trying to buy a phone and he told me to go to my provider instead of giving me the phone so that I can go to my provider and tell them I already have a phone which is normally what people do
Although wait times are ridiculously long. It must be taken into consideration that this is an apple store. Nonetheless they were prompt and made sure to take of my technical needs. In this instance I had to get an iPhone replaced. My wait time was about 2 hours, without an appointment. But the staff were very understanding. You sort of need to have a sense of patience when going to something like this. Other than that it was a seamless experience.
Apple stores are known for their sleek and modern looks, but this one has the trifecta : fantastic customer service! So earlier in the day I called the store to be greeted by an awesome guy who is a part of this stores remote team. He answered all my questions (which I didnt have many). But the best part was he literally just spoke with me as if I was a friend. Made me feel super comfortable about buying my new iPhone before I even headed out the door to go. Once there, I got to talk to multiple people including a really attractive girl who also treated me really nicely. The purchase was super easy and anyone anywhere near this location should definitely stop by for any and all apple related needs! 👌
Before I went in to get my phone fixed, I called the Apple Store and they said that my Apple Care was still valid for physical damage, so I decided to drive to the nearest location (45mins) to get my screen fixed. But when I got there, one of the worker said that my Apple Care doesn’t cover it? Weird because the lady that I called confirmed it with me...I didn’t want to make it a big deal so I decided to the pay the full amount.Anyways, it literally took 5hrs just to get my phone screen repaired! I understand that by not having an appointment, it could take a little bit longer. But as I was waiting (4hrs passed), I got an email notifying me that my phone was ready for pickup. One of the workers told me to wait on the side and someone would bring it to me. It was literally over an hour! So I decided to go back to ask the lady again and she was like “Oh, you’re still waiting for your phone?” As if she never notify the other worker that I’m there for a pickup and I’m very sure she didn’t! Within a minute or two, one of the workers came out with my phone! Like are you serious?!....First time at Apple and it was the worst experience ever!
The staff here blows you off like your unimportant and don’t have a $1200 phone (which I do) but still they act as if your legitimate issue is absolutely nothing at all. I need to drive here 2 hours just to be out on a waiting list that is more than 3 hrs long. The way this stores managers act is completely ridiculous, they are smart mouths and rude. For as much money as any Apple product costs they should treat all customers as a priority! Since of course they wouldn’t even have a job if us consumers didn’t purchase Apple devices! 😒No I do not recommend this location at all.
This apple store has the rudest manager eer period .very disrespectful..the worst experience of my life …sorry state of affairs with apple corporate too .they cant do anything at their own store if their manager is rude…never buying apple again in my life after being loyal to apple this is what i get wow apple..Was late by 20 mins drove all the way 40 miles from modesto with a 2 year old in car higway was busy so got late then had to feed the little one .guess what apple cant help cause u r late by 20 mins and have to come back maybe so many products are breaking i guess .Ceo of apple mr tim cook pls do something about your rude manager .i didnt expect this from apple for me your company is way up in customer service but not anymore i guess .sir i know u are busy thinking how to sell more and more of apple products but your companies after care is pathetic and the manager here is the worst employee i hve seen in my life ..
Apple runs these stores in a very chaotic unorganized manor. When they are busy it is almost impossible to get assistance. I purchased online this time to avoid that, didnt help. Went into the store couldnt get help, felt invisible. So busy when I finally had an Apple Rep help me they told they are really busy and it will be a while. People order online to avoid the mess in the store. Every other retailer has a counter for online purchases. You walk in and out in 5 minutes. Apple could do this, they should do this. Ill buy from Amazon nextime, have my item the next day, without the hassle and cheaper. I do have to give kudos to the Rep that saw I was not exactly impressed with waiting. She jumped in and told me she would handle it to get things moving faster. She engaged, personalized the situation in a very professional manor, to diffuse my frustration, appeared very groomed for PR. I would have awarded 2 stars if not for her. So 4 it is this time. 5 for her. Perhaps they will improve the online order pick up process. I doubt it though.
I had showed up yesterday at around 5:30 pm to get my watch repaired and they gave me a reservation within 40 minutes perhaps so I decided to go in the mall to pass the time then I received a text saying they were almost ready for me so I headed on back and talked to a specialist which she confirmed I indeed had my meeting soon so they told me to go ahead to the Genius Bar line and there I waited.. it was now 6:20 and nothing everyone else behind me was passing my turn until it was a few of us left then a lady said “don’t worry you’re next” like if there were anyone else in line at that point 😂 it was 6:49 pm and they close at 7 and they still couldn’t help me they even started picking up and were about to shut the doors soon, switching from Android was perhaps my worst decision if this is how apple treats it’s customers wasted 2 hours of my life I can’t get back...
