Hispanic man working at front desk needs Customer service training. I came to purchase 4 tires. Asked him whats avaliable for my tire size. Gave me 4 brands options and prices. Afterward I asked him for more detail on $91.00 brand then he started quoting me $12.00 tire. Again, I asked him for 91.00, then he became anxious and told me you asked me to tell you whats available and thats what I am doing!. I didnt argue with him.. He definitely needs training. I bought the tires but, this will be my last time doing business with this location. Btw, I had to go back next day due to one tire air was leaking. One of the young guy messed up setting up tire. They fixed it right away.
Service was good. But I came back to find some scratches along the side of my engine hood after I picked it up. Will be back for more service, the workers just need to take better care of the car when working on it.Was able to work with the location and get my scratched fix. They were super helpful and nice about everything. Service and care as needed. Definitely will be back again.
I needed all four tires replaced. The folks at American Tire Depot went above and beyond to help me find the right tires, at the right price for my 16 year old car. I was low on funds, so they worked with me to help find the best tires that I can afford. The customer service here is outstanding. Ask for Michael, he will take good care of you! This was my first time here, and thanks to my positive experience, I’m a customer for life!
I got brand new tires here a little over a year ago and they have been wonderful. Well last week i somehow got 3 nails in one tire and 1 in another! I contacted american tire depot to see how much it would be to fix my tires. They told me to come down the very next day and it would be free of charge! So i went and it took them only 1 hour and my car is back to driving like a beast! I love this place and i would recommend them to anyone!
Nobody is happy spending money unexpectedly on vehicle maintenance, especially these days. The staff at American Tire Depot was very professional, friendly and helpful. I heard them acknowledge several customers by name and was always pleasant. I always say, Im happy to spend money where Im treated with respect.

Wow everyone was so nice…it’s always kind of daunting to walk in to mechanics places, as a woman but there was absolutely no up selling at all. They were all respectful. I will be Clint back for my second car! Thank you!!
I am glad that I tried out ATD this time. I only needed one tire and they were able to take care of it without having to special order it. I did not want to spend a lot and they were able to give me a tire in my low price range.Overall the customer service was very good. However, the wait was about 3 hours. I did not have an appointment and I should have asked how long it would take. Had I known itd be as long as it was, I would have preferred to make an appointment for a later date. Anyway, lesson learned. (Note: They were very busy. I heard the manager talk about how they have been experiencing high business the past week.)Bottom line, I will probably go back when I need to get the other 3 tires and/or an oil change.
Great experience with Kevin and the crew. Called for a specific rare tire that no one stocks and he was able order it and get it from the warehouse in just over an hour. They were already set up and ready for me when I came in. I thought half my day was going to be wasted but they got me in and out in less than 45 min. Thank you for the prompt and courteous service.
The team at the Cypress American Tire depot worked to get a tire that was not in stock for a saturday appointment and got the job done two hours earlier then my appointment time. I originally booked online through chat and the individual on chat did a horrible job with what i needed. I will go to and reccomend the Cypress team again!
These guys are great. I have been going to these guys a long time now for alignments and brakes. I already had a tire deal through a different company and I wanted to use these guys to do my alignment which was $100 cheaper than anywhere else I went. After I asked about the tires to get both done at once they offered $20 less per tire before I even told them I had a deal somewhere else. All said and done I saved $180 and I got it done in a few hours. Great business! I will continue my business with this company for years to come.
Great service and price. Went in for an oil change with no appointment, and not only were they able to squeeze me in the same day, but the price for a full synthetic was really good and they fixed a nail in my tire for free. I will be back for sure.
Today I encountered a road hazard that caused my front passenger tire to go flat. So I had to replace my damaged tire and I have gone several times to American Tire Depot. The place was clean and all the employees were wearing mask and keeping 6 ft apart. Recently I have gone to other businesses that werent wearing mask and not social distancing. But, this establishment was extremely professional and had the well-being of their clients in mind. The employees were friendly and pricing was reasonable and my car tire was replaced and installed within 40 minutes. Considering how many vehicles were ahead of me it impressed me hiw quickly my tire was replaced. I would definitely recommend this location to those that want excellent customer service and reasonable pricing. On a personal note I would like to thank everyone that helped me with my car issue.

