Wi fi is limited. So I cant stream movies or do much of anything. I wanted to use the pool but it was locked up. They said on there website they had a spa but when I moved in they told me they got rid of it because it was too much maintenance. And they wont let me have my 2 dogs because they said they have too many here already. They do have nice bathrooms though. And they have cable TV and concrete pads and gravel at the site. Which is much better than stepping out of the RV onto dirt. Thats why I gave 2 stars. If it wasnt for that, I would have gave 1 star.
Had everything we needed and more! Everything was very clean, well kept, and easy to use and the park itself was nice and quiet. But what made this a standout for us was the staff! We were first-time RV renters, and the guy who passed the RV off to us explained absolutely nothing to us. So upon arrival, we were feeling pretty helpless. The gentleman manning the office gave us some helpful tips, and then he sent Gene to really save the day. Gene spent about 30-45 minutes with us and showed us how to use the water hookup, how to dump our grey/black water tanks, gave us tips about propane vs electric use, walked us through using the leveling system, and more. We left feeling like we could actually make this a successful RV trip. We are extremely grateful we stumbled upon Adelanto and are very grateful to the staff for helping us newbies! Would definitely stay here again!
Terrific overnight spot. The campground is easy to find, wide enough for us to navigate our 45 foot RV in, and off the road so it is quiet. Sites are covered in large pebbles and level. There is a clean pool and nice bathrooms. The management is visible and is constantly checking in on the sites. There are a few full-timers in this park, but they are incredible friendly and keep their spaces well maintained. We have stayed here before and this park still does not dissapoint.
I dont know a ton about RVing since my folks own the RV. However, this place had 30 and 50 amp hookups, water, sewer and cable all at the site. Lots of clearly fulltimers, but they had a spot for us for just a night. Sites werent pull through, but were super wide so easy backing in. Also looked like there were some amenities that might be nice in non-covid times, but we didnt sample any obviously. Manager was nice on the phone, though the reservation system was a little stressful without a confirmation email or anything. Still, hell of a deal at $35 though, and at that price this is definitely 5 stars.
Called and reserved a spot 3 weeks ago. Called today to confirm for this coming weekend and was told I had lost my spot because I didn’t call and confirm earlier. The first person I spoke with was very accommodating and said they where near capacity, but they always figured out a way to make it work.(She said that they had some temporary/overflow sites if needed. Today the fella simply said sorry, we are full.)
Simple, small, clean RV Park with gravel pads both back in and about 10 pull thrus. Had a very nice overnight stay on New Years Eve. Washrooms clean as was laundry area. Victor the manager super friendly. Nothing fancy but great as a layover while heading south. Full hookups.
I pulled in and the management staff was ready. Paperwork was quick and they had someone to help me park. The lot was gravel and I had no stability pads, no problem. They supplied me with suitable material. Very friendly and lots of genuine humor. I have a projected long term commitment in the area and for my first day here I have to say, I think I am going to like it here.
This is a nice quiet RV Park. This Park happens to be in one of the worst cities in the High Desert, Adelanto. Whats funny is, it seems to be in a protective bubble, because nothing ever happens there. Management is cool, and the maintenance man is a very funny and friendly dude. The prices are affordable and the park is kept pretty well. The playground leaves something to be desired, but Im sure theyll get to that at some point. The pool is always clean, and there are two gazebos with grills, fire pits, and Butt Buckets for your cigarettes. The bathrooms are always clean and the showers always working great. They have a rec room with a pool table just incase you get really bored. Dont come here expecting 5 star amenities. This is a small, quiet, and almost rustic place.
Gravel parking spaces. We got in late and there was no paperwork for us though we had been told the site #. Someone had parked in our access lane but the maintenance man flagged us down and helped us pull in to another site. Daily rate w/Good Sam very reasonable. Was admonished to NOT drink the water.
Nothing but great things to say! Kind of dont want to give this out of the way gem away!Nothing but amazing staff and a beautiful place! We love Adelanto RV Park!Updated Review:Adelanto RV ParkAdelanto, CaliforniaOff Highway 395 and Air ExpresswayWe stayed for a week and completely fell in love so we have put in an application for a monthly spot and are 2nd on the waiting list so hoping it wont be too long of a wait...Okay so as far as amenities:-$33 a night without aaa or good sam-$30 a night with the discount-$420 a month plus electricity on a monthly stayWe love their prices!-we had a beautiful, big, clean, semi-level gravel pull thru spot-A FHU park, if your full time you pay rent plus electricity-beautiful and clean pool-laundry onsite with all working washer/dryers and a big utility sink as well, about 6 of each which is great!$1.50 wash, $1.00 dry not bad at all.-dog run area and this place is very strict, if you get caught not cleaning up after your dog, its grounds for immediate eviction.-beautiful, clean, good smelling bathrooms and showers with hot water and good pressure.Even though they are public bathrooms. You have to have the code to the door to use them. Makes you feel a little safer.-great owners and staff and all live onsite-cute little store in the office and they offer a free cup of coffee in the morning! :)-2 gazebo areas with built in misters, so nice in the hot desert!-tiny, old fashioned playground, just swings and a metal jungle gym, kinda sad and too dangerous for my toddler-and about a 10 minute drive to town for shopping and food and about 20 minutes to the I-15 freeway. And of course you cant beat a desert sunset! I took that photo from outside our door last night...Overall, we love this place and hope to.call it home! :)
Older park. Nice staff. Pull throughs are good sized. Some permanent residents by not a problem. Quiet at night and away from Hwy 395. Good cable, water, sewer and electric. Bathroom and showers very clean but somewhat dated. Good rates. Close to shopping and fuel. Propane on site. We stayed here a motorhome for 3 nights.
I lived here for a year and it was fine however, upon leaving, the park overcharged the last month. they claim illegal provisions in the lease agreement. the lease states no refunds are given (even if a tenant leaves early and the spot is immediately leased to another) however this is a direct violation of CA civil code 1946. they also refused to provide a copy of my lease when asked. this is also a violation. and they refused to provide contact information for the property owner to make a dispute. they dont care about the law and if you ever have an issue you will have to take them to court. I am reporting these violations to the county.
I think Adelanto Rv park is a real nice place . everyone there are so respectfull every one says hi good morning the park is so clean a I been to alot of RV parks me & my lady love staying there all the staff so nice any problem they help you with it thanks Adelanto RV Park.Ruben and Jamie Hernandez

