My battery died and the person they sent to help was not helpful at all he said he ran out of my type of batteries and was going to answer another call before he could tend to mine he advised me to jump start the car and hold my brake and hit the gas so the car would not stall I had to call again for a tow cuz the car battery was completely drained and would not stay on very unsatisfied.
These folks are schooled in how to exhibit human kindness and being polite to customers and are a JOY to work with.... And they are excellent at what they do. It was like getting a positive booster shot this morning, well, except that they couldnt take my credit card payment & I had to go home & return with cash.
Abit offsetting in the fact that debit cards are not accepted, not sure ever or just at this period of time due to sanitation purposes, especially when the chip can be used to complete transaction.Otherwise, considerably welcoming, clean, efficient service for both AAA & DMV services. Calming customer care and comprehensive services.
My sister-in-law rest in peace Doris Banks has been a member for so many years with AAA and her my husband her brother David Banks is still a member with AAA and always will be they are very good company very good employees we went there today to go get our tags done actually to get her tags for our vehicle it was fast no line no wait and we got the same lady that we had got last week Im going to call her hello Kitty because she loves hello Kitty just like me now if anybody needs car insurance or any kind of travel and other service that they have go to AAA theyre very good
My name is Kaplan, I called in and they were very knowledgeable and professionals the customer service person. The issue I had is I was text that my service was dispatched and the next text I got was the driver was at my location and I was with my truck and no one was there. I wish I would have got a text that said the driver was on his way every 5-10 minutes to assess how long it took him to get there. I had to cancel. I had to call on different roadside assistance company and within 15-20 minutes they were there. I wish you would have vetted the tow company you use better. That was horrible customer service on the towing company. And they represent you guys. Again they never came, also this happened in downtown riverside.
This location takes pride in their customer service. Ive only had one unpleasant experience years ago. With an insurance rep. Perhaps he was having a bad day. So I let it go. The positive experiences Ive had with their insurance representatives outweighs the negative.
My brother passed away and I needed to get his cars changed into my name. Nobody there knew what they were doing and I literally made 6 different trips there (for the same thing ) because each person i saw kept telling me I needed different paperwork filled out and signed. My other brother was the executor of my brothers estate so I had to keep going back to him to fill and sign more paperwork. One gal was so rude to me and gave me additional wrong information that I never needed to have. The only one who knew what she was doing was Lisa B. She overheard me at the window next to her and happily helped to settle my problem. She even stayed past her scheduled time to help me.Also last year we signed up for auto insurance and the guy never processed our policy and we didnt know we didnt have car insurance for a month. When we called them to inquire why our bill went up 200 dollars, they said he mis quoted us.
I have been with AAA for at least 20 years, they are always fast and friendly. I went there today to register my vehicle it literally took me less than 10 minutes from the time I pulled up in the parking lot until I got back in my vehicle, anytime I need them with help when I am broke down on the side of the road they come within 30 minutes, if you do not have AAA you don’t know what you’re missing, it is well worth the price for their service
My first time ever going in to this place,it was an absolutely great experience,tha agent that assisted me went out her way not only for me but for my parents as well. cant forget the receptionist didnt catch her name,didnt need to her willingness to help & point me in tha rite direction.plus her gorgeous smile!.....thank you Jessica(agent)Thank you gorgeous smile Rec/Rep.BeepBeep!
Went in to transfer registration for selling my car and the lady that helped me was very helpful. They limit the people that go into the building due to Covid social distancing. The line outside went fast though, thats why Im glad Im a AAA member. Saved me a trip from going to the dmv.
Although I did not get my issue resolved, the customer service that I received was top notch. DMV gave me incorrect information but the AAA customer service individual I dpoke to corrected the informstion, told me things I did not know, asked me to return when the time is right, and did it all with a smile and a demeaner that made me feel like she genuinely wanted to help. She made me feel at ease and worth the trip. KUDOS AAA, for being above and beyond.
I received a call from a lady called Jessica and she was very rude. Instead of her helping me to understand why she wanted to cancel my policy she seemed annoyed when I asked her to explain. She was not helpful at all. I had to ask for the manager in order for him to explain and resolve the issue.