I had an appointment this evening to return an item that I bought online. As I was waiting in line outside, six feet away from everyone, the rent-a-cop said, “I know we’re outside, but can you put your mask on?” By the beginning of his statement, I already knew it was going to be a stupid one. Key words: outside & 6’ away from everyone.
My wife and I went there to get her iPhone fixed after Apple Support sent us to the Riverbank Best Buy. We had such terrible customer service at Best Buy so we were a little hesitant to even come to Apple Vintage Faire but we were greeted by Natasha and she was incredible to deal with. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. She helped my wife get her phone fixed after Best Buy almost bricked it.A massive thanks to Natasha and the team at Apple Vintage Faire. We will be back the next time we buy an Apple product!
I just called this line to kindly speak with an apple REP unfortunately the way she spoke to me I felt like I’m talking to my Army command sergeant major. I kindly asked her with the best tone ever please calm down I am super nice to you and expect you the same Ma’am.I feel so unfortunate and sorry for apple for having folks with big time attitude out there.I recommend this to all respected reviewers that please do not call this line you’re going to be very sad and in the same time very upset with the folks you get to talk on the apple support line. I came to this store to buy a new iPhone. I was told they are out of the model I wanted to buy. The employee tried to sell me something less because they had that in stock. If I’m going to spend tons of money, I think I should get the one I want. I asked if I could call and inquire when the phones come in? No,he said I would have to drive down and come into the actual store and ask if the phone had come in. Maybe in a couple weeks or a month they might have that model to sell.Apple has always had the reputation of being arrogant and- so they are.
They sold me a Mac Book said it could run windows I told them this has to work with windows for school they said it would, and if we needed any help with it to come back and they would help us with it.We went back to get help they refused to help with installing Windows on the Mac I purchased from them at that same location that said they would help us with their machine.We went to Best Buy and they walked us through what version of Windows we needed, installation, and helped us with purchasing accessories.Now we have the software we need on the machine we wanted thanks to Best Buy. Purchase your device from Best Buy. They support all products and are knowledgeable on all devices.
I have received some good service in the past, including when I bought a desktop computer. However, when I went in to look at a product last week, the person who waited on me was very disengaged, talking to me mostly in monosyllables, and seemingly could not care much less whether or not I was helped in my inquiries. I am going to buy the same product for the same price at a nearby competitor, where I got better service.
I love shopping at Apple stores because you get to play with all the toys, and there is no pressure if you are not ready to buy. I recently brought my 6-month-old iPhone here because it stopped charging wirelessly. They couldn’t find anything wrong with it, so they just gave me a new one on the spot. You can’t find better service than that!
I just want to start off by saying that it’s rare finding genuine and unforgettable customer service now a days. I’ve never written a review but I just had to because Brandon, who helped me out today exceeded my expectations. He was not only accommodating to me but, he was also incredibly knowledgeable and answered my hundreds of questions about my apple products. I’ve come to this store plenty of times but, this was the first time I actually felt that someone wasn’t just trying to make a sale and get me on my way. Brandon was patient and made this visit a remarkable one! Thanks a ton Brandon!
Everyone in this store was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I contemplated buying a new MacBook Pro for almost four hours without ever feeling rushed or pressured. The whole thing felt more like hanging out with some nice people than it did a sales process, and everyone seemed sincere with a relaxed store atmosphere. No one was faking any enthusiasm or putting on a show.Special thanks to Ariel for talking me through my decision. It really helped, and I appreciate it.
Walked in because my charger was not working overnight. Tested again this morning and it still wasnt working. Went into the store on my lunch break and there was an hour wait. Let them know I was on my lunch break and they were able to accommodate me. They tested my charger and it was working in store, but they still offered to exchange it at no cost. Great customer service and got exactly what I needed much faster than anticipated!
We purchased a iPhone the store had in stock but was told that even though they may have it, we have to wait until we get the email saying its ready. I work in customer service and I find this ridiculous, and when we asked so we literally have to wait here until we get the email for you to hand me the phone , all the lady helping us said was well I guess. I find this business very unprofessional with how they run there stores, especially for how much we have to pay for there products... waited 2 hours until 2 actual good employees helped us one of which being from Corporate over the phone, the other a nice girl named Emily who helped solve the problem.
I bought an i phone 7 plus from apple and right away had difficulties with the phone like the only way I can use it was with loud speaker 🔊 I mean like really on a brand new phone so I told them about it and they said that they cant do nothing about it because the test they ran, the results were fine everything was fine, so I told them that I need my phone working fine all they said is that they couldnt do nothing, oh and let me add that waiting to get help was horrible even with an appointment I had to wait like 30 min before somebody came and got me, thats just ridiculous oh and if your 5 to 10 min late for your appointment you loose it. Im sick and tired of this stupid place, totally unprofessional.
