Everybody was very kind and patient with me and I appreciated them. And they were definitely willing to help me out when i needed to keep my car there for a few days before it could be picked up by a tow truck.
Had a problem with the differential and ended up being the transfer case as well Anderson automotive went above and beyond in repairing the situation. Went in for a/c repair. They were very upfront about their prices. They did a routine inspection and found some things that needed to be addressed but werent pushy about doing them. Fixed the a/c and had the car ready when they said it would be.
They were super fast we were in and out in like 30 minutes or less. The waiting area was really comfortable they had toys and snacks for my kids, and the service itself was really affordable.

I was treated with respect and greeted right away. They did an inspection due to my check engine light being on. I was told the fix would probably cost more than the with of the car. I appreciated that because I was going to purchase the car. Thanks to them I avoided that disaster. They then gave me half off of the cost of the service. I will be returning and referring them. Honest hard working and ask around good business.

My vehicle was in need of some major work. I wasnt in a position to get it all done at one time. They worked with me to prioritize the repairs. They didnt make me feel bad about doing it piecemeal. They are great to work with and have great customer service. As a single woman, I feel comfortable recommending them. Its good to have a shop that I can trust to not take advantage of my lack of automotive knowledge.

Took my car in for an oil change, my serpentine belts needed replacement so they recommended it. Great service, very reliable and Nicole was very helpful as was Kyle. We needed to get our van smog certified today before our weekend trip. Ashley got us a schedule and Brandon got the work done in a few minutes.I say it was very quick service as I barely finished the email i was writing.The waiting area was very welcoming with refreshments .Very clean and the air conditioning was very appreciated as it was really hot outside.

This will be long as I feel it’s best to do scribe why I am giving such a high rating when I don’t normally even bother.These guys are first rate! My clutch went out in my car and I called several other places and they all said two weeks out. Not these guys, they had my car in that day. By the next they knew what was wrong and called me to ask to pull the transmission to find out if I needed forks as well. I agreed and within a day they told me what I needed and a ball park on cost. Considering the labor to do the clutch kit, and the two other things I needed replaced it was a very fair price. The only delay was in parts arriving due to shipping delays. Not these guys fault. They offered me a loaner car in the until the parts came and they could finish the work. They had it done in four days. That may sound like a long time but as I said, a lot to do and they had to pull my whole transmission. So to me, this was fast. When I got my car back the clutch felt so soft which alarmed me a little bit the very nice man that did my clutch took me on a test drive and explained everything to me and even showed me my former pars as the way my clutch went out is apparently rare to see and he had never seen a Subaru clutch do it. Plus a 3 year 30k mile warranty. Yeah, I’ll be back with anything I need done to my car that I can’t do myself. They were friendly, professional, and very thorough in explaining to me everything step by step. Highly recommend!!!
Bought a used car and I wanted them to inspect it. They took me in within two days. Great technicians. They seemed honest and didn’t try to scare me into service I didn’t need. They gave a ride home and offered to pick me up. I like this.

Anderson automotive is a great place to do business with. I came to have my oil changed, just before they let the car off the rack, I walked out towards the shop. The tech saw me and asked me if it was my car, yes, he walked me around the car explaining what he did and showed me some small issues he thought I should know about to keep an eye on them, thank you! Anderson Automotive was very professional in fixing my 2011 Honda CRV. The alternator needed replaced and also a few other maintenance stuff on the car. Only getting 1 star because zero stars isnt an option. These guys put a new starter in my 02 Toyota sequoia. Because it is in a difficult spot, they charged me $1100. Less than a year later I had the EXACT same problem. However, I took it elsewhere.. to a locksmith. It wasnt the starter at all, it was the lock tumbler. And the locksmith only charged me $150.

Anderson automotive was very professional and friendly. I brought my car in for the check engine light was on and they tested it and did a full inspection of the car. After they were done they sent me a text with the techs notes. All in all I will be going back to them with my truck next time.

These guys are awesome I drive from Redding to get my car serviced because they know what theyre doing ,they are honest whether they make money from you or not they will tell you the truth about your car truck or whatever you bring. They are efficient they obviously care about their customers, I have been to a lot of different mechanics in my lifetime and these guys I trust I will recommend them to anyone. They send you pictures with diagnosis, and explain the issues, health, and repairs your vehicle needs so you can clearly see and understand what work needs to be done!! One of the best mechanics Ive ever dealt with. Alot of place want to try and tell you to spend the max amount of money for what needs to be done or waste your time with this and that, they were straight up and very thorough with everything that had to be done now and what could wait until later. They sent me a link to the entire test to see pictures and everything and walked me through all my questions and didnt make me feel stupid or rushed even though they were extremely busy. They even gave me a ride home. 100% recommend and I will be back. Thanks again.

