We lived here for 6 years and finally out grew the space ( new baby) . I loved this complex. Everyone is super friendly and they clean the complex weekly with a cleaning/ maintenance person. Anytime we needed work done the maintenance guy was there quickly. Felicia the complex manager knows everyone by name and also was so nice and helpful . We will definitely miss this place.

This review is based on our experience during the showing of a unit at Alva Gardens. We were given a tour of the property by Felicia who went above and beyond our expectations as a manager. She was knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly seemed to have an excellent rapport with her community. She was involved, in a good way, and you can see that the tenants responded very well to her. She wanted us to be 100% confident in our ability to get the place before applying and went over all of the application requirements thoroughly. When living in an apartment complex you want it to feel like a community, feel like home, and I think Felicia does just that.

Hello hope this review can help you! well where to start, I currently live in Alva Gardens with my Fiancé and my Step Son, and I have a lot of good things to say about these apartment complex. first is I love how its a gated Community just on that it makes it 10x better for me reason is you need a click to enter and to get out witch makes me feel saver about my cars second is my neighbors we are such a small complex that you get to know everyone that lives around you witch in my personal opinion brings a bigger peace of mind knowing that id anyone for what ever reason tries to breaking to my apartment my neighbors got my back and either try to stop them or report them. and dont get me started on the manager. she is so on top of everything 24/7 that she keeps the complex always looking clean and on top shape. lets talk about the location in my personal opinion its on the perfect spot, right in the corner we have an Arco Gas station across its Jack in the Box and we have a mayor super market store less than a block away Carnaval market. a bonus you have to major banks BOA and Wells Fargo. we are so close to downtown 3rd ave that your uber wont be more than 10 dls and you can go and get lit in the brewers. also if you have a kid thats in high school Chula vista is located a block away from the complex. I mean what more can we ask for these are honestly the best apartment complex in all Chula Vista.well I hope my feed back help!

We lived there for about two years, absolutely no complaints. Kid friendly environment, quiet, clean and most important safe complex! Hated leaving but we needed a bigger place! Manager is the best! She takes time to get to know each and every resident, super friendly and reliable.

The service that the mananager of the place was the best helped us a lot and very friendly. Even very friendly place employees