Short time to check in and discuss issues and questions. then takes 1-2 hours to get seen during the peak times. but it was so worth it. I learned a lot about the issues i was having with my previous iPhone 5 and 6. Shout out to MIKE the technician. He was awesome and very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to communicate with. Thank you for all the help.
Currently standing in the apple store and the guy who is checking customers in is extremely rude. I tried asking him a simple question and he acted like I was bothering him. There is at least 15 associates in here and most of them are standing around talking with each other rather than helping customers. I will not be coming back to this Apple store EVER again. I will travel further to another location.
I see that some people had awful experiences at this store, but when I went in to buy a new phone, honestly it was great. They were all very helpful, and answered all of my questions. Getting a new device isnt like getting take out, as far as technology has come, its still not instantaneous, I was totally fine sitting and waiting for my phone to finish doing what it needed to. I just browsed on my old phone to pass the time, isnt that what everyone does these days anyways? They hurry to get some place so they can just get back on their phones?I just want to say thank you apple store, and while you may have some bad apples working there, I was fortunate to get some good ones, so thank you!
The staff at the Vintage Faire Apple Store have always been extremely helpful whenever I go in. I would heartily recommend this store to anyone. Whenever I walk into the store I always have at least 3-4 sales reps come up and ask me if I have any questions. When I buy new Apple Products in the store, they are always extremely helpful in getting it all setup and answering any questions I have.
They gave me a three hour wait time to get my defective product checked out. Then finally called me back, only to have me stand in a line to check back in, and then asked me to stand near a display till someone was willing to help me. Where I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes.
Yesterday, I had a Genius appointment at 12:30 pm.I had an amazing time with the help of Jeremys guidance.He is people friendly and extremely attentive to each person waiting for their turn.There was an elderly man that was somewhat impatient, but he proceeded to be polite.Jeremy made sure he helped this gentleman outside with his Large Mac etc.sure I was fine while waiting.thing I observed he requested another staff member to talk with this gentleman to calm him down.Awesome staff person.Flow
I went to the Apple store in Vintage Faire Mall to return an iPad that just was not something I needed. I was greeted with respect and helped immediately. As a senior citizen I struggle to keep up with tech stuff. The two guys who helped me, Ken and Victor were understanding, helpful, kind, and most of all listened to my concerns. They were so respectful and answered all my questions and concerns.
Been calling since we left the store and were routed back to the store since purchase was there. Nothing to say but supervisors and managers need to take responsibility for not doing there job. No answers...for us as customers or the support care staff. Wow no internal options. Tried email and I personally called six times in last hour and half 630-8pm and still no answer. Support two staff and myself are still trying someone must accept and take responsibility.
Took my phone in yesterday (after waiting 6 days for the next available appointment) because of a bug that started when I attempted to install the new update (which also wouldnt install) which caused my phone to constantly power off and on. The technician commented on a small dent on the back saying this could be the problem... even though I have no issues using the phone except that it turns off and on by itself, and the problems started after attempting a software update... not dropping it or damaging it. So after running a diagnostic test that flagged no software issues, they concluded that it would be $299 to replace the device because it could only be a hardware issue. They offered to do a factory reset for free as a last resort, so we tried it. The phone glitched in the middle of the reset (as it has been for over a week) and now the phone has no software on it at all and is completely unusable. So now I have no phone at all, I can pay $299 to get the same phone that I had, or pay even more for an upgrade... And when I escalated the matter to the floor lead to see if there were any other less costly options, he stared at me blankly saying we followed our protocol, sometimes that happens. Shrugging it off like he couldnt see what the problem was. Absolutely absurd. Ive only purchased and stood by all my apple products for going on a decade now. Never again will I waste my time and money on such dysfunctional products from a company that offers literally no customer service... I would have been better off not seeking their genius support at all.
I had one of the worst experiences ever with Apple today. I came in with an issue on my 6 month old phone was told they can make an appointment for me... I came back at my appointed time... waited another 40 mins. Was called to the Genius Bar... my Apple technician was with me for 2 mins until he was pulled back to his previous client which it appears he made a mistake with. I wait for another 10 mins. He returns to finally test my phone. Then he tells me he is going to replace my phone. Then he excuses himself... I wait another 5 mins. He returns and then tells me he has to just replace my screen. Then he excuse himself again. 5 mins later he returns and tells me it 9 mins till closing and he didn’t have time to replace the screen. I am so unsatisfied with Vintage Fairs service. It took over 3 hrs from my original contact with a technician just to be told I had to make another appointment.
