I called AAA for roadside assistance around 11:08 AM today. The customer service representative was extremely friendly, professional, and responsive. She told me that the contractor would arrive around 12:10 PM today. But the contractor whom came to help me unlock my car arrived in the parking lot around 11:31 AM. He only took a minute to unlock my car. He is also very professional, friendly, efficient, and responsive! I always really like AAAs service, because the staffs are very well trained. I never have problems communicating with them even when my English has some accents. The staffs at AAA dont bring their attitudes from private lives to the work environment. The staffs treat all customers with different cultural and racial backgrounds equally. Besides the professional, friendly, efficient, and responsive customer services which Starbucks, Taco Bell, Target, McDonald, Amazon, and some of the Walmart stores have, AAAs customer services are excellent! I advise other brands and companies to learn from AAA, Starbucks, Taco Bell, and etc. and train their staff to be friendly, efficient, professional, and responsive when facing customers.
Ive been a member of Auto Club for years for the vehicles and the house. They are an excellent company and when I had a flood emergency in my home they came right out.They also made all of the arrangements and plans for a trip to Europe as well as making sure our passport pictures were up to date. This is also a very convenient place to handle some of your DMV business and everyone is so nice.
Has been great place.But I had to use there roadside services. Took almost 78 minutes to get through on phone. Said someone will come help me. No one ever showed up. When I called them about it. Company they sent lied. Said they showed up an nobody there. Im in a wheelchair we sat next to car the whole time. They lied
I recieved a letter in the mail for a special promo rate so I called to take advantage of the offer. The only reason I called is because I tried to activate it online but it wasnt working. When I called no one seemed to know what I was talking about. I was finally connected to a guy who was able to help me but he also tried to sell me more insurance policies. I will this customize service a C minus.
We book a trip to Maui for my Daughters graduation. was supposed to go in June, but obviously that didnt work out. our Travel Agent Gena Garcia had us covered though. Gena kept us informed of any changes and made all necessary rescheduling for air, hotel, car and events. our only concerns were that of the travel restrictions, (which Gena helped us navigate flawlessly) we never had a concern about the actual trip. we got back this last weekend and Gena just called to follow up and make sure that all went as planned. Gena also called the night prior to our travel to answer any last minute questions.Gena truly provided five star service. if you need to make any travel arrangements I would direct you over to Gena Garcia at AAA Apple Valley.Happy New Year to all.
Once upon a Time... In a land that was ravaged by a terrible pandemic, there was a AAA Auto agent who was more than happy to sign me up for automobile insurance. After expressing my concerns for my depleted income which had been affected by the pandemic the agent assured me that I was getting the best price available. After a few months of paying the high price I decided to shop around. When I found another insurance provider that had been in the business as long as AAA was willing to give me the same amount of insurance coverage but for half the price I realized I had to switch. So I called my friendly AAA representative to cancel my policy. Now suddenly she was able to get me a $10 break on my insurance cost. But as I told her $10 was nothing compared to the $35 I would be saving from someone else. Of course she was sad to see me go. a couple weeks later I get a notice in the mail telling me I owe AAA $79.04. I tried to reach out to my friendly AAA representative and never received a call back. then a couple more weeks go by and I get a phone call telling me that the $79.04 has just been sent to collections. When I ask why I was being billed $79.04, I was told it was for early cancellation. So my fault for not going over my policy with a fine-tooth comb. But as I told the gentleman if $79.04 was what they wanted for not being forthright about the best price of insurance they could give me until I was leaving then they could have it. And at a time when many other services are actually giving discounts during the financial impact of the pandemic AAA is actually looking to get more. All in all, bad form AAA.
Drove from the mountains on a Saturday, no appointment. Checked in. Literally 2 minutes later, they called my name. They registered the car I just bought. Quick, Simple, Professional. This was my first time using this location and this service from AAA. So impressed. Happy customer.
