I need to give 5 negative stars here for this notary service. I scheduled with a notary for an important legal documents that needed to submit for foreign court purpose. I checked with the notary and she was being selective on choosing what kind of documents she can witness my signing and prove with her embossment. She is unbelievably unprofessional and even showed me a notary qualification handbook link to read. I dont understand why this woman can pass test and become a notary while she provides limited professional service here. I later got a very quick and professional service from a notary at UPS store. Please note that UPS store in downtown San Diego provides notary service 7 days, albiet not 24 hours. However, the last minute back out from 24/7 San Diego Mobile Notary made me distasted their service. I suggest you who needs a notary service quickly should go forward to call UPS store at 501 W Broadway, San Diego, CA 92101. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOTARY SERVICE AT UPS. NO HASSLE NO COMPLAINTS AGAINST CUSTOMER!!!

I called to make an appointment and the lady I talked to said no appointment is necessary, just to come in. Im here and no one is here. Seriously?? There is also a sign on the door that says by Appointment Only.
I had two documents apostilled. The transaction was quick and painless. Highly recommend the services!

2019-07-26I had an appointment with Karla today 7/11/19 she said she’d be in the office 9am-12pm I drove 2 hours, I’ve been up since 3am along with my 3 year old toddler we came from Tijuana. She didn’t bother to leave me a message that she wasn’t going to show up whatsoever. No show thanks for wasting my time makes sense why you keep changing Notary names on google 🤦🏽♀️

2019-08-02Good service but you have to be after it. I called them more than 3 times (once per day) after the delivery day because I did not get it. They should warn you about delays and/or keep you posted on progress of your documents.

2019-05-17They are a delight to work with. Before submitting my forms I scanned online to make sure they were exceptable. FBI apostilles came so quickly. Translations to Spanish were well done. So happy I went with this company.

2015-08-12I had a last minute need for a Notary and Apostille as my original documents had been lost. I contacted San Diego Apostilles and notified them of my situation and the urgency regarding the matter. Not only did they take 10 minutes to explain the process, they met me first thing in the morning and took care of the notarization and apostille. Their rates seemed extremely fair and they were an overall pleasure to do business with. I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone who needs a document notarized and apostilled.

2016-06-13We dropped a birth certificate off for an Apostille. They said it would take a couple days. We called back four days later, no reply after message left. Another message left with their call service the day after, no response. Dont count on getting a reply from this business.

2019-03-23The 123 Apostille staff were not only courteous and efficient, but clearly experienced and knowledgeable about the apostille & translation process. Karla was on top of everything and went to extra effort to make everything work for us.