Customer service need to improve here in context of attitude. It is just like a luxury car brands, they never need to do advertisements but customer will walk in if they are afford.I was there to check out the new iPhone and detailed. My intention was to get a MacBook and phone.however, the guy who was checking in customer was really showed me judgemental look. And, someone came later than me was already assigned to sales rep and I was just waited for 30minutes without anyone attended to me.This is a bad service at apple store I have been to, if they didnt change this...you will lose customer because of your sales rep judgemental face.
I walked in there and was looking for someone to help me. The genius bar was full. So I saw someone walking towards the back. I said hey!, I have a quick question about your charging cable, I want to buy it but I want to know if I can use it for my iPhone 5 or does it work best with iPhone 6? The representative replied wait your turn. I didnt even know where to go or even sign up to wait my turn....
Inefficient and incompetent. They would rather find ways to give excuses to not see you if any issue arises and ultimately you get discouraged, all just to make their workload easier. I have been to many Apple stores having spectacular service and this one is by far the worst.
Extremely bad customer service. I’ve been to many apple stores and this has definitely been the worst. First I had to wait three hours to get my brand new iPhone X that I’ve only had for a week checked by a “technician” that didn’t look me in the eye once while we spoke which showed lack of interest to the customers. Very bad customer service if you have the opportunity to go to another apple store save yourself some time and stress and go to another store.
I only minus a star for the simple fact I can not walk around the store without getting asked by every employee if I need help. Honestly does not seem as big a deal, but I was reading a spec sheet when I was asked multiple times again. I feel like I can ask for help when needed is enough.
One thing I could never understand; either Apple is stupid or just dont care about their customers. Does the corporate office ever read those reviews and try to take a step to improve the way of business handling in this store? Not once I left this apple store satisfied with the service quality; they make me almost wanna rip my clothes in dispair. Their online appointment system sucks, their inventor sucks, never can get a straight answer from them when ask about waiting time after already had a scheduled appointment. Not only that, but theyd placed NOT a security guard, but a full time Modesto police officer at the door sitting on a stool messing with his Iphone. Great ! a portion of our tax money going toward the police department to serve our community for them to go sit at an Apple Store guard their merchandises.
Drove 45 miles to this Vintage Fair Apple store only to get turned away to drive 45 miles home and the worst customer services ever! The man that was checking people in repeatedly said the same thing without offering to see if he could schedule another appointment. In the 3 time repeating himself I had to say you can stop saying that! We understand what you said but be accommodating to someone that drove 90 miles!! DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE! I saw several employees standing around doing nothing!!! Bad job Apple!!
I bought an iPhone X in May 2018 and since day 1 ive had issues with the screen. I tried to see if apple can fix it so i took it in around December. They said they ran their diagnostics and came back saying there was nothing wrong with it. We took their word for it. Went home, phone completely reset, and i started using it again to only receive the same problems. i called apple support on multiple occasions and to only receive the same problem over and over again. This led to me do to the apple store again. We waited for almost 1 hour having them take the phone to the back and dig their noses to come back out and say we will run a diagnostic now. We told them we dont want a diagnostic we have had enough of those and nothing ever comes up because we have had continuous problems. The dude just seemed like he wasnt fit for the job, he said the diagnostic came up with nothing when he never even ran a diagnostic. I asked if i can speak with his super visor and she came out, a short chubby Latina, we explained to her out issue and how we keep on coming back over and over again with nothing ever happening. I have apple care plus on the phone but she said they cant do anything since there isnt anything wrong with it after i kept on telling her there was an issue with it. She said she wont replace it because there is nothing wrong with it, i told her if there is nothing wrong with it from what you have experienced but i have had issues with it why dont you replace it for me? she said she wont because there is nothing wrong with it. We than told her we cant keep on coming over and over again and wait for 2 hours just to have them say nothing is wrong. She said you can be mad all you want but we wont do anything about it. we said thank you and walked out. Never in my life have i had this utter disrespect from a manager. If anybody here is considering buying an iphone, dont. My whole family owns iphones, and i have family members who work for apple. We told them about the issue and they said we should just go in and have it replaced but that didnt happen. We are now stuck with a $1000 dollar iPhone that has issues with the screen. How fun!
I went to Apple today and they took out my two screws from my phone they did it with no problem. The one star is for one thing. I ask if they could put in a new battery for my phone when I buy it online. He said No we cant because it not our product so we cant do it. But it is there phone like oh my gosh. It sucks they wont do it. So I may go with a new product and say goodbye to Apple for good and tell people what they said to me. Plus there store is nuts wanting to talk to someone.