Last time i went for Flat tire due to impaled screw they got it fixed quick and fast, staffs are awesome accommodating and knowledgeable, Ill be coming back again next time for other auto works

Purchased four new tires today from American Tire Depot- Cypress. Prior to my purchase I spoke with Michael on the phone and he was very kind, courteous and helpful. Overall the customer experience was good, but i wish they were a bit more honest when giving you estimated hour of completion and not be so secretive infront of customers. The time portion i get, but it looks bad when you are told what time your car will be ready only to find out it was another hour. If you believe it will be done at a certain time, then add a range to it and cover yourself if it takes a bit longer. The secretive portion only makes customers think something bad is happening when you car is in the picture. I do like the work and prices, and they dont try to sell you anything if you dont want it, but my 2 points are what prevent me from giving a 5 star rating.
After working on my suv, I needed a wheel alignment, I called up American tire depot and it was less than an hour from closing time. I asked for pricing and if possible to get it done today, they said yes. Once I got there, they took my suv right away and started working on it, it was 10-15 mins after closing as they were wrapping up the alignment, everything got done, pricing was great and got me to enjoy the rest of the weekend without issues.
I had bought new wheels and needed to get tires after I got a flat. Went to American tire depot and Manny helped me out. he went above and beyond when I decided to keep my old tires by fixing my invoice without asking to take off the disposal fee. Ive gotten every single set of tires for my truck from here and I will definitely be back.
This place has very good reviews but my experience was horrible. I was there on a Saturday 10/31/20 so I can get my tire fixed. Two hours later after all the chit chatting and horse playing from the employees. I finally get assistance from a very unprofessional employee. He aproches me and my vehicle looks at the tires then starts saying it might cost you about four hundred dollars. Then I told him that I have insurance. Once he heard that then he said it might not be repairable. So I felt like this guy was trying to hustle me the way he was talking to me. Overall they took the car in and they didnt resolve the problem. The employee brought my car back said it was fixed and low key trying to charge me 40 bucks.
Eddie and Tony were absolutely awesome!! I called the Cypress shop at 3pm looking for new tires, got to the shop at 3:45 and was leaving with 4 brand new tires by 5! Eddie even had to go to one of his other stores to get my size tires. The service was beyond 5 stars and so was the deal he gave me. He took the time to explain everything that was included in the service and exactly what I was paying for. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and will refer anyone I know to go see Eddie and Tony. I will also be going back when needed!! What are you waiting for!? Call them or go see them now!!!
I have to say that this shop was top notch. I walked in, told them I was there for my appointment and they knew exactly who I was and what I was there to get taken care of. They were very kind, offering a seat in the shade whenever they saw me. They were very informative, beyond what any other shop Ive been to has ever provided. As per usual, they had some recommendations for work that I would need to get done on my car. BUT, and heres the catch, the really really good catch, they didnt make me feel like if I left there that day I would regret not getting the work done. They were honest (shocker!) and said its not a life or death situation, we became aware of the work that needed to get done and are making you aware of it too, it will need to be addressed at some point, but today doesnt have to be the day. THAT made my day! I love that they are a one stop shop, they are honest, and they care. I will definitely be returning!

