The room was surprisingly dirty on the furniture and floor. Streaks from mopping showed that dirt was being smeared around rather than removed, and with wet feet after a shower, it felt slippery like soap. The bed mattress had a sheet over it, then a blanket, and a sheet on top. We had to remake the bed to sleep between the two sheets with the blanket on top. These issues were mentioned to the morning attendant. As others have mentioned, maintenance is weak too. The internet was slow. The location has good freeway access and is not far from nice restaurants.

Okay lets start with we went with this hotel base off the google reviews on how clean the property and rooms were.Location is good. Very close to the freeway. Restaurants near by as well as a Target and Walmart.Parking lot is small but felt safe.Now we checked in Saturday evening staying 2 nights; checking out Monday. When making reservation online there is nothing statings there is a $100 deposit required upon check in. So that was a unexpected surprise. We checked in and Sonja who checked us in was nice.But that was it just nice she really wasnt helpful with my complaints. The room was disgusting and smelled like cigarette smoke terribly.There was ash on the floor in the room and bathroom and the toilet was not clean very dirty. We found a died bug(roach) in the mini fridge. I was told the maid is new and they will talk to her. Now I didnt see any other bugs after the one in the mini fridge.I have a autistic son who walks hard and always moving so I always request a downstairs room. So we dont disturb the neighbors below us. They didnt have any other downstairs room so we were stuck.So I took my family at 9pm to Wal-Mart to go get cleaning supplies to try to get the cigarette smoke smell out and make us comfortable.Unfortunately it did not work and after complaining the follow day and nothing besides Im sorry, well talk to the maid. We decided to leave.It was so bad after one night in there my son and partner begin to have a dry cough. We ended up checking out early. Losing Sunday night with no refund and took our long drive home. I will never stay there again.

Positive: Location was good walking distance to restaurants and gas station . Friendly staff Negative: Cleanses shower curtain was dirty had black spots everywhere. Refrigerator was making loud noise I had to unplug it so I could go to sleep

Positive: Nothing. This hotel hasn¿t been updated or cleaned since 1984. Negative: Stale smoke, dirt and grime. This hotel should be shut down. It¿s disgusting.

If this place doesn’t have blankets to keep their customers warm, they should be closed down.If you see this, and are willing, please report this business to BBB.I was given a room without proper blankets to sleep with. I tried to sleep with what was provided but I can’t. It is just way too cold. I haven’t slept longer than 2 hours because I keep waking up freezing. When I asked front desk for a blanket, they said, “isn’t there already two blankets?” I told the worker no. He then brought me a thinner blanket than what I was already using. I have been freezing all night. Even turned on the heater. I am still cold. I was going to ask for a new room, one that actually has blankets, but at this point, I just want a refund and to leave. This is terrible treatment. I paid $75 for 3 nights. I deserve to be warm. When I asked for a new room, he told me a new room would not be any different.How would you feel if you froze all night, reached out for help at 3 am, because the cold became unbearable, to receive attitude and be told, “well I have to sleep sometime.” If this is the case, I would have left to get my own blanket, if nobody would have responded, and came to the front in the morning and asked for a refund.Donovan employee is very argumentative. I am grieving the loss of 3 people. I do not need to be dealing with this. I am looking to speak to someone who can help me receive better treatment at this Inn.Also what time does the front office open? I went down at 8 am to speak to front desk about my experience and was told they aren’t open yet. 830 am and front desk still isn’t open.I am now suing this hotel.John Donovan says, even though we froze all night, and waited all morning, he will not authorize a refund for my stay. He says I will only be refunded one night.He is saying that he can’t understand how I was still cold last night because they have adequate blankets and a heater, which I mentioned, and I was still cold.He told Priceline, who is helping me get a refund, that my behavior is odd.He told me it wasn’t even that cold last night.I have been cold since last night.I do not understand why he is acting like understands how my body feels.

The day I was staying here was peaceful, room was clean. Everything was good for me.

Positive: The guy working seemed nice. Negative: It didnt look like it was in the best area. Parking looked a little limited.

Positive: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had my truck bed uncovered and full of my tools so they were as accommodatingas possible. They gave me the downstairs corner room and saved and allowed me to back up to my door to monitor my tools. Negative: Not at all

Positive: it was convenient being right off the freeway. Easy access to place to eat/shop Negative: The bedspread,blankets needed washing. The towels were old and need to be replaced. The carpet needs to be cleaned. Parking spaces were a bit small.
