All I can say is wow!!!! They went out of there way and some too help me with my DMV stuff. The gentlemen met us outside due to one of us being disabled from a recent knee replacement. He was kind, professional and even seemed interested in honestly helping us. I wish I got his name. I want to got back in there to find him so I can get his name and let management know how awesome he is. I’m sure they already know but that helps during review time. Thank you AAA employee and thank you AAA for a 5 star service. I just love that.
First time AAA member using their travel services was horrendous and was treated unfairly due to my young age and race. Do NOT book any type of travel with Mark Ross, I gave him clear directions of what I wanted through email and spoke to confirm over the phone before booking but yet it was still booked incorrectly. Multiple attempts to contact Mark Ross after by phone, voicemails, and emails with no answer. There is no point of having a “direct line with voicemail or email” as well if this agent is not willing to answer or follow-up. The only way to get a hold of Mark Ross at Anaheim was to call the Manager at the Whittier AAA (Rend, best customer service on her end to track down Mark), Mark then said that this was an “easy fix”’ on his end to resolve our departure location as he promised to send us our travel confirmation and before I could finished my sentence he hanged up. We never received confirmation of our travel booking nor could we call as this already went to their after hours automated system. This right here was very frustrating and could not believe that I was treated this way. I have heard nothing but great things about AAA, the reason why I switched over this month. So far both mine and my wife’s experience with AAA has yet to be satisfactory. This was very unprofessional and presented AAA as a whole company very poorly. I would not want any one else to go through the same experience as what me and my wife went through. Going forward we will now be booking our travels through Costco, at least we will be treated like human-beings.
Very well run, especially during COVID. They had separate lines for insurance vs other services, and had staff frequently come out to make sure you were in the right line and distancing properly. Once inside, staff was quick, helpful, and friendly. Great experience overall.
Not a friendly place. Notary didnt know what he was charging. They wanted only AAA member as witnesses. He is charging us based on our membership and he is charging witnesses too. Not like the one in Costa Mesa on Harbor blvd which was friendly place. They even didnt ask about type of membership witnesses got and knew what she was doing. Will never come to this place. It is better to deal with private Notary. For 3 signatures he charged $34. Aaa on Harbor blvd in Costa Mesa charged us only $12. I dont recommend this place to anyone.
The service was excellent from the walk in to the exit. The greater polite and friendly and processed me to be serviced by the dmv department. That associate was great friendly and very polite. We talked a little bit while we were waiting for the processing of my tags. I would highly recommend this location as they are very fast and friendly and helpful.
Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Covid precautions were in effect and service was still expedient. My wife and I, with other customers were standing in the hot sun and they hurriedly found room for us inside without jeopardizing their standards. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend.
Great service other than long waiting line outside. Employees doing their best to move line, but only so many inside at a time. Restrooms closed to public. I waited approximately 30 minutes out side, or more.Fortunately I didnt have to use the restroom. If I needed to restrooms, I would have to leave the line & find a restroom else where. I think the restrooms should be open & you would just have to clean more often. If your having long lines & waits the restrooms should be available.
Been a aaa member for over 3 years i called recently to get a tow they left me on the side of the road for 6 hours i called back 7-17 times they kept telling me the call was completed by tow im like no it has not im still here waiting they never showed up after 6 hours i had to call a new service to get me towed never call aaa for service its a rip off
I had the worst experience today. People at the front door were great. However the woman who called us in to help us was rude and very unprofessional. I did not catch her name. She works the dmv counter. She is a young black woman with curly hair. Very rude to ask me not to touch the counter with my elbow while wearing a jacket might I add.
Before my son died be wanted to surprise me by giving me his truck. He lived in Illinois, I was afraid that registering it in California was going to be a nightmare. Janou Gonzalez walked me through the process step by step with great compassion for my loss and state of mind.I am so thankful for ease and quickness she made the process. Forever greatful.
Very good customer service provided for customers being safe waiting in line to purchase a few things like my registration and paying my auto insurance went very smoothly and comfortable and I thank you for having AAA as my insurance and other situations if I need anything from them Merry Christmas and a Happy New year through a customer Ive been 16 years with them
Never will I recommend Aaa to anyone the worst customer service experience ever!! I will say Amanda and her supervisor where very sweet and polite out of all the Aaa employees. I have been a customer for a couple years and to be honest I have always been treated wrong they never come when I call them they always make it difficult for me to receive service from them always canceling my roadside assistance one time I waited 3 hours un acceptable I canceled my membership and will never get service from them!
The line was line and outside but the workers were well organized. It took about 10-15 minuts to get in. Once inside it took about 10 minutes to get the help I needed. Covid-19 has made doing things different. AAA location in Anaheim is organized. Thank you for that. Stay safe.
If it wasnt for the need of roadside assistance I would totally not be a member of the AAA auto club. As much as I dislike giving negative reviews, I must say the business could use some overhauling or a complete restructure of the way they do business and handle operations. Every time I go there I wish that there was a competitor I could go to instead. I ended my membership 2 years ago after 40 years of service due to one of their subcontractors (Hadley Towing) towed my RV 1 mile. In that mile my RV was dropped 3 xs off the truck and also dragged off curbs wrecking my belongings inside and damaging the structure of my vehicle and even broke off his towing mechanisms in the process. 3 years have now passed and absolutely NOTHING has been done by either company to make amends for any of the damages although I have tried everything next to obtaining a lawyer to resolve this claim. I do not recommend AAA but somehow still manage to use them due to dmvs disastrous situation thanks to covid 19.
Theres probably not enough space, to express how appreciative I am!!!I was just way too truck driver for 10 years, for AAA.I have been able to rescue many brokedown motorist, being a broke-down motorist at times of myself and being able to call AAA roadside assistance. Thank u AAA for being there and allowing me to be there for others.Thank you all so very much.
Well too start the customer service after you sing with them is very poor and ineffective.The fact that they dont want to take credit cards it just very discouraging most companies do take credit cards for each monthly payments.What really disturb me is that they take credit cards but just to sign you up , after that is a big NO.
The service they provide for the money you spend is well worth it theyre all worth their weight in gold just for convenience and ability to register change titles and ensure is incredible with frosting is retiring and the the services were worth every penny everybody should have it
I have used this AAA location for many California DMV transactions and have always found the employees to be friendly, professional and efficient. SO much better than using DMV. The waiting area (if there even is a wait) is comfortable. I will continue to use this location for all my DMV and AAA needs.
It was a quick and painless Tuesday morning taking care of my DMV registration and getting an insurance quote. AAA opens at 9am. I arrive at 8:55am and Im the 10th person in line. Really? They open doors exactly at 9am.As we all walk in and talk to customer service, they send us to our appropriate spots or to just have a seat to be called. It took about 5 min before my name was called. Paid by check. Bada-bing, bada-boom. Just like that, received my new tag and Im too see the next person with my insurance quote. Ten minutes with the insurance guy and Im out the door.Now, Ive been here on a Saturday morning as well at about the same time, except the lines are about 15-20 people deep! They do, however, keep the line moving and keep things as efficient as possible, but like all other places there are only certain things one can control. Like, they cant control the customer from asking a multitude of questions or if that same person is asking the questions in the wrong area. The person behind the desk just calmly and kindly directs you to someone else who can help you so that they can expedite the line and serve the next person.This place can be really great, if you get here at opening time.
Terrible experience every time. Bad communication, rude customer service. I drive to Anaheim Hills instead. Today I was hung up on and was told that my road side assistance was expired so I called supervisor, she said everything looked great so why did he say that and why did he hang up on me???
Do they really NOT offer insurance for those who Havent had there driver license for at least 12 months ? Just called today & thats what I was told ! First they asked for all my info. Then at the end say they dont offer insurance for people that havent had their license for at least12months !
I found it to be very helpful and incited for every question I had they had an answer people are always smiling and very knowledgeable on my home owners insurance plus my towing packages and I got and the other stuff I have purchased with them in the past and hopefully in the future keep it up great place to to do business thank you AAA