I go here because its the closest AAA office to me and the staff who does the DMV stuff is exceptional. I wish I could give them a seperate review, which would be five stars all the way. Unfortunately, thats not how Google does things.An insurance agent located here completely humiliated my family and I in front of the staff here when we were trying to get homeowner insurance. I will NEVER forget that experience. Subsequently, our homeowner insurance is with Nationwide at a very reasonable rate. Also... All those rewards that agent received for customer service are completely worthless in my opinion.Adding to that, I had AAA auto insurance for nine years. I received in the mail both a congratulations and a significant increase in rate. Almost double the year before. AAA claimed the reason is I drove more than last year and my perfect driving record has no influence.I subsequently called GEICO and they not only beat AAA increased rate but also my previous rate. I was able to add more coverage and still beat original AAA rates. Furthermore, GEICO agent told me that my increased driving would not increase my rate because I have a great driving record. So I switched to GEICO.The AAA agent called me three months after I switched wanting to know if I adjusted my driving habits in order for her to reduce my rate. She was shocked when she found out I switched. Then she claimed its not for the same coverage. She didnt have anything more to say when she found out the GEICO gave me MORE coverage than AAA did for less than half the price.I hope all this can be used by AAA staff as a learning moment.
Ive got the BEST AAA Representative you could ask for Janee Griego. She is the nicest and most helpful, she got me the best deal possible for my auto and rental insurance, saving me a lot of money. Ive had AAA Roadside Service prior to getting insurance and would recommend that as a necessity to any driver. Then it just made good sense to follow through with AAA Insurance as well. The benefits are many, hotel and car rental discounts, airline discounts, trip planning(maps), approved auto repair, restaurant and entertainment discounts, dmv services, mobile battery service, just to name a few. So if youre ever in Apple Valley and youre thinking of checking out AAA ask for Janee Griego.
I have been with AAA for over 30 years. They ARE the cavalry when youre in trouble. Ive traveled all over the country, and their service has never faltered. As far as the Apple Valley office is concerned, it is one of the best run, most accommodating offices Ive encountered.The service is fast and efficient, and thorough. They provide a wide range of services; and theyre convenient. Ill keep my membership. Its my safety net.
Professional and courteous staff helped me out in a timely manner when they were quite busy. Saved me a lot of money for a lockout and a dead battery and a flat tire. Also needed an extended toe and I purchased the AAA Plus Package which really helped out financially. I highly recommend AAA
🚘🚦The DMV services alone is worth makes it worth being a member. Even when the office seemed to be packed it was a overall short wait, faster than going to your local DMV any day. Using AAA Roadside Assistance to be towed once could cover the cost of the membership it might be the most valuable service that they offer. 🙌🏾🙌🏾Staff at this particular location that helped me were knowledgeable and clearly explained what AAA offers and most of all did not try to force me to add services that I wasnt interested in.
Praise YHWH ALWAYS!!!Shabbat Shalom!!!I was in need of a rental and Hertz said AAA gives a discount.Im moving from Long Beach Ca to Lucerne Valley Ca.I was asked what My visit to the AAA office was needing, Im a New member and my wife too. Great deal right now 2for 1 basic membership and after 3 months of no tow service, it can be up grated from 7 miles free to 100 and 200 free tow miles. Yahuah has shined His face upon me and has blessed me up and beyond.All staff members felt welcoming and friendly, very knowledgeable and professional about the entire visit. I say visit cause I Truly felt like a Guest and not a guess.Seek Yeshua HaMashach for Salvation from your sins.Amein and Amein.
Generally very good service here. However 2 different employees who work with DMV services when asked gave completely false information that a seller is not responsible to provide a smog certificate. They should know DMV rules! A young adult friend of ours purchased a car from a shady person who did not provide smog and AAA made me look like a dummy when I tried to get them to verify what I had told him that it was sellers responsibility by law to provide the smog and they said no it is not.
Have had bad experiences with AAA on several occasions. But candles lit in cake this last experience. Used off road service was a complete nightmare over 2 hours late, many excuses given. Very poor care of the customer.. Family of 5, 3 of which were under 7 years old left without a way home. Only used this service 4 times in 15 years. Terrible custoner service. Got 2 stars because they did some correctly..