Awesome experience. Open on 4th of July. Fixed my flat for free. Hooked me up with a great deal on 4 new tires same day. Had to wait for delivery but then topped off all my fluids, again NO Charge Really good people down there. Will be back for super tune-up on 2006 Ram Truck. Family feel to a franchise!
Went in for an oil change and knew that I needed some extra work done, including needing tires. They called and gave us a breakdown of what was going on with my car....it was a no pressure call. It helped me make the decision to have them do the work (all new tires, alignment and bearings for my rear tires). My car was done same day and I have to say Im very happy with the results. My car has never driven so smooth.
I Compared American, COSTCO AND Goodyear. Walked in no appt Kevin was quick to help we chatted about the type of tire I was looking for. His price was very fair with no need to negotiate. Bought a new set of Yokohamas and alignment a few days ago. Manny gave me a great price over the phone, and Michael was very funny. Both were very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and provided exceptional customer service! The warranty on the tires was something I wasnt expecting but greatly appreciated. I am so glad I went with ATD of Cypress to take care of my vehicle needs!
The guys working are real good people. Quick to have a laugh with you. Prices are a bit lower than most shops. There work is good from what I can tell, it’s only been a few hours. I am grading at a full 5 stars because I had a bit of fun dealing with-em.

This place is great!! They gave me the best price on my BF Goodrich tires. They replaced my alternator and didnt charge an arm and a leg. Today I came in anticipation of failing a smog test, I spoke to Keven who suggested I go see what happens with the smog check and if I need any repairs to come back.. well THE TRUCK PASSED!! American Tire Deopt could have taken my money but they didnt, these guys are honest and will treat you right!!Thank you American Tire Depot ❤
Love love love it here. Kevin made sure everything that was wrong got fixed. I am very much appreciative of him and the mechanics that worked on my truck. Everyone there is so vibrant and happy. If it wasnt for kevin and his wonderful personality I probably would have went elsewhere for a cheaper cheaper price but he made me so happy to spend my money there and I dont like to spend money. But it was definitely worth every penny. My truck is running great. I have a american tire depot around the corner from my house but I went to this one. God sent me there and Im thankful !!!!
Michael greeted me and helped me out during my oil change. Normally I get oil changes done at different places just whatever happens to be in the area and convenient at that time. However, because of such a great experience I’ll be coming back to this particular place for my oil change from now on.

I went to Costco to see if my flat tire could be repaired and they told me it would be a 6 hour wait! I drove past American Tire Depot on my way home and pulled in to see how long they would take. He looked at my tire immediately and told me I drove too long on my flat and will need a new tire. He then gave me 3 reasonable prices to choose from and they put the tire on right then and I was in and out in less then 30 minutes! Very happy customer!

I called in for a quote for my wife’s car and the gentleman gave me a quote told me the price when I could have the tires put on which was the following Saturday. This is a very rare moment in my experience of buying that the quoted price was exactly the price that we paid for those tires and the timing was perfect. I had a hole in one of my run flat tires. I normally go to a place called Tires 4 u in Buena Park, which I found out was bought by American Tire Depot. I told the advisor what I needed done and he said Run flats cannot be patched or fixed.I went home and started looking for replacement tires and found the best priced run flats at American Tire Depot. This time I called the same place in Buena Park and the same advisor answered saying the tires were not in stock. Good thing they weren’t the only American tire depot around.I called the Cypress store and they had the tires in stock and to come anytime before closing. I went there immediately and the advisor asked me what was wrong with my tires and I told him what happened. He pulled out a book with tire brands and found my tire brand can be patched. I asked how much and he said no charge. I was so surprised and happy. I was ready to purchase 4 tires and he said I didn’t need to.They plugged the leak in about 30 min and I was on my way.This is the first place where i have found not just one person to be honest but the whole crew. I felt they will only charge for something that’s broke and won’t make up stuff just to charge. From this point forward, I will only go here to get my car and the other 4 cars that we have serviced here.
These guys were great in checking out my car for a water system leak. Turned out to be a small problem with no real $ in it for them. They were honest & very fair. The guys even worked extra hard to get my car done quickly as it is my only transportation. I have used them in the past and they will work with you on getting your car in shape.
Came here as a recommendation from my cousin because I needed to get my tires changed. They have such phenomenal service! It was easy for me to decide what tires to get because Eddie, who worked at the front, was patient and informative. I didnt even know what type of tires I have, or the size. Eddie helped with everything.I waited about an hour for them to receive the trees from across the street, uninstall my tires, and reinstall. They also have tire realignment service which I went with in my package as well.A solid 5/5 stars, and I am definitely coming back here again!

