These guys were great, very efficient and precise. We had an attic that was covered in roofing debris (wood chips, nails, extra shingles, e.t.c)from when the previous owners had the roof fixed and not cleaned up after. The team was able to clear all of it out, and lay out new insulation quickly. The team was awesome. At each stage the foreman showed us the progress they had made, and the end result was a extremely clean attic that is well insulated. We really appreciated Juan Santos coming out quickly for the initial assessment, and throwing in some needed critter proofing at no additional cost.

I really enjoyed American Attic at my home. They were very professional and showed enthusiasm to get the project done. The owner was very kind and helped me with sealing all of the rodent entries in the house. So far, we have not heard of any rats in the walls. On top of that the house smells better because American Attic took the time to clean out the entire attic and sanitize where there was rat urine. They also fixed the air ducts and now I get heat in the entire house. They are the best service and value. I would recommend American Attic to anyone needing insulation removal and replacement.
Juan and crew did a great job. Super professional, maintained a clean environment, very efficient and very effective. Since the instillation the house has felt more comfortable and clean (he put in insulation in the attic and crawl space) and we have had no rodent issues (there was a little guy hanging out upstairs). He has checked since the initial rodent proofing and everything is good so far. If we have a problem I have no doubt he will fix it right away.
Juan came to our house to assess our attic to see if it could be made more energy efficient and to see if ventilation could be improved. He was very courteous and professional. Although he couldnt help us due to the very small size of the space,he did the recommend installing some attic fans. We used American Attic for insulating a crawl space and the ceiling above an addition in our house. Juan is super responsive. His crew showed up early and did quality work. Really happy with the results.
Juan (owner) came out for an estimate and was punctual and polite. He explained the process and what they would do. I had about 6-7 other companies give bids and his came out as one of the most competitive for a attic cleanup, removal of existing insulation (with debris, rat droppings etc), air sealing, rodent proofing and new R38 batt insulation. His crew did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and the finished product looked great. They also gave a 2 yr warranty on the rodent proofing.I do need to point out that there was an issue with our electrical (several lights didnt work afterwards). Juan was very professional, took ownership and responsibility, brought an electrician over to fix it promptly (on his dime), and got the problem fixed. He was able to take pictures of the electrical fix which I sent to my electrician who said the job was done properly. Things inevitably happen during a job and how that is handled probably tells more than even just a job going well. I appreciate Juan and American Attics willingness to take responsibility and get the problem fixed.

Thoroughly cleaned my attic of all the debris from a reroofing, laid down batt insulation, all by lunch. Took care to use plastic film and padding to create a tunnel out to the front door, allowing no messes nor damage.

2022-05-23I used Juans business for insulation and vapor barrier installation underneath our newly purchased home. Juan was super communicative throughout the whole process even after the work was done. His on-site team leader asked us several times if we were satisfied. We appreciated that Juan sent us photos of the completed work because its hard to access the space underneath our house. I did crawl myself underneath anyways just to verify. This is a good example of why you would want to use a small business for work like this. I had a good experience.

2022-01-18I called American Attic for a wall insulation task other contractors frustrated me several times.I was hearing noise from my neighbor as if there was no wall between us.They came and gave me an affordable quote. At the time we agreed, professionals arrived on time with everything needed and promptly filled inside the dry walls with blown-in cellulose.They are meticulous and careful with the work they do.They got the job done perfectly in half a day. Once the job is finished, they cleaned everything and left the house as if nothing changed.I recommend them sincerely

2022-02-07American Attic did a fine job of installing and blowing in fiberglass insulation into our attic. They also fixed older insulation in our house which had been installed incorrectly. They also put wire mesh across the vents to keep animals out. They did a fine job. All the crew was vaccinated and courteous. They kept the house clean and cleaned up after themselves outside.

2022-03-03Juan’s bid for basement ceiling insulation and rodent proofing came in 25% lower than 4 others. He and staff did work in professional and efficient manner. In addition they did extra work not spelled out in the estimate for no additional charge. American Attic promises satisfaction and so far they delivered. I recommend highly.Six months ago I wrote a 5-star review for Juan. Now I can report that all promises were kept and even more. 2022-01-11I had my attic cleaned due to mice a couple months ago and that company removed what we thought was everything including the previous insulation. American Attic came to install insulation and found that the previous company did not do what they had promised. AA was able to schedule me the same week at a VERY competitive price and completed the job on the weekend with 100% professionalism and communication. I would recommend them 100%