Third time I come for the same issue. Came 30 mins before closing, a lot of staff were just standing around talking amongst each other. Refused to service my airpods because they “wouldn’t have enough time to take a look” last appointments for the airpods lasted 15-20mins so I know they had enough time. The rep in the store said “where am I supposed to pull out a tech from?” I don’t know, maybe one out of all the ones just standing around. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that one out. Poor customer service. Did not go above and beyond to meet customer needs. Dissapointed with customer service provided.
Terrible! I wore a black face mask with my husband to buy Apple Pencil today. However, one sale clerk gave us the blue masks. I was completely confused why we were required to wear the blue mask instead of our own masks. We will not come again.So I gave the store 1-star. That is it!
Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I sat in the store after being checked in for a hour and a half just to pick up a pair headphone that had been fixed. nobody bothered to update me on whether or not they working on bringing out my headphones. they seemed pretty happy to help out the teenaged girls though. absolutely rediculous these people need to be fired.
This store is a great location for repairs and new purchase. If you don’t mind those weirdos in the store, it’s a great Light Traffic store. Compared to brea mall in sc and santa clara store, this store sometimes doesn’t require wait time at all. I was able to fix my screen today within 3 hours without an appointment. no waiting time at all. will definitely come in again.
The young man that helped us tonight had incredible customer service! We went in right before the doors closed at 8:40pm. At first the young woman who greeted us was extremely rude and I was afraid we would not be helped. Luckily he walked up behind her and said no, let me help!He is an asset to the apple name, very efficient and knowledgeable. I wish I got his name but unfortunately did not. He sat us at the front left (if coming in the door)table closest to the front counter.
Worst customer service I have every seen! I have purchased at lease 3 products from this store and every time I swear I will never go back, why I do I dont know. I guess I think they will improve. It is horrible in there. Way to many customers per employees and once you finally get to speak with someone you get interrupted and they never come back! Yesterday I went in to by a new computer and I was told I had to wait....are you kidding me? Since when do you have customers wait to purchase a $2500 computer? Now I notice there are Modesto Police officers stationed inside the store! No thanks, I will use BestBuy for my Apple purchases.
Went there TWICE to get my phone fixed with no help whatsoever from the worker. My phone had turned off randomly even though it was 90% charged and would not turn back on. It wouldn’t even show a battery on screen when plugged in. I had a brand new Apple charger and it charged my boyfriends phone fine. I let mine charge overnight still wouldn’t turn on...when I went to the Apple store the girl who was “helping” me treated me like I was stupid and acted like I didn’t know what a phone was and simply told me my phone was just “really dead.” She somehow got it to charge and turn on so I said okay...I guess I’ll take it home and charge it? Now my phone turns off every 30 seconds sometimes takes a hour to turn back on no matter how charged it is...has a grinding noise in the home button....can’t run two apps at once or else it will crash and turn off. Took it back to the Apple store told once again my phone just needs to be charged...I’m not STUPID I AM CHARGING MY PHONE. This is a new phone I shouldn’t have this many problems with it turning off every 30 seconds. I’m surprised I can even write this long of a review without it turning off right now.
At this location, I experienced the worst customer service. Both the associate and manager were not able to help me. After purchasing an iphone 5 less than two months ago and it suddenly shut off. I tried charging it from the wall charger and plugging it in to the computer and the screen did not change or light up in anyway. When I explained this, knowing my phone was under warranty, I tried scheduling an appt ASAP, and they were unable to fit me in for 4 days. Being without a phone for 4 days is unacceptable. The manager could have gotten me in. Replacing a phone under warranty takes less that 10 minutes. They clearly do not understand customer satisfaction. After this experience, I am no longer pro apple.
I had the worst experience at this Apple Store. They highly lackbin customer service. I had to go back to change the screen on my iPhone because they were out. Went back the 2nd time and had to wait 90 Minutes for a new screen! Apple sucks! Considering changing to Android.
Love this Apple store! The staff offeres excellent personal attention, are amazingly flexible, and have my families needs at the forefront of their interactions with us. We have a small business as well and they treat us as if were spending like a Fortune 500 company. I highly recommend a visit here.
By far the worst customer service imaginable!! Most apple stores Ive taken my phone in for service have always been a pleasant experince and reps were always knowledgeable. Sadly this location isnt one of them. Stay away at all costs. Drive to the nearest surrounding city and spare yourself the horrible customer service.
They broke my phone and replaced it, but I lost a lot of valuable information. Staff was unapologetic and rushed me out of the store after making me wait for hours. I was also looking to purchase a MacBook while in the store, but after this experience, have decided not to. Very disappointing.