Ive been a member of AAA since the day I got my drivers license. I paid the bill every year and never really think much about it. Some years, I need those towing services badly, and thats what I pay for. But then there are times, like today, when I am reminded of the added value that AAA provides. I needed to pay the registration on my car. But the thought of going to the DMV made me feel physically ill. So I showed up at AAA right as they opened. I did have to wait in line, but with an 18 minutes I was back in my car and heading for home with my registration completed and tags in hand. Everybody was so friendly and so welcoming and made my morning amazing. What I pay for my AAA membership is absolutely worth it for customer service like I received today. I am beyond impressed.
I wish I could give 0 star .. I am at AAA INSURENCE main office at central Ave. I came here to get transfer my car . Went in the line went inside .. they asked for smog . I went got done my Smog , came back again in the line . When I went inside they asked me to have cash or CC . I had my Debit card . Had to go back to bank to get cash. When I went inside , they asked me to go back in the line. 3TIMES WENT IN THE LINE. Lady name EMILY was very rude , I asked for a manager . A lady TRUDIE STRONG (branch supervisor) was not help full at all and asked me to go back in the line . Bad customer service . I am been AAA since 20 years . WORST experience. I canceled my INSURENCE . Will never recommend anyone.I just called WAWANESSA and have new insurance.
I agree with the previous reviewer. AAA driving school use their reputation to deceive customers. We paid a lot for 10 hours of driving instruction, but its very hard to contact them, very hard to arrange times with them (why dont they hire more instructors for the money we spend?), and there is no way to receive reminders over the phone or by text. They are really disorganized and we have asked for our money back, since we registered in October and so far only 4 lessons have been scheduled. Their answer? If we dont have the time, its ok for your son to take the test after just 5 hours, and finish the other 5 after the test! Wow!
Sharie at the front door was very kind and patient, especially with me and my unlimited wealth of ignorance. Tiffani was also just as great and very helpful with helping me sort out all my auto issues. If youre not a member of AAA I highly recommend it. If the rest of their employees are even just a fraction of these two wonderful ladies professionalism, you cant go wrong. Thanks so much for everything. -Kyle-
Went in to transfer ownership of a vehicle. Wait was about 10 minutes which is way better than going to the DMV. Wish I could do all my DMV business there. For the most part, I have been able to do everything there except to do a walk-in renewal of my license. Recently called AAA for a flat tire on the road. It took about 45 minutes for a response and I had already changed my tire, but had to wait an extra 15 minutes for them to arrive since my spare was low on air. 🤷♀️ The driver was professional, friendly and efficient. I love having my membership! 18 years strong.
Best thing I have done is joined up with AAA...I should of done this when I was younger...parents I suggest u have ur kids enrolled with AAA. Or just let them suffer at the DMV lol. But these people are great...I also recently acquired car insurance for 3 of my vehicles. My rate was low nd thanks to Quin at the riverside office she returns all my calls nd does a great job helping me out.
I have been going to this location for years. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful with all my insurance needs. They have great rates, and always the best rates on motorcycle insurance. Its also very helpful they have a DMV area inside that can handle a lot of the stuff, but not all. That is way quicker and easier than going to the real dmv.My only complaint is sometimes this place gets really busy and the wait gets a bit long.
Always had good service. Planing trips, taking care of DMV services. Love the maps and information they provide to their members. I give memberships to my kids for Christmas, and its been very handy using the roadside assistance. And yes you cant beat being able to layout a map and plan trips. Google maps is a must be maps can be used everywhere dont have to worry about WiFi, battery life. Love this place!
Very very helpful! Helped with DMV title transfer and registration a couple of times and saved a bunch of time. Still expect to be there a little while due to lines, but not as long as the DMV, they can fill up and each time Ive gone in the place was packed. Friendly staff that were very helpful.
Great place for planning a trip back east during the summer. Marsha was our travel agent and helped us plan the trip. She got us the best discounts on both the rental car and hotel stays for us. This AAA has been in the same location for many years, yet the inside has almost totally changed. Remember the COVID-19 changes related to this AAA.