2022-05-21Customer service with the travel agent Erin is not pleasant at all. I requested an itinerary for Visa purposes, but she was so cold and not showing that she is there to provide the help we need. No smile and she avoids eye contact with us because I am not getting what she wants for her commissions. I will never use AAA for any travel needs. Stay cool Erin and dont be greedy😊

2022-03-29Unfortunately I waited 1 hr 30 minutes. Until I finally talked to the third person. Just so that he can tell me that they didnt have a locksmith or the locksmith was not sure if he can help.Lack of communication. I dont understand why they either didnt call back or at least let me know they couldnt help me. So that I can look somewhere else for help.Service was horrible. If I hadnt called the third time I could still be waiting for who knows how much longer. I had to look for service myself.

2022-04-05I always love this place. My mom and I went in about a year ago for an issue with my moms car. We had been helped by Les. He was so kind and knowledgeable. My only complaint is I found out today he is no longer in this office. Maybe it time to change offices. 😉

They don’t return calls, emails I have left several messages on voice mail email I’ve all so called custom service on sat 4/2/22 and she couldn’t get thought. I called again this morning 4/4/22 left message for the supervisor in travel let’s see how long it takes them to call me.Member very up set!

2022-01-05Unbelievable, you can trust the other one star reviews. Ive been a member for 9 years. It was like they are not allowed to do their job. No show after hours of waiting and agents who put you on hold then pretending they cant hear me and hang up without calling me back? Wth is that about? When a truck showed up hours later he would not move the vehicle because the registration tag was expired? Really? Not even with a flatbed. Who is running things over there?

2021-11-20I needed Canadian passport photos, and needed them notarized on the back. AAA seemed like a great one stop shop since they offered passport photos and had a notary. The girl who helped us didnt seem to understand what a guarantor was though and phoned someone to ask if she could sign the photos and was advised she couldnt.Im still not sure what company with a notary is uncomfortable taking a photo of you and then saying yep, thats a photo of them! but I mean, okay.The photos turned out okay and we did get help with some other things. The customer service was great and the ladies working the directory counter were fab. I just wish we didnt have to look for a different notary now. It seems pretty common that people in the USA hear the word Canadian and panic.