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating especially Patrick, Sergio and Andrew! Patrick explained every detail of what was wrong with my tires. They lifted the car and pointed out the condition and explained every detail that was valuable to me. Without knowing much about the mechanics of a car, the time they took to educate me was important especially in making the decision to use their service. Plus, they were not pushy at all. Most impressive was that at 5:45 pm when they were about ready to close shop, they still took me in and changed my tires in 45 minutes! What a business! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I did oil change here and they fixed my tire (nail in one tire) for free.They are definitely not like other shops where they make you to do other works on your car.They made some recommendations but never forced me to do it.Awesome people with very professional services. Highly recommended.

I bought a set of falken wildpeak tires and had them sent here for installation. They got there friday and i was able to set up an appointment the following morning no problem. They installed my level kit and did an alignment as well. They did a great job and completed in a very good time and had great customer service. Definitely going back 👍
I came down for an alignment, they told me it should be about an hour wait. Almost 3 hours later,my truck was finally finished. The owner & manager realized that it was taking to long and threw me a nice discount for the inconvenience. It definitely made things right and I appreciate good customer service. I showed up a few minutes before the shop opened at 8am on Saturday. I was the first one there but a few other customers showed up. Service was excellent and I was in and out by 9.30am.
Michael, Kevin and Damian took great care of me today! Came in after being very impressed with Kevin on initial call. From there, Michael took the time to educate and inform me well and I really felt my car was in good hands with Damian. Everybody was really polite, professional and helpful.
I went in for a nail in my tire, and originally they thought it wasnt repairable based on where the nail was. They quoted me a great price for a new tire and ended up calling me back stating the nail was very short and since my tires were fairly new it hadnt punctured the tire. They easily could have lied and made me buy a new tire. Also Id like to mention the place was packed, which is also a good sign but I highly recommend an appointment. Im so pleased with their service, Ill definitely be going back for any future needs.
I wanted to say I was expecting a complete run around regarding a simple nail repair. That being said I had the pleasure of speaking with Tony who was probably one of the most professional representatives I have met in a long time. Got a puncture in my tire while driving nearby. Took my car to a certain nearby membership warehouse where they were not able to fix my tire. Took it by American Tire Depot and they were able to fix it while I waited, about 20-30 minutes. The mechanic fixed my tire and put my spare back in its place. A week later and no problems. Both the clerk and mechanics were great and helpful. Would definitely go back next time I have tire problems.

I took my car in to get the air in my tires adjusted. Eddie asked how I liked my tires . I told him they are great. I explained I heard a noise and I thought maybe I had an exhaust leak. He ask me if they could check it on the rack I said yes. Well they immediately discovered I had a serious problem with my drive shaft. Thanks to Eddie and his team they saved me from ruining my transmission. Eddie got me into Parks Transmission where they started the process of my warranty coverage and repairs. Eddie explained the entire procedure and stayed in constant contact with me. I owe Eddie and his team my gratitude for their quick diagnostic skills and professionalism. Having punctured a tire the previous night, I visited the shop with no appointment. I was dealt with very quickly and advised on a selection of replacement tires. My 2 front tires were replaced and my wheel alignment was checked and I was on my way in under an hour. Friendly staff and quick service means I do not hesitate in awarding 5 stars.
After having struts, axels and tie rods installed by my mechanic I’ve been going to for over 25 years, I needed to have the front end aligned. I called a few places to get quotes and decided to try out American Tire Depot in Cypress, California. The prices quoted over the fone weren’t the least expensive, but I wasn’t looking for cheap. I was offered two different levels of service at two different prices. Since I don’t abuse my vehicles, I chose the least expensive service. My vehicles always last more than 500,000 miles. The job was completed in about an hour and a half, and I was on my way.
Buyer beware! I was charged more than the price I was quoted until I objected. They still charged me $12.95 per tire road hazard warranty which I was lead to believe was included when I called in. They also tried to charge me for Nitrogen fill about $40 which they did not disclose when I went in. Not good for the shop review. Also the 2 tires they put on were over 2 year old, 1 was over 1 year old and 1 was current date that is even after they assured me over the phone that they dont put on tires that are more than 6 months old. I felt I was ripped off in many ways. I will not use this shop or company again and you should not either.
Ive been going to American Tire Depot for many years now. And when I got there, they were super busy. They told me it will take at least an hour or so to fix my flat tire. And said it will be done by 5:00p. it was done at 4:45p.. From the manager and their employees. Theyre all super nice and stick to there word as well. I totally recommend American Tire Depot in Cypress California. A 5 Star Shop for sure.