I came into the riverside branch today (03/12/19) between 1-2pm and received the absolute worst customer service. I always love coming to this branch because everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I came in to get my new tags after getting a smog star done. It was a year overdue because of an expensive cat converter job that needed to be done. I check in at the front desk as usual and the agent there was very kind. She then told me to proceed to the DMV line. A lady with red hair at the further desk called me over. (Unfortunately I did not get her name but she had long red hair and was heavyset). I explained to her what needed to be done and she blatantly spoke down to me and gave me attitude. She says “so you just let this sit around for a year?” very condescendingly as if I need to be scolded by a complete stranger who should be keeping to their job. (With a dirty look on her face might I add) I calmly explained that I had work done on my car that was costly and held this process off (not that I owe her an explanation in the first place) she continued to audibly sigh and look aggravated and proceeded to tell me in the same nasty tone that this line was for “on time renewals and I don’t even know how to deal with all of these late fees so I’m going to put you in a queue and you can sit and wait to be called” I’d like to mention that despite my issue with my cat converter that my registration for said year was paid off so I ended up leaving without paying any late fees. I sat down and was called to a different line by a much nicer agent who in no way made me feel unwelcome. She was a woman in a tan coat with long dark hair. She asked if I was changing my address and I explained why the other lady had sent me over and she looked confused as if that’s something she should not have done. I then explained to her that this lady was very rude to me and even pointed her out. I paid for my tags and the interaction was done in less than 5 minutes. The exceptional kindness of the second agent was night and day compared to how rude the other lady had been to me. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and unappreciated. Her blatant disrespect and complete lack of any sense of customer service ruined my mood and entire day. I still stand by AAA and will continue to come to this office, the one star review is completely because of that woman and her negligence.
I just called for a quote I had a 1996 truck and a 2010 Nissan maxima. The man asked for my address and pulled up some other person, not me, and then when I gave him my new address he said he pulled up my name. I dont know how being I just moved and my drivers license is still at my old address. Which i did not give him!He gave me a ridiculous quote for just liability insurance and after I said forget it, I realized he never even asked me for my drivers license number at all. So how he could pull up my driving record was beyond me!Not to mention he was snippy and rude.My parents had triple A and never did they ever have a problem.And.. This man never explained any benefits or offered me the option to get full coverage which I would of done if he would of just been a better salesman and not rude!I currently have insurance, not the best but, they were super nice. And I was quoted as having a good drivers rating so as far as the quote and quality of service I got.... NO THANK YOU!TRIPLE A,... YOUR COMMERCIALS ARE WRONG YOU DO NOT HAVE WHAT YOU OFFER... AND YOUR EMPLOYEE WHO HANDLED MY QUOTE TOTALLY LOST MY SALE....
Nothing against the instructors, they all have nice personalities, but this school is not for those who dont have someone to help them practice at home all the time. Time between lessons is spaced too far apart, and if you are not able to practice at home, you forget what youve learned by the next time you have a class. Teaches you well enough and instructors are patient, but I personally feel its hard to learn anything efficiently with a two week space between lessons. Would recommend for those who live in a neighborhood and have parents and/or other adults that are able to take them out often, would not recommend for those whose parents work often and dont have anyone else home to teach them. I thought the point of driving school was to teach you what and when your parents cant, but it just feels like this school is the exception to the rule.
Great location, good parking. My dmv issue handled quickly.However they get two stars today because young lady at check in counter at 3pm today was nice to me. The next client she was rude and unprofessional too.The elderly getelman asking about information and maps. Im sure he was used to the old AAA, the young lady said everything we have is on that rack and cost money. The gentleman was a bit startled so he asked again. The young lady repeated word for word and pointed where the information.I really wish she would have shown some respect and professionalism and been more helpful.
Very sad that one cannot speak tp anyone. Simple question! The IVR says it is because of Covid. Sad because most if not all businesses have staff working remotely from home. It seems so simple if they had reps available to answer questions especially when one has a membership! Yikes! Not good!
