My house burned down and we needed somewhere to stay during the transition. The office manager was very accommodating. He spoke clear English & was very polite. He provided us a room with carpet for the baby and the room was very clean. He made sure to have the mail walk through before hand and he was always polite. Shower was very clean. We had a lot of privacy I felt very comfortable. Great area, not far from Mall & lots of restaurants. & Target is right down the street. I stayed for 3 days and I will definitely stay again.
Room was dirty.”not cleaned property” I think this is important with things going on......found coffee machine with burnt coffee, found used soap package on towl rack, dirty finger prints around light fixtures, blow dryer has fuzz and hair in screen, and so on and so forth. Plus google maps say $66.00 then I was charged &84.00. Only one coffee package. Had to wait 2 hours till 10:00 pm to get another. Was charged $100.00 on top of room rate. Was told it would be refunded in the morning. Nobody”no response when I went to office. At 8am. Still waiting for refund.........also got water to 10minutes to get hot........whats up guys. I find another place to stay next time
The room was surprisingly large and comfortable for a budget motel. The bed had 5 pillows, of which some were firm and some soft. However, while the towels were nice and thick, several were spotted or stained, and the coffee carafe was cracked. When I went to check out, there was nobody in the office, and no sign saying where they were. After waiting 10 minutes, I went back to my room and called the front desk, only to hear that he was cleaning rooms. This poor level of service was beneath what I would expect at even the cheapest motel.
This place has great rooms, spacious and comfortable everything was very clean,from top to bottom, fresh paint, spotless towels and bedding. It was quiet and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was very courteous and efficient, and there was fresh coffee and breakfast in the lobby. My Mom and I will definitely stay here again.
This hotel is not to shabby for the price and compared to other locally priced hotels. This place would in tip top 5 star shape If the housekeeper actually did get job and cleaned the room. We stayed in a room for 1 day and spontaneously needed one again, coincidentally we got the exact we were in the night before and I noticed the same blanket with a hole on the bed from the night before was nearly placed on the bed the second day I came back, thats gross knowing they didnt place new blanket and most likely didnt change the sheets either. The restroom was in ok shape but the toilet was very dirty, I had to clean before I used it and dont get me started on the bottom of the toilet bowl. Besides those 2 nasty flaws this hotel wasnt too bad, worth the price if your rate is $80 or below, I wouldnt pay more then that though.
Very nice clean, COMFORTABLE rooms, simply but tastefully done. Prompt, friendly service. Practical amenities - refrigerator, microwave, more!! A desk and chair that you can actually use, and an overstuffed upholstered chair that you can actually RELAX in! And finally a bed that makes Sleep Numbers unnecessary!! The plumbing works, and the location is Great!!! Thank you, Americas Best Value.
The manager/owner is a shyster, tried to overcharge us for erroneous fees at egregious amounts. Stated that there was a 75$ pet FEE, non refundable. I have NEVER been charged a pet FEE, pet deposit yes but not fee and certainly not at the cost of the room rental! Also, charged a cleaning fee of 50$ because he claimed to have knowledge of us smoking in the non smoking room. Dude, the room smelled like an ashtray when we checked in. Guys just a highway robber trying to milk tourists for everything they have. Accomodations are decent, but beware the management!
The room was cheap and the customer service was lame but it served its purpose. Just a place to lay your head, shower and leave. The WiFi was weak, the rooms were ok, the parking sucked but the bed was at least very comfy. No bugs or bed bugs and it was located near lots of restaurants and the gas station.
I checked in around 11:00pm and I didnt see that the sheets were really dirty. The next day the Housekeeping didnt replace the sheets. The water pressure in the shower is bad. It is really disgusting place to stay. I had a bad experience in the Americans best value Inn. I dont recommended this place. Sorry.

The Managers (John & Jasmine) kindly give you the lay of the land.Open your door to views of purple mountains majesty at its finest. (We even got some real rain!)Power packed with lots to do and see in this area of L.A. County. We are rich!The Arboretum is so close. Different quality ethnic restaurants abound... Thai...Italian...Indian...Mexican...to name a few. Culturally rich, diverse areas are so interesting.Very clean (corners clean)... new microwave and refrigerator.Tiny, tiny space to hang clothes...otherwise everything is as it should be. Nice! Good big comfy beds...fluffy towles. Clean bathroom and bedroom. Smells good and Its spacious.Good T.V. reception and a nice selection of programming . Good WiFi...(thanks, thats an important feature).Free parking and a great location. Im enjoying my stay here...highly recommend!Overall...Its got it! 5☆s...Price...service...size...location...cleanliness...comfort!On my top 10 Motel/Hotel List!
I was a late check in, so when I got in my room I went straight to bed. About 8am next morning, I heard the trickle of water in my bathroom. The room above mine decided to flood and I not only had standing water an inch deep on the floor, but water POURING down from above the door jamb in the bathroom. The rest of the morning, I had to leave my door open to let things dry out (goodbye privacy). Never got to take a shower in my room at all. They DID offer to move me to another room (how nice), but flat out REFUSED to give me even a partial refund! DAYS INN has a good reputation, but this one drags them WAY down
I have a service dog, and it felt like I had to hide here. I know by U.S. fed. Law a service dog is allowed in hotels without extra charge, but I feared that my husband and I would get kicked out. I can over hear the owner complain when we have the dont disturb sign out on the door. Continental breakfast?! No, its more like a snack bar.
Well its no hilton. But!!!!, it was pretty nice inside. The guy at the counter, older (so naturally assumed he would be cantankerous), turned out to be super nice and informative giving us guidence about town and offered a lending hand to a fellow guest. So I judge this place by the name...turns out I would stay here again. Great service.
DO NOT STAY HERE!! I travel to the L.A. area to work every weekend this is by far the worst hoe-tel. If its not the prostitutes walking down the street the room they gave me the TV did not work when I told the person working the front desk he told me get a key and jiggle it in the aux....... did not work. they gave me another room which is fine so I leave for work and left the TV and cooler on. well when I get back here from work my TV is off and so is the cooler so obviously somebody came in my room!!! if you do not want your stuff gone through when youre not there by stranger dont stay here!!