My girlfriend has gone back to the modesto Apple store more than twice to fix her phone. They have not done anything to help. We have both had apple products for as long as I can remember and now this?? They just tell her to reset it over and over again. Now she lost all of her photos. If you are all “geniuses” then why can’t you guys help? I don’t get why Apple literally has the worst customer service ever. This is why all my friends are switching to Samsung because of the horrible experiences with Apple. The modesto store is a disgrace to Apple. I wish I could put zero stars. Do not go to this Apple store in seek of help because all they will do is make every situation worse.
Place is terrible they dont stand behind their word and their customer service is dismal. Their appointments are a joke because even if youre a few minutes late they cant help you they move on to the next customer ive had apple products for the last 6 years and i am considering switching to android galaxy because of their junk replacement phones and lack of effort when it comes to helping customers. Cant get help with my computer freezing up because someone at the store paused a download & now it wont finish downloading. They have many employees just wondering around that I know if they would just look at it they could probably fix it fast. They caused the problem they should fix it. They dont even deserve 1 star.
They checked me in said it was about 30 minutes wait he said you wanna hang out here or came back in 30 minutes I decided to wait here after waiting about 45 minutes they said people who made appointment are showing up and you have to wait another 30 minutes so I decided to go to fire grill literally front of store to grab a drink now they said since I left the store they have to check me in again now another 30 minutes still waiting for them to help me out.👎🏻👎🏻 very bad service please go to another Apple if you can.
Hugely disappointed with apple right now!! I’ve been watching apples service apt calendar for my local store and after 3 weeks there is still no opens spots, so I try going into the store and they tell me I’ll have to leave it over night for a warranty batter replacement. Who can go without their phone over night? It’s disappointing that as apple continues to grow their not scaling their service dept. to support it. I have 16-apple device in our family from 3 computers, to tablets and phone. I think I’ll be taking a closer look at Samsung going forward. I think apple is probably a better product but when you can’t get it fixed in reasonable time fame it’s just an expense paperweights.
Present to the store in person. NEVER call AppleCare because you are NOT speaking with an actual Apple employee. Apple outsources its customer service to a company named Concentrix (Concentrix is currently being sued in several states including CA for cheating its employees). When you call the Apple store, you are rerouted to a Concentrix employee who is more than likely working from home. There is no oversight when employees work from home so any data that you give them can easily be stolen by the employee. These employees are given access to all of your personal information including address, etc. Concentrix/Apple employees are minimally trained and often come from other Concentrix client accounts such as Nike or TurboTax. They have no experience with Apple products unless the happen to own one. This is why they often refer you to a store. Yes, the wait is long in store but at least you are dealing with a real Apple employee and not someone who is guessing how to fix your issues. Next time you call Apple or an Apple store like this one, ask the employee where they are working from to protect yourself and your family (if your kids use Apple products, Concentrix employees can access their info too).
My Iphone Xs Max was having Issues with error code 4013. iTunes error 4013/4014 (also called iPhone error 4013, iPhone error 4014) is a hardware related error which are mostly seen due to faulty cable or faulty port. To put it simply, the error is actually due to problems in connectivity between you PC / Mac and iDevice.The Apple Genius Bar said I need to replace my phone because it was water damage, and for replacement cost of $599.99 plus tax. I though the Iphone Xs Max was water proof or water resistance. The Gentlemen whos was helping me was such in a rush to his next VICTIM. He didnt give me my SIM card for a new phone. They want me to drive back to pick my SIM card. I never had good experience with Modesto Apple Store. Im not happy with this place, Folk please stay away from this store.
Employees here are a joke. If youre having an issue, youre better off asking for a manager or supervisor. It seems as they are the only ones whom actually care about customer service. I dont like being tolled something is impossible then asking to speak with a manager and being told there was miscommunication and that suddenly the impossible is easily possible.
Customer service is rude. Asked if the replacement I was getting was under warranty due to it being refurbished and he said no we dont have refurbished item. He pulled it out of a refurbished box and said it was brand new. So I laughed and said okay. He said it still have a 90 day warranty.
Nice store but i recently went to get a new SIM card tray and it was horible. The people legit wont help if you dont have an appointment and if you dont know how to make one dont mind asking because they still wont help. But once i got the appointment the guy was super helpful just didnt seem like he knew what he was talking about.
Terrible customer service. I went in to answer a quedtion about an ad that ran on tv for a new glucose app to work with the iWatch due to come out in April. Was told by one employee that they couldn’t disclose any information regarding a product that has not been released. Um,....I just saw this on tv. I’m inquiring about it so I can make an informative decision of whether or not to purchase ALL items (app, monitor belt, and watch) when released. Was then separately told by another employee that it’s probably a fake ad, and kept belittling me while I was trying to find it on safari on my phone. Kept repeating, “Well, show me then” in a short and rude manner. With Apple being such a huge manufacturer, you’d think they’d care how their employees are treating customers. Especially after reading previous reviews of this location that have been made recently, then spanning over quite a long period time. Or does Apple just not care?
