I had a really great experience with the Aliso viejo. I missed my appointment once but they were able to reschedule me for the next day as it was only a short appointment. The people in the office were so friendly and helpful, getting me up-to-date on all of their latest promotions and prices. The work they did was amazing, I cant believe how much better my smile looks
Found the on insta and did some research into them which all seemed great so I jumped in and booked. There was a long waiting list which annoyed me as I’m impatient but I heard great things about the clinic and the work they do so I paid my deposit and booked. I came all the way down from California but it was defo worth it. I had my teeth bonded with composite veneers and now I literally can’t stop smiling. The dentist was so nice and they gave me a free check-up also. I am so happy I went to Aliso viejo for this, because they really know what theyre doing!
Where do I start? I love this dental group for not only do they know what customer service and professionalism mean but also offering competitive pricing and competent services. Ive gone to dentists where crowns and root canals were off and I was there all day; however, this is not the case with Dr. Tafreshi and his efficient team. They are a very warm, service-driven, and family oriented, so Ive referred my other family members and friends over and will continue to.
I am so glad I did this! I had a couple of teeth that were chipped and one of them also had some decay under it. They didnt match my other teeth at all, so the decision to have them all bonded was an easy one. The Aliso viejo did a great job giving me a really nice but still natural smile which is exactly what I asked for and my dentist is really happy with the work they did
Came here and was told I would need 2 crowns. The procedures were all painless, the staff was super helpful and informative, and Dr. Tafreshis work was phenomenal! The crowns look like brand new teeth and blend in with my gums much better than the crowns Ive had from other dentists offices do. They were able to help me both with my appointments, as well as in an emergency situation when I accidently broke one of my temporary teeth, were able to get me in and out of the office almost immediately with a new temporary tooth until my crowns were ready. Highly recommended for all of your dental needs!
I had a great experience. Entire staff was very helpful. Dr. Tafreshi did a great job of doing a thorough examination of my oral condition and explaining what needs to be done. I got the cost breakdown of the recommended treatment, how much insurance pays and what’s my out of pocket cost etc. it’s up to you choose, no pressure at any point of time. Also, Dr. Tafreshi attends the calls sometimes when I call the office number, it was so helpful to talk to the doctor directly instead of back and forth emails or having another appointment to get my questions answered.
I am so happy with my new smile. It was a really tough decision to get the composite makeover, but Im so glad I did. Dr. Gillem was amazing and eased all my worries. He made sure I knew what to expect and didnt leave me wondering Is this normal? I felt like he was in the chair with me, guiding me through it
We just changed insurance and chose this office based off of Google reviews, we are so happy we did! A very friendly office staff, the dental office is clean, beautiful and comfortable and Dr. Tafreshi took a lot of time with us explaining all dental X-rays and work. Seriously one of the most friendly dental offices Ive ever been to. He never upsold any extra dental treatments (which we loved!) He even approved fluoride treatment for me upon request to help prevent future dental work :) He really seemed to look out for me and my familys best interest, including personally talking the time to recommend a child dentist for our daughter covered under our dental plan:) Highly recommended!
I will never go back to this dentist. Completely unprofessional staff. I had been taking my daughters here for 2 years, and while we didnt love the environment and how they spoke Persian to each other during the entire appt, I found out later that my kids felt they were rough and didnt care to ask how they were feeling during the xrays. Well I found out first hand when I decided to have a cleaning. The hygienist angrily cleaned my teeth and spoke in Persian, but decided to break out in English only to tell me my mouth was ROTTEN. Yes, rotten. Not sure what that really means but it was callous and insulting. Then today, after my 13 year old had been there 4 months ago her molar broke off due to decay and the new dentists said she had this cavity for a very long time. She actually had 2 cavities but one was so bad her molar broke in half. Talfreshis office is rude, negligent, and about the money. My daughter was there 4 months ago and these cavities should have been caught. I told the new office where we had been going and they nodded, had heard much bad feedback about this office. Dont go, worst dental experience of a life time. This is what theyre really good at; calling over and over to see if you need an appointment.

Excellent Dentist for cosmetic dental veneers to bonding in Aliso Viejo area. Dr. Tafreshi is clearly one with light touch. I almost fell asleep while he was fixing my front teeth . The Whole staff are also great at this dental office.

This is the best dentist I have ever had, the doctors here are kind and professional, and relieve a lot of the anxiety most people have about going to the dentist. I had about 15 fillings to get done after not going to the dentist for about 5 years, Dr. Tafreshi got them done within the span of 3 days. Educated, experienced and very well mannered. So far I have had a total of six dental implants completed and each case been nothing but great success. I have been going to Dr. Reza Tafreshi’s office for my dental work, and I must say I am so pleased!!! I had my first implant done by Dr. Reza and the experience was not what I expected (especially after hearing implant stories). Everything went so well and was pain free. I could not believe how easy it was. I love the staff and the atmosphere, the office is so clean and the dental treatment is very affordable. I highly recommend this office and doctor to all!!