Stayed at this place once before--this time they wanted $100.00 in addition to quoted price--this is ascam outfit If you stayed once dont go back--they will tell you that you owe fees for pets even if you didnt have a pet-the desk guy and the owners are running a scam to get more money when you arrive--stay clear of this place
Went there to check in and the guy that runs the front desk was not only rude but he acted as if I was going to destroy his room right off the top require me to give rmy additional $100 room deposit... then while I was in the continuing to try and check in he kept asking me if Id been there before like I had I have never stayed at that hotel and I never will and I dont recommend anybody going there the guy is rude and a jerk

2022-07-06The room was surprisingly dirty on the furniture and floor. Streaks from mopping showed that dirt was being smeared around rather than removed, and with wet feet after a shower, it felt slippery like soap. The bed mattress had a sheet over it, then a blanket, and a sheet on top. We had to remake the bed to sleep between the two sheets with the blanket on top. These issues were mentioned to the morning attendant. As others have mentioned, maintenance is weak too. The internet was slow. The location has good freeway access and is not far from nice restaurants.

2022-02-21Okay lets start with we went with this hotel base off the google reviews on how clean the property and rooms were.Location is good. Very close to the freeway. Restaurants near by as well as a Target and Walmart.Parking lot is small but felt safe.Now we checked in Saturday evening staying 2 nights; checking out Monday. When making reservation online there is nothing statings there is a $100 deposit required upon check in. So that was a unexpected surprise. We checked in and Sonja who checked us in was nice.But that was it just nice she really wasnt helpful with my complaints. The room was disgusting and smelled like cigarette smoke terribly.There was ash on the floor in the room and bathroom and the toilet was not clean very dirty. We found a died bug(roach) in the mini fridge. I was told the maid is new and they will talk to her. Now I didnt see any other bugs after the one in the mini fridge.I have a autistic son who walks hard and always moving so I always request a downstairs room. So we dont disturb the neighbors below us. They didnt have any other downstairs room so we were stuck.So I took my family at 9pm to Wal-Mart to go get cleaning supplies to try to get the cigarette smoke smell out and make us comfortable.Unfortunately it did not work and after complaining the follow day and nothing besides Im sorry, well talk to the maid. We decided to leave.It was so bad after one night in there my son and partner begin to have a dry cough. We ended up checking out early. Losing Sunday night with no refund and took our long drive home. I will never stay there again.

2021-10-24If this place doesn’t have blankets to keep their customers warm, they should be closed down.If you see this, and are willing, please report this business to BBB.I was given a room without proper blankets to sleep with. I tried to sleep with what was provided but I can’t. It is just way too cold. I haven’t slept longer than 2 hours because I keep waking up freezing. When I asked front desk for a blanket, they said, “isn’t there already two blankets?” I told the worker no. He then brought me a thinner blanket than what I was already using. I have been freezing all night. Even turned on the heater. I am still cold. I was going to ask for a new room, one that actually has blankets, but at this point, I just want a refund and to leave. This is terrible treatment. I paid $75 for 3 nights. I deserve to be warm. When I asked for a new room, he told me a new room would not be any different.How would you feel if you froze all night, reached out for help at 3 am, because the cold became unbearable, to receive attitude and be told, “well I have to sleep sometime.” If this is the case, I would have left to get my own blanket, if nobody would have responded, and came to the front in the morning and asked for a refund.Donovan employee is very argumentative. I am grieving the loss of 3 people. I do not need to be dealing with this. I am looking to speak to someone who can help me receive better treatment at this Inn.Also what time does the front office open? I went down at 8 am to speak to front desk about my experience and was told they aren’t open yet. 830 am and front desk still isn’t open.I am now suing this hotel.John Donovan says, even though we froze all night, and waited all morning, he will not authorize a refund for my stay. He says I will only be refunded one night.He is saying that he can’t understand how I was still cold last night because they have adequate blankets and a heater, which I mentioned, and I was still cold.He told Priceline, who is helping me get a refund, that my behavior is odd.He told me it wasn’t even that cold last night.I have been cold since last night.I do not understand why he is acting like understands how my body feels.

2021-07-28Positive: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had my truck bed uncovered and full of my tools so they were as accommodatingas possible. They gave me the downstairs corner room and saved and allowed me to back up to my door to monitor my tools. Negative: Not at all

2021-07-06Positive: it was convenient being right off the freeway. Easy access to place to eat/shop Negative: The bedspread,blankets needed washing. The towels were old and need to be replaced. The carpet needs to be cleaned. Parking spaces were a bit small.