2022-01-03The place is very afordable, one of the cleanest bathrooms from all the rv parks Ive visited. Laundry facility is clean, with plenty of washers and dryers and a nice folding table. The staff is without a doubt its best feature; friendly, helpful and professional.

2022-06-02We stayed here 1 night on our way to San Francisco for my next work assignment. Very clean and quiet park. All of the employees that we encountered were incredibly helpful and kind. We have a 39’ TT and had no trouble with the pull-through spot we were at. Close to gas stations, shopping and restaurants. Very friendly neighbors too, would return if back in the area!

2021-03-24Great people. Pull through sites have a different arrangement but are large sites and work out fine. Low water pressure. Level site. Great looking pool. Did not use bathroom or laundry.

2021-11-30This was a really accommodating little RV park. We had a breakdown just a few miles from here and the owners were really understanding. The facilities were clean and the space had ample room and perfectly lever side to side. Everyone there was extremely friendly.

2022-01-12Adelanto RV was a stop over for us between Vegas and San Diego, and it worked out perfectly. It was barely out of the way, easy to access, offered large pull-through level sites, and was within 5 minutes of town amenities (gas, etc). I made our reservation in advance, called 2 days before to confirm (they recommended this), and check-in was easy before being led to our site by a helpful camp host. We were told the Wifi was useless, so we didn’t try it, but Verizon worked well without a booster. The park doesn’t offer much room for walking a dog, but the neighboring open fields worked well enough (some trash here and there and kept an eye out for glass). They also offer a number of amenities that we didn’t make use of including a bath house, swimming pool, and laundry. This is a pretty typical commercial CG (FHU, enough room but not much for privacy), but it’s also well kept and quiet. We would recommend Adelanto and stay here again.