Our claims worker, Jocelyn, was the most rude person I have ever had he displeasure of dealing with in the insurance field. My husband and I were rear-ended at a stoplight and we went through the offenders insurance, AAA. Jocelyn was beyond difficult to get a hold of, not only for us but also for the body shop and the claim adjusters office! She took as long as 5 days to get back to us at one point! We spoke with her supervisor on multiple occasions who never apologized for Jocelyns behavior and would say nothing more than she has been spoken to. We requested Vanessa (the supervisor) take care of things because Jocelyn had proven herself extremely unreliable and rude. Vanessa refused to do anything else on the matter. This forced what should have been a car problem solved in a matter of a few weeks to taking 2 months! Vanessa didnt even understand what uninsured/under-insured motorist coverage actually covered. You can literally Google it and be given a very comprehensive explanation but she tried to tell us that it was unrelated to our problem and not what we thought it was. I also confirmed what it was with our insurance, Progressive, and they said we were correct in what we thought it was. If an insurance supervisor doesnt even know what a very simple form of coverage is then you know there is a problem.Back to Jocelyn- She was extremely interruptive and, when I asked her to stop interrupting me, she said Its because youre not listening!. I then asked to be transferred to her supervisor and I was put on hold for 30 minutes. I put that in quotation marks because I dont believe I was even being transferred. I hung up, called the supervisors number, and instantly connected with her. This happened multiple times!At any rate, if you can avoid working with either of these people then I recommend it. If it cant be helped then I hope this has better warned you of how youll have to hound them.
Do not pay to them if you want make a private plate number to this place, because you dont have nothing,I suggest go to DMV near with you, if not you can upset,stress more you stress with C19. After 5 years joined as membership, maybe I can things again for keep working with triple A, I hope I can found another towing and more good with the service,1-2 years good, after this I got BAD!
Update I down graded them from three stars to one. This place had me running around town with no insurance on one of my vehicles DMV sent me a courtesy notice letter threatening to revoke my registration shopping for new insurance. I am glad I didnt wreck can you imagine being out $16,000 (yes car is paid off) plus the damage of the other property if I was at fault how does this happen. The said they tried one time to call no message was left.Pay a lot not real great when need them in claims lots questions and almost a month later still not done all waiting on AAA.
I had the worst experience at AAA Riverside. The idiot agent wrote up a policy with high limits & extremely high premium - $619 a year! I have no tickets, accidents & hardly drive my car! When I called and asked why such high limits, she told me I needed the higher coverage because I own a big house! I dont own the house I live in! So I canceled the policy and asked for a refund. Its been 7 days and still no refund!!! Ive talked to 2 different managers in the office and they were so rude and of NO help. I guess Ill have to sue them! Do yourself a favor & forget AAA. Its NOT the great, friendly, helpful place it used to be.
We have been members for nearly 20 yrs now and always had great experience at the Riverside office! A stand out employee is Donna whom I worked with today adding our new car to our policy, extremely polite, professional and patient! Huge Thanks Donna! AAA is the best and the Riverside Office the best location! ;)
AAA Premier membership is a necessity to me and I have the whole family covered. I dont like the idea of having car trouble and being stuck somewhere. With Premier I can get the vehicles towed home where I can deal with them. Also I dont have to worry about anyone else in my family needing a flat changed, battery jumped, or locked car opened. Good for some DMV services and Notary also.
I almost always do my business here. Its busy but not crazy like the DMV . You can pay for your car registration here, get car insurance, book a vacation, cruise, a car rental. This is a one stop place. Easy in easy out. Also enough parking. Stop by & check it out. It FREE.
Been a member for approximately 20 years, this probably the worst service ever. Arrived at 10:34 am waited close to an hour just to get one document Notorized. I had enough left to more reliable Notory service i rather pay the $15.00 rather then wait and waste my time at AAA , behold i went to the other Notory pay the $15.00 dollars en less then 10 minutes in and out.
Why is it so diffict to get a hold of agents? The other partys insurance was way more communicative and responsive than my own insurance, and even they told me thy couldnt reach my agent. They also failed to give me propper instructions as to where to take my car to be fixed, resulting in having to go to the shop mutliple times and me having to pay out of pocket things that should have been covered.