Im getting tired of my phone calls not being returned. We switched our Auto and home owners insurance to them and they denied our homeowners without even telling us. So for 6 months we were without homeowners insurance without even knowing it. Now all the sudden, our agent is hard to get in touch with over the phone. We either have to call constantly and leave multiple messages or just walk in.

Went to have a passport photo taken for renewing my passport. The woman who took the picture wasnt very friendly, never smiled and never spoke other than to say take off the glasses and hold still. And in between taking two shots of me she left me to help another employee find an erring. I though that was rude and poor customer service. When I got my photo for my original passport at a different office, the person was very friendly, took several shots and asked me which one I wanted. This time I wasnt shown any. The photo was terrible but its for the passport so I wasnt too concerned. Also, I had to wait a long time to pay for it while the cashier assisted other people that came after me and took several calls. Very surprised and disappointed at this AAA.
Always had good customer service and support whenever I use them. I have been a member for almost 7 years now and havent had not 1 complaint. I started laughing when I read some of the comments bashing this place. Honestly, if you arent pleased go to the cheapest company and price available, but just remember like anything else in life, You get what you Pay for.
Shop around you can do a lot better than AAA Insurance. Ask the right questions when you do a policy with an insurance company make sure medical is Medical and not some reduced lying cheating supplemental. Also AAA is become very Chansey and tight. You dont get the tows that you used to get on your membership. If you use any other service youre going to be cheated out of your tows. Make sure you read your policy and ask all the right questions and double-check to make sure youre not being lied to. Theyve stopped offering Medical on their motorcycle insurance. Other insurance companies still do and have better rates. AAA is not the company that used to be and it seems like they only care about themselves and not their customers anymore
With the pandemic you cannot speak with anyone from AAA at all. You were not able to go into the office for several months. They do not take appointments to help with crowd control but they encourage walk-in visits.... totally did not prepared for a changing environment or make changes that still served their paying customer with memberships.
Crooked , cancelled my homeowners insurance due to broken cars in my yard, I didnt have any, and when I tried to talk to them they were RUDE, and kept interrupting me from talking to them.i wouldnt use them...and thier representative jenae is rude....I will be looking else where, and Ive been a member since 1980s. Shows you how well they treat long time customers...
We are a longtime customer but this office is a major disappointment. We wanted liability insurance for a boat. Sounds simple. After months of incompetence involving 5 agents, paying twice, recieving cancellation letters two e, by the end of the season we still have no polcy.
After being a member for 43 years I moved out of state to AZ. The AAA in CA refused to give me notary services ad a Premium Member. Spoke with a supervisor ans manager at the Simi Btanch. Both young people, my 43 years of membership didnt have any impact on them refusing to help.me. currently waiting for a senior manager or director to return my call.Screw AAA and their commitment and respectful treatment of long term members.So glad I mobed out of California the young people here have no respect or thanks to their elder generations.
My mom and I went to AAA to look into purchasing a vacation. After my experience, ended going to Costa Rica where a had a horrible experience with a travel planing company called Collette will put a review for them soon, I realized is AAA is in the business in selling Insurance, not a travel agency. They use it as a front to up sell their insurance and push there high interest rate cards and free international transaction fee. WoW lol. They throw travel plans at the wall until one sticks. They are a like a Best Buy or GameStop cashier asking you if you want a useless warranty for a dvd disc or if you want the rewards card. They remind you every step of the way you need to purchase health insurance or if you can’t make it get your money back insurance. Then they push again by having you sign you sure you don’t want the insurance.I worked with Jessica, were I had to email or call to get her to do anything. As you may know, the longer you wait on getting tickets the more it cost. I had to email over and over to push the purchase of airline tickets I could of just got myself. I had a lot of questions, as I’ve never used AAA or traveled overseas. I felt she never really knew any of the answers to my question. It was as if she was making them up as I asked them. I even drove 4 hours to this AAA, as I live in Santa Barbra, to talk to someone else that might have answers to my questions. You may have the question, “Why did you complain?”. I did, Gene understood my frustrations and tried to help.I will not be going back to any AAA for my trip to Tokyo next year. I will remove the middle man and plan the trip myself. I would suggest you stay far away.