This was my first time going to American Tire Depot, and it will not be my last. The front office was courteous and the service was fast. I was prepared to have to buy a new tire, however they were able to repair the one I had on and didnt charge anything. Excellent customer service!
Tony was amazingly helpful and friendly when I replaced tires on my Highlander. Another day I was helped by Eddie and Manuel, and both of them couldn’t have made my experience any better when repairing a nail in the tire of my Honda Civic. My experience here was excellent mostly due to the guy that was running the front desk and coordinating between customer and mechanic. I had brought with me a 5qt bottle of oil and had the intention of having the mechanic use it, in addition to topping off with their oil. My provided oil (Pennzoil full synthetic) was accepted and I appreciated their willingness very much. This review would be vastly different if it was denied.

After finding a flat tire on my car, I decided it was time to replace all four. The staff at Cypress was friendly and helpful, gave me 3 options to choose from. I was out of there in less than 90 minutes and thoroughly satisfied.
Came on my lunch break, was hoping they’d be able to replace my popped tire within my 30’min lunch but they were busy. So I left my tire there and cane back after work for them to install it.Returning once I got off, i was greeted right away. they proceeded and I was done in no time.Staff is nice and friendly

These guys are great!!! My friend recommended them and had had a great experience and so did I. The were warm and welcoming upon arrival and got right to looking at the car. They went above and beyond when it came to looking at the car, gave solid advise and didn’t upsell unnesessary repairs and didn’t even charge me to check out the car...all I can is wow! Especially after having severalbbad experiences at some local shops.!They just gained a new Customer!!! Win win....close to home and trustworthy!! I took my wifes car for an oxygen sensor repair. They said it would only be about $69 for labor plus parts. The part charge was rediculous! When I asked them about the part they said they were installing Denso. When I looked at the price over the internet, they were over 400% mark up! When I questioned them more about it, they changed the name of what they were installing to NGK. Total bait and switch! I told them to give me my car back. When they did, the dash read FCW SYSTEM FAILURE. How can you return a car to a client with a system failure error?!?! They said All we did was lift it up and do a reading. After stating that I understood what they were saying but the car did not have that reading before I took it in they played with it for awhile and finally fixed the read out. The guy then stated that they were not more expensive than a dealer but more than a mom and pop because of their name. I called Honda of Cerritos and the were about $45 less expensive!!!! These guys will take advantage of you if possible so please do your research if you have to go there.

Everyone was helpful from my initial phone call, to visiting, getting dropped off and picked up, and paying for the service. There was Eddy, Tony, and Eddy (driver) who worked with me and I appreciated their knowledge and experience to help me feel comfortable with the process. The employees are truly exceptional at what they do. They no doubt appreciate your business, but more important, they appreciate your time. Numerous times I heard them thank the customer for their patience or apologizing for extended wait times . For me, acknowledging my time is valuable is priceless to me.
Manny was GREAT. He was able to get the tires I needed for my mom within an hour. I will be back in a few days to get the front tires replaced.