Very unprofessional and lies as well on Jan 20 told me that he had submitted an offer to my attorneys office well it was a lie and he has been given us the run around for weeks how long does a adjuster suppose to take to give you your check and send you on your way Im very dissatisfied and disappointed AAA is suppose to be all about customer service and if they say something then it should be true. So anyone whos thinking about joining this auto club think about this twice and go to a agent who isnt going to lie
Three clerks at the DMV windows. Only one taking customers. Other two are talking and doing their own thing. One just got back from lunch @1:38. There are currently 13 people waiting. These people seem to be in no hurry to do their job. I have been waiting 52 minutes and their are still 5 people ahead of me.
Ordered membership over three weeks ago and still havent gotten anything in the mail. And good luck calling because they never answer. Typical for any big company, take your money and ignore you with bad customer service. Glad to know AAA hasnt changed in over 10 years.
I am a member of AAA and today I came in to see if I could get some help with some DMV items. I immediately recognized that the chubby girl at the front desk was rude and short with people and she was the same way with me I kind of didnt think too much of it until I came home and thought thats pretty messed up thats not a good way to treat a member so to be honest it just makes me think that the rest of the employees are the same way so if I were you I would go to Redlands instead cuz it seems like Riverside doesnt even want to help you.
Sales agent gave me false information and never paid my dues when I put a deposit down. I forwarded our email correspondence to her boss which show she lied and he said he was no longer her supervisor and gave me a different name to contact. Thats just bad buisness. My roadside assitance was canceled and it was a nightmare to reinstate, it took 14 total contacts to right the wrong and they treated me like I wasnt important. I will be switching back to my previous insurance because this office gives AAA a bad rep.
This guys make supper difficult dmv transactions, I try to put under my name a new car I just bought, the aaa lady teller ask me for more papers than I really need it an extra signatures to finish the transfer , same day I go head to the dmv after she says I need more signatures... take me less than 30 minutes to solved and they told the extra paper and signatures this lady ask me for, really doest need it, horrible service and wasted time in this office please if you have to pay your regular renews I think its ok but for transfers they are totally dummies....
Horrible staff and service!! Dont get this insurance company theyre scam artists!! We had insurance with them a year ago then we cancelled our insurance when we got a new car. Our insurance policy was up with triple aaa but we still called them to ensure that they canceled our policy because we got insurance thru a new carrier. The girl we spoke to assured us that our policy was terminated and we would no longer be charged. Then a few months later we realized triple aaa was still charging us even after we cancelled! So we called them and they tried to say we never canceled even though there was a phone record of our call. Why would we be paying for 2 different insurance companies? That doesnt even make sense. Their staff is inept and incapable of doing their job. They refuse to refund our money. Dont get this insurance they will scam you out of your money and keep charging you even after you terminate your policy!!!!!!!
On January 26 I needed auto roadside assistance during rush hour. I did not have my AAA Card so I called the Riverside office for assistance. They located my membership number and forwarded the call to roadside assistance. The AAA roadside assistance operator collected some information and told me that she would call me back. After 5 min the AAA operator called me back and informed me that the Tow Truck would be there within 30 min. I received another call from the AAA operator after waiting about 10 min and she said that the original Tow Truck could not make it within the set time frame, therefore she would be sending another Tow Truck that will make the initial time set. Within 30 min my care was towed and I was on my way. I received another call from AAA in which they wanted me to give them an evaluation of services received and of the Tow Truck driver. This is services at its finest, I am totally satisfied and will never give anyone but AAA my business for roadside assistance.
Hidden fees .mandatory membership. Constantly flooding email and postal mail with upgrades and ads.Plus constant fluctuations in monthly payment . Finally your case is,had led by so many individuals that you find yourself repeating it over and over. Why dont they read the dam file before they call.