My boyfriend and I went in to get his charger for his Mac replaced. The guy who ended up helping us had poor customer skills and was unprofessional with the way he conducted himself. We had a appointment and waited over ten minutes past our appointment time. There was 4 employees gathered around in a circle laughing and joking around and not helping customers. Then the guy who helped us was so unprofessional. Every other word was for sure for sure for sure about everything. He even interupted my boyfriend when he was explaining the problem, which made the guy end up trying to reset his Mac because he wouldnt listen. Overall, the customer service was poor at the Apple store and I would not recommend this store or Apple for that matter to friends or family.
They officially open at 10 am but their doors are actually open earlier. They want you to call and make an appointment! They squeezed me in thank goodness. Very friendly. Swapped my nonworking phone out for a brand new one right away. The wifi stopped working on my sons iphone 4s. Almost a year old, it was still covered by Apple! The store itself is outside of the mall in a quaint little area with chic shopping all around.
A pretty crappy experience in visiting this store, but it is seemingly standard to receive terrible customer service at all Apple Stores for the most part. Youll get a good majority of the indolent workers out on the floor just engaging in conversations amongst themselves with complete disregard to any customer in the store that needs assistance or wants to purchase an item. The Molesto Apple store isnt any different.
I called the store inquiring about program tutorial and the YOUNG man was extremely short and rude, he kept trying provide answers to my question without letting me finish my questions. I asked him if he was trying to rush me off the phone, he replied, I have other calls to take, may I direct your call to technical support? um NO, i dont have a technical question I am calling in regards to getting information for Office 2010/2013 programs that are comparable to Mac!!!
Had a very good family friend visiting from the Fiji Islands buy an apple iPhone from here. Got back to Fiji & the Phone was playing up. Sent it back to a friend in SFO who took it to the apple store in SFO only to be told to take it back to the apple store where they bought it. You would think an apple store is an apple store & takes care of all its customers irrespective of where they bought these expensive phones from especially when its a customer from abroad. Apple needs to work on this customer service issue. 👎🏼
Came in to buy a iPad mini and ask someone to help me out. The girl came over and we told her we wanted to purchase it. She said that they didnt carry the iPad mini in the GB that we wanted but that she could sale us the iPad pro. We dont want the iPad pro. By the time we changed out mind and decided to buy it. The girl just disappeared.
Worst experience ever at a apple store.. I would not say the store is bad as I had a good experience with a gentleman there who was very helpful and took care of me well. My wifes phone which is not even 2 months old and under warranty stopped working completely and too it to the store . The guy who attended to us was by the name of RICKY.. from the time we met him he sounded very unfriendly and when we told him the issue he told us your phone is not working as the pin you insert while charging is bent .. I was surprised as we had showed this to Sprint and they said it was all fine.. he was wearing a thick glasses and I assume he has supermans vision.. anyways I told him I dont see any pins bent and we are under warranty so we should be fine He said no we do not cover and then he asked me a question and I really wanted to fall on the floor and laugh out loud.. He asked me while charging the phone do I remove the charger straight or from the side ....@#$## .. like when you eat do you take the food straight to your mouth or to the side .. why do they hire such dumb people who dont even know how to think or interact with people ..Anyways I got an appointment at the apple center in Pleasanton and in 5 minutes they replaced my phone and gave me a new one That is service .. I am on my way to write a stellar review for them :)
Went to store yesterday cuz my phone was overheating to the point where it can burn my hand i told them i tried everything master reset but they didnt listen they setup my iphone as a new by telling me that is software issue and now my phone keeps restarting itself very bad service. would like to report this service
I walked in there asked a question about a pen for my ipad mini and i saw one and a young lady told me no that one is for the ipad pro, so then i asked so it wont work for the mini and without hesitation and with the rudest attitude she looked at me and said its only for the ipad pro. So i just walked out.
This store sucks!!! Worst customer service ever. I went in to speak to someone in sales and they made me wait and wait... when I checked back in to see how much longer, the chick told me that they were busy and that I would have to wait. I watched two of their employees screwing around and at times they just stood there doing nothing. What a joke of a store.

Had an appointment drove from morada, took in my iphone 6 + for screen repair they didnt even try to fix it and said its bend and damaged cannot repair in store had to ship it out and leave me with no phone and charge me 349.00$ i called icare irepair guy Matt replaced my screen 165$!! I have an apple iphone 4s with a battery that discharges over a matter of hours when in standby. I asked to speak to a technician but was told I had to pay $19 for phone service. After being told that Apple does not want my business unless I believe in global Warming, I am no longer willing to put up with lousy service as well. Apple does not want me and I dont need them. Hello android.