Anderson Automotive is wonderful! Friendly staff, both on the phone and in person. They seem extremely knowledgeable and communicate their findings on what your car needs without any pressure. I felt very comfortable bringing 2 different vehicles to them for smog tests and other repairs.

I am very happy with the service! I got my oil changed and they also did a 45 point inspection as part of the service. They take photos of the areas they inspect and text you a link to view them and keep them for your records. They were friendly, thorough, and professional. I highly recommend them! 😃

They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and expedient. I dont believe they made any profit from the synthetic oil change offer which I received in the mail, but they have definitely gained a new customer.I was informed of a couple brewing issues relating to my older Subaru which I appreciated being informed of before getting too much worse.Anderson Automotive is reasonably and fairly priced, and I was told they warranty everything for a generous period of time (I cant state the exact cuz I dont want to misquote them), and they provide one of their loaner cars if yours will be in the shop for an extended time.I was a first-time customer and was very pleased with their services. I will become a regular customer from here on out!

I chose going to Anderson Automotive as they were local, I like tosupport small, home town businesses and they had a lot of good reviewson Google. Now I find them as flat out LIES!They charged me $120 an hour when the sign on the wall stated $109.56,this in my opinion is not good business.Marking up needed parts astronomically is sheer robbery, I was charged$505.23 for a new alternator, directly from Ford they are only $238.They charged me $400.90 for front wheel bearings and seals. Again fromFord they only $53.44 (each). These costs were not cleared ahead ofcompletion, given the high cost of parts I feel this is something thatshould have gotten approval.I asked ahead of time for my faulty parts as so I could return them,they were not in the car when I picked it and have yet to be located,is a poor business practice.When I picked up the car the check engine light was still on Ireturned immediately for them to clear the code and was told that if itappeared again to come back next week, it was only able to go a shortbefore coming back on.Not completing the needed repairs and being told to just drive the carover the weekend seems very unprofessional. I am hoping to get thisresolved in short time.I will NEVER do business with Anderson Automotive again andwill tell my friends and family NOT to do business either.

I needed some warranty work done so I called Andersons to see if they could help me out so I didnt have to go to the dealership. Since I have an extended warranty through a third party they were able to help me out! I was able to get small regular maintenance items done at the same time. They didnt try to upsell me or push unnecessary work. Very friendly and professional staff!Brandon, at the front desk, was very friendly and was able to process my paperwork quickly with no wait.Definitely would reccomend Anderson Automotive!
All I can say is check your bill!! 700% mark up on parts!! Price gouging is an understatement...get a second opinion before using this shop.REPLY: I offered to have parts shipped from Dodge dealership OEM and pay your labor...dont know how much more origional and not cheap but 700% cheaper than your charge. Thank you for waving the not being able to complete the service charge. I wish you well, however, it will not be with my money.
I mean wow. I just got an oil change, they gave away tons of free oil and labor on Veterans Day 2020, but I got to meet and talk with a lot of the employees. You know somewhere does amazing work when then have amazing employees. Everyone was super easy to talk to. Overhearing them talk to customers with issues, they were genuine and worked had to make sure they were happy. While I only came in for the oil change and hope I don’t have auto trouble I’m the coming days, I know now I have a place to go if I do. Thank you Anderson Auto. You all are wonderful. Anderson auto went over and beyond , our breaks went out in a car we bought in Sept they did. Full inspection took photos and explained everything to us verbally and in writing. They even lent us a lender car while our car was being repaired. We will recommend Anderson Auto to our friends , family and people we dont know as well. Thank you for everything.
I had my car fixed here and it was a pretty major overhaul. They were super friendly and even allowed me to use a loaner car for the week or so that it took to get it back up and running!! THEN twice I’ve had some little repair since that needed to be done and they got right on it while I waited and I was on my way!! I will never take my vehicle to another shop again and recommend Nick, Ryan and the other guys to anyone that has any repairs that need to be done!!

