Room was dirty. Returned room in better shape than we left it. I asked if I could extend Checkout from 10:30 until 12 and we were told yes. We left exactly at 12 and e wry thing was in order. Rude lady at the front who had given us permission would not even address the fact that I told her you authorized the extended checkout. She just said No no no. Low class cheap people. The type who have no morals when it comes to money.

The front desk is so rude. The lady running the place doesn’t discuss anything. She seems to have no manners and no social skills. If you even inquire about something she takes it as a challenge. The rest of them are also rude and lack any hospitality skills. They have a motel but they run it like a dog babysitter— ya the guests aren’t considered human.

Rooms are clean, beds are big with clean sheets, lots of bath towels, room has a microwave, small fridge, and nice flat screen tv with direct tv. Definitely a better motel than some of the other motels on East Colorado Blvd

I have to say this is one of my favorite motels, and I have been living in Hotels and Motels for a large chunk of my Adult life.It is always clean never had a problem with that,It is also very small with just 12-14 rooms, another reason I really like this place

The lady that runs this place is AWESOME!! SHE DONT TRIP ON ME. SHE IS ALWAYS RESPECTFUL. MOST IMPORTANTLY SHE DONT WATCH ME LIKE A HAWK.

After sleeping here the next day I woke up with my left eye not being able to open and when I called the room to tell them they answered the phone and didn’t even talk.FILTHY! DISGUSTING! DIRTY! Don’t go here unless you want to end up in the EMERGENCY ROOM like how I did

Obviously things have improved considerably since the previous reviewers stay here. One thing that perplexes me about that really negative review is that this strip of East Colorado Blvd. has a lot of motels: Days Inn, Comfort Inn, Ramada, and quite a fewothers that are directly across the street and right next door, and look a lot more inviting than the Ace Motel. I chose the Ace Motel BECAUSE I wanted a cheap dive. In actuality I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and amenities provided. And the price is as cheap as you will find anywhere thats not on the far side of the moon: $45/night $250/week. The motel provides free WIFI, HBO, limited porn (OMG!). The room is comfortably attired with dresser, breakfast table and chairs, wall mounted TV, bed side tables, frig, microwave, clothes rack, newly tiled and impressively spacious bathroom, really hot water that could stop the plague (this is a feature sometimes sorely lacking in hotels/motels that are twice the price). And, importantly, a well-functioning air conditioner that certainly gets put to the test during summer months (and passes!), and isnt pasted with crud dating back to 1973. Okay, the owners do need to work a bit on their greeting skills. I suspect that strangers in traditional south Asian cultures are more reserve toward one another than we are in North America. But thereafter my encounters with the husband and wife team were quite cordial and accommodating. I was even asked if everything was fine the third day of my week stay. Now there were some comings and goings late at night, some loud bickering and trash talking coming from the unit next to me. But come on folks, the price! The main point I want to get across is that this motel is NOT some sorry, run-down, roach-infested wrong turn off the 210. Its really quite alright for what you are paying.

Its a gd hotel but they get mad for a lot of things, even if your friends come over so thats the only thing I dont like about it only...