This shop is great. I called to get a quote on 4 new tires and Eddie was able to quickly give me a quote on the requested brand of run flat tires for my BMW X1, which was about $200 cheaper than the dealer quote installed. He then recommended a different brand of run flats that would be less expensive, the Bridgestone Driveguard. I looked up these tires and they were well reviewed, so I placed the order for the Bridgestone Driveguard. The quote for the tires at American Tire Depot of Cypress was also the exact same as the price from the members only local Warehouse Store down the street for the exact same brand of tires. I placed the order at 4PM and they had the tires delivered to their shop by the next day at 9AM. I dropped my car off and they were done with the installation and alignment just about an hour later. The ride with these run flat tires does feel smoother than my original brand from the dealer as well.Also, I’ve taken my wife’s Chrysler Pacifica here a couple times for blown tires and they have always provided quick service. They even provide free flat tire repair, which she has used once already.
I had excellent customer service from Ernesto and the store manager. Got a great deal on new Michelin 4Ss for my BMW. Sergio did a nice job with the install.
I had been here before and had an off experience. I thought I would come back and try again. Im very glad I did. The team was very helpful. I got an oil change...roughly $25 less than other places I had called. Will definitely keep my business.

I am completely broke but my tires are bald this place offered me 2 tires and alignment for 230 total plus they patched my rear tire which had a nail in it for free. the guys were nice and worked very fast on my car. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and will bring my other cars here in the future.

Update: Check your tire pressure when you leave.Update 6/14/19 (1 week after getting new tires):Decided to check my tire pressure because I noticed a slight difference in gas mileage and was told that my tires were filled a little low to 32 PSI (my cars recommended pressure is 33 PSI). Turns out that all my right tires were around 38-39 PSI, my front left was 32 PSI, and my rear left was 35 PSI. This was all on pretty level ground with a dial pressure gauge and cold tires. Im not sure how that could have happened, but Im pretty sure that this uneven filling could have led to issues down the road had I not corrected them.
This afternoon I experienced an unexpected near flat tire on my Lexus NX300 near my dentists office. Fortunately, American Tire Depot was just 2 blocks away. The men could not have been more professional or friendly. I was shown where a nail had gone through my tire and that no balls of rubber were inside it. They were able to patch my tire and send me on my way. I could not be more grateful for their honesty and service. Thank you all!!!
I called before bringing my truck in for an alignment, and the gentleman told me that it would be 89.95. So I drop off my truck, and in the meantime, I found a coupon for $20 off an alignment from their site. When I picked up my truck, I presented the coupon, and was told that my quoted price already included that coupon. I told the gentleman that he should have mentioned that if that was the case, but he proceded to argue with me about it, so I just paid and left and figured, I wont go back and Ill just leave this bad review. So here it is. Dont try to use coupons here because apparently they dont work.

Took my car in because the low tire light was on & they put it up on the rack & checked it out for free! Unfortunately shortly after that somehow my rear tire hit a slash. Not repairable! Good news is the gentlemen were able to find a replacement for a reasonable price quickly!
Dropped 6 wheels off for mount and balance ,I own hot rod and Harley shop had an alignment as well, when I picked up my truck and wheels there was 30.00 dollar charge for nitrogen. i never asked for nitrogen so when I asked counter help about it he stated thats all they use.when I asked him to refund my 30 dollars he stated thats all they have and never refunded the 30 dollars.i left message for corporate they responded via email with no solution I called but no return call.i been using this store for 9 years but I doubt if ill ever go back.
Went there when my tire sensor came on...Manny was able to help me right away. He found a nail in my tire and did the repair at no charge. Completed the repair in 15 minutes. The tire place down the street couldn’t help me until the next day (Big O tires)...Thanks again Manny!