Did not send in Sr 22 resulting in suspended license. Did everything we were supposed to. Supervisor Tammy tried to state they did everything they were supposed to, however, she hung up on me and made it seem like our fault that DMV suspended license. They promised they would take care of it and file Sr 22, but they didnt. They were happy to take our money.
I can not convey how irritated I am with this place!!. They have messed up my auto policy 5 times , the date I am supposed to pay after we had agreed upon a date and the price I am going to pay and they have over drafted my account because they again messed up the date in which the money for my insurance was to be taken out. The insurance manager Tammy reassured me it was all fixed but yet here we are.
We just changed over all our vehicle insurance to AAA. We had been with State Farm for 40 years and their customer service has really gone down hill not to mention they upped our coverage 500 bucks a year on a truck we hardly drive..was very disappointed in their lack of interest in why we left...had AAA roadside for years so was an easy move for 4 vehicles and an Rv..great customer service
I really enjoy being a member of AAA, but I phoned in 08/23/2018 at 12:50 pm to get an email and the woman would not spell the email for the life of me and complained there was a baby in the background and I was yelling at her, I asked to speak to a supervisor because she could not hear, she then hung up on me. Very Poor Service, get out of the service industry if this is how you handle the stress of a baby crying.
Thi s is my third bad experiencia that I have with this location in Apple Valley CaliforniaOther locations are very good, I have been with this com po any for more Than 25years.I am determined not to go to this location, their service is horrible seems to me that they are the service for free, in my case, I have been paying 200.00 per year and I used them mostly for DMV.I will not recommend th ouh s location ever
I love having my AUTO CLUB of SoCal card!•Nothing better if you (or your kids) lock your keys in the car, or your battery dies.The office in Apple Valley is usually quick and easy for taking care of car issues.It sure beats going to DMV without an appointment!Check first as there are some DMV services they cannot perform.The staff are friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable.Its a clean office w clean restrooms.There is seating if you do have to wait.I get my membership, plus auto and home insurance through AAA.There are also discounts for bundling.I look at maps and travel books too while Im there!
My son and I went here instead of the DMV to do a transfer of liability/ownership of a vehicle....I knew I could get registration and tags here, but I was pleasantly surprised that they took care of the transfer as well and saved us the dreadful death march at the DMV.
I am now looking for a new insurance company for my house and my car they wont give me my house insurance anymore because they came and took pictures of my property and tried to say because I had a barn up that I had to have a horse when they seem that theres no horse droppings out there they also said that my backyard had holes in it and theres not a hole in my yard they are very rude if gone up in price and down and customer service like I said looking for a new insurance company
I was on hold for over an hour. Got into my car and went down to the AV branch office, waiting for another 25 min for customer service remaining on phone. Talked with the local office customer service. She finally asked what I was holding for and I said For your customer service rep to answer my call.

2021-10-29Got here at 1130 am and have had multiple people called after me. I go to ask and they say I am next ..... just like they said 20 minutes prior. I guess being next means something different and that others for the same service you need can jump ahead. I thought this was better than actually going to the DMV, but I feel as if they aspire to be like the DMV. Very Disappointed.....

2021-10-23Deborah is awesome! I wrote a check and I messed it up writing it wrong. It was a big check. Not used to writing them. But she was awesome in communication and in the end I just pulled cash and paid it. The customer service she provided was above and beyond!

2021-11-03The place serves its purpose... Id say it bats going to the DMV.Down side you haft to have cash on hand and must have some kind of related paper work for the vehicle your working because they wont look anything up for you no matter of history the vehicle has with triple AAA.Where on the other hand, my other office has no problems doing stuff like that.