AAA is way different now then before. You get a max 4 calls a year and then u r on your own. I like the old AAA better...had a faulty battery needed 3 jumps. .got a flat and needed a tow such a joke, sorry that will be $100 for a 10 mile tow...received AAA as a gift wont b re subsribing...will pay our tags here this year and cancel, they arent here to help like they used to be
Dawn Johnson booked our first trip to Cancun. She seemed to have issues, after complaining to her manager, she completed and booked our vacation.I thought I would give her a second chance and ask her book a vacation to Australia. She did not return my call and when she did answer her phone she asked, if I would wait till Monday. On Tuesday she said she was sorry and she could not book our trip. She said, she was overwhelmed. She said to go to the airline site and book our own flights. :)
AAA is is the worst insurance company if you want your money to be stolen just by AAA policy they are refusing to pay my deductible under insured hit my car totaled my car he was on his cell phone Bryan in the office in Riverside and Sandra LOGSTON very rude very shrewd I did not know Bryan owns AAA is I would not recommend them there Buncha and ethical and moral and thief working in Riverside California as a AAA owners more to come
Very bad experience in this office. They got both my auto and renters insurance wrong and I had to come back to the office a couple of times to fix them. Do NOT recommend this place to get your insurance. It seems that their employees are not properly trained to qualify their jobs.
Consumer warning TRIPLE A does not do a preliminary check to see if they can really insure you.. Theyll take your money then after checking your property if it doesnt pass the underwriter they will send u a notice about 2 weeks later stating they cannot insure you ..After the fact you have cancelled the insurance you had before you switched to triple A .
When I got into a accident getting damage to my rear bumper they sent me to one of their body shops and they lowballed me to help the insurance company and said the damage was $30 under the deductible because they didnt want to help me and I was paying for full coverage but they said a rental wasnt included but they never told me this until I got into the accident I found out later that there was more damage under the bumper which ended up being way more than the deductible when I took it to a body shop on my own and now AAA is giving me the run around and avoiding fixing my car with all kinds of excuses.

2022-05-18We waited over two hours for a tow truck. When a AAA service vehicle arrived, it was not a tow truck, and thats all we needed. He came out and tested my battery and my alternator because those seemed to be the problem together. My alternator was missing the belt when he checked it(I didnt know that at the time), so he lied about being able to see the output because there is no way he could check it without the belt that fell off while driving. He also couldnt accurately check the battery without being able to check the alternator. He said I needed to replace both my alternator and my battery, which would cost over $1,000. When he called for the tow truck and left, we had to wait for the tow truck to arrive, having to wait again. When the tow truck arrived, we had him tow it to the place I wanted to go. When the shop opened the next day, they looked at my car and said that AAA lied about being able to check the alternator because I didnt know that I didnt have my belt off at that time. They said that it is impossible to check it without the belt. All I needed was a new belt and a new battery. I did not need an alternator like the technician from AAA said. Im very unhappy with my service with having to wait over 2 hours for assistance and being lied to about having my car checked. When I called AAA for assistance, they said the technician would arrive 35 minutes after that call ended. That was obviously not the case. I didnt need someone to come out and tell me that my car is undrivable because I quickly found that out myself. The service that the technician provided was overall useless and a waste of time. He also called us when he was supposedly 15 minutes away, but didnt end up showing until 35 minutes after. Terrible service. Wouldnt not recommend.

2022-05-31Wow, so far about 30 minutes have past and I have been completely ignored. Apparently I checked in around 345ish and was told to have a seat. So I did, but about 6 others have came checked in and were assisted already, after me. I guess Ill just post my review and be on my way. All I needed was to add my spouse to my membership since I couldnt do it online. Thanks AAA Riverside

2022-02-25Triple AAA insurance is the worst insurance. I have two day trying to town my car from LA to Riverside. Triple AAA is not doing nothing they just said we are looking for someone. that it. They rude, they hang the phone also the towing truck drivers.

2022-02-16I love triple AAAthe real best insurance in CALIFORNIA NOT WAWANESA it should be called Womp WOOP WOOP OR WAWA WAWA NESA. Today I called AAAand called customer service and a young lady called Addy heled me she kind and very knowledgeable if you want to change insurance use TRIPLE AAA absolutely the best insurance, travel agency and DMV services available as far as Im concerned.