I just purchased a used vehicle and took it to Anderson Automotive to have them go through it with a fine tooth comb and identify any issues. They were booked up but squeezed me in at the beginning of the next week. My back brakes were shot (I knew this coming in) so I had them replace the rear brakes and rotors. The engine was making a popping sound and they found out it was just a loose bolt. It also needed an oil change, engine air filter, new wipers (replaced them with Rain-X ones) and it had a front differential axel leak. The big issue was a broken motor mount, which they fixed. They quoted $120 up front for a test drive & they did a 45 point inspection free. It identified these issues as well as upcoming Maintenance needs. They sent me the inspection report (with pictures) and I had them perform most of the repairs & maintenance. The final total came in a little under their updated quote and they gave me discounts from two coupons and a discount for paying in cash. The vehicle sounds and runs so much better now. They are very informative, drove me home and picked me back up when it was done in a very nice van (they have a loaner cars too, if needed).Overall, they run their shop like a dealership shop but with the costs of a little ma & pa shop. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to get their vehicle fixed or maintained over taking it to your dealership.
Rolled into the shop around 3:30 as the rear wheel bearing kicked the bucket. We had about 700 miles to go to get home and thought we might have to spend the night waiting for repairs. I got a smog check. $45, seemed like a good price. I was very early (forgot to change my truck clock for daylight savings... lol) they still did the check and I didnt have to wait! Super nice people.

These guys are great. My family and I were stranded on I-5, and had the car towed here after reading the reviews. We left the car there on a Sunday, continued on our trip in a rental, communicated via phone with the shop, and picked it up on the way back through town a week later. They were super professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and nice guys on top of all that. Price seemed pretty reasonable given the major repairs involved. Highly recommended!

Weve used AA before and they just keep improving. I had to get a smog done most recently. I was able to schedule my appointment via email, which is awesome because I super hate calling. The waiting area is very nice, the service was fast, friendly and was reasonably priced.
I have to say this is the most dishonest place I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I was visiting from Utah and my power steering had stopped working. First of all, they quoted me 1400$ for a new power steering pump. First of all, I think that its very unethical to put a new part on a 16 year old vehicle. Then they said that for a refurbished part would be 800$: the same price as the dealer. They said that they would change the power steering pump, the low pressure hose, and the reservoir. Turns out all they did was change the power steering pump because everything else was fine. I picked it up and it started leaking immediately. The nice thing they did was tow it from where it was and replace the reservoir for free so I could have it to drive back home before the holiday. That seemed to work!!! Except that it didnt. As soon as I got home it started leaking all over the driveway!!! They had also diagnosed a myriad of problems including broken motor mounts, a SEVERE oil leak, and a low battery. All of these thing were confirmed as being COMPLETELY UNTRUE!!!!!!I feel completely swindled by them!!!Sorry Nick, you and your guys need to practise doing the job right the first time, stop overcharging, and stop lying to your customers!

I’ve lived in 5 states and owned as many vehicles and this place is the best!!!!I will go there for everything! They explained everything, they were on time, prices are competitive, I just can’t say enough good things!!!

Extremely friendly service. Nick and Ryan enjoy their jobs and make sure your vehicle gets everything that is needed for safe and reliable performance. Constant updates where very helpful as well. Nick stayed a bit later than closing just so I could have my vehicle for work the next day.

Car smog at a very reasonable price. Everyone extremely kind and courteous. Had appt @ 10, think I was there maybe 15 min. Took time to inform me of a few things that needed to be looked at. Highly recommend.
Branden was very friendly. I was in and out within 30 minutes. They have a really nice and comfortable waiting room with lots of drinks and snacks available.
The Anderson auto does the work you ask for and go above and beyond checking your vehicle over for things you may need in the future. They will figure out the problem, fix it and give you a great deal on the work. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. I have recommended this repair shop to several friends and family members.

This was my first time going to this shop as I am new to the area. I was quite apprehensive after being burned a couple of times at some other places in the Bay area.These guys made me feel at ease and are very professional, social, respectful and take the time to really explain things in laymanterms. The inspections are documented online and the itemsinspected are photographed to show you what they see. They also told me some things that needed to beaddressed in the future for repairs as well. Needless to say,I was very impressed and will be returning customer.
It took a little bit to get my car done but they were short handed today. They are all very nice and very informative. I used a coupon I recieved in the mail for an oil change. Made an appointment then had to change it. They were very accommodating. I would go back.
My sister was able to get her car smogged here in no time at all. In and out. I came in a week later for brake repair, oil change, new belt, etc. They were able to itemize everything and were pros.
Staff are super friendly and informative. Im pleased with the work they have performed on both my husbands car and my own.