I got a quote from this place for a fix and went to another place to get a quote for the same fix and ATD quoted me 4 times the price. They probably overcharged for pervious jobs. I am never coming here again. Do not come here.
I dropped my 2012 FJ Cruiser off to have tires mounted this morning (4/40/2018). I explained they were oversized off road tires, and they may not fit the rear spare. I told the gentlemen at the front desk I am aware of that and to please place the spare in the rear cargo area. I was quoted $20 for the service. That sounded great so I gave them my keys and walked back to work. Update: After talking to the General Manager, I learned they are supposed to give you a price quote in writing. They did not.Three hours later, I got a call from the gentleman at the front desk who said he was sorry but his manager said the tires were too big (they are 285/75/17s, 34-inch diameter) and that it would be an extra $10 per tire [I had 5, so $50] to mount the tires. I said no, and asked to speak to a manager. He refused to honor the original quote, and spun me a yarn about how grommets for the TPS system cost him $8 per tire (they are $10 for 4, retail at Walmart), and I highly doubt American Tire Depot pays retail... The tires are mounted on the same machine as all others and the they are only 2.5 larger than stock.We couldnt come to a resolution. He wouldnt honor the original quote, and I wasnt willing to take a $50 hit. So I went to pick up the car. Before leaving, I opened the rear hatch and found the entire headliner covered in rubber marks and scratches from where the treads (these are mud terrains) scratched the headliner. They had literally rolled/bounced the tires into the car and hit the ceiling multiple times in the process! I have had this FJ Cruiser for 3 weeks and it was immaculate! Fortunately, I took a picture of the interior after loading the tires, that will now serve as proof of damage. My tires arent mounted, and my headliner is trashed. I have contacted the America Tire Pros general manager. As of now, this was my first experience with the company and it couldnt have been worse.

Definitely the worse place ever to come get tires. I came because of the deal they were having buy 3 tires and get the 4th one free. I made my appointment for 2pm. My breaks were bad so got those replaced as well since I was already here. Needless to say it’s past closing time and I’m still waiting for my car. I waited 4 hours for my car to get new tires and new breaks and every time I would ask the guy how much long longer he kept telling me 30 more minutes. DO NOT COME HERE!

The staff here are very knowledgeable and attentive. They understood my needs fully in providing a detailed run down of what I could afford in my budget. While I was waiting, they showed the same courtesy to other customers. Prices are fair and competitive. Id certainly recommend them.

Did a great job on my brakes so I stopped by when my tire went flat. They fixed it within 20 minutes and sent me on my way with no problems. Great spot for tire services.
Friendly and accommodating staff, they were able to install new tires when I walked in. I would have preferred to just have my tire fixed or replaced as I was not ready for the expense, but they are a good place to go when you want new tires.

Ive been in AMERICAN tire depot for more than 3 years to change oils, bought 6 tires from them including October 4 Michelin, over 800 bucks, now I was kicked out from their stores, they refused to rotate the tires which they should do since I bought my tires there. This happened when I said no to them while they wanted to replace my struts and lower control bushing with a price around 2000, I refused because my trusted mechanic told me all of the struts and lower control bushing are good enough. Now I recalled one sell they tried was to change the brake fluid for my car years ago, I also said no to them, because according my friend, my car or most of cars never need a brake fluid replacement... when someone said your struts need replacement, think twice.
Highly recommended! Love this shop. I feel like we get a square deal when we bring our vehicles here. My wife can come here by herself and feel confident these folks will treat her with respect.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! They tried to pull a “Bait and switch”I ask for a specific tire. I was told by Tony they had it and to come on down.Long story short. After going back two more times. And lying to my wife’s face and trying to convince her the tire they sold us was the same as the other three. Bottom line. They didn’t have it! Couldn’t find! And gave us the run around for 6 days.