I had worse experience at this Apple Store.I ordered iphone 6 at this location and i got confirmation email with my order pick up.I waited 1.5 hours to pick up my phone and when my turn came they told me that they didnt have it in stock so they told me to cancel the order and place new one online.So i asked for manager and he talked very rudely and said that they dont have the item in stock so, either cancel the order or wait here.The Managers name was Ian.He also stated that we dont manufacture iphones at this store.This was the worst in store experience from a highly reputed company.
I took my iPhone to apple to replace the battery and they looked my iphone and said we cant replace the battery because there is dent next to charging port and offer me replacement iphone for $329.00 plus tax and later on I took my iphone to my friend for battery replacement and he fixed it apple lied to me looks like they want to make money .

He gave us great tips to avoid future issues and gave my daughter life again as teens can’t live without their devices. 2022-05-08I took my daughter in to have her computer repaired. The associate that helped us took the case off and broke it. It was really surprising that they would be so careless with customer’s property. She could have had my daughter remove it. After damaging it she didn’t offer to do anything about it. We were in shock. When I returned to the store to pick up the repaired computer I spoke to another associate to give them a chance to make things right. To my disappointment he couldn’t care less. He simply said it happens all the time and they couldn’t do anything about it. What a missed opportunity to create good will and loyalty with customers. Had they offered a small discount on a new case as a courtesy I would have purchased one from their store and they would have still made a profit. Instead I purchased a new case elsewhere and won’t be shopping for accessories there in ghe future.

2022-04-27I am not an Apple customer. Somebody has listed my phone number as a contact for a business on Apple maps. I need to get this changed. Only Apple customers with Apple accounts are able to make requests or changes to Apple maps. After about 45 minutes on hold and 4 transfers, I was told by an Apple representative that there is nothing that they can do to fix this issue, and the only person who could change this was the one who originally made the entry. After some more back-and-forth they told me I could go to an Apple store and use one of their computers. Absolutely unbelievable that a company this huge and Prominent cannot handle such a simple request to change a wrong phone number.

2022-06-03Racist people here. One of the techs at the genius bar asked if they should explain what was wrong. Isnt that your job? Then they kept walking away and I realized they didnt like to talking to me because they saw me as inferior. Also lied many times, but most notably about the repair so it wouldnt be covered by warranty. How? They said even a piece of paper can crack the screen so it is accidental damage. Really, a paper? When I came to pick up after repair, my laptop was placed on the table so I could put it in my bag and the security immediately stood by my side. Its my own laptop --goodness! There were some kind people but they were POC. The others, however, avoid.

2022-05-05Brought an IPhone XS in to replace the battery. The phone had a third-party battery installed and Apple’s website recommended having a genuine Apple battery installed. Long story short I got back a nonworking phone and was told the battery couldn’t be replaced because it was third-party. Their only option was to offer me a replacement for $550. The technician who delivered the phone neglected to tell me that they just put it back together and did not glue the old battery back in place. Too bad so sad.

2022-06-01I walked in at 5:30 ish to look at and buy an iPhone 13 max. I had a couple questions. The lady working 5/31 that had the iPad meeting customers informed me I amUnable to buy anything in the store because I didn’t have an appointment and there were not available because they had “ a lot of people call out” I asked her , “ you really can’t sell me a 1200 dollar phone because you are short staffed?” She replied yes I’m sorry.As a business, I can’t fathom the thought of being open, having payroll and other fees running a business to NOT sell me a phone and accessories because they were short staffed. Maybe a multi billion dollar company doesn’t need the money? I wonder how much money these stores loose because of this practice. Should I take this money and buy a phone from android? I wonder if anyone cares.

2022-06-13I came here to buy a phone took me an hour waiting for specialist while other busy with iphone chatting to each other. Customer care for frontline at store is the poorest never experienced in any of Apple I have ever visited. Please choose other to store not this in Modesto it wont worth yoir time

2022-06-19Posting 3 years too late from when this happened but the situation is simple. I had AppleCare on a MacBook and a loose laptop screen hinge which they said they repaired when I gave it to them. They did not repair it, and the hinge is still loose to this day.

2022-02-11I never been to an Apple store that treats their customers bad. Staff is just sitting in the back and chitchatting. They really needs to be trained before putting them on sales floor. I waited 30 minutes, nobody even acknowledged us. Avoid going to this apple store. Honestly Apple should just close down this location.