I have been a customer of Anderson Automotive for over 20 years. They are thorough, HONEST, and affordable. I learned along time ago if you want paint go to a paint store. If you need a hardware question answered go to a hardware store. If you need maintenance or have a issue with your vehicle GO to Anderson Automotive. You will get professional service and they do stand behind their work.[Remember that maintenance dollars are the cheapest dollars you will spend.]
Really happy with this shop. Tried to fix a smog related code myself but got stuck. They tracked down the issue and got the car to pass emissions
They make it so easy!! Due to my husbands work schedule I had to bring my car in for a smog, by myself. Anderson Automotive made it so painless! I was able to use the website to text in my request and set the appointment. The smog price was the lowest we found. My car was done quickly. They didnt give me an expensive list of things that needed to be fixed. And they texted me a link to my cars profile showing actual pictures they took of my car while they were working on it! That makes it super easy for anything else we need to have done because now they have a record of the car

2022-04-07Very pleased with their staff. They were able to get my car fixed the same day. Had a shuttle to bring me back home while they repaired my car. Needing multiple things done, they prioritized most important to keep me off the side of the road. They offered options for payment. I would definitely recommend. Very happy 🙂👍

2022-07-21I walked in to fix my engine and to get a smog certification. They were all so friendly and so fast. I was worried how busy it looked that I couldn’t fix my car the day of. Matt was so helpful and told me they had time to look and fix my car. They were upfront about prices and fixed it in a day. Will definitely go back again!

2022-07-18I called my mom right after I left to tell her what a great experience I had with Anderson Automotive. My first time ever going there and I was really impressed. Fast service and very friendly people. The lobby is very nice and welcoming with a bathroom, kids area, snacks and refreshments. It reminded me of a nice hotel lobby lol. I will definitely be returning for my next oil change!

2022-05-19Took my van to Anderson Automotive! My husband and I were highly impressed with their services. The mechanics there were so nice and knowledgeable. They had us in and out (from the first initial phone call to us picking our vehicle up after service) within 2 days !!! Im reluctant to trust any mechanic shop around here but I can honestly say that Anderson Automotive has earned a regular customer !!!

2022-05-10Service was great from the time I made an appointment, thru the final repair. Communication was clear and repairs were made in a satisfactory time frame. The shuttle service driver was engaging in conversation, making the ride to and from enjoyable. Best of all, my car is now running great and back to getting great gas mileage. Ill definitely use Anderson Automotive again when needed.

2022-07-25Very customer friendly, they did a very thorough electrical check to try and diagnose my transmission trouble. Turns out, the TPS sensor I had installed was faulty, and they wasted no time testing and repairing the part. Im very pleased with the work that was done, and it didnt cost me a kidney either. They always called to give me check ups or to authorize further testing, there was never a surprise bill or fee. I definitely recommend to anyone in the 530 area, and thank you again Anderson Automotive!

2022-04-26This place is awesome! Their level of service is second to none! For starters, they were very polite and courteous when I called and when I came to the shop. I took my car in today 4/26/22 but didn’t expect them to even get to my car today, because it looks like they were always swamped. However, not only did they get to my vehicle, but performed the diagnostics and texted me a link to an online report complete with pictures, diagnostics, trouble codes, recommendations, etc. i’m completely satisfied with the service I received from Anderson Automotive and will definitely be coming back! In fact I already scheduled my next appointment 👏👍.

2022-06-02Our truck wouldn’t consistently start and after trying just about everything we took it in to Anderson Automotive to get an official diagnosis. They were very nice, helpful, and upfront about pricing. The truck was finished the next day and I would definitely recommend them for any auto related needs.

2022-03-30I dont hardly ever write reviews, BUT these guys are AWESOME! Super friendly business! They have worked on my brake fluid change, windshield wiper fluid leak, driver side wiper arm & alternator. They also diagnosed my oil leak and answered my many questions. All done in a thorough and timely manner. I even got shuttled to work in Cottonwood. The price ( which was less than other shops for the alternator) that I paid was well worth the great, honest service I got. Not to mention one of the cleanest automotive shops I have ever seen inside & out. They really care about their customers as well as doing a thorough, quality job which is hard to come by these days.