If I could give this place zero star. I really would. This place has decent doctors but the RECEPTIONIST is absolutely awful. I Believe her name is AREZU!!! Not only she is rude but she is also forgetful. My family and I went there together. She has everyone’s information and phone number individually. She calls the wrong person each time to make a appointment for a different family member and on the day of the appointment she calls the right person to ask why we are not in the office. This has happened to us multiple times and I personally tell her each time and all she says Is have a good day and hang up without letting anyone finish talking. SHE DOES NOT ANSWER IF YOU CALL BACK. One time my mom was in the hospital because she had a heart attack and she called my mom saying where are you and my mom told her so. And she said how am I suppose to know you’re at the emergency room I am not a nurse. Instead of showing sympathy that’s what she said to her. She ruins the reputation of this place. I Have witnessed with my own eyes her being very disrespectful to a old guy because he was confused about paying. She has no sympathy for anyone!
I made my appointment with Dr.Tafreshi for the crown replacement . His personnel are so kind and professional. Dr. Reza did a great job and he delivered the best dental care. Also, his assistant Saeid did an exceptional job. I’m so happy with my experience in this office and I highly recommended to get your treatment here.
Highly recommended, from the front office to the techs and Dr. Tafreshi A+++Call the office in pain and high anxiety got in the next day, they worked with my MD to get me approved for treatment, Im a COPD patient working on a lung transplant, worked with me on a treatment plan to got me out of pain the next day and worked out a payment plan to get all my teeth taken care of over time. If you need a Dentist give them a call you wont be disappointed..

I had gum bleeding for long time . It was very disturbing and unpleasant. When I came to see Dr. Tafreshi for routine check up after I just registered with his office he noticed that and offered me the solution . I couldn’t believe when I saw the results after one week! No more bleeding and bad smell!Thank you Dr. Tafreshi ! I highly recommend this office!

Worst dental experience in my life. Going to the dentist is stressful enough and then I had to deal with this.- horrible bedside manner- Gods complex - cuts you off as youre trying to talk- annoyed demeanor when I asked him questions in regards to my treatment and payment plans- narrow minded because he wasnt willing to listen to someone elses idea for a treatment suggestion until I kept asking about it- rude and unprofessional to yell out from a room thats 2 feet away from the waiting area- lack of patience shown when I asked his receptionist about the treatment plan and she wasnt sure so she asked him and he yelled, I already told the patient that, knowingly Im still in his office.I WILL NOT REFER THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE I KNOW!

2021-11-17The Doctor was lovely and did a great job for me, my friend also came along for the same treatment and had Dr Maud who also did a cracking job. They are very passionate about their work and always take the time - the treatment takes 4-5 hours which feels a long time in the chair. The new composite veneers they fitted me with are unbelievable, they are so natural looking. I am so glad I found these lot, they really are the best!

2022-08-22Doctor and his staff is simply amazing, they listen to you well and suggest the best treatment for your dental health.They will never try to sell you aligners like Invisalign partners and always suggest what is best for you and if you really need an aligners.

2022-06-10An experienced dentist and kind staff in the border of Aliso Viejo and Laguna Hills . Highly recommend for crowns and dental implants . I had both procedures with same dentist ( Dr. Tafresihi ) and felt no pain . The day of the surgery was tense but coming to him made all the difference. He knows how to handle phobic patients and I am certainly one 😊. Five star to his dental assistant and the lovely kind receptionist 🌹

2022-03-26I was referred to Dr. Tafreshi by another dentist ( Dr.Zack ) for some cosmetic work on my front upper teeth . It took me just few days to secure an working appointment when Dr. Reza barely shaved the front of my uppper six teeth followed by a mold . I did not have to get a temporary since the shaving was so little I could not even see . Eight days later and the thin transparent veneers were glued to my teeth . It just looks so much better . Thanks to Aliso Viejo family dentistry for a great job . My wife is doing the exact same procedure next week 👌

2021-11-29I had a great experience with Aliso viejo and their team. I made an appointment and then needed to reschedule, which was no problem at all. When I came in for my appointment, the staff was so friendly and helpful, and they really took their time to make sure that I felt comfortable during the process. The results of my smile makeover are pretty amazing but I will say prepare yourself as it’s a long appointment, but the dentist was super sweet and gave me a 15 minute break in the middle to stretch and chill out a bit.

I never thought that my teeth could look this good again. The staff at Aliso viejo is super friendly and professional. 2021-11-18Just to say a big thank you for all the amazing work you have done! I got my new composite veneers and they look perfect!!! I am so happy with them and cannot stop looking at myself in the mirror. My teeth are now prettier than ever, they are also less sensitive too. I love showing off my new smile and all the compliments I get from them. Geraldine and Toha sorted out some timing issues I had in the beginning and I’m grateful for their assistance.

2021-12-05Ive been going to dentists all my life as I’ve had lots of dental problems as a child, and I still don’t really like the dentist. I really didn’t like the way my teeth looked. They have an amazing staff that puts up with my fussy personality. They have been following my teeth for a few months now as I had to rebuild every single tooth that was worn from years of grinding, and the result from the bonding is really good. I recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Reza Tafreshi and his knowledgeable and friendly staff were professional, gentle and able to ease my anxiety!