Eddie was very honest and help full. I had questions on my tieres he was able to answer all of them and at no time did I feel he was trying to upsale me on more expensive tieres. Once at the shop Tony and Eddie were very attentive they kept me inform every step of the way even though they were busy I noticed they found the time to treat everyone there the same Thank you guys.

2022-07-13I couldnt have been more satisfied with a service I received having my Rav4 Adventure taken care of. It is usually a nuisance to bring your car in, wait for hours on end, and not have full transparency with what I am charged at other places but they did it right here. Huge shout out to Darin for being so kind, patient, and knowledgeable about the current state of my vehicle and recommending all options. He searched from optimal options to discount depending where I was financially. Very thoughtful for him to do so. Most businesses would just go with what benefits them most but they were so kind to walk me through without and pressure. I had no appointment and walked in around 10:15 AM. I was able to get my 4 tires changed (they were worn out after 5 years), had my tires rotated, car re-aligned, and then an oil change all within 2 1/12 hours. I would say that was a productive team and I was able to get remote work done during. I would highly recommend this location to all who are still on the fence. I have had my fair share of bad business and this is not one of them. Keep up the great work, team!

2022-06-11I had a few issue with my new set of tires I purchased from another company! Balance was off and they said it was my wheels and could not help. Darin and Manny were really helpful and did an alignment and balanced for my car and now it rides perfect. Amazing shop fast service and I will make this my new tire home!

2022-02-18Dishonest, Unethical, and Immoral Sales Tactics - Jose Cortez at the Cypress location help make a same-day appointment at 3PM during our morning conversation after ordering a set of tires for my vehicle. I arrived at 3PM only to be told that the tires will arrive the next day. Absolutely no one contacted me to advise of the delay before I headed out to the shop.When I did bring in my vehicle, the same individual (Jose Cortez) provided a preliminary invoice to have me sign WITHOUT disclosing or discussing the addition of a $52 OPTIONAL Road Hazard Warranty as well as a very unnecessary $32 Nitrogen Fill that he quietly tacked on. (There are Reports backed by research that have found that filling commuter vehicles with Nitrogen is completely unnecessary, inconvenient for car-owners, and nothing more than an extra cost benefit for the dealers).Furthermore, Jose Cortez calls me to advise of numerous areas of my car that required serious repairs including the Front Left and Right Lower Suspensions at $361 each with a labor cost of $480, as well as replacement/repair of Front Left CV Axle Shaft at $190 with labor cost of $330 totaling an additional $1,722 in repairs. He also advised there was oil leaking everywhere (which was completely untrue).I declined the additional repairs and opted for just the new tires and asked to have the unwarranted Road Hazard Warranty and Nitrogen Fill removed. They removed it promptly, but did so with no explanation nor apology for their unscrupulous and dishonest actions.I then brought my vehicle to my trusted mechanic to inspect for the list of repairs that was given to me by American Tire Depot Cypress. After the inspection, my very honest mechanic informed me that there were no issuesand my vehicle was in good working and driving condition.Beware of American Tire Depots VERY DISHONEST, UNETHICAL, IMMORAL AND DECEITFUL Sales Person and Sales Tactics - ESPECIALLY JOSE CORTEZ. This particular individual is a LIAR, A CHEAT, AND A VERY DISHONEST CONMAN. Be advised to do your own research on your vehicle before bringing it to this shop (if you still decide to do so) or else they seem to do all they can to cheat, lie ,and deceive.

2019-12-18Where do I begin? The store manager Eddie was fantastic. Came in to purchase aftermarket rims and I couldn’t be any happier. The truck looks amazing. The only minute issue was the long 3 1/2 hour wait time. Tony was keeping me up to date and reassuring me all was going well. Not their fault as the shop compressor which was serviced the day before wasn’t working. They struggled with the amount of customers but got the job done. American Tire Depot should definitely have a back up. It’s beyond me as to why they don’t. Ultimately huge kudos to All the team members in Cypress.
